Location: New York, NY (HQ); San Francisco, CA Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join Ramp's Legal team and own the operational backbone of how we govern and structure the company. Ramp runs a growing portfolio of U.S. and non-U.S. entities — including regulated and licensed subsidiaries — across a business that ships constantly and raises, acquires, and expands on short notice. You will be the person who keeps that machinery accurate, current, and audit-ready. This is a broad generalist role. You'll sit at the center of corporate governance, entity management, equity administration, and litigation/employment and you'll partner directly with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Compliance, Equity Admin, and People, and outside counsel. We are a small, high-leverage team supporting a company that moves quickly, so you'll cover a lot of ground and be trusted to run matters independently. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Corporate governance: Prepare board and stockholder meeting materials, agendas, minutes, written consents, resolutions, secretary's certificates, and incumbency certificates. Track and calendar governance obligations across the entity portfolio. - Entity management: Own the full lifecycle of entity administration — formations and dissolutions, foreign qualifications, annual reports, franchise tax filings, registered agent management, signatories, officer and director lists, post-integration cleanup. - KYC, UBO, and diligence: Respond to KYC/UBO and diligence requests from bank partners, regulators, auditors, insurers, and counterparties, and build reusable packages. - Equity support: Support equity administration, option and RSU grants, board approvals of equity awards, secondaries, and equity plan recordkeeping in partnership with Finance and People. - Transaction support: Run diligence support, signature collection, closing checklists, closing binders, and post-closing obligations for financings, credit facilities, M&A, real estate, and insurance renewals. - Commercial and cross-functional support: Assist with powers of attorney, delegations of authority, and corporate approvals needed by the business. - Employment support: Support employment- and immigration-related requests and filings. - Litigation support: Support subpoena and law enforcement requests, legal holds, e-discovery, and document production. Review and respond to garnishment orders and UCC liens. Serve as Ramp’s custodian of records and as Ramp’s representative in small claims court cases. WHAT YOU NEED - 6+ years of corporate paralegal experience at a major law firm and/or in-house at a high-growth technology or financial services company. - Deep working knowledge of corporate governance, entity formation and maintenance, corporate recordkeeping, and secretary's office functions. - Excellent drafting skills across resolutions, consents, certificates, and corporate documentation, with genuine precision — you catch the wrong entity name, the stale date, and the missing signature block. - Demonstrated ability to independently run multiple time-sensitive workstreams without dropping threads or waiting to be asked. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and the judgment to work directly with executives, board members, outside counsel, and cross-functional partners. - Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and processes are still being built — and a bias toward action. - High judgment around confidential and sensitive corporate information. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. NICE TO HAVE - Experience at a fintech, payments, or regulated financial services company, including support for licensed entities (money transmitter, EMI, or similar). - Experience supporting venture financings, secondaries, M&A integration, or IPO readiness. - International entity management experience across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, or Canada. - Experience with equity administration and cap table platforms (e.g., Shareworks). - Experiencing with litigation or employment matters. - Notary Public commission (NY or CA), or willingness to obtain one. - ABA-approved paralegal certificate. - A track record of using AI or automation to eliminate manual legal work. BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf. OTHER NOTICES Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Beware of recruiting scams: Ramp will only contact you through official @Ramp.com http://Ramp.com email addresses and will never ask for payment or sensitive personal information during the hiring process. Location: Foster City, CA Workplace: Hybrid Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. ABOUT THE ROLE: Help turn “I built a business” into “I have customers.” As a Staff Software Engineer on Replit’s Money team, you’ll help shape Agentic Ads: an emerging area focused on using AI to make customer acquisition more accessible to businesses built on Replit. This role focuses on intelligent, advertiser-facing software—not ad-serving infrastructure, an ad exchange, or a real-time bidding engine. You’ll tackle problems at the intersection of AI, business growth, measurement, and trustworthy automation, turning complex decisions into clear, useful experiences. You’ll help define a new product area, working closely with product, design, and engineering to discover customer needs and deliver practical solutions. This is a hands-on Staff role: you’ll own architecture, lead delivery across teams, mentor engineers, and turn an ambitious vision into incremental customer value. YOU WILL: - Set technical direction for Agentic Ads, translating customer needs into an architecture and roadmap that balance rapid learning with long-term reliability. - Build agent-powered experiences that help businesses make informed growth decisions, translating user goals into understandable recommendations and appropriately authorized actions. - Design extensible integrations with external services, using well-defined APIs and abstractions that accommodate changing provider capabilities and requirements. - Partner with product and data teams to establish reliable measurement, connect product activity to business outcomes, and address data quality, delayed feedback, and uncertainty. - Develop intelligent automation that learns from performance signals and helps users improve outcomes within their goals and constraints. - Make financial control a product requirement: scoped authorization, explicit approvals, budget limits, auditable decisions, clear reporting, and reliable pause controls. Distinguish recommendations from actions that commit customer spend. - Make cross-platform workflows reliable with durable state, idempotency, safe retries, reconciliation, observability, and recovery from partial failures, expired credentials, rate limits, and provider API changes. - Establish agent evaluations and production monitoring for plan quality, tool selection, policy compliance, spend safety, and verified execution. Partner on experiments that distinguish attributed results from incremental customer value. - Lead ambiguous initiatives across product, design, AI, data, security, and partnerships. Stay hands-on with implementation, define incremental milestones, mentor engineers, and own the quality and operation of what the team ships. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - A track record of Staff-level technical leadership on complex customer-facing products or platforms: setting direction, resolving ambiguity, and delivering through launch and production operation across multiple teams. - Strong hands-on software engineering and system design skills across APIs, data modeling, distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, and customer-facing product experiences. - Experience building and operating third-party integrations that remain correct under duplicate requests, partial failures, rate limits, changing schemas, and inconsistent external state. - Practical experience shipping LLM-powered products or agentic workflows, including tool use, orchestration, evaluations, and safeguards for actions taken against external systems. - Strong data and measurement judgment: experience using instrumentation and experiments to evaluate product outcomes, and the ability to reason about noisy data, delayed feedback, uncertainty, and correlation versus causation. - Sound judgment around systems that act on a user’s behalf, including authentication, authorization, sensitive data, approval boundaries, and limits on consequential actions. - Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams, explain technical trade-offs, mentor engineers, and drive execution without relying on reporting authority. - A product-minded approach to simplifying complex workflows for non-experts, with hands-on ownership from prototype through reliable production operation. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience building advertiser-facing products, marketing automation, campaign-management tools, growth platforms, or software that helps businesses acquire customers. - Experience integrating advertising or marketing APIs; familiarity with account onboarding, campaign lifecycles, and platform requirements. - Working knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, budget pacing, and the limits of optimizing with low conversion volume. - Experience with experimentation, incrementality measurement, constrained optimization, recommendation systems, or decision-making under uncertainty. - Experience building permissioned, multi-tenant products with approval workflows, budget controls, audit trails, and privacy-aware handling of customer and conversion data. BONUS POINTS: - Experience with agent tooling, durable workflow execution, delegated authorization, or evaluation frameworks for agents that take consequential actions. - Experience connecting application events or server-side conversion signals to advertising platforms, or integrating creative generation and landing-page experimentation into growth workflows. - Experience building for small businesses or first-time advertisers, where clear guidance, limited budgets, and sparse data shape the product. - These are additional strengths, not a checklist. Experience with every ad platform is not expected; ad-serving infrastructure experience and an ML research background are not prerequisites. WHAT WE VALUE: - Customer outcomes: success means helping a business acquire qualified leads and customers—not merely connecting an account, launching a campaign, or increasing spend. - User control and trust: agents explain recommendations, act within explicit authority, and make budgets, costs, and consequential changes understandable. - Evidence over activity: we validate measurement, acknowledge uncertainty, and test whether a change improves business outcomes rather than treating attribution as proof of causality. - End-to-end ownership: we own the journey from a business goal through campaign execution, measurement, and ongoing improvement. - Pragmatic technical leadership: we build on existing ad platforms, ship focused increments, and invest in correctness and extensibility where they matter. - Clear collaboration: we document decisions, surface risks early, and help other teams and partners succeed. Full-Time Employee Benefits Include: 💰 Competitive Salary & Equity 💹 401(k) Program with a 4% match (US Only) ⚕️ Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 🩼 Short Term and Long Term Disability 🚼 Paid Parental, Medical, Caregiver Leave 🏝 Flexible Time Off (FTO) + Holidays 🚗 Commuter Benefits (In-Office & US Only) 📱 Monthly Wellness Stipend 🧑💻 Autonomous Work Environment 🖥 In Office Set-Up Reimbursement (In-Office Only) 🚀 Quarterly Team Gatherings ☕ In Office Amenities (In-Office Only) Want to learn more about what we are up to? - Self-driving Company https://replit.com/blog/self-driving-company - Replit Agent at Scale https://replit.com/blog/evaluating-and-improving-agent-at-scale - AI Adoption https://replit.com/blog/ai-adoption - Build Open-Source Apps https://replit.com/build/open-source-app-builder Interviewing + Culture at Replit - Operating Principles https://blog.replit.com/operating-principles - Reasons not to work at Replit https://blog.replit.com/reasons-not-to-join-replit To achieve our mission of making programming more accessible around the world, we need our team to be representative of the world. We encourage people from all kinds of backgrounds to apply, including and especially candidates from underrepresented and non-traditional backgrounds.

Location: United States (Remote); San Francisco Bay Area, CA; Seattle, WA Workplace: Remote About Teleport Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it. Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence. Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for our first Data Engineer to build Teleport's internal data platform. You will design and own the pipelines and warehouse that turn raw data from across the company, including product usage, production costs, budgets, and sales, into data that any team can use to answer their own questions. You will work closely with teams across the company, including product, engineering, finance, and revenue, to understand their data needs and deliver reliable, well-modeled data they can depend on. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and operate a low-maintenance cloud data warehouse and transformation workflow. - Evaluate managed connectors, source exports, and native cloud services before building custom ingestion software. - Model data from CRM, contracts, finance, billing, product usage, and cloud infrastructure into coherent business entities and metrics. - Establish canonical customer identity and mappings between accounts, tenants, billing entities, and other source-specific identifiers. - Partner with Finance, Revenue, Product, and Engineering to define concepts such as ARR, adoption, infrastructure cost, and gross margin. - Build data quality checks, reconciliation, documentation, lineage, and observable failure behavior into the system. - Protect customer and employee information through appropriate access control, minimization, redaction, and retention practices. - Manage warehouse performance and cost, and keep the platform understandable and operable by a small team. - Use Python or Go for integrations that cannot be handled safely and economically by managed or warehouse-native capabilities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Willingness to work collaboratively with Teleport's engineers on Data Engineering Challenge https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/data-engineer/challenge-1.md to design and build an analytics warehouse for a fictional business. - Builder mentality; experience building a data engineering function from scratch at a growing startup is highly desirable. - Strong SQL and dimensional or analytical data-modeling expertise. - Experience translating ambiguous stakeholder questions into documented, testable business definitions. - Production experience with dbt or an equivalent SQL transformation workflow. - Experience with a cloud data warehouse such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery. - Experience with managed ELT, APIs, object storage, incremental loading, and source schema evolution. - Strong data-quality and reconciliation practices, including explaining how published numbers relate to their sources. - Experience handling sensitive data, access control, and retention responsibly. - Practical experience with Python or Go, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud operations. - Sound judgment about build vs. buy decisions, operational simplicity, and managing scope in a startup environment. - Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to master new technologies. - Comfortable changing the area of focus and working directly with stakeholders across the company. - No-ego mindset of collaboration, transparency, and seeking feedback from others. HOW WE HIRE Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do. For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout. 1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements. 2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will walk you through the data engineering challenge and answer your questions. 3. Challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager, you join a Slack channel and complete a Data Engineering Challenge https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/data-engineer/challenge-1.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution. 4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport. Why Teleport You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for. Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building. The Benefits At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career. - Extensive health coverage - Annual expense budget - Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge - Investment in your future with retirement savings plans - Professional development opportunities Teleport is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any classifications protected by federal, state, or local law.
