Location: Remote About GiveDirectly What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need? Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid. Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question: is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty? We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join. We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress. How we work Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated: Recipients first. Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves. Team next. We optimize for organizational success, not individual success. Be proactively candid. We say what we believe and share information openly. Create positive energy. We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain. Think rigorously; act quickly. We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate. Know yourself and grow. We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow. Accept reality. Propose solutions. We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems. Be productively ambitious. We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress. If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit. Want to learn more? With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game. For more information, visit xsolla.com. ABOUT YOU We are looking for a Junior Developer (AI Engineering) to join the Xsolla Partner Network (XPN) team, a platform that connects game studios and publishers with content creators. The position involves participation in all stages of work on an automated content generation system: from stabilising the existing vertical video pipeline for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels to developing the agentic architecture, launching the virtual AI creator direction and building analytics on the results. Working with the team means applying cutting-edge generative models and agentic tools to a real production product every day, seeing the direct effect of your work in content metrics, and learning from the inside how the games industry, the creator economy and content-driven game promotion work. The developer will work with a live system that has a real audience and measurable results, make technical decisions independently, build expertise in generative AI and take on the role of the project's technical owner as it grows. Responsibilities Take over the existing vertical video generation pipeline (script → voiceover → visuals → subtitles → editing → auto-posting → tracking links) for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels, understand it from the docs and code, and bring it to stable operation. Grow the pipeline: improve content quality and virality, scale up generation volume, reduce cost and turnaround time per video. Keep track of new generation models and services (video, image, voice, LLM), test them quickly and replace outdated parts of the pipeline with better or cheaper ones. Launch and develop the virtual AI creator direction: a consistent character, voice, style and content plan. Design and improve agents: write and debug prompts and sub-agent roles, validation between phases, context and cost control. Build a dashboard for running generation and tracking content analytics (views, clicks, conversions, cost per video). Automate publishing: platform integrations, posting from mobile devices, scaling channels. Write clean, testable, documented code, including unit and integration tests. Requirements Solid Python, basic bash. Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) and agentic pipelines: a real project, pet project or hackathon entry you can show and talk through. Experience using Claude Code, Cursor or similar tools as a working environment, not just as autocomplete. Understanding of prompt engineering basics: defining an agent's role, limiting context, getting stable structured output. Understanding of Git, team development and Docker basics. Ability to work with REST APIs and webhooks, basic understanding of databases (SQL). Understanding of vertical content: games, creators, streams, TikToks, Shorts, how video discovery works, what shadowbans are, how mobile posting farms are set up. A big plus if this is your hobby: your own channel, editing, streaming, experiments with AI generation. Ownership: the ability to take a task end to end and deliver a result without external supervision. Initiative: your own proposals on improving the pipeline, new models and automation, and the readiness to implement them yourself. Ability to figure out someone else's system from code and documentation, reconstruct the logic and ask the right questions. Independence in technical decisions and openness in communication: flag problems immediately. Product thinking: measuring results by content metrics (views, retention, clicks) and cost per video. Ability to explain the system's capabilities and limitations to non-technical colleagues. Experimental mindset: fast hypothesis testing and the willingness to drop what did not work. Desire to grow with the project: from stabilising the current pipeline to becoming its technical owner. English at the level of reading technical documentation (Intermediate+). Nice to have Experience with video and image generation via API ( fal.ai , Kling, Runway, Seedance, Nano Banana, etc.), TTS and speech recognition (Whisper and similar). ffmpeg: assembly, normalisation, subtitles, overlays. Experience building reliable calls to paid APIs: retries, idempotency, cost tracking. n8n or other workflow tools. Telegram bots, YouTube / TikTok / Instagram / Discord APIs. Android / mobile device automation. Supabase or PostgreSQL. Experience with GCP, Docker, Kubernetes. Observability and monitoring (Datadog, OpenTelemetry). Your own channel, pet projects, open-source experience or hackathon participation. Benefits Convenient working tools: New Mac laptop and any other necessary equipment for your efficient work. Google Workspace, Atlassian, Jira, Slack Professional growth: Exchange of experience between employees within the company Opportunity for professional growth within the company and department Obtaining expertise in various areas and products of the company More perks Possibility of flexibility working Access to the corporate library No dress code Comfortable and new office environment The duties and responsibilities of this position may evolve over time to support the organization’s goals and individual growth. This job description is intended to outline the general nature and level of work being performed and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required. Location: Boston, MA; Remote-Friendly (Travel-Required) | San Francisco, CA | Seattle, WA | New York City, NY; Washington, DC About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's Corporate Systems team runs the core collaboration platforms everyone here works in and builds the tooling and automation behind IT. That responsibility extends to the companies we acquire. Their people, devices, and systems have to come into Anthropic securely. You'll own the IT side of Anthropic's acquisitions: due diligence, integration planning, and integration. Before close, you'll assess a company's IT environment and give the deal team a clear read on risk and effort. You'll define the technical integration plan and its requirements: what moves, where it lands, in what order, what has to be ready on day one, and how each security gap gets closed. After close, you'll carry out that plan and bring the company's people, devices, and systems onto our stack. This is a hands-on engineering role. You'll hold admin, write code, build automation, run the cutovers yourself and bring in other teams when the work calls for their expertise or support. You'll lead this work for IT Engineering and partner with Security, Corporate Development, Legal, People, and Finance at every stage. M&A will be your primary focus and responsibility, but you'll be a full member of the Corporate Systems team; taking part in planning and reviews, using and contributing to the team’s tooling, and contributing to the roadmap. Early on, M&A will be most of your work, including using Claude to automate the repeatable parts of diligence and integration. As that automation matures, and when M&A load is light, you'll contribute to other parts of the team’s roadmap. Responsibilities Lead technical IT due diligence: assess a company's identity, applications, endpoints, and infrastructure, and brief the deal team on risk and effort before close Find the gaps between an acquired environment and Anthropic's security model, rate them, and build the mitigations into the integration plan Define the technical integration plan and its requirements: what moves, where it lands, in what order, and what has to be ready on day one Run the integration: take over administration, migrate people, devices, and data, and retire what's no longer needed, with support from other IT Engineering teams as required. Work with Business Technology, Client Platform, Corporate Network, IT Operations, and Security on their parts of each integration Keep Corporate Development, Legal, People, Finance, and the acquired company's team clear on where IT stands Build a repeatable IT M&A playbook and automate as much of it as possible with Claude When M&A work is light, contribute to core Corporate Systems projects You may be a good fit if you have 8+ years as a hands-on engineer in corporate IT. You have designed and shipped systems, carried out migrations or integrations yourself, and owned at least one area end-to-end, with experience supporting other areas: identity, applications, endpoints, or corporate infrastructure Experience administering enterprise identity and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and an SSO provider, and working code in Python or similar against their SaaS APIs Working knowledge of endpoint management and security concepts, enough to lead diligence on an unfamiliar fleet A proven ability to understand an unfamiliar IT environment quickly and deliver a prioritized view of risk to non-specialists A record of leading technical projects that span several teams and run to a fixed date, while doing much of the engineering yourself Comfort working autonomously, with ambiguity and confidential information Clear communication with executives, legal and corporate development teams, and engineers at acquired companies Strong candidates may also have Prior M&A, carve-out, or company-to-company migration experience Experience across the full stack: endpoints, systems, applications, and infrastructure Hands-on experience managing a device fleet or running an MDM Experience working in or alongside a security team A record of building tooling that replaces manual IT work Using Claude or similar tools as a core part of how you work Representative projects Assess an acquired company's IT environment that nobody here has seen and produce a prioritized integration plan within days Design a way to size integration effort and risk for a company of any shape or size Automate bringing acquired people and devices onto Anthropic's identity and device management Write the IT risk memo for a live deal and present it to Corporate Development and Security leadership Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $325,000 — $360,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
