SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Director, Product Management - Data Science
San Mateo, CA
At Sony Interactive Entertainment, PlayStation creates unforgettable gaming experiences for millions of players around the world. As a global leader in interactive entertainment, we operate at massive scale across a complex digital ecosystem spanning hardware, software, services, commerce, marketing, and player engagement.
About the Role
We are seeking a
Director of Data Science Product Management
to lead the strategy, prioritization, and execution of data science to drive better decision-making and player experiences across PlayStation.
This role is responsible for portfolio of products across the data science lifecycle - identifying high-value analytical opportunities, shaping predictive and decision products, and ensuring they deliver measurable business outcomes through adoption, monitoring and continuous improvement. The role will lead a team of Data Science Product Managers responsible for applying data science to solve business problems, including capabilities across customer lifetime value, player lifecycle intelligence, forecasting, simulations, audience intelligence and decision automation.
The Director will help ensure that SIE’s data science investments are focused on the highest-impact opportunities, built with strong product discipline, and adopted in the workflows where they can create measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business priorities into structured problem statements, investment cases, product strategies, and measurable outcomes, ensuring data science work is managed as a scalable product portfolio rather than one-off analytical requests.
Drive product strategy and lifecycle ownership for player value and decision intelligence capabilities, such as CLV, engagement and forecasting, ensuring high quality products are advanced from discovery through productionization, adoption, monitoring, iteration, and long-term value realization.
Establish clear criteria for when analytical work should remain exploratory, become a recurring decision process, or graduate into a production-grade product.
Define success metrics and quality standards for data science products, including business impact, adoption, reliability, interpretability, model quality, operational sustainability, and decision quality.
Partner with Data Science and Analytics leaders to ensure rigor across experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, incrementality measurement, model evaluation, and value analysis, while promoting these approaches as core decision-making tools.
Influence senior stakeholders across functions to align strategy, clarify priorities, manage tradeoffs, and drive adoption of data science products.
Guide Product Managers across the product lifecycle while directly leading or sponsoring the organization's highest-impact and most ambiguous product initiatives.
Create a strong Data Science product culture centered on hypothesis-driven discovery, evidence-based prioritization, measurable business impact and close partnership with cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years in digital product management, data product management, AI/ML product management, analytics product management, or related roles.
6+ years of people management experience, including experience leading Product Managers or senior product-oriented analytics leaders.
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional portfolios involving Data Science, ML Engineering, Analytics, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of data science and machine learning workflows, including experimentation, predictive modeling, forecasting, segmentation, recommender systems, lifecycle modeling, productionization, and monitoring.
Experience with products or capabilities related to CLV/LTV, personalization, churn, propensity modeling, forecasting, audience targeting, marketing optimization, commerce, or digital engagement.
Familiarity with modern data and ML ecosystems such as SQL, Python, Snowflake, Spark, feature stores, MLOps tools, model monitoring, APIs, and analytics platforms.
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing product teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience in gaming, digital commerce, subscription, marketplace, streaming, or consumer technology businesses.
Deep experience with customer intelligence, player lifecycle analytics, personalization, experimentation, audience intelligence, or growth optimization.
Experience defining success metrics and quality standards for data science products, including adoption, reliability, latency, interpretability, fairness, model drift, and business impact.
Experience building product management capabilities, teams, or operating models from the ground up.
Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools, including generative or agentic AI, to improve product workflows, accelerate insight generation, and enhance decision-making.

What the Role Is
We are looking for an E-commerce Finance Manager to join our team. As Finance Manager for our E-commerce business, you'll own financial visibility, efficiency, and performance across the Babylist Shop — topline through gross margin. You'll partner with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Data, and work directly with the Director of Strategic Finance to turn analysis into decisions on pricing, promotions, and investment. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role on a lean team: you'll set the approach, build the models and processes, and be front and center with company executives. If you've owned a full P&L picture and take pride in delivering clean, decision-ready work, you'll thrive here.
Who You Are
Deep ecommerce finance fluency
— you know the metrics and mechanics cold (AOV, gross-to-net, unit economics, and gross margin vs. contribution margin), ideally from a high-volume ecommerce or consumer-tech business
Advanced financial modeling skills
— expert in Excel / Google Sheets, scenario analysis, and managing large datasets to a clean, reliable answer
Strong independent ownership and problem-solving
— you can take an ambiguous problem, define the approach, and drive to a clear answer without day-to-day direction
Executive- and board-ready communication
— you present financial insights clearly and directly to senior leaders, connecting the numbers to what's happening in the business, including strong data visualization
A high bar for accuracy and quality control
— you build checks into your models and decks, reconcile outputs, and catch errors before they reach stakeholders
You naturally reach for AI in your work
— at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
Prior experience owning pricing and promotional decisions, with a focus on ROI and financial impact
You have hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) in finance workflows, with clear examples of automating reporting, accelerating analysis, or improving how you model
Experience with financial planning systems such as NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Oracle Hyperion, or similar
5–8 years of experience, ideally in an FP&A role at a high-growth consumer technology or ecommerce company, with 1–2 years at the Manager level preferred or equivalent ownership and scope in a lean, cross-functional finance environment
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA a plus
How You Will Make An Impact
Proactively surface risks, opportunities, and value-added recommendations from both an operational and strategic viewpoint
Own the monthly financial business review for the Ecommerce business, delivering insights on sales, margins, and trends
Own Ecommerce forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in partnership with Merchandising, Planning, and Accounting
Lead pricing and promotional analysis, including ROI evaluation and optimization
Analyze Co-Op, DDA, and rebate programs to assess financial impact and track accruals
Deliver SKU- and department-level reporting from revenue through margin
Ensure the data integrity of key ecommerce metrics in partnership with Data and Engineering
Build financial reporting that leadership relies on — dynamic dashboards, KPI and operational reporting, business analyses, and clear executive-level explanations of variances
Take ownership of establishing and managing new financial processes and reporting frameworks to close gaps and improve operational transparency
Leverage financial systems to give business leaders visibility to track against financial targets
Contribute to monthly and quarterly board presentations, the annual planning process, and long-range planning (5-Year Plan)
Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements across ecommerce FP&A workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing speed and consistency
Why This Role
You own ecommerce finance — topline through margin — for one of the largest parts of the business, not a slice of it
Your analysis reaches executives and the board and directly shapes decisions on pricing, promotions, and investment
High autonomy on a lean team: you define the approach in ambiguity rather than inheriting a fully built playbook
Babylist is pushing the frontier of AI, and you'll have a real mandate to reshape how FP&A works, not just experiment at the edges
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$128,413 to $171,229 + target bonus and competitive equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

Building the generational brand in baby, Babylist is reshaping the $235B kids and baby market and helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step.

Competitive pay and meaningful opportunities for career advancement
We believe technology and data can solve hard problems
We're committed to career progression and performance-based advancement
Benefits
Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance
Retirement savings plan with company matching and flexible spending accounts
Generous paid parental leave and PTO
Winter Wonder Week: the whole company takes a paid week off at the end of the year, whether or not you celebrate anything, so everyone's out at once and comes back refreshed
Remote work stipend to set up your office
Perks for physical, mental, and emotional health, parenting, childcare, and financial planning

500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
We’re looking for a Creative leader who can turn creativity into a growth engine. You’ll own creative strategy end to end - from brand and big ideas to performance, production and AI - and lead a 20-person creative team to deliver work that moves both culture and business metrics. You’ll unlock new audiences, build a faster and smarter production engine, and bring creative closer to the heart of growth decisions. If you believe creativity should be bold, measurable and built for impact - this role is for you.
What you will own
Creative strategy end to end: the brand platform and the thousands of assets that run against it, from CTV and upper-funnel video through paid social, search, web funnels, app store and lifecycle.
Business outcomes. CPA, subscription rate and payback are partly creative variables. You carry them alongside acquisition, you sit where budget is set, and you present the creative case to the executive team and the board.
Unlock new audiences. Build the repeatable route in: insight, territory, batch production, structured testing on ring-fenced budget, then scale.
The production engine, around 20 people across creative strategy, motion, design, UGC and production ops. Faster cycles, sharper briefs, and a written rule for what gets hand-crafted, templated or generated. Cost per asset and cycle time are KPIs.
AI in production. Generative tools are already live here and some of our strongest performers are AI-made. Push much further, and decide where human craft stays non-negotiable.
The measurement system itself. Creative performance sits in disconnected per-platform dashboards today, so a single comparable view of every asset is an early priority.
Experience and skills
You have led creative in customer facing tech where performance marketing is the main growth engine, and you can hold your own on incrementality, pROAS and LTV/CAC.
You can state what your creative was worth to your last business, and show the evidence.
You are equally credible on brand, and can write a positioning that survives contact with a media plan.
You are AI-first in practice, not in theory: shipped work, opinions on tooling, and the quality and disclosure calls made yourself.
You are comfortable pushing the boundaries, failing at times and being innovative.
You build teams people stay on, set the bar high and focus on coaching for strong outcomes.

How we work
We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.
You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
What you'll get
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
Competitive salary and annual reviews
Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.

About Huzzle
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talents with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.
Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
About the company
Our client is a dynamic technology consultancy and systems integrator specializing in scalable digital transformation and cloud-based infrastructure. They partner with mid-market and enterprise organizations to streamline complex business processes through expert automation, CRM optimization, and custom software architecture. By bridging the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution, the team helps modern businesses leverage data-driven insights to accelerate growth and operational efficiency.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who is a "builder" at heart. This team works with elite B2B SaaS founders and executives, turning high-level insights into a scalable content engine. You won't just be taking orders; you will own the pipeline that translates raw founder expertise into polished, high-impact social and digital content. If you are a creative strategist who is also obsessed with workflow automation and operational discipline, this is your opportunity to build a greenfield marketing function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Content Extraction & Creation: Review founder calls and raw transcripts to extract "gold nuggets" and transform them into short-form blogs, LinkedIn posts, image teasers, and short-form video scripts.
Workflow Management: Set up and maintain the operational tools (Slack, FeedHive, Castmagic) to ensure every piece of content is reviewed, approved, and scheduled seamlessly.
Founder Liaison: Act as the primary operational point of contact for founders to gather approvals and feedback, maintaining a professional and friendly communication style.
Social Amplification: Manage the social media tech stack, handle all posting schedules, and engage in light community management (cross-tagging and responses) to drive reach.
LinkedIn Automation: Oversee and optimize existing LinkedIn outreach and posting automation to ensure maximum brand visibility.
Email & Growth Ops: Manage the email marketing pipeline, including list curation, template management (ideally within GoHighLevel), and triggering outbound sequences.
Ad Management (Bonus): Assist with the setup and monitoring of basic ad spend to amplify top-performing content.
Requirements
GoHighLevel Mastery: Experience building out email funnels and CRM workflows within GHL.
Senior-level Experience: A proven track record of setting up and running marketing/social content pipelines for B2B SaaS or professional services.
Pragmatic Copywriting: Ability to use AI tools for efficiency while maintaining high-quality "human" oversight and a professional tone.
Operational Excellence: 110% diligence and attention to detail; you are someone who creates processes rather than just following them.
Technical Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in Salesforce and Slack.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills with a "friendly professional" demeanor for founder-facing interactions.
Strategic POV: Ability to look at raw content and instinctively know what will perform best on social platforms.
Nice-to-Haves
Tool Stack Knowledge:
Experience with FeedHive, Castmagic, and Apollo.
Performance Marketing:
Experience with paid social ads and A/B testing.
Creative Skills:
Basic video editing or design skills to support content teasers.
Growth Mindset:
Interest in connecting marketing efforts to direct revenue generation and sales performance.
Benefits
💻 Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams
🚀 Career Growth: Join companies in SaaS, MarTech, and B2B services

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Low-level Control Engineer to join our Control Team in London, focusing on control development and integration for our end-effectors.
You will design, implement and validate actuator- and joint-level controllers and grasp-level behaviours across a family of end-effector variants - parallel and multi-finger grippers, vacuum and suction tooling, and purpose-built tooling for specific customer tasks. Each variant brings different actuation, different sensing and, critically, different transmission mechanisms: geared direct drives, cable- and tendon-driven routings, differential and coupled linkages, and underactuated designs where few actuators must produce adaptive, compliant grasping across many degrees of freedom.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in control theory, strong software engineering skills in C++, and comfort working from real-time embedded control up through kinematics/dynamics and hardware debugging. You will work closely with mechanical and hardware engineers - early enough in the design cycle that your input shapes actuation and transmission choices rather than merely inheriting them.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Low-Level Control Development:
- Tune and validate actuator- and joint-space control loops (PID, feedforward, impedance/admittance, observers, state feedback) for multi-DoF end-effectors in ROS2.
- Develop grasp-level behaviours: grasp force control, compliant closing, slip detection and correction, and adaptive grasping on underactuated grippers.
- Implement safety and fault-handling mechanisms — thermal and over-current protection, stall and jam detection, grip-loss detection, safe behaviour on fault.
Transmission Mechanisms, Modeling & System Identification:
- Build and identify models of actuators, transmissions and mechanisms - geared, cable/tendon-driven, differential, coupled and underactuated - including compliance, friction, backlash, hysteresis, cable stretch and pretension effects.
- Own the joint-to-actuator abstraction for these mechanisms and the correct exposure of joint versus actuator state through the control stack.
- Contribute directly to transmission mechanism design: work with mechanical engineers on routing, reduction ratios, DoF coupling and underactuation strategy, bringing the controllability and observability consequences of each option into the conversation early.
Sensor & Hardware Integration:
- Integrate and calibrate end-effector sensing (F/T, tactile, encoders, temperature/current, vacuum feedback) with real-time acquisition across the control stack.
- Hands-on bring-up and debugging of new end-effectors, including test-stand work and vendor-supplied units.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration:
- Close the loop with mechanical/electronics engineers across sites on actuation, transmission and sensing requirements.
- Work with data collection, applications and deployment teams so end-effectors work reliably in real use.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Shipped real-time-safe, object-oriented C++ control software running on real hardware.
- Tuned and validated controllers on physical actuators, including sensor calibration and bring-up.
- Modelled, identified and controlled through real mechanical transmissions - gearing, cables/tendons, differentials, coupled linkages or underactuated mechanisms - and dealt with the compliance, friction and backlash they introduce.
- Worked on end-effectors or comparable multi-DoF mechanisms, including grasp control and supporting sensing.
- Debugged at the fieldbus and OS layer: e.g. EtherCAT or CAN, on an RTOS or real-time Linux.
- Strong control theory foundation (linear/nonlinear control, stability, observers, state estimation, feedback/feedforward, filtering, frequency-domain analysis) applied to multi-DoF mechanisms via Jacobians, numerical IK/FK, and URDF/Xacro.
Nice to have:
- BLDC motor control (commutation, current control, torque optimization).
- ros2_control internals (hardware interfaces, controllers, controller_manager, plugins, lifecycle nodes).
- Tendon- or cable-driven mechanisms specifically, including pretension management, routing friction and wear behaviour.
- Tactile sensing integration; vacuum and suction tooling, including multi-cup arrays and grip-loss handling.
- System identification toolchains and simulation environments (MATLAB/Simulink, MuJoCo, Isaac Sim).
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.
