Incode is the leading provider of world-class identity solutions that is reinventing the way humans authenticate and verify their identities online to power a world of digital trust.
Through our revolutionary identity solutions, we are unleashing the business potential of universal industries including finance, government, retail, hospitality, gaming, and more, by reducing fraud and transforming human interactions with data, products, and services.
We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our diverse global team and we’re looking for entrepreneurial individuals and leaders who are curious, driven, and excited by ownership to join a Unicorn-status scale-up!
About Incode
Incode Technologies is a leader in identity verification, offering innovative, AI-driven solutions tailored to diverse industry needs — from financial services to social media and marketplaces. Our platform is designed to maximize user conversion while minimizing fraud, through a multi-layered approach that includes proprietary AI, deepfake detection, and efficient user re-engagement tools. With close to 99% accuracy in facial recognition tied directly to official document issuance systems, and enterprise partnerships with Citibank, HSBC, Amazon, and Chime, Incode stands apart. With over $250M raised from General Atlantic and SoftBank, we're driving the future of digital trust — and we need a builder-minded Total Rewards leader who can design world-class reward programs from the ground up and own every detail of their execution.
The Impact You'll Make
Incode's Total Rewards function is at an inflection point. Over the past year we moved from a stock-option-only program to a new equity framework that blends time-based options with performance RSUs tied to ARR milestones, launched equity plans in new jurisdictions, expanded our market data, and scoped a job-architecture and leveling project ahead of the next compensation cycle. What we have not had is a single leader who owns all of it end to end.
As Vice President, Total Rewards, you will own compensation, equity, benefits and rewards operations for Incoders across the US, LATAM and EMEA. You'll be the executive the CEO, the Board and the leadership team turn to on pay decisions — from a Regional VP's offer in Mexico City to board member grants — and you'll build the governance, systems and team that make those decisions consistent, data-backed and fast.
This is a build-and-run role. You set the strategy — and you roll up your sleeves during the comp cycle.
What You'll Own & Drive
Rewards Strategy & Governance
— Define and steward Incode's compensation philosophy, market positioning and pay mix by region. Build the approval matrix, offer guidelines and exception process so decisions are consistent and quick. Serve as authorized signatory for promotions, salary increases, compensation adjustments and bonus confirmations.
Job Architecture & Leveling
— Lead the job-architecture and leveling project with our external compensation advisors and People Partners, and land it before the next compensation cycle: job families, levels, salary structures and career frameworks, with the metrics that show it worked.
Compensation Cycles
— Run the annual compensation and performance-linked increase cycle end to end with Finance and People Partners: budget by organization, band updates, manager recommendation frameworks, calibration support, letters and communications. Design and administer bonus and MBO plans with Finance.
Equity
— Own the equity program: new-hire, promotion, refresh and performance grants; the options-to-RSU framework and vesting design; board and advisor grants; and coordination with Finance, Legal and outside counsel on board resolutions, 409A valuations, the cap table and international plan compliance. Lead equity education for managers and employees.
Executive & Offer Compensation
— Partner with the CEO, CBOO and Talent Acquisition on executive and GM packages (base and variable mix, equity structure, sign-on and clawback terms), and support the Board's compensation committee on executive pay and benchmarking.
Global Benefits
— Set the benefits strategy by region with an impact-versus-cost lens; manage brokers, renewals and leave policies across countries so that what we offer in Mexico City, Belgrade and San Francisco each feels like Incode.
Sales Compensation Partnership
— Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations on sales and customer-success variable plan design, quota-setting methodology, pay mix and payout governance, bringing market data and plan-design discipline.
M&A Integration
— Lead rewards harmonization for acquisitions, including equity plan assumption, leveling alignment and benefits integration.
Tooling & AI
— Build an AI-enabled Total Rewards function: market benchmarking, pay-equity monitoring, comp-cycle operations and compensation communication, with clear guardrails on data privacy, accuracy and where human judgment stays non-negotiable. Own the TR tool stack and market data sources.
Team
— Lead and grow the Total Rewards team. Raise the bar on rigor, turnaround and documentation so that today's ad-hoc requests become repeatable processes.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
You build and you run
— You're comfortable owning the day-to-day with a lean team while building the structure that lets it scale.
You speak finance
— You build the models yourself, understand burn and dilution, and earn credibility with the CFO and the Board.
You bring executive presence — and pace
— You work with a CEO who moves fast. You make clear recommendations, protect internal equity, and know when to flex.
You operate at every altitude
— Board grants in the morning, a Regional VP's offer in Mexico City in the afternoon. The shift energizes you rather than frustrates you.
You're AI-forward
— You use AI tools in your own work and have a point of view on where they belong in Total Rewards.
Your Background
Experience
— 12+ years in compensation and total rewards, including 4+ years leading the function for a complex, multi-country employer such as a large technology or professional-services firm, with hands-on ownership of compensation cycles, equity programs and benefits. You have run the function with rigor at scale and want to build it at a company of Incode's stage.
Equity expertise
— Deep expertise in options and RSUs, refresh and performance-grant design, 409A and cap-table coordination, board grants and international equity plans. You have led an options-to-RSU transition or a comparable program change.
Global compensation
— Experience across the US and at least one of LATAM or EMEA. Mexico experience and Spanish are strong advantages.
Certification
— CCP, GRP or CEP certification is a plus.
Nice to Have
Prior experience at an identity verification, cybersecurity, KYC/AML, or data company.
Consulting background in total rewards or executive compensation.
Why Incode?
Be part of a mission-driven company at the intersection of AI, identity, and trust.
Work alongside a world-class team backed by General Atlantic and SoftBank.
Shape the future of how people — and companies — verify identity at global scale.
Competitive compensation, equity participation, and benefits.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Transforming 50M+ daily events into real-time actionable dashboard insights
The Dashboards team is responsible for the systems and interfaces that define our partners' daily operations. We build the campaign management APIs, analytics engines, and high-throughput tools that allow advertisers and publishers to configure, monitor, and optimize their activity on our platform.
This is not about simple CRUD interfaces, it is about building high-performance data surfaces that drive massive business decisions. Using Go, Kafka, and Druid, we process and render real-time analytics across 50+ million daily events, ensuring accuracy and complex campaign performance reporting at scale. On the frontend, we tackle genuine engineering constraints: utilizing TypeScript and React, we have moved beyond standard library limitations to build highly optimized graph-rendering with Recharts capable of visualizing datasets that would overload conventional solutions.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years as a Product Owner in a fast-paced environment. You have hands-on experience with agile development and a track record of taking features from concept to launch. At adjoe, you'll own the Advertiser Tools product end-to-end, managing a dedicated development team, driving the roadmap, and making strategic decisions that directly impact advertiser performance.
- High ownership, low ambiguity tolerance. You prioritize ruthlessly based on user and business needs, work independently, and make objective calls when requirements are still evolving. You've delivered at least one significant 0-to-1 product iteration and know what it takes to ship at pace without sacrificing quality.
- Bridges business and engineering naturally. You're as comfortable presenting a product roadmap to management and external partners as you are discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers. You close the gap between what the business wants and what the system can realistically deliver.
- KPI-driven team lead. You manage team progress with a strong focus on delivering measurable impact for our advertisers and create solutions that meet their goals.
- Develops the people, not just the product. You guide and grow the individuals on your team, helping them operate at their best even as requirements and priorities shift.
- Plus: AdTech background. Experience in an adtech company is a plus, not a requirement.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

Experience in B2B SaaS enterprise products in collaboration or productivity area

An overview of this role
As an Senior AI Engineer at GitLab, you'll help build the foundation for GitLab's transformation into an AI-first company. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise AI, you'll be a hands-on technical leader responsible for delivering internal AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Building fast matters, but it's not enough on its own. This role starts with understanding the real problem: mapping how work moves across teams, tools, and handoffs, identifying the true constraint, and validating whether AI is the right solution before you begin development. From there, you'll take ownership from discovery through deployment, combining strong engineering skills with systems thinking and business understanding.
Your initial focus will span Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, where you will embed AI solutions into key systems and workflows. This role offers the opportunity to shape how GitLab team members work, improve flow across the organization, and help advance our mission in a remote, asynchronous, and values-driven environment.
What you'll do
Diagnose business problems before building solutions. Map workflows, identify constraints, and confirm whether AI is the right intervention. Be prepared to say "this doesn't need AI" when that's the honest answer.
Own AI initiatives end-to-end, from stakeholder discovery and technical design through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
Design, develop, and ship AI-powered solutions quickly, delivering working prototypes in days, not months, with a focus on practical outcomes and measurable business value.
Improve organizational flow by building solutions that reduce bottlenecks, shorten lead times, and increase throughput. Measure success using flow metrics alongside adoption and ROI.
Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows using APIs, orchestration tools, and modern AI platforms, including GitLab Duo Agent Platform, where appropriate. The right tool wins, whether that's custom code, a platform, or a well-crafted prompt.
Be Customer Zero: leverage and showcase GitLab's AI offerings wherever possible, feeding real-world usage insights back to R&D.
Partner closely with stakeholders across functions to understand the real constraints. Ask the right questions, bridge technical and non-technical perspectives, and align on outcomes before jumping to solutions.
Define and track success through business metrics, flow metrics, and feedback loops that make performance visible and actionable.
Contribute to technical direction by evaluating tools, documenting patterns, and creating reusable foundations that help the team scale its impact.
What you'll bring
A Technologist at Heart -
Genuinely invested in technology, the foundational and the cutting-edge in equal measure. You're as energised by a well-designed API integration as you are by the latest foundation model release. You reach for the simplest solution that solves the problem well, rather than forcing new technology when proven approaches would do. AI is a powerful part of your toolkit, but it sits on top of solid engineering fundamentals, not in place of them.
Competent, Confident Coding Skills -
You can build working solutions end-to-end, write clean and maintainable code, and debug effectively. Whether your skills were honed in a traditional engineering role, through building automations, or shipping side projects, what matters is that you can deliver production-quality work independently.
AI
& LLM
Technical Depth -
Strong proficiency in at least one modern scripting language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) and a solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns. Deep, practical experience with modern AI technologies, specifically: Prompt engineering as a core discipline: designing effective system prompts, managing context windows, structuring multi-turn interactions, evaluating output quality, and iterating systematically on prompt design.
Model selection and cost-performance trade-offs:
understanding when a smaller fine-tuned model outperforms a general-purpose large one, when RAG is the right architecture versus expanding the context window, and how to make principled decisions about capability versus cost.
Agentic architecture patterns:
tool use, multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop designs, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and production-grade reliability patterns.Practical fluency across the LLM ecosystem: hands-on experience with models from Anthropic, OpenAI, open-source alternatives, and the judgment to know which to reach for and when.
AI Safety & Risk Awareness -
You think critically about how the solutions you build could be exploited, misused, or produce unintended consequences. You know how to design appropriate guardrails (input validation, output filtering, access controls, prompt injection defences, and data leakage prevention) and you treat these as first-class engineering concerns.
Systems Thinking & Diagnostic Rigour -
The ability to look at a complex process and see the constraint. Comfortable mapping how work flows end-to-end, identifying bottlenecks, and tracing problems to root causes before proposing solutions. You instinctively ask "what's actually blocking flow here?" before asking "what model should I use?"
Business System Expertise -
Familiarity with the landscape of enterprise business systems, CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), support platforms (Zendesk), integration and orchestration tools (Workato), AI platforms (Relevance AI), and enterprise search and knowledge tools (Glean). HEY THERE
We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to join the Food Tracking squad at Yazio, the team building the core experience of our product. This includes daily food tracking, AI-driven insights, and features used by millions every day.
You are a key part in shaping the Food Tracking squad, leveraging our Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) stack to deliver high-impact solutions for iOS and Android users. You join a cross-functional team partnering closely with Product Managers, Designers and Analysts.
This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the U.K.
YOUR MISSION
The Food Tracking squad is entering a new phase. From AI-driven features to deep personalization to help users lead a healthier life. Your mission is to shape the future of our squad with your technical expertise.
- Own Features End-to-End. You take ideas from a technical design to a polished, deployed feature. You are responsible for writing clean, maintainable code, ensuring high quality, and monitoring the impact of your work in production.
- Lead Migration to KMP: You assess, document and plan the migration of our complex domain from iOS/Android platform code to KMP-first code—while continuing to ship features to our users.
- Integrate AI Features: Together with the backend team, you bring scaleable AI-powered features to the app and evaluate best practices to ensure a great user experience.
- Partner with Product and Design. You won't just be handed tickets. You are a key contributor to the why and what by assessing new technical areas, weighing trade-offs, and helping shape a roadmap that is both ambitious and achievable.
- Elevate the Team. You act as a mentor for other engineers, leading by example with thoughtful code reviews and improving team processes without being asked.
YOUR PROFILE
We're looking for a seasoned engineer who is passionate about the craft but even more passionate about the impact their code has on users.
- Expert in Modern Mobile Development. You have significant experience building native mobile apps on Android with Kotlin and Compose, ideally with KMP. Experience on iOS with Swift and SwiftUI is a huge plus as well as the willingness to expand ownership across both ecosystems.
- End-to-End Ownership. You have a track record in organizing delivery of features end-to-end.
- AI Adopter. You're comfortable using AI tools to automate your daily workflows and achieve results while maintaining a high bar of quality and safety. Experience in integrating and shaping AI-driven features in production environments is a huge plus.
- Pragmatic. You know how to build the smallest piece fast to achieve results. You know what to build first and what to leave for later. You have high standards for code quality and leave it better than you found it even when things move quickly.
- True Product Engineer. You are obsessed with the user experience and the "why" behind what you're building. You're comfortable with product metrics and are driven to see your work make a measurable impact.
- Excellent Communicator. You can clearly articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical partners. You’re comfortable documenting technical topics in written form to your peers.
OUR CORE TECH STACK
We believe in Kotlin Multiplatform and use it heavily in our modularized monorepo. We share as much code as possible outside of the UI layer, while building the fully native UI using Compose on Android and SwiftUI on iOS.
We use libraries like:
- kotlinx.coroutines
- kotlinx.serialization
- Ktor
- SQLDelight
- Metro for dependency injection.
WHY US?
- An exciting product with millions of users in over 150 countries, driven by our mission to transform the world through healthy eating
- A remote-first setup: work 100% from home, join a co-working space, or work abroad for several weeks per year
- 30 vacation days to relax and recharge, plus 5 child sick days if your little one needs you
- A focus-driven culture that values efficiency over long hours - no overtime expectations, and if it happens, you get that time back!
- A high-impact environment where your work drives real change - short decision-making processes and no micromanagement
- A team culture where ambition and balance go hand in hand, supported by strong connections - from our fully covered company retreat to team meetups and virtual coffee breaks
- Tools and support to do your best work: MacBook, monitor, and €1,000 annual learning budget, plus regular feedback and career development
- A truly international team with English as our company language and a shared commitment to growth and well-being - supported by Sunday Supplements and Nilo Health

High-level organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables across 20+ active accounts simultaneously.
Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to a full-time, dedicated role; we are looking for a long-term partner, not a freelancer with multiple projects.

A "builder" mindset—the ability to take ownership of an operationally immature business and implement structure without constant direction.
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and de-escalate client concerns independently.
Direct experience with AI video generation tools or short-form video content agencies.
Proficiency in Notion for project tracking and documentation.

Unlike traditional outsourcing, you’ll be placed directly with a client as a core member of their team—giving you real ownership, career growth, and long-term stability.
About the Company
Our client is a results-driven AI marketing agency that specializes in local lead generation for high-stakes professional service firms, including legal, medical, and home services industries. Founded in 2014, the team bridges the gap between engineering discipline and strategic marketing to help local businesses outrank national brands. They provide an integrated suite of services, including AI-driven search engine optimization, adaptive PPC management, and sophisticated digital transformation tools designed to turn discovery into high-intent bookings and calls.
Operating as a forward-thinking scale-up, the company focuses on "Midnight AI" systems that optimize visibility across Google Maps, organic search, and emerging AI recommendation engines. The culture is built on transparency, measurable outcomes, and a calm, disciplined approach to innovation. By joining this collaborative team, you will work at the intersection of traditional search and the new era of AI-driven marketing, delivering high-impact growth for clients who rely on steady inbound lead flow to thrive.
Job Summary
This company is a performance marketing agency building the "Agency of the Future" by leveraging AI to dominate the Answer Engine era. While traditional agencies are focused solely on Google rankings, this team ensures clients are cited inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. We are looking for a high-performing closer to lead our revenue function. You will sell directly to business owners and managing partners of firms generating $1M+ in annual revenue. This is a role for a strategic thinker who understands that modern businesses need high-margin, AI-driven solutions rather than outdated agency deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Owning the full closing cycle, taking 7–10+ qualified calls per week across all US time zones.
Managing and coaching a front-end appointment setter, listening to call recordings daily to identify drop-off points and running live role-play sessions.
Handling complex objections regarding ROI and differentiation without the use of a script.
Conducting daily video syncs with leadership to review pipeline health and priorities.
Providing consistent End-of-Day (EOD) and End-of-Week (EOW) reports on revenue closed, close rates, and setter performance.
Scaling the performance of the sales function as the agency grows, with a target of $20,000+ in new contracts closed per month.
Requirements
+2 years of experience closing high-ticket services in a digital marketing, agency, or SaaS environment.
Proven track record of selling directly to business owners and managing partners in service-based industries (Law, Medical, Home Services).
Ability to speak fluently about revenue, leads, and ROI rather than just "deliverables."
Experience managing or coaching appointment setters to improve top-of-funnel health.
High level of self-discipline and the ability to operate in a remote, founder-led startup environment without micromanagement.
Availability to cover core US hours (8am–7pm CST) to support prospects from EST to PST.
Benefits
💰 Competitive base retainer plus uncapped commission
🌎 Fully remote work environment
📈 Compounding commission structure on multi-month contracts
🚀 Opportunity to lead the sales function of an AI-first agency
🎯 High-growth potential with total compensation realistic targets of $11k–$14k/mo by month 6
⚡ Flexible hours with a focus on output over clock-watching

Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. We believe that there is a better healthcare world – one powered by data. Our platform transforms complex, diverse data into a unified foundation for health, helping organizations deliver better care, boost revenue, and lower costs.
We’re a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable—and we’re looking for passionate people to help us get there.
For more information, visit arcadia.io.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Arcadia's data platform powers population health analytics for health plans, ACOs, and provider groups across the country. As a Lead Analytics Engineer — Data Modeling & Quality, you sit at the intersection of data quality ownership and analytical data modeling. You'll own the SQL and DBT layer that transforms raw clinical and claims data into trusted, production-grade datasets, while also serving as the quality authority for the data those models produce.
This is a hybrid role — deeper SQL and DBT expertise than a traditional Data Health Professional, with a more analytical and model-focused scope than a Data Engineering role. You're less focused on pipeline infrastructure and more on the logic, shape, and trustworthiness of the data itself.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
Independently triage and resolve pipeline data quality issues
Author at least one new DBT model or refactor an existing one to meet current modeling standards
Understand the end-to-end pipeline from ingress through silver and gold, and be able to trace a data quality issue to its root layer
In 6 months
What You'll Be Doing
DATA MODELING & DBT DEVELOPMENT
Author, review, and maintain DBT models using Spark/Hudi from ingest through bronze and silver
Help clients understand their data model, assumptions, and limitations through intentional validation
Troubleshoot and fix issues, then write DBT tests to catch issues proactively
Optimize SQL performance for slow-running jobs
Partner with Data Engineering on table design, partition strategy, and incremental patterns
DATA QUALITY OWNERSHIP
Triage and classify data quality alerts, distinguishing source-level issues from transform-layer failures
Design and maintain volume monitors and DQ monitors (null rate, distribution, future-date checks)
Author and apply clinical DQ rules (entity volume, field coverage, LOINC coverage, referential integrity) and claims validation rules across silver and gold layers
Conduct quality reviews for connector promotions — evaluating silver entity coverage, validation rule pass rates, and bronze-to-silver transformation correctness
Own the ticket queue for DQ, attribution, hierarchy, and customer-specific data quality issues, writing clear customer-facing findings
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL QUALITY COLLABORATION
Lead data quality reviews during connector installation and promotion (UAT → PRD), including claims validation playbooks and null analysis
Partner with Data Engineering on root-cause triage for errors, ingress anomalies, and silver table issues surfaced through data quality monitoring
Coordinate with the Measure Implementation Team (MIT) when data quality issues affect quality measure scores
Contribute to and enforce data modeling standards across teams
TECHNOLOGIES
Data modeling: DBT-Spark, SQL, Claude
Warehousing: Amazon Redshift, Apache Hudi, AWS Athena
Data quality: volume/DQ monitors, DBT tests
Orchestration: Argo Workflows, Airflow
Source control: Git / GitHub, PR-based review workflows
Observability: Grafana, Jira
Healthcare data: Claims (plan/professional/pharmacy), EHR (clinical entities), MPI
What You'll Bring
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field
Experience:
Advanced SQL: window functions, complex CTEs, aggregation patterns, performance tuning on columnar databases
DBT: hands-on experience authoring models, tests, macros, and yml documentation; familiarity with incremental strategies
Healthcare data literacy: working knowledge of claims data (professional, institutional, pharmacy), clinical data (EHR entities), and common quality dimensions (member months, coverage rates, null patterns)
Data quality mindset: ability to differentiate source data issues from transform issues, design systematic validation checks, and communicate data quality findings clearly
Skills:
Clear communicator — able to translate technical findings for clients and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical judgment — you can look at a distribution and know when something is wrong
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, leveraging AI tooling to stay organized and efficient
Genuine desire to learn and apply AI tools for operational efficiency
Would Love For You To Have
Experience with Spark SQL and Hudi table format
Familiarity with data quality monitoring tools
Comfortable operating in an AI-first environment using Claude to build/verify various day-to-day workflows
Exposure to population health analytics concepts: HEDIS measures, risk adjustment, value-based care metrics
Python scripting for data investigation and automation
Experience with Argo Workflows or similar orchestration platforms
Healthcare data standards: ICD-10, CPT, NDC, LOINC, NPI
What You'll Get
Work alongside a talented team on some of the most complex and rewarding challenges in healthcare data
Flexible, fully remote work environment with the resources and support to do your best work
Exposure to senior leaders
Be on the front lines of AI adoption — use cutting-edge tools to accelerate your work and shape how the team operates in an AI-first environment
Make a meaningful impact on healthcare data operations by improving the quality, reliability, and trustworthiness of data that drives patient care decisions
Be a part of a mission driven company that is transforming the healthcare industry
Become a member of the talented, energized, diverse and purpose-driven Arcadian Community

About the Role
We're looking for a Solutions Sales Engineer to join DBSync. This is a hybrid role that sits between sales and delivery: you'll support the sales cycle through technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts, and you'll work alongside our services team to scope and stand up integration solutions for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
DBSync is an iPaaS company. Our value is reliable, maintainable integration between CRMs, accounting systems, and ERPs. The ideal candidate pairs strong integration and data fundamentals with the customer-facing skill to translate technical solutions into business value and uses AI and analytics to make those solutions smarter, not as a substitute for solid integration design.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Scoping: Work with sales and customers to understand source and target systems, data volumes, and sync requirements; design integration solutions and scope the work needed to deliver them.
Technical Demos & POCs: Prepare and deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and trials of DBSync integrations, showing how data flows and syncs across CRM, accounting, and ERP systems.
Integration Delivery Support: Partner with the services team to build, configure, and validate integration workflows — field mapping, transformation logic, sync triggers, scheduling, and error handling.
Data & Systems Expertise: Apply working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and the object models of common CRM and accounting/ERP systems to design integrations that hold up in production.
Customer Engagement: Support clients through onboarding and adoption, troubleshoot integration issues, and recommend improvements.
AI & Analytics Enablement: Where it adds value, layer AI-driven features (automation, predictive insight, conversational interfaces) onto integration solutions; identify where analytics can surface ROI for the customer.
Feedback & Strategy: Gather client feedback, identify common patterns, and feed them back into product, templates, and sales positioning.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Enablement: Train sales teams on integration capabilities and how to position them; document solutions for repeatable delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between customers, sales, engineering, product, and customer success from concept through operational delivery.s.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
3+ years in technical sales, solutions/sales engineering, integration consulting, data management, or a related technical-customer-facing role.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or Xero).
Solid grasp of integration concepts: APIs (REST/SOAP), data mapping and transformation, sync logic, scheduling, and error handling.
Proficiency with SQL and comfort working with APIs and tools like Postman.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
Experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms (DBSync, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo, etc.).
Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (LLMs, chatbots, predictive analytics, automation platforms) and how to apply them to integration and data workflows.
Experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python).
Additional languages beyond English.
Certifications in data analytics, AI/ML, or relevant CRM/ERP platforms.
