Field Marketing Manager

Location: Remote Workplace: Remote At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich. We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Adapty and FunnelFox run 100+ events a year — conference sponsorships, side events, dinners, webinars — with a budget in the high six figures. Events are one of our biggest marketing lines, but there's no clear strategy behind them and nobody owns what they return. We're moving away from sponsoring other people's conferences and building our own: closed events for large customers, community formats, regular city meetups — and our own flagship conference. We're hiring the person who owns this: decides which formats we run and why, makes them scale, and makes every event pay for itself fast. You'll work hand in hand with Sales and set priorities for an Event Operations team that handles execution, so your time goes into formats, targeting and results — not logistics. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and own the event strategy for Adapty and FunnelFox: a portfolio of formats, each with a clear purpose, audience, target payback and cadence - Get the portfolio to pay back - Launch and run our own flagship annual conference - Make go/no-go calls on every event from numbers; cut what doesn't pay back, scale what does - Design new formats — dinners, roundtables, side events, own meetups, online — that can scale across cities - Fill every event with the right people: invitations, promotion, partners — you own registrations, show-up rate and the share of our target customers in the room - Run the pipeline motion with Sales: target account lists, pre-booked meetings, follow-up SLAs - Build event attribution and reporting in HubSpot and review it with Sales every week - Set priorities for the Event Operations team ABOUT YOU - 3+ years owning B2B event or field marketing with a budget and a revenue target - You know the ROI of your past events — cost, meetings, pipeline, closed-won — without looking it up - You've cut events that didn't pay back and scaled ones that did - You've built at least one event format from scratch that grew - Comfortable with CRM attribution (HubSpot or Salesforce) and building your own reports - You chase follow-up with Sales instead of handing over a lead list - Fluent English, happy to travel a lot NICE TO HAVE - You've launched your own conference from scratch - Mobile apps, ad tech, MMP or B2B SaaS selling to developers and founders - A network among app founders and growth leads - Selling sponsorships for your own event - Events across several regions (US, EU, Asia) WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU - Strong product with industry-best metrics.
