THE ROLE
We're hiring our first Regional Vice President for the Southeast. You'll be the founding sales leader for the region. You'll hire and lead a team of Enterprise AEs, set the operating standard, and turn a strong base of developer adoption and ClickHouse Cloud sign-ups into a durable enterprise business. If you've been an early leader in a region before and want to do it again with a technically differentiated product, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build the region from the ground up. Own the Southeast territory plan, including which accounts, verticals, and metros to prioritize first, and where to place each new rep.
- Recruit and close top-tier AEs. Use your regional network to hire a team of Enterprise AEs and keep growing it. Hire for technical curiosity, a proven record against a number, and high integrity.
- Own the number. Carry the regional quota and forecast it accurately every week, month, and quarter. Run rigorous pipeline and deal reviews using a MEDDPICC-style qualification standard.
- Land and expand enterprise accounts. Convert existing ClickHouse Cloud and open-source usage into committed enterprise agreements, then grow them as new use cases emerge. The Southeast's enterprise base spans financial services, payments, healthcare, logistics, retail, and media.
- Get into deals. Join executive meetings, pressure-test deal strategy, and help reps through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical buyers, procurement, and security review.
- Run a tight team with Solutions Architects. Work hand in hand with SAs and SEs so every opportunity is technically sound and every customer is set up to grow.
- Work the full GTM machine. Partner with Marketing, Partners/Alliances (including cloud marketplaces), and our product-led growth motion to build pipeline and pick up self-serve accounts ready for a sales-assisted conversation.
- Be ClickHouse's face in the Southeast. Build our presence with customers, partners, and the local data and developer community through executive events, meetups, and field programs.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales in data infrastructure, databases, analytics, observability, or cloud, including a strong record as a quota-carrying seller.
- 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams as a first- or second-line leader, with consistent attainment you can walk us through number by number.
- A record of building a region or team from an early stage: hiring the first reps, defining territories, and growing a new geography into a predictable business.
- A deep Southeast network of enterprise AEs, customers, and partners, and a reputation that makes strong sellers want to work for you.
- Forecasting and qualification discipline (MEDDPICC or similar). You know the difference between a commit and a hope, and your leadership can trust your call.
- Technical fluency. You can talk architecture with data engineers and CTOs, and you can tell when a deal is stalling for technical reasons and when it's commercial.
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models, and an understanding that in a consumption business the signed deal is where the revenue starts.
- The ClickHouse DNA: integrity, hunger, and accountability. You're curious, serious about the craft, and happy to roll up your sleeves.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience as an early sales leader or early seller in the Southeast at a high-growth data or infrastructure company.
- Background selling open-source or developer-led products alongside a product-led growth funnel.
- Familiarity with real-time analytics, OLAP and columnar databases, observability, or AI/LLM workloads.
- Established relationships with data and technology leaders at major Southeast enterprises.
- Experience co-selling with AWS, GCP, or Azure and transacting through cloud marketplaces.

- Work closely with Engineering teams to integrate compliance and privacy-by-design principles and AI transparency measures into product development.
- Advise the customer-facing Agent Development teams on legal requirements of product features, including consumer protection, telecommunications (e.g., voice and messaging), and industry-specific requirements for regulated customers.

- Experience advising product and engineering teams on new product development, ideally involving AI/ML, communications, or platform products.
- Working knowledge of the legal domains that touch product development, including privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), AI regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework), consumer protection, and IP.
- Ability to partner with technical teams to understand all aspects of Sierra's product offering.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to balance legal risks and business objectives in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to partner with both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
- A strong work ethic with an eye for detail. You will strive for perfection, and expect that of others.

Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Program Manager on Anthropic's Safeguards team, you'll help make sure we meet our obligations under AI safety laws and regulations around the world. Working closely with Legal, you'll turn new and emerging requirements into programs, controls, and deliverables. This requires a detailed understanding of how our models and products are built, evaluated and safeguarded. Your work will support Anthropic's commitment to developing AI safely and beneficially as the regulatory landscape evolves.
The responsibilities listed below are some examples of areas that someone in this role could own, depending on their experience and the team's needs.
Key responsibilities
Manage and drive complex safety initiatives that identify, assess and mitigate risks from frontier models, from initial risk assessment through to the deployment of safeguards
Partner with the Safeguards incident management team to strengthen incident response and reporting processes, including the policies that determine how incidents are escalated and when they must be reported externally
Conduct post-incident reviews, and work with the subject matter experts for each harm area to incorporate the findings into model and product safeguards
Own the safety strategy and deliverables for AI systems used in high-risk settings, including risk assessments, technical documentation, and the information that deploying customers need to use those systems safely
Define the safety and risk controls that our models and products require, ensure that each control has an owner and a documented procedure, and confirm that it operates as intended
Partner closely with the owners of each risk area to develop a deep understanding of AI risks, safety evaluations and mitigation strategies, and use that understanding to prepare safety documentation, transparency reports and regulatory submissions
Minimum qualifications
Experience in trust and safety, AI safety or a related field, including designing and implementing safeguards against misuse or harm
Understanding of AI safety, including the principal risk areas and the evaluations and safeguards used to address them, well enough to engage substantively with the technical experts responsible for them
Experience running risk assessment or harm mitigation programs from identification through to resolution
Experience translating policy or regulatory requirements into practical operational processes
Ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs to completion in a fast-moving environment, including with technical teams outside your own discipline
Clear written communication, including documentation for technical, legal and external audiences
Strong attention to detail, and the judgment to recognize when work is at risk and raise it early
Commitment to the safe development and deployment of AI
Preferred qualifications
Experience with AI-specific regulation, such as the EU AI Act
Experience leading incident response programs, including escalation paths and external reporting obligations
Experience preparing safety documentation, transparency reports or regulatory submissions
Experience working with technical and research teams on safety evaluations
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Annual Salary:
$245,000
—
$285,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Meet our data-privacy and regional obligations with Legal and Information Security, and act as the HR contact for internal and external audits.
AI enablement and automation:
Set our HR technology AI strategy, with responsible adoption resting on governance, data readiness, privacy and human oversight.R
Redesign fragmented processes into something simpler.
Run a single pipeline for internal use cases and emerging HR technology, and report what our automation delivers in adoption, efficiency, quality and experience.
Team and partners:
Grow a team covering business systems analysis and an operations specialist group led by a first-line manager, and plan resourcing, capacity and budget across both.
Develop the team’s capability in consultation, requirements and configuration, and hold the relationship with our outsourced administration and application management partners.
What you'll bring:
8+ years experience across HR systems and HR operations.

Hands-on depth in SAP SuccessFactors, enough to specify requirements, evaluate configuration and work with an implementation partner, with strong familiarity in Employee Central and at least two other modules absolutely required.
Experience with the security and access model for HR data, and with leading third-party implementation or managed-service partners to agreed service levels.
Experience running project delivery alongside production support, and influencing senior leaders across HR, IT and Finance in plain language.

The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
At Wealthsimple, we take our clients' security seriously. The Fraud Investigations team is the front line of defense within our Security & Risk group. We are looking for a sharp, decisive, and detail-obsessed Team Lead to oversee a pod of Fraud Investigators.
You won't be tied to just one type of fraud. As a Team Lead, you will be the player-coach guiding the detectives who protect our platform from everything from complex account takeovers to sophisticated money mule networks. You will act as the ultimate escalation point, drive team performance, and ensure our defenses stay one step ahead of the bad actors.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a pod of Fraud Investigators. Conduct 1:1s, run side-by-sides, and actively coach your team to elevate their investigative techniques and decision-making.
- Oversee complex fraud queues, ensuring the team strictly maintains case-closure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) without sacrificing investigative quality.
- Step in on the most complex, ambiguous, or high-dollar investigations. You are the final set of eyes when an investigator needs help navigating a tricky bank indemnity, a complex crypto trace, or a sophisticated identity ring.
- Lead weekly calibration sessions with your pod. Spot emerging fraud typologies across the platform, document trends, and partner directly with Risk, Compliance, and Product to build better automated defenses.
- Ensure your team’s case documentation is flawless, empowering client-facing teams with exactly what they need to manage the client relationship during high-stress situations.
- Serve as the chief quality-control officer for your pod, establishing investigative playbooks and ensuring all decisions align with Wealthsimple’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience in backend fraud investigations (e.g., banking/fiat fraud, account takeovers, payments, or digital assets).
- Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, or leading peers. You know how to build a culture of psychological safety, calm, and focus in a high-stress environment.
- Deep understanding of fraud typologies and financial ledgers. You can look at complex data (IPs, device IDs, transaction metadata) and instantly spot the behavioral anomalies.
- Strong bias for action. You make sound, high-stakes decisions with incomplete information, and you know exactly when to escalate and when to hold.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can translate complex fraud investigations into clear business impact for leadership and partner teams.
