Join OLX and see how far you can go.
This role will be based in Poland, and you need to be residing in the country already.
As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead software engineers building and scaling critical platforms that power the OLX engineering ecosystem. You'll combine strong people leadership with enough technical depth to guide major projects, shape technical direction, and help the team solve complex platform challenges.
This is not a generalist Engineering Manager role. Previous experience leading an engineering team in a Platform environment is mandatory. We need someone who understands what it means to build platforms for other engineers and the unique challenges that come with balancing developer experience, reliability, scalability, standardisation, and team autonomy.
You'll capture requirements, shape ambitious but balanced project scope, lead technical initiatives, and partner across teams to solve technical problems and ensure smooth adoption and implementation of platform solutions. Our Platform environment is a mix of software engineering, APIs, distributed systems, infrastructure, DevOps, scalability, and reliability.
We're looking for someone who can operate at both levels: developing people and leading a Platform team, while providing the technical and organisational leadership needed to make the platform successful.
What you will be doing:
Lead by example and manage a team of talented engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development support;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science and data engineering managers, and product managers to define project goals, scope, and deliverables;
Drive the end-to-end development process, from design to implementation and deployment, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions (with controlled cost);
Identify and prioritize technical initiatives, considering ROI, scalability, and performance requirements;
Implement modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery;
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the platform meets customer needs and provides an exceptional user experience;
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What you have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
Track record of proven people management experience (3+ years) focused on developing and growing people;
5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-traffic systems;
Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Streaming architectures);
Strong knowledge of data structures, and software design patterns;
Good understanding and ideally successful application of AI/ML;
Experience with modern software development practices, such as agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment;
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Our benefits:
Monthly salary and an annual bonus (20%)
Training and conference budget, and free access to Udemy courses
A benefits package with 300 points on the Mybenefit platform per month, private medical care provided by Luxmed, Ask Henry services, and much more
IP rights’ costs - 60%
100% remote work (as well as the possibility of working from our offices in Poznan and Warsaw)
At OLX, we unlock value in our people. We invest in ourselves and each other to reach our full potential. We avoid bureaucracy and empower our teams to innovate; with opportunities, training and leadership behaviors a focus for all. Our commitment to inclusion ensures we listen to a diverse range of voices when making decisions. And, we combine the spirit and agility of a startup with our global scale and the backing of Prosus, one of the largest consumer internet groups in the world.
We also unlock value for our stakeholders. We are proud of the positive contribution we make to our planet, by enabling more conscious consumption and helping the world make the most of its limited resources through more efficient trade.
And last but not least, we love to unlock value for our customers. Every single month, over 300 million people use our platforms to easily, safely, and conveniently find their perfect home, buy or sell a car, find a great job, sell things they no longer need, or strike a great deal on something they need. And we help thousands of entrepreneurs and businesses find their customers too.

OLX values diversity and welcomes applicants of all races, ethnicities, disabilities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and experiences to apply. Perplexity is seeking an Enterprise Product Growth Manager to own the full nurture and engagement engine for our enterprise and business buyers — from the first outbound touch through closed-won and into expansion. You will partner closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to move accounts through every stage of the funnel, and you will build the AI-native tooling that makes those programs run.
We are not looking for someone to operate yesterday's marketing stack. If you are the kind of marketer who writes their own SQL, prototypes their own agents, and treats every flow as something to automate rather than execute by hand — this role was written for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and own Perplexity's end-to-end enterprise lifecycle user states — outbound nurture, MQL-to-SQL conversion, opportunity acceleration, post-sale activation, expansion, and renewal — with direct accountability for pipeline created, pipeline progressed, and revenue retained.
- Build and operate AI-native lifecycle tooling — agents that segment audiences from the warehouse, personalize copy at the account and persona level, choose channel and send time, QA before send, and read out results — replacing manual work in our stack wherever it appears.
- Design and run multi-channel nurture across email, in-product, notifications, Slack, and emerging surfaces, tailored to enterprise personas with content tied to where each account sits in the funnel.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Sales on top-of-funnel outbound: turn cold and intent-signaled accounts into engaged conversations, and instrument the handoffs that move them to opportunity.
- Own post-sale lifecycle: admin onboarding, end-user activation, feature adoption, at-risk intervention, and expansion plays that grow seats and ARR inside existing accounts.
- Run every program as an experiment. Define the hypothesis, the control, the primary metric, and the readout. Kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years in product growth, lifecycle, or growth marketing at a fast-paced startup, with a proven track record of moving activation, retention, and revenue metrics — including enterprise pipeline.
- Experience owning growth end-to-end across the full user journey — from first touch and activation through expansion, monetization, and win-back. You've built growth loops and lifecycle programs that turn signups into engaged users and engaged users into revenue.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation. You think natively in personas, behavioral triggers, lifecycle stages, and product signals, and you know how to translate that into journeys, experiments, and in-product experiences that actually convert.
- Great taste. You know how to craft copy and experiences that resonate across email, push, and in-product surfaces — for end users, admins, and executives alike — and you can tell the difference between a polished experience and a generic one at a glance.
- Experience and deep interest in building homegrown AI-driven growth engines — programmatic personalization, agentic workflows, and rapid experimentation platforms to scale yourself.
- Builder mentality toward tooling. You don't just operate the modern growth stack (Omni, HubSpot, Loops, Intercom, or equivalents) — you extend it. You've built your own internal tools, scripts, and automated systems to close gaps off-the-shelf software can't, and you'd rather automate a workflow than run it manually twice.
- Comfortable with SQL. You can pull your own cohorts, validate your own segments, and read a dashboard without waiting on a data analyst.
- Operates at high velocity. You ship daily, iterate weekly, and thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments where processes are still being defined. Urgency is a default setting, not a mode you switch into.

THE ROLE
As an Issues & Program Manager on the Product Operations team, you'll own our Issue Management Program end to end — triaging issues, driving root cause analysis, and leading containment and remediation through to closure. You'll also serve as a project manager on our most critical product initiatives, partnering across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to deliver new features and raise the bar on how we build and launch. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of cross-functional execution and continuous improvement. You will:
- Build and continuously improve processes — including automation and AI tooling — that increase organizational efficiency, documentation quality, stakeholder alignment, and reduce dependency across the issue remediation lifecycle
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Product, Risk, and Engineering teams to drive issues to timely resolution
- Own issue reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Track and manage issue containment and remediation
- Drive execution of product launches end to end, ensuring cross-functional readiness across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations
- Manage relationships with partners, including banking and strategic partners, serving as a key point of coordination and communication
YOU BRING
- 10+ years of experience in technology-based project management, product operations, or a related role within fintech or technology
- Experience working on issues management, or regulatory compliance, or risk-adjacent projects — you understand the cadence of controls, audits, or policy-driven timelines and know how to keep product work moving within those constraints
- Strong interest in leveraging AI to improve execution
- Strong data skills— you can pull and interpret reports, build your own dashboards, and answer operational questions without waiting on an analyst
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights

We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a Software Engineer, Network Automation - Data Center Fabrics, you will help design and build systems for operating large-scale networks within our data centers. You will apply deep networking expertise to leaf-spine architecture, automation, testing, and production troubleshooting across Ethernet switching, IP routing, BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, and VRFs.
This is a hands-on role for a networking expert who is also comfortable building production software. Go and Kubernetes experience are helpful but not required; strong engineering fundamentals and network automation experience matter more.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and evolve leaf-spine underlays, EVPN/VXLAN overlays, and tenant connectivity for multi-tenant AI infrastructure.
- Translate data-center fabric requirements and safety properties into clear APIs, data models, validation, and automation.
- Build reliable control-plane software that reconciles desired and observed network state.
- Design safe change workflows with validation, dry runs, atomic updates, observability, and failure recovery.
- Integrate with data-center switch operating systems and management APIs while maintaining vendor-neutral abstractions where practical.
- Participate in the on-call rotation, troubleshoot active data-center network incidents, restore service, and turn root causes into lasting improvements.
- Review designs and code, explain networking trade-offs, and help raise network engineering quality across the organization.
- Develop lab and production tests and turn operational lessons into better software and architecture.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep hands-on experience with Ethernet switching, IP routing, BGP-based leaf-spine fabrics, EVPN/VXLAN, and VRF-based multitenancy.
- Strong judgment around fabric underlay and overlay design, scale, convergence, isolation, and failure modes.
- Experience building or operating production network automation, including desired state, idempotency, concurrency, observability, and recovery.
- Strong software-engineering fundamentals in a general-purpose language. You can design, test, debug, and review production systems and are willing to become productive in Go.
- Experience with southbound network APIs and structured configuration, such as REST, gNMI/OpenConfig, or NETCONF.
- Hands-on experience with major data-center network operating systems, such as Cumulus Linux, Arista EOS, SONiC, Junos, or NX-OS.
- Strong diagnostic skills using routing and EVPN state, packet captures, counters, telemetry, and logs.
- Clear, pragmatic communication and a collaborative approach to technical leadership.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience reading, reviewing, or contributing to Go code.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes controllers, operators, CRDs, reconciliation, or Kubebuilder.
- Experience with physical or simulated network labs such as containerlab, NVIDIA Air, EVE-NG, GNS3, or similar environments.
- Experience with high-performance Ethernet, RoCE, InfiniBand, HPC, or large-scale GPU infrastructure.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Most providers make customers migrate their data to them. We're doing the opposite: bringing ClickHouse Cloud into the environments our customers already trust, so their data stays useful right where it lives.
Those environments come in a few shapes. Some are major cloud data platforms that run ClickHouse as a native service, so customers get it without leaving the tool they already use. Some are BI and visualization tools that need ClickHouse to show up as a fast, first-class data source behind their dashboards. And some are developer and data platforms we connect through marketplaces and identity federation with a couple of clicks or agentic calls. Every integration is unique, but the goal is the same every time: ClickHouse should feel like a first-class citizen in every environment.
The craft is finding the patterns underneath different integrations. As one of the first backend engineers, you'll help shape the technical defaults for this team. You'll have end-to-end ownership, but you'll also work inside the constraints of platforms you don't own: thin documentation, unfamiliar deployment topologies, and timelines governed by partner approval cycles. A lot of the challenge is engineering across trust boundaries you don't fully control.
You won't be doing it alone. You'll work closely with your engineering manager, the product manager, a growing team, and experienced engineers across the broader org. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, let's talk.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll own an integration end to end: the design, the code, and the production system that keeps running after launch. The patterns you set there become defaults the rest of the team builds on.
Day to day, that looks like:
- Owning the architecture: auth and identity flows, multi-tenancy, how data moves and where it's allowed to live, performance, and what happens in production
- Running what you build. Which means owning the infrastructure, CI, deployment, observability behind it and on-call
- Working on top of external platforms you can't change, and being straight about which risks are yours to manage and which aren't
- Partnering closely with the internal teams whose services you depend on: iterating on product requirements, agreeing on interfaces and protocols, and proactively finding ways to keep moving
ABOUT YOU
These are the attributes of someone who will perform well in this role:
- 8+ years building software, with a good chunk of it on data-heavy or integration-flavored systems
- Preferably proficient in TypeScript or Go or comfortable contributing to each
- Solid backend and systems instincts. You can reason about deployment topology, multi-tenancy, and data movement, and you're comfortable owning architectural tradeoffs you'll have to live with later
- You've worked with modern auth protocols, service principals, and identity federation, and you know how to get it right across a trust boundary
- You've built on someone else's platform and know what that's actually like: incomplete docs, unintended breaking changes, etc.
- You're comfortable in ambiguity. You can ship before the spec is finished, make sensible calls under uncertainty, and flag the decisions that'll be hard to undo to your team before we bake them in.
- You're good with other engineers. Much of the work runs through teams you don't own, and you earn their trust by how you think, not just what you commit.
- You're mainly a backend engineer, but you're comfortable enough to touch a modern React app
- You use AI tools well and honestly. Reach for Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or whatever helps, and be clear about where you did and didn't
- You write well. Most of how we coordinate happens async in chats, design docs and RFCs
NICE TO HAVE
None of these are required, but any of them would be a bonus:
- Close familiarity with a major cloud data or analytics platform ecosystem
- Real depth in auth and identity federation, or experience building to a partner's security review, marketplace requirements or certification requirements
- Hands-on experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms, or the isolation and deployment topology behind them
- Working knowledge of ClickHouse, or another columnar / OLAP engine
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT
As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture.

Are you a tax professional who looks at complex global regulations and sees a puzzle to solve? Do you want to move past repetitive compliance checklists to build a global tax strategy from the ground up, owning your decisions in a place that values substance over corporate protocol?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
As our product reach grows and international tax laws shift, managing indirect tax requires deep context and real ownership. We are establishing a dedicated global indirect tax function to handle our footprint across multiple office locations and the dozens of countries where we sell products and host events.
In this role, you will act as the core expert shaping our global VAT, GST, US sales tax, and digital services tax strategies. Reporting to the Head of Group Tax, you will take full ownership of designing scalable compliance processes from scratch rather than just maintaining inherited workflows. You will collaborate directly with legal, procurement, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure our systems handle new commercial operations, like e-invoicing and real-time reporting mandates, smoothly. Your judgment will directly influence how JetBrains navigates changing legislation and mitigates financial risks worldwide.
Day to day, you will:
Lead global indirect tax operations, managing VAT, GST, digital services tax, US sales tax, consumption taxes, and customs duties across all global entities.
Design and implement end-to-end tax workflows for digital services, physical goods, employee benefits, and intercompany transactions.
Direct our response to ViDA, focusing on the deployment of electronic invoicing.
Oversee compliance lifecycles, coordinate registrations, and manage external service providers across international jurisdictions.
Evaluate and refine internal indirect tax controls and policies to support business growth.
Advise internal product and operational teams on the tax implications of new commercial initiatives.
Partner with technical teams to automate tax reporting and integrate compliance logic into our ERP systems.
Monitor international tax updates, assessing their impact and leading the necessary system changes.
Manage tax audits and direct communications with local tax authorities.
Train internal stakeholders across departments on indirect tax compliance practices.
What you’ll bring
A problem-solving mindset that turns complex regulatory ambiguity into structured, clear processes.
The autonomy to make decisions and full accountability for the results.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax implications in plain language to non-tax colleagues.
Cultural curiosity when working with cross-functional teams spanning different countries and backgrounds.
A commitment to quality that avoids quick fixes in favor of stable, long-term operational workflows.
What you’ll need
Comprehensive experience in international indirect taxation, blending advisory or consultancy work with in-house operations for an international corporation.
Deep technical command of international VAT frameworks, including EU VAT application rules.
A proven track record of designing tax workflows or adapting business systems to new regional tax legislations.
Experience managing cross-border tax audits and dealing directly with regulatory authorities.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
A practical understanding of tax automation tools and ERP system integrations.
What success looks like
Success means building a resilient global indirect tax function that keeps JetBrains ahead of international regulatory updates without stalling business momentum. You will earn the trust of leadership by translating shifting rules into reliable internal workflows, ensuring our e-invoicing and digital service operations remain compliant and fully integrated. Ultimately, you win when tax risks are minimized, internal stakeholders are unblocked, and our compliance processes scale invisibly alongside our products.
Why join JetBrains?
