RELOCATION TO GERMANY adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we’ve become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Architecting Intelligence to Optimize 200M+ Daily Decisions
As the intelligence core of our engineering organization, our Data Science team doesn’t just deploy models, we engineer the fundamental decision engine that powers our platform. At a scale of 770 million users and 100,000+ predictions per second, we are solving a multi-objective optimization problem that balances user incentives, advertiser ROI, and long-term platform health in real time. Our architecture is built on a 1PB+ behavioral data lake, providing the high-fidelity input necessary to train deep learning models that predict individual user engagement with precision. We aren’t just optimizing clicks, we are dynamically calculating optimal reward structures to sustain a global value exchange. Engineered for performance, our stack leverages Tensorflow and PyTorch for model training, NVIDIA Triton to achieve sub-100ms inference. We own the full ML lifecycle from high-level research and feature engineering to deployment and A/B experimentation. Here, you will find the autonomy, the data depth, and the massive scale required to solve the most complex optimization challenges in the adtech ecosystem.
The data infrastructure behind this runs at real scale: 2TB ingested in real time every day, 100+ Airflow jobs and data pipelines, and ML models handling p99 latency of 100ms across 100,000+ predictions per second.
As a Data Engineer on this team – you’ll be building and maintaining the infrastructure that makes them possible: the Feature Store, the data pipelines, the data quality systems, and the data architecture that data scientists depend on to move fast.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
Data engineering at ML scale. You have 5+ years in data engineering on a modern stack, with proven experience handling systems that process several TB of data per day and thousands of events per second. Flink is your default for real-time. You have hands-on experience with Apache Flink for stateful stream processing and real-time feature computation. You’ll translate Data Science requirements into high-performance streams, enable Data Scientists to contribute new features and implement features yourself when needed.
Pipeline bottlenecks don’t survive long around you. You know how to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in complex ETL jobs, whether handling high-volume batch processing or real-time streaming systems like Kafka. At adjoe, data velocity is critical: slow pipelines directly impact model freshness and prediction quality at sub-100ms inference.
You think in layers, not tables. You move beyond raw data to design robust, multi-layered data architectures using dbt, and can reason confidently about storage formats, Data Lakehouse models, and what belongs where in a 1PB+ data lake. Familiarity with Medallion Architecture is a strong plus.
The bridge between Data Science and Backend. You’ve worked closely with Data Scientists on online ML systems with low latency requirements, and understand what it takes to make experimental research production-ready. Strong Java required; Go or Python a plus.
Owns quality, not just delivery. You implement data validation, monitoring, and governance processes in production, because in a system where model inputs directly drive advertiser ROI, data integrity isn’t optional.
Experience with Airflow, Kubeflow, AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes is a strong plus.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.

As Senior GRC Engineer (Security), you'll mature ICEYE's Security Governance, Risk and Compliance program across a multi-country, multi-regulator footprint, including Finland, Germany, Spain, Poland, the UK and Greece amongst others. ICEYE operates at the intersection of commercial space technology and sovereign defence, so our compliance posture (ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST, and national frameworks) has to be credible to customers who include governments and defence agencies. You'll be the person who keeps that posture accurate, current and audit-ready, maps client and national requirements to internal ICEYE requirements, as a senior individual contributor. This role will be working closely with all the ICEYE Security team domains, ICEYE IT, ICEYE product management and the Program Management Office, Engineering and Sales.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
The position will evolve according to the needs of the company and the growing team. Initially, the position has two main aspects, which are adjacent and many initiatives will cross both, especially in terms of overlapping requirements and compliance evidence:
- Product requirements and compliance:
- Ensure clients’ and their national security requirements are at all times clearly translated accurately to ICEYE internal requirements across product, IT, and other ICEYE functions, and we can clearly communicate those towards existing and new clients.
- Ensure ICEYE has evidence of fulfilling and complying with the requirements, preferably as compliance-as-code whenever possible.
- Support ICEYE’s Product, the Missions business line, PMO and Sales on client requirements. Produce material to support accreditation and acceptance requirements.
- Wider Iceye and regulatory compliance:
- Continuously improve ICEYE's ISO 27001 ISMS, including risk assessments, the risk register, Statement of Applicability, internal audits and certification/surveillance audit cycles.
- Track and operationalise NIS2, CRA and other EU product security obligations across ICEYE's in-scope entities, translating regulatory requirements into concrete policies, controls and evidence.
- Prepare clear, concise compliance and risk reporting for senior leadership, including status against certifications, audits and remediation plans.
- Maintain information security policies, standards and supporting documentation, ensuring they stay practical and enforceable rather than shelfware.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for external auditors, certification bodies and regulators on GRC matters.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Eligible for being cleared for a Personal Security Clearance as necessary as well as a citizenship or a permanent residency in the European Union.
- Technical skills that allow you to interpret compliance requirements towards the product function; this includes being able to fluently discuss modern software architecture and development, deployment and release concepts.
- Proven hands-on experience running ISO 27001 (implementation, internal audit, or certification maintenance) in a real organisation, not just theoretical knowledge or external auditing experience.
- Working knowledge of NIS2, CRA, and how their obligations translate into practical controls and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence product management, engineering, IT, legal and leadership without formal authority.
- Experience building or maintaining a risk register and running quantified risk assessments.
- Comfortable operating independently across multiple countries and regulatory regimes.
- Awareness of emerging AI governance frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, EU AI Act) as well as NIST frameworks
Nice to haves:
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor.
- Experience in defence, space, aerospace or another regulated/sovereign-sensitive industry.
- Exposure to classified information handling frameworks (EUCI, NATO equivalents, or national security clearance regimes).
- A well-rounded skillset of using language models for automation.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition
- Technical/competency interview with the VP Product Security
- Scenario-based exercise on requirements discovery, mapping and prioritisation
- Final interview with senior stakeholders including a behavioural interview

About the company: Plurio builds AI agents for performance marketing, automating analysis and optimization for media buying teams managing $300K–$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok. Their AI agents handle budget allocation, creative management, and automation rules based on historical data and ML models, managing over $500M/year in ad spend.
The Role: The Senior Marketing Analyst owns marketing attribution and measurement, ensuring trustworthy and explainable performance metrics across channels with complex attribution models (first/last/multi-touch, custom windows, LTV-driven funnels). Responsibilities include cross-channel and funnel analysis integrating paid media, on-site behavior, CRM, and backend revenue to diagnose funnel leaks and unit economics issues. The role requires deep understanding of paid-channel analytics on Meta and Google platforms to inform reallocation and optimization decisions. The analyst builds AI-driven analytical workflows using AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to automate data preparation and analysis, designs repeatable pipelines, and creates clear dashboards and reports (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) with real-time anomaly detection. The analyst collaborates with product, data, and engineering teams to align analytical models with product development.
Requirements: Excellent SQL skills with ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries and teach AI agents to do so. Independent project ownership and public samples of work.
Red Flags: Creating dashboards without marketing or attribution understanding, SQL only via drag-and-drop BI tools, using AI agents only as chat without workflow building, theoretical marketing analytics without hands-on Meta/Google Ads experience.
What to Expect: Competitive compensation aligned with senior experience, AI-first culture with advanced tooling, significant impact on client outcomes and AI product, remote work with US-hours overlap.
Hiring Process: Application with CV and short answers, intro call, technical interview on SQL and marketing analytics, final culture fit conversation, paid trial period, then offer.
