Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Justin Howie, Head of Brand Studio at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our small, close-knit creative team.
Brand Studio is the creative engine behind how
Customer.io
shows up in the world, from product launches and campaigns to the website and live events. We move fast, care deeply about craft, and operate at the intersection of strategy and production.
Our team is moving from a production function to a systems and platform team, powered by AI and self-serve tooling. AI sits at the center of how we work, and you'll shape how Brand Studio and the wider company use it for ideation, production, and self-serve creation. You'll own brand design execution across our biggest moments, and you'll build the templates, components, and AI-assisted workflows that let the rest of the company create on brand without waiting on us. You'll work closely with our Brand Designers, Motion Designer, Web Engineer, Product Designers, and Marketers.
This is a senior role with a runway. We're looking for a highly seasoned designer with strong business acumen, who manages up well and mentors others, and who we expect to grow into a Staff or Art Director role once you've proven yourself here.
If you lead with Design Craft, live at the frontier of AI for brand and creative, and want to build systems that help a whole company look and sound like one brand, this role is for you.
What we value
Design Craft with speed
— You hold high standards and know how to hit deadlines.
Curiosity about what's next
— You stay on the leading edge of brand and creative, from new AI tools to new techniques, and you share what you learn.
AI-native by default
— You reach for AI first, test what works on real projects, and teach others how.
Collaboration over silos
— You work closely with designers, developers, and marketers, and the output gets better because of it.
Bias for action
— You'd rather ship something great and iterate than wait for perfect, and you're energized by building.
Clear communication
— You ask the right questions, set clear expectations, and keep stakeholders in the loop without being asked.
Leadership beyond the work
— You mentor the people around you, manage up with confidence, and think like an owner of the business.
What you’ll do
Own brand design execution for product launches, using AI-native workflows to take concepts to launch-ready assets in days
Design website pages, templates, and components in close collaboration with our Senior Web Engineer
Develop campaign assets for digital and out-of-home advertising, produced with AI-native workflows so we can test more concepts and ship more variants
Design branded materials for events and conferences, including signage, stage graphics, and collateral
Build and maintain brand templates and libraries, including Figma libraries, prompt libraries, and custom tooling that turn our guidelines into on-brand output anyone can use
Own our AI creative stack: choose the tools, set the standards, and share what you learn with Brand Studio and the wider company
Enable teams across the org through workshops, playbooks, and guardrails that keep AI-assisted work on brand
Translate briefs from Product Marketing and Demand Generation into creative concepts, executed end to end
Partner with Product Design to keep brand and product expression aligned
Mentor designers on the team, give clear critique, and raise the Design Craft bar across Brand Studio
Work with Brand Studio leadership and senior stakeholders on priorities, tradeoffs, and the business case for creative investment
What we're looking for
7+ years of hands-on brand or visual design experience, ideally in-house at a B2B SaaS or tech company, with a record of senior-level ownership
A portfolio that shows range: brand systems, campaign work, product launch design, web and landing pages, event and out-of-home, and AI-assisted work with a clear account of your process
Expert proficiency in Figma, including building and maintaining components and libraries within a brand system, and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong typography and layout instincts, and a track record of turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals
Business acumen: you connect design decisions to company goals, make the case for creative investment, and communicate fluently with executives
The ability to manage up and lead without authority: setting expectations, surfacing risks early, and driving alignment across Marketing, Product, and Exec
Mentorship experience: you've coached other designers and raised the craft bar around you
Deep, hands-on experience with AI image and design tools in your production workflow, plus fluency across the AI creative stack (image generation, LLMs, prompt design, workflow automation) with examples of workflows, templates, or tools you've built that help others create on brand
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is
$128k–$160k USD
(or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
We know our people are what make us great, and we’re committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family

- Own Swoogo setup and administration for assigned events, including registration pages, RSVP and waitlist management, attendee communications, reporting, and check-in preparation.
- Prepare and adapt event briefs, presentation materials, employee prep materials, speaker and panel questions, talking points, and other event content for regional audiences.
- Maintain staffing plans, speaker schedules, contact sheets, trackers, and shared documentation. Coordinate merch, onsite materials, and logistics with the partners responsible for delivery.
- Serve as the onsite Recruiting point of contact for assigned events, working with Global Events and Workplace partners to support a seamless candidate and attendee experience.
- Support purchase requests, invoice processing, expense reconciliation, and budget tracking through established processes.
- Track attendance, candidate engagement, feedback, and other success metrics; prepare post-event recaps and coordinate follow-up handoffs to Recruiting Partners.
- Use ChatGPT and Codex to improve workflows, standardize processes, automate repetitive work, and lead operational improvements that help scale regional recruiting initiatives.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting marketing, event management, or a related field, with a track record of managing multiple events and competing priorities.
- Strong project-management skills, including managing timelines, owners, dependencies, and risks; keeping cross-functional stakeholders aligned; and flagging blockers early.

Manage and develop a small team of Product Data Scientists, coaching them to move from answering questions to shaping decisions
Frame the most important and ambiguous questions facing the business, size the opportunities, and make clear recommendations, including when they challenge the current direction
Define how Core Apps measures success, establishing the core metrics and measurement frameworks that align teams and leadership on what matters
Set the standard for experimentation and causal inference across Core Apps, and personally lead the highest-stakes analyses
Turn complex analyses into clear narratives and recommendations that drive decisions with senior leadership and cross-functional partners
Establish foundational data practices and shape the analytics infrastructure Core Apps needs to support rapid iteration and decision-making as our products grow
You may be a good fit if you have:

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Adapty and FunnelFox run 100+ events a year — conference sponsorships, side events, dinners, webinars — with a budget in the high six figures. Events are one of our biggest marketing lines, but there's no clear strategy behind them and nobody owns what they return. We're moving away from sponsoring other people's conferences and building our own: closed events for large customers, community formats, regular city meetups — and our own flagship conference. We're hiring the person who owns this: decides which formats we run and why, makes them scale, and makes every event pay for itself fast.
You'll work hand in hand with Sales and set priorities for an Event Operations team that handles execution, so your time goes into formats, targeting and results — not logistics.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and own the event strategy for Adapty and FunnelFox: a portfolio of formats, each with a clear purpose, audience, target payback and cadence
- Get the portfolio to pay back
- Launch and run our own flagship annual conference
- Make go/no-go calls on every event from numbers; cut what doesn't pay back, scale what does
- Design new formats — dinners, roundtables, side events, own meetups, online — that can scale across cities
- Fill every event with the right people: invitations, promotion, partners — you own registrations, show-up rate and the share of our target customers in the room
- Run the pipeline motion with Sales: target account lists, pre-booked meetings, follow-up SLAs
- Build event attribution and reporting in HubSpot and review it with Sales every week
- Set priorities for the Event Operations team
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years owning B2B event or field marketing with a budget and a revenue target
- You know the ROI of your past events — cost, meetings, pipeline, closed-won — without looking it up
- You've cut events that didn't pay back and scaled ones that did
- You've built at least one event format from scratch that grew
- Comfortable with CRM attribution (HubSpot or Salesforce) and building your own reports
- You chase follow-up with Sales instead of handing over a lead list
- Fluent English, happy to travel a lot
NICE TO HAVE
- You've launched your own conference from scratch
- Mobile apps, ad tech, MMP or B2B SaaS selling to developers and founders
- A network among app founders and growth leads
- Selling sponsorships for your own event
- Events across several regions (US, EU, Asia)
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.
- Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.
- Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.
- Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.

What We Value:
We are a diverse team of free thinkers, and fast movers united to help investors and creators energize the global economy. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be.
Seek Excellence.
Be Selective To Be Effective.
Be Highly Aligned, Loosely Coupled.
Disagree Transparently.
Encourage Independent Decision-Making.
Build Dream Teams.
Who You Are:
You are a commissioning leader who has taken large-scale, mission-critical data center facilities from equipment acceptance through energization, functional performance testing, and integrated systems testing, and who has done it across multiple facilities at once. You understand the electrical, mechanical, and controls systems well enough to challenge a test script, read a trend log, and know when a result does not prove design intent. You understand the commissioning process well enough to adapt it, not just follow it, and you can rebuild the test sequence when conditions change. That includes authoring the MOPs and risk controls for completing IST and load-based validation after early turnover, in live or partially occupied environments, without lowering the performance requirements the original plan was designed to prove. You lead teams from the front, hold contractors, OEMs, and third parties to a high standard, and refuse to let schedule pressure compromise a readiness gate. You are equally comfortable on the data hall floor with a startup technician and in the conference room briefing senior leadership on readiness, risk, and forecast. You believe the digital economy depends on infrastructure that is proven before it is energized for customers, and you take ownership of making that proof rigorous.
What You'll Do:
As Senior Manager, Commissioning at Galaxy's Helios campus in Afton, TX, you will lead all commissioning efforts across the campus on behalf of Galaxy as owner and developer. You will report to the VP, Campus Construction Manager and manage a team of three Commissioning Managers, each assigned to a data center facility. You will work closely with the general contractor's on-site team and Galaxy's third-party commissioning agent, and you will partner with Construction, Pre-Construction, Design Engineering, and Operations to ensure every facility is installed, tested, and proven to design intent, and handed to operations ready for customer service. You will set the commissioning standard for the campus and hold every facility to it.
Key Responsibilities:
Own Campus Commissioning: Serve as Galaxy's single point of accountability for commissioning across the Helios campus, from design intent review through Level 1-5 commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and turnover to operations. Set the campus-wide standards and quality bar.
Lead the Commissioning Team: Manage three Commissioning Managers, each embedded at a data center facility. Standardize methods and reporting, balance resources across facilities, and develop talent.
Define and Enforce the Commissioning Plan: Own the campus commissioning plan and its alignment to the Owner's Project Requirements and Basis of Design, including acceptance criteria, test standards, and readiness gates. Ensure these are written into GC, trade, and OEM scopes.
Validate Testing and Design Intent: Review and approve test scripts, sequences of operation, and IST scenarios across critical power, mechanical cooling, and BAS/EPMS controls and telemetry. Ensure testing proves design intent, redundancy, and failure-mode response.
Drive Execution with the General Contractor: Integrate commissioning into the Primavera P6 master schedule and work daily with the GC's commissioning lead and trade partners to confirm readiness, resourcing, and OEM startup support. Hold the GC accountable through readiness reviews, deficiency tracking, and commercial remedies.
Direct the Third-Party Commissioning Agent and Issue Closeout: Manage the scope and performance of Galaxy's third-party agent, challenge findings, and maintain a campus-level issues log. Drive every item through root cause, corrective action, and retest to closure.
Coordinate Energization and OFCI Equipment: Plan utility energization and load bank testing, enforcing safe work during energized testing in partnership with EHS. Align OFCI equipment delivery, factory testing, and manufacturer startup with the commissioning sequence. Adapt the commissioning sequence and author MOPs to complete Level 4-5 and IST activities after early data hall turnover, without lowering acceptance criteria.
Deliver Operational Readiness and Customer Acceptance: Partner with Galaxy Operations and customer delivery teams on documentation, training, operating procedures, witnessed testing, and formal turnover, ensuring each facility meets acceptance criteria at handoff.
Report Readiness and Standardize: Provide candid readiness reporting to the VP and senior leadership, and feed lessons learned into design standards, specifications, and Pre-Construction planning.
Validate Controls, BAS/EPMS, and Telemetry: Ensure the BAS, EPMS, and associated controls are commissioned as a system, not just as individual points lists. Verify point-to-point integrity, alarm and trend configuration, and operator visibility across all critical power and mechanical systems, including through failure scenarios such as loss of utility, loss of a controls network or server, communication failure, and transfer events. Confirm that telemetry remains accurate and actionable so Operations can see, diagnose, and respond to any failure while redundancy is maintained.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience commissioning mission-critical facilities, including 5+ years on large-scale data centers, with at least 3 years in a leadership role directing commissioning through Level 5 / IST.
Demonstrated success leading commissioning across multiple concurrent facilities on a single campus.
Experience managing and developing commissioning managers or engineers.
Deep technical knowledge of critical power systems, including medium- and low-voltage distribution, protective relaying, UPS, batteries, generators, and transfer systems.
Deep technical knowledge of mechanical cooling systems, including chilled water plants, heat rejection, air handling, pumps, and associated controls.
Working knowledge of BMS, EPMS, and SCADA architectures, sequences of operation, and fire and life safety system integration.
Experience developing, executing, and witnessing IST, including failure-mode and fault scenarios.
Familiarity with ASHRAE Guideline 0, NETA acceptance testing standards, NFPA 70E, and NFPA 110.
Experience directing GC commissioning teams and third-party commissioning agents, with strong command of test documentation, issue tracking, and P6 schedule integration.
Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, SharePoint, and commissioning management platforms.
Full-time, on-site presence at Helios (Afton, TX)
Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license or commissioning certification (e.g., CxA, CCP, BCxP), prior owner-side or owner's representative experience, and OSHA 30.
What You Bring:
A track record of leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
The conviction to hold readiness gates under schedule pressure, backed by data and clear communication.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.
Sound judgment under pressure and a bias toward early, honest escalation.
A commitment to safety, rigor, and executional excellence.
A passion for building world-class infrastructure that supports the growth of the digital economy.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About the Opportunity
OKX is hiring a Head of Tax Information Reporting to build and run our global tax information reporting function. The function covers the OECD Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF), the EU's DAC8 directive, the amended Common Reporting Standard (CRS 2.0), FATCA, and US Form 1099-DA across multiple reporting entities and a large global user base, with annual reporting across the EU, Brazil, and other CARF jurisdictions.
Most of the work is data: getting the right user, transaction, and balance data out of our platform, reconciling it, and turning it into accurate filings. You will own the relationship with our reporting vendor, the data specification that feeds it, and the quality checks that decide whether a file goes out.
You will run a central function that owns policy, data, vendor, QA, and submission for every entity in scope. Each reporting entity names an accountable signatory. Local compliance and entity leads are consulted on local requirements and support registration where the law requires a local filer. You will work closely with Product, Data Engineering, Finance Operations, Group Tax, Legal, Data Privacy, and the local entity leads.
Location: remote available, with a strong preference for the US or EU. Some travel to OKX offices.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the end-to-end CARF, DAC8, CRS 2.0, FATCA, and 1099-DA reporting cycle for every OKX entity in scope: population definition, self-certification coverage, data extraction and reconciliation, file production, QA, filing, corrections, and tax authority queries.
Define and own the data specification that feeds the tax platform vendor: which users, which transactions, which balances, how they are aggregated by user and jurisdiction, and how they reconcile to the ledger. Work with Product and Data Engineering to build and test the pipeline.
Build and run the QA framework. Reconcile every file to source, validate it against the OECD XML schema and local variants, sample-test self-certification reasonableness checks, and run cross-entity consistency checks for users who hold accounts with more than one OKX entity. Nothing files without your release.
Manage the tax platform vendor: contract scope, delivery calendar, test cycles, output validation, issue resolution, and the annual renewal decision.
Set the group reporting policy and interpret the regimes for OKX: reportable crypto-assets, transfers to unhosted wallets, staking and reward income, retail payment thresholds, residency tie-breakers, and TIN rules, exercising independent technical judgment, supported by Legal and external tax advisers.
Own the global tax self-certification design in onboarding, including validation rules, refresh triggers, and the backlog remediation program for existing users, working with Compliance and Product.
Define the process for restricting undocumented accounts under DAC8 and CARF, including reason codes and customer communications, with restrictions applied automatically in Product and monitored by the central team.
Maintain the entity-by-entity readiness tracker covering domestic enactment, registration, self-certification coverage, and deadlines. Report weekly to the CCO and monthly to the CARF steering committee.
Hands-on leader. Build a small, senior team, scaled through the reporting vendor and outside advisers. Coordinate with and train local compliance and entity leads.
Support independent testing by Compliance Monitoring, Risk, and Internal Audit, and support tax authority examinations with complete, reproducible records.
What We Look For In You
7+ years in tax information reporting, tax operations, or regulatory data reporting at a global exchange, broker, bank, fintech, or digital asset platform, including at least 3 years leading a team.
Hands-on experience in a global, distributed digital asset business: you have worked with exchange or wallet transaction data, multiple legal entities, and users spread across many jurisdictions. This is required.
Strong data skills. You can write SQL, define data specifications for engineers, reconcile large transaction datasets to a ledger, and find the gap when the numbers do not tie. You have built or run data quality controls on reporting output.
Working knowledge of CARF, DAC8, CRS, and FATCA, including due diligence rules, self-certification requirements, reportable transaction categories, and the XML schemas used for exchange. Direct CARF or DAC8 implementation experience is strongly preferred given live DAC8 obligations and upcoming CARF reporting.
Experience managing a tax reporting vendor or reporting platform, including scoping, testing, and holding the vendor to a delivery calendar. the tax platform vendor experience is a plus.
Experience building a function from a small base: writing the policy, designing the controls, hiring the team, and running the first cycle.
Ability to explain data and tax issues plainly to executives, engineers, and local compliance officers, and to run a steering committee.
Judgment on when to escalate, comfort working across US, EU, and Asia time zones, and a record of meeting hard filing deadlines.
Nice to Haves
Experience with US Form 1099-DA or 1099-B production, backup withholding, or Qualified Intermediary reporting.
Experience with the DAC8 60-day account restriction process or equivalent undocumented account remediation at scale.
Familiarity with GDPR requirements for sharing customer data with tax authorities, including data protection impact assessments.
Python or similar scripting for data validation, and experience with data warehouse tools such as Databricks.
Experience working inside a Three Lines Model, including supporting second-line monitoring and Internal Audit.
A CPA, chartered tax adviser, or equivalent; or a degree in data science, computer science, or accounting.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

You bring deep customer empathy, technical acumen, and the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, value-driven solutions that resonate with decision-makers across organizations.
This role is built for a versatile product marketer who can go deep and pivot quickly from one industry to the next for a major launch, program, or industry moment. If you’re energized by range, learn new markets fast, and want to shape how entire industries adopt AI, this role is for you.

Adapt industry and persona narratives for different customer segments, including Enterprise, Commercial, SMB, and Startups
Partner with the alliances team on joint go-to-market with industry partners, including shared positioning, launch coordination, and integrated campaign moments
Work with communications, social, and content teams on executive thought leadership, customer stories, and speaking opportunities relevant to each industry
Enable sales teams with compelling materials, outbound campaigns, and pipeline-driving initiatives for priority industry accounts
Report on which channels and campaigns are driving results and identify opportunities for iteration
Minimum qualifications
Direct experience marketing software products across multiple industries or customer segments in tandem, and know how to find what’s distinct in each and what can scale across them
Familiar with developing solutions that span both technical and business buyers, working closely with enterprise architecture teams or transformation offices
Track record of building solutions that significantly expand deal sizes and accelerate sales cycles
Quick learner who can absorb context on new industries, buyer dynamics, and regulatory considerations rapidly, and speak credibly with the customers and partners in them
Strategic and tactical operator, comfortable setting an industry strategy with senior leaders and rolling up your sleeves to ship
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for technical and business audiences
Thrive in a 0-to-1 environment, can shift priorities quickly, and can build processes where none exist
Excel at cross-functional collaboration and are comfortable being the connective tissue between product, sales, partnerships, communications, and marketing teams

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role:
We are looking for a Strategy & Planning Lead to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you'll be a key partner to the Director of Sales Planning and Strategy, going deep on the analytical foundations that power how Vercel plans, staffs, and quotas its go-to-market organization. You'll own the models that translate revenue targets into headcount, ratios, and quota — and as Vercel completes its transition to a consumption-based revenue model, you'll help design how we set and ramp quotas in a usage-based world. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to build the analytical backbone of a fast-growing GTM org.
What you will do:
Build and maintain Vercel's GTM capacity model — connecting headcount plans to attainment probability and revenue target coverage across Sales, SAs, BDRs, and other supporting roles
Develop and operationalize the concept of a "minimum deployable unit" — the unit of supporting roles needed per rep/segment — and use it to inform hiring sequencing and investment scenarios
Own ramp curve, attrition, and productivity assumptions by segment, and use them to model longer-term headcount and investment scenarios for leadership review
Partner with the Director on quota-setting methodology, with particular focus on consumption-based quota design — how usage-based revenue signal translates into fair, attainable quota and ramp assumptions
Support the "leading indicators back from quota" analysis — translating quota by segment into pipeline coverage requirements and activity benchmarks
Build and maintain quarterly planning deliverables — quota-setting proposals, coverage model updates, and headcount recommendations
Track plan vs. actual on headcount, capacity, and quota attainment throughout the year; flag divergence early and model the revenue impact
Partner with Finance, Recruiting, and Data & Analytics to validate assumptions and ensure planning models are grounded in real data
About you:
6+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations, strategic finance, or a similar analytical GTM function at a high-growth SaaS company
Strong track record building headcount, capacity, or ratio-based staffing models tied to revenue targets
Experience with quota design and ramp modeling — ideally including consumption- or usage-based quota structures
Excellent quantitative and modeling skills
Comfortable operating with ambiguity — able to build a defensible model from incomplete data and clearly explain the assumptions behind it
Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to translate complex modeling into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
A builder's mindset — you'd rather build the framework than run point on day-to-day execution
Bonus if you:
Have direct experience with consumption-based or usage-based revenue models, especially quota and compensation design in that context
Have worked in developer tools, infrastructure, or cloud platform companies
Have a point of view on how automation or better tooling can improve planning and modeling workflows
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $175,000 - $205,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. About the role:
At Vercel, the Revenue Operations team plays a critical strategic role in our growth. We empower our GTM teams with the systems, strategy, and insights they need to be successful. By aligning people, processes, and technology across Marketing, Sales, and Field Engineering, we optimize the entire customer journey and build a scalable revenue engine that drives Vercel forward.
We're seeking a Sales Operations Lead to function as the operating partner to our Majors and Verticals sales organization in the US. You'll align directly to our sales leaders and their account executives, owning the strategy, programs, and operating cadences that make the segment successful— from territory design and sales plays to forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and pipeline inspection. You'll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Development, Finance, and GTM Systems to sharpen our segment and vertical strategy, optimize the seller experience, and drive measurable revenue growth across our Majors motions.
This is a high-impact IC role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Much of the infrastructure is already in place— a homegrown forecasting platform, weekly pipeline plan reviews, strong data foundation— so your job is to run the business on top of it, close the gaps, and define how Vercel scales into new verticals and wins in large enterprise. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York City, with three days a week in the office.
What you will do:
Serve as the strategic and operational partner to Majors Sales Leadership— owning the segment's operating rhythm and using pipeline, win/loss, deal velocity, and retention analysis to advise on where and how to grow the business
Run core operating cadences, including weekly pipeline plan reviews, forecast calls, and monthly and quarterly business reviews— defining the metrics the team manages to, driving forecast rigor and pipeline health in our forecasting platform and Salesforce, surfacing renewal risk and upside early, and holding the team accountable on follow-through
Own territory and account planning for the segment: build the thesis behind each book (vertical, regional, or play-aligned), run carves and account transitions, manage rules of engagement between teams, and partner with Finance and Sales Leadership on capacity modeling, target setting, and annual planning
Design and operationalize sales plays and growth programs: sizing the addressable market, defining the motion, equipping the field with insights, and measuring what works
Partner with Sales Development on account prioritization, outbound programs, and crediting processes that accelerate Majors pipeline
Collaborate with GTM Systems, Engineering and Data to ship scalable tooling, automation, and AI-driven workflows (e.g. account prioritization agents, automated carves, deal and call insights) that remove manual work from sellers and leaders
Lead enablement and change management for new processes, operating changes, and planning rollouts affecting the Majors teams— and own the operational onboarding of new reps and leaders, from book assignment and tooling to how we run the business
About you:
8+ years in Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy at a high-growth technology company, with experience directly supporting enterprise or majors sales teams
Track record as a high-impact IC— either broad, hands-on ownership at a scaling startup or an explicit enterprise or majors focus at a larger company
Proven ability to run operating cadences for senior sales leaders and turn them into decisions: you know what a good QBR, forecast call, and pipeline review look like and how to instrument them
Experience with territory design, account planning, capacity modeling, and target setting in partnership with Finance and Sales Leadership
Salesforce expertise (reporting, dashboards) and strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets and BI platforms, with SQL preferred; able to turn complex data into clear recommendations for executive and front-line audiences
Ownership mindset— accountable, resourceful, able to turn ambiguity into action, and effective at building alignment with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Systems
Bonus if you:
Have worked in a consumption or usage-based business, or at a developer tools, infrastructure, or cloud platform company with both PLG and enterprise sales motions
Have built or run vertical or industry-specific sales plays at an enterprise software company
Have a point of view on how AI and automation can transform sales operations— and have shipped something that demonstrates it

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.

THE ROLE
Docker Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) embed directly with our most strategic customers to solve important, complex technical problems and turn ambitious ideas into production outcomes. FDEs take on the most challenging technical challenges using existing Docker products and patterns when possible, and work across customer, Docker Product and Engineering teams to realize new approaches when required.
As a Docker FDE, you will work side-by-side with customer engineering teams to deeply understand their goals, problems, constraints, and technical landscape; identify the highest-leverage opportunities; and design, build, and ship solutions with them. You own the technical journey from discovery and architecture through prototyping, implementation and production rollout.
The solutions you build may use existing Docker products, extend Docker into new environments, integrate deeply with customer and third-party systems, or reveal capabilities that Docker should build next. You work closely with Docker Solutions Architects to evolve existing patterns, and Docker Product and Engineering to turn new learnings into reusable patterns and product capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Build in Production with Customers
- Embed with customer engineering teams to design, build, and ship solutions from first prototype through stable production rollout. Use existing Docker products and patterns when possible, invent, prototype and validate innovative solutions when necessary.
- Deliver working technical artifacts to customers: custom MCP servers with tightly integrated Docker Sandbox environments for coding agents and containerized agents; Docker Compose definitions for multi-agent harnesses and model-backed applications; Hardened Image standardization and migration; New tools that unblock customer progress.
- Integrate Docker's AI platform with the customer's existing stack, including identity providers (OIDC/SAML/SSO), secrets management, private and air-gapped registries, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
- Own technical delivery on your engagements: scope the work, sequence it, make trade-offs between speed and quality, remove blockers early, and contribute directly to code whenever progress depends on it.
Make AI Adoption Safe and Governable
- Translate customer security, compliance, and platform requirements into concrete plans and see those plans through from ideation to production.
- Help customers define controls to enable them to adopt agentic AI to solve their unique business problems without compromising security, compliance, data sovereignty or end-user experience.
- Establish quality and performance standards for customers and work closely with Docker Product and Engineering to quickly address issues that fall outside of established thresholds
- Partner with customer security and platform teams to get agentic workloads through architecture review, threat modeling, and change control.
Partner with Solutions Architecture and the Field
- Work closely with Solutions Architects to enable off-the-self solutions when possible and provide technical experience and leadership when a bespoke solution is necessary.
- Feed implementation learnings back into reference architectures, SOW templates, and success patterns so that FDE innovations become standard features and implementation patterns.
- Support the field with technical depth during proofs of concept, escalations, and expansion conversations when a working build is the fastest path to a customer adoption.
Close the Loop with Product and Engineering
- As part of Docker Engineering FDEs work closely with Product and Engineering teams to fold FDE innovations, learnings, and design patterns into existing or new products and services.
- Work with Customers, Product and Engineering to establish quality and performance thresholds, ensuring customer environments meet them consistently, and responding quickly and decisively when they don’t.
- Be the voice of the customer. Deliver data-driven and actionable feedback to Product and Engineering: what works well; what does not; what customers are asking for; and what blocks their adoption and forward progress. FDE experience directly influences the roadmap.
Shape the Practice
- Define the FDE engagement model, delivery standards, and quality bar, and codify them so that engagements are consistent across customers, regions, and delivery partners.
- Mentor and lead other Forward Deployed Engineers, and participate in hiring loops to grow the team.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point on the hardest problems impacting your customers. Every incident is an opportunity to improve Docker products and services.
- Maintain deep, current knowledge of the agentic AI stack: LLMs, APIs, MCP, coding agents, model and harness evaluation approaches, performance and quality thresholds, deployment patterns.
- This role may require participation in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
