ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Peec AI is building the data plane for AI visibility: millions of chats, scrapes, citations, sources, model responses, and customer-facing insights running through a fast-moving backend.
This role is for an engineer who wants to own the systems behind that. You will not just add endpoints or close tickets. You will make our scraping, chat-processing, source-ingestion, and analytics infrastructure more reliable, cheaper, faster, and easier for the rest of the team to reason about.
The best fit looks like someone who can debug a provider outage in the morning, design a better queueing model before lunch, ship a TypeScript service change in the afternoon, and write the postmortem or follow-up ticket clearly enough that the next engineer immediately knows what to do.
We are especially interested in people who have built or operated systems with real constraints: rate limits, flaky third-party APIs, queues, webhooks, retries, distributed locks, data migrations, observability gaps, customer pressure, and cost ceilings.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of backend, platform, infrastructure, or distributed systems engineering experience in a production environment.
- Deep hands-on TypeScript experience. We run TypeScript services on Bun, and we care about people who can design clean, reliable backend systems rather than only write application code.
- Strong understanding of queues, workers, retries, rate limits, idempotency, distributed locks, webhooks, and failure handling.
- Experience operating systems under real production pressure: incidents, provider outages, customer escalations, noisy alerts, slow dependencies, and incomplete data.
- Comfort with cloud-native infrastructure. Our stack includes GCP, Kubernetes, Cloud Tasks, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, Redis, Postgres, Firestore, ClickHouse, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Ability to debug across layers: application code, logs, metrics, queues, provider APIs, databases, network behaviour, and deployment state.
- Product-minded judgement. You can separate internal detail from customer-safe explanation, and you understand when a “small infra change” has customer, security, or cost implications.
- High ownership and low ego. We want people who take responsibility for ambiguous systems, ask sharp questions, and make the team better through clear thinking and kindness.
- A bias toward durable fixes. You do not stop at “restart the pod” if the real issue is retry amplification, missing backpressure, an unsafe parser assumption, or a provider limit we do not model.
TECH STACK
- Languages: TypeScript, Python
- Runtime/frameworks: Bun, Elysia, Node-compatible services
- Cloud/infrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes, Cloud Tasks, Pub/Sub, Firebase/Firestore, Postgres, ClickHouse, Redis, RabbitMQ
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, structured logging
- Product/data domain: LLM chats, AI search, source scraping, citation extraction, provider integrations, customer-facing analytics
- AI/model providers: OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode / AI Overview, plus scraping/provider APIs around them
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe’s fastest-growing Series A startups
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Aggressive equity compensation package
- Paid Dinner & Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Device Infrastructure Services owns the full lifecycle of hardware and operating systems across 1Password. The team is looking for the Staff Engineer who will lead its next chapter: a deliberate shift from legacy device management patterns towards devops and AI-enabled operations.
You'll be the technical leader of this team, responsible for setting the roadmap for this transformation and making sure it gets executed. This isn't a role where you hand off a roadmap and step back: you'll be in the build alongside the team, coaching engineers and raising the ceiling on what they're capable of. If you're excited by building scalable systems, shaping the strategy behind tools the whole company depends on, and bringing out the best work in the people around you, we want to hear from you.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of IT and enterprise endpoint management experience, including 2+ years at a senior or staff IC level, with a track record of building and managing endpoints with Gitops practices.
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of enterprise endpoint management, deep operating system-level experience, and the ability to recognize patterns across a fleet and build fixes that prevent recurrence.
- Practical experience using AI tools to enable or accelerate IT operations and the judgment to know where AI speeds things up versus where it introduces risk.
- Proven ability to define and drive technical roadmaps, seeing around corners and balancing long-term vision with near-term execution.
- Strong scripting and IaC ability (Bash, Python, and Terraform at minimum) — both writing production-quality automation yourself and reviewing others' code with a critical eye.
- Deep working knowledge of enterprise security fundamentals as they apply to endpoints: encryption, patch/vulnerability management, EDR, least-privilege enforcement, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar).
- Lead through change, collaborate effectively, and mentor engineers while maintaining a focused and impactful team environment.
What you can expect:
- Own the technical direction of our Device Infrastructure Services, the tooling and standards that keep ~2,000 endpoints compliant, configured, and secure.
- Drive the technical direction of a DevOps operating model for the fleet — config-as-code, version control, code review, and CI/CD pipelines in place of manual console changes — and drive adoption of that model across the IT team.
- Lead the adoption of responsible agentic AI across the device team, building the guardrails that decide what agents can act on autonomously and what still needs a human checkpoint.
- Act as the final escalation point for high-severity endpoint incidents, including deep machine-level diagnosis on both macOS and Windows hardware.
- Partner across IT, Security, and product teams building custom solutions and helping push their initiatives across the finish line.
- Assess and pilot new tooling (e.g., MDM platform migrations, patch management systems) and drive build-vs-buy decisions.
- Collaborate with product teams to advise on features from the perspective of a real-world enterprise device deployment, and lead Customer Zero initiatives — piloting and stress-testing our own product against our internal fleet before it reaches customers.
What success looks like:
- Establishing a clear 12-month roadmap for the transition to a GitOps-based operating model.
- Building device health metrics and remediation standards for machine security, performance, and employee experience.
- Developing our AI-assisted operations strategy, with automation milestones that balance speed, human review, security and agentic workflows.
- Supporting the unpredictable release cadence of major OS vendors, and making sure those updates land safely across the org.
- Bringing the team along with you — at 1Password, we Put People First. This role isn't just about leveling up what we can do technically, it's also about coaching the team along the way.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $143,000 USD and $207,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $122,000 CAD and $177,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.

We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:

Imunify360
is a leading developer of Linux infrastructure and security solutions. Our flagship product, Imunify360, is a comprehensive security suite that protects thousands of shared hosting environments, VPS, and dedicated servers worldwide. Our clients include industry giants such as Dell, GoDaddy, IBM, and Zoom, with over 4,500 customers globally. The company has more than 250 employees.
We are looking for an
engineer-architect
to build a
new product from scratch
. This is not a position within an existing team—you will single-handedly create a runtime protection layer for Node.js applications. The hosting market is rapidly adopting Node.js, and modern applications are increasingly generated by users with AI tools and little technical security expertise. Your mission is to make protection automatic, transparent to client code, and effective in real time.
This is a role with the highest level of
ownership
(Senior / Staff / Architect level), where you will make key architectural decisions and take full responsibility for the outcome.
Responsibilities
Define the technical approach for building runtime protection inside the Node.js process.
Design the detection logic to identify and block attacks during application execution.
Build and launch the first version of the product in real production environments.
Ensure the protection works
without requiring changes to client code
and without breaking legitimate applications.
Continuously improve the product based on telemetry, production feedback, and real-world incidents.
Achieve target values across four key metrics:
Runtime overhead
False positives
False negatives
Customer escalation volume
Requirements
The top priority is Security, not just Node.js.
Security experience outweighs general backend tenure.
Must-have:
Experience in Security Engineering or Security Research
(deep understanding of attack vectors and defense methods).
Have independently built and shipped a product/solution from scratch
(end-to-end ownership: from idea to production).
Ability to take an ambiguous problem, define a solution, and deliver a working result without constant supervision.
Experience designing architecture and making key technical decisions (Staff/Architect level is a strong plus).
English language:
Intermediate or higher
(written and spoken — all interviews are conducted in English).
Nice-to-have:
Security experience specifically in the context of Node.js (vulnerability analysis, securing, researching Node.js applications).
Experience with Linux in production and development environments.
Knowledge of Runtime Protection, WAF, instrumentation, malware analysis, and Incident Response.
Experience in managed hosting / VPS domains.
Experience with AI coding agents (Copilot, Cursor, etc.).
Important:
If you are a Security Engineer / Researcher who doesn't code on a daily basis, you must be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and be capable of building an MVP with their help.
Who you are (mindset):
Builder:
You genuinely enjoy creating something new and seeing it run in production.
High ownership:
You don't wait for tasks to be assigned — you define the approach and own the results.
Practioner:
You write code (yourself or with AI), not just review and coordinate.
You understand
Detection Engineering
— how detection rules behave at scale across thousands of servers and the true cost of false positives.
We do NOT consider candidates who:
Have only theoretical or research experience without shipping real products.
Have general Node.js development experience but lack a security component.
Reside in countries with complex B2B tax reporting requirements (USA, UK, Canada, Germany, France, and others — to be clarified during screening).
Have frequent job changes (every 1–2 years) without valid reasons.
Benefits
Format:
100% remote work anywhere in the world.
Legal setup:
B2B only (contract with your sole proprietorship or company).
Budget:
Up to $12,000 gross/month (before taxes, under a B2B agreement).
Company:
A stable, established international product company with 15+ years in the market.
Role:
A key position in building a new product line from the ground up.
Location: Romania; Albania; Kazakhstan; Azerbaijan; Armenia; Moldova

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
ABOUT MODAL DESIGN:
Modal is building the future of serverless computing, and the brand that carries that story is still taking shape. You’ll join Modal’s newly formed Brand team inside our design org as one of its first senior hires, working directly with the Director of Brand Design and Head of Design to build a brand developers recognize instantly and remember.
THE ROLE:
As a staff-level Brand Designer, you will have major influence over every brand surface: the marketing website, campaigns, events, editorial projects like the GPU Glossary https://modal.com/gpu-glossary and forthcoming publications, and out-of-home work as we scale into larger formats. You’ll also be a beacon to external agencies, representing Modal’s internal creative voice and making sure the work translates into a system we can actually build on. And as the studio grows, you’ll help set its craft standard, guiding and mentoring earlier-career designers and shaping how we critique, ship, and show work.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Define and evolve Modal’s visual identity across web, marketing, campaigns, and editorial, building a cohesive, distinctive system rather than one-off assets
- Lead concept and execution for brand campaigns across digital and out-of-home, from paid social to large-format outdoor, ensuring the work is consistent, distinctive, and built to perform
- Own branded experiences for events and GTM: environments, collateral, swag, and conference presence that feel unmistakably Modal
- Help codify the brand as it matures: design language, principles, and the rules that hold it together
- Mentor and critique the work of other designers, helping the studio’s output stay coherent and ambitious as it scales
- Move quickly without sacrificing quality
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 7+ years of brand design experience building brands for technically complex products (developer tools, infrastructure, or AI), and you know how to make something deeply technical feel compelling and clear
- You have high influence and low ego: you work well with others, share credit freely, and act as a force for positivity within the brand team
- You have a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional typography, color, composition, and a recognizable point of view
- You’ve designed brand systems that extend from identity to motion to web (the more the better)
- You can interpret and contribute to brand strategy
- You take ownership seriously: you drive work to completion, raise the quality bar, and build structures that let others do the same
- You have strong taste and the ability to defend it: you have opinions, back them up, and take feedback well

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Platform Security Engineer to join our team and help strengthen the security of Supabase’s infrastructure, cloud platform, Kubernetes environments, and containerized workloads as we continue to scale. You’ll work closely with infrastructure, platform, SRE, product engineering, and technical leadership, helping us proactively reduce risk across the systems that run Supabase.
This role is ideal for someone who has deep hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, containers, Linux, and large cloud environments and is excited about securing developer infrastructure without slowing teams down. Success in this role means improving the security posture of the platform through pragmatic engineering, clear technical judgment, and scalable guardrails.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In this role, you’ll:
- Identify and reduce security risk across AWS, Kubernetes, containerized workloads, and platform infrastructure.
- Conduct threat modeling, architecture reviews, and technical risk assessments for platform and infrastructure systems.
- Partner closely with infrastructure, platform, and SRE teams to design practical controls and secure-by-default patterns.
- Improve Kubernetes and container security across areas like workload isolation, RBAC, admission control, secrets, network policy, and runtime hardening.
- Assess container runtime and Linux isolation risks, including capabilities, seccomp/AppArmor, namespaces, cgroups, and container escape scenarios.
- Strengthen AWS security posture across IAM, account boundaries, network controls, logging, detection, encryption, and service configuration.
- Build scalable mechanisms such as automation, guardrails, paved paths, detection, secure defaults, and review frameworks.
- Distinguish between theoretical risk and material platform risk to prioritize security efforts effectively.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have senior-level experience in platform security, cloud security, infrastructure security, container security, or security engineering.
- Have deep practical experience with AWS, Kubernetes, containers, and Linux security fundamentals.
- Have worked in large cloud environments, multi-cluster Kubernetes setups, developer platforms, SaaS platforms, or high-scale infrastructure teams.
- Can reason clearly about identity, networking, workload isolation, runtime security, secrets, supply chain, and blast radius.
- Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences, especially in a written, asynchronous environment.
- Are able to manage security efforts across complex projects with various stakeholders
- Are energized by solving real-world infrastructure security problems and navigating ambiguity while moving quickly.
- Prefer building guardrails, automation, and secure defaults over creating unnecessary process or bottlenecks.
WHAT WE OFFER

We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP

- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Staff Software Engineer, Adaptive Experiences Platform
Waterloo, ON
About the Role
The DTIS organization is building the next generation of adaptive experiences for PlayStation. Our vision is to make every customer touchpoint more relevant, useful, and joyful by combining reusable experience capabilities with personalization, merchandising, experimentation, and intelligent decisioning.
We are looking for a
Staff Software Engineer
to help lead the evolution of our Dynamic Experience Management platform, allowing teams to create and optimize experiences without requiring bespoke implementation for every client, iterating rapidly.
You will be a hands-on technical leader working across the experience stack. You will also shape the architecture needed to extend capabilities beyond PS5, across web, mobile, and other PlayStation devices. This is an opportunity to define foundational technology that will change how PlayStation builds, delivers, experiments with, and learns from customer experiences at scale.
Responsibilities
Define and drive the technical direction for our experiences client SDK, translating the adaptive-experiences vision into an incremental, production-ready architecture.
Design and evolve the platform-independent composition layer, public TypeScript APIs, versioned schemas, content adapters, component model, data bindings, and platform renderer contracts.
Build reusable experience primitives and native rendering capabilities that support responsive layouts, personalization, experimentation, telemetry, accessibility, localization, and platform-specific interaction models.
Establish safe coexistence and migration patterns, including backward compatibility, capability negotiation, validation, feature flags, fallbacks, rollback, and observability.
Profile and optimize bundle size, startup and time-to-interactive performance, memory usage, rendering behavior, and runtime reliability on resource-constrained client platforms.
Improve developer experience through clear interfaces, reference integrations, test harnesses, preview and debugging tools, automated compatibility testing, and high-quality documentation.
Help establish governed, agent-assisted authoring and validation workflows that can translate design and business intent into trusted artifacts, supported by policy checks and evaluation suites.
Partner with client, design system, merchandising, content, personalization, experimentation, and platform service teams to align contracts and deliver end-to-end capabilities.
Provide technical leadership across team boundaries, mentor engineers, make sound trade-offs in ambiguous problem spaces, and communicate architecture and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience designing and delivering production client platforms, SDKs, frameworks, or shared libraries.
Expert-level proficiency with TypeScript or JavaScript and strong experience with React, React Native, or a comparable component-based client framework.
Strong software architecture and API design skills, including modularity, dependency management, versioning, backward compatibility, and incremental migration of large production systems.
Experience building data-driven or server-driven user interfaces, reusable component systems, or runtime composition frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and improve client performance and reliability using profiling, telemetry, automated testing, and production observability.
Experience designing for more than one client environment, such as console, mobile, web, TV, or embedded platforms, with a practical understanding of platform-specific constraints.
Proven track record of solving ambiguous, cross-functional problems with minimal direction and driving alignment without relying on formal authority.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document architecture and explain complex technical decisions clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with console development, living-room interfaces, focus-based navigation, or performance-constrained native clients.
Experience with schema-backed declarative UI, domain-specific languages, JSON Schema, component expansion, data binding, hydration, or client-side rendering engines.
Experience building or integrating client SDKs, content management or merchandising systems, personalization platforms, experimentation frameworks, or design systems.
Experience migrating a large client application away from a legacy rendering or content-delivery framework using staged rollout, compatibility layers, and measurable exit criteria.
Experience developing platform adapters or renderers for iOS, Android, web, or other native client environments.
Familiarity with content and layout separation, runtime content sources, telemetry provenance, accessibility, localization, and safe fallback behavior.
Experience with developer tooling, visual preview systems, contract testing, schema validation, or automated cross-platform regression testing.
Experience applying generative AI or agentic workflows to software or content creation, including evaluation, governance, and deterministic output constraints.
A track record of technical leadership and mentoring across multiple teams.
Additional Skills
Motivated self-starter who combines long-term architectural thinking with pragmatic, incremental delivery.
Customer-focused and attentive to developer experience, operational usability, and measurable product outcomes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with partners across product, design, engineering, and operations.
