ABOUT YOU We are looking for a Customer Success Manager at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok. You will work side by side with our HQ and APAC Customer Success Managers, supporting the day-to-day success of the Traffic Source Partners we onboard — affiliates, media partners, creator networks, and publishers who drive players to the web shops we operate for game developers. The centre of gravity of this role is account management operations, and in particular partner payouts:making sure every partner is set up correctly, that their performance data is accurate, that their payout is calculated, documented, approved and paid on time, and that any discrepancy is chased down and closed. It is detailed work that partners feel immediately — getting it right is how trust in the programme gets built. This is an entry-level position with real ownership from day one. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided you have the right attitude and eagerness to learn. If you are organised, comfortable with numbers, enjoy being the reliable person other teams can count on, and want to learn the commercial side of the games industry from the inside, we would love to hear from you. RESPONSIBILITIES Partner payouts & account operations (primary) Own the recurring payout cycle for onboarded Traffic Source Partners: collect and validate performance data, prepare payout calculations against agreed commercial terms (revenue share, CPA, fixed fee, bonuses), and submit them for approval. Work with Finance, Legal, and Partnerships to make sure each partner's invoicing, tax, and banking documentation is complete and current before payment. Investigate and resolve payout discrepancies — missing conversions, mismatched reporting periods, currency and FX questions, adjustments and clawbacks — and communicate the outcome clearly to the partner. Maintain accurate partner records: contacts, contract terms, payout schedules, tracking setup, and account status in CRM (Salesforce) and internal trackers. Produce recurring reporting: weekly partner status, monthly payout reconciliation, and inputs for quarterly business reviews. Customer success support Support the HQ and APAC CSM team on standard customer success duties across the partner portfolio — meeting preparation, follow-ups, action-item tracking, and documentation. Help onboard new Traffic Source Partners: account setup, documentation, tracking-link setup, first campaign, and first payout. Act as first-line responder for partner questions, escalating technical issues to Engineering and commercial questions to the account owner. Monitor partner performance dashboards and proactively flag anomalies — traffic drops, conversion drops, stalled integrations, unpaid balances — before they become escalations. Act as the voice of the partner internally, liaising with Product, Engineering, Design, BD, and Support so requests are delivered accurately and on time. Ways of working Coordinate across time zones with HQ, APAC Partnerships, and regional teams. Keep process documentation, decision logs, and onboarding notes current in Confluence; track work in Jira. Spot the repetitive parts of the payout and reporting process and propose ways to simplify or automate them. REQUIREMENTS 1–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partner or affiliate operations, ad operations, finance operations, or a comparable client-facing or operational role. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome. Fluent in English; you will work in English daily with HQ and APAC colleagues and partners. Strong numeracy and confident spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation). Exceptional attention to detail. This role touches money movement; accuracy matters more than speed. Highly organised and self-directed — able to run a recurring process on a calendar without being chased. Clear written communicator, able to explain a payout calculation or a tracking issue in plain language to a partner or a teammate. Comfortable working across APAC and HQ time zones and in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift. Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role. NICE TO HAVE Exposure to affiliate marketing, performance marketing, ad networks, or creator and influencer programmes. Familiarity with CRM tooling (Salesforce), Jira and Confluence, or BI dashboards. Basic understanding of invoicing, VAT or withholding tax, and cross-border payment flows. Interest in the gaming industry, payments and fintech, or B2B SaaS. Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese). Any prior experience in coordination, support, operations, or student project lead roles. Location: Philippines Workplace: Remote At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀 We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers as a trusted partner and problem-solver, blending strong relationship management with a growing understanding of ClickUp’s platform and capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement, contributing to long-term growth, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. This role operates in an AI-native environment, and we expect TAMs at this level to use AI tools as a daily multiplier across account preparation, workflow analysis, solution design, follow-through, and customer enablement. TAMs at this level manage a defined book of business and own day-to-day execution for their accounts, while working closely with more senior TAMs and cross-functional partners on complex initiatives. You’ll use established frameworks, playbooks, and templates to guide onboarding and adoption, monitor account health, and help ensure stakeholders see continuous value throughout their lifecycle. At the L04 level, success means not just understanding AI-enabled features, but showing sound judgment in when and how to use AI to improve execution quality, speed, and customer outcomes. Technical Account Managers are responsible for delivering measurable value and driving meaningful business outcomes across their customer portfolio by focusing on: - Customer Enablement & Onboarding: Supporting customers through onboarding and implementation for assigned customers, following established discovery frameworks and implementation plans. - Account Health & Engagement: Monitoring adoption and account health within your book, executing standard plays to drive engagement, and escalating risks appropriately. - Process Optimization & Solution Design: Collaborating with customers to understand key workflows and configure ClickUp solutions using established best practices, templates, and guidance from senior TAMs. - Innovation Adoption & Workflow Automation: Guiding customers in adopting relevant features, including AI and automation, primarily by implementing standard patterns and documented workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes. - AI-Native Execution: Using AI in your own day-to-day workflow to synthesize discovery, accelerate account preparation, improve documentation quality, draft clearer recommendations, and increase the consistency and speed of customer follow-through while maintaining strong judgment and accuracy. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: New Customer Onboarding - Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp for assigned customers using established discovery frameworks, templates, and project plans. - Translate functional and technical requirements into ClickUp solutions for standard use cases under the guidance of more senior TAMs when needed. - Guide customers through setup, integrations, and change management fundamentals, escalating complex scenarios appropriately. - Use AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to prepare for discovery, summarize implementation decisions, and improve the speed and quality of customer follow-up. Account Health Management - Monitor health for your book of business, including utilization, key feature adoption, and champion/stakeholder engagement. - Execute standard adoption plays and account review cadences to maintain or improve health, leveraging existing playbooks and frameworks. - Identify risks early and partner with senior TAMs and account teams to build and execute recovery plans. - Run recurring meetings with your accounts, sharing usage summaries, recommended next steps, and capturing follow-ups. - Connect AI adoption, automation usage, and workflow improvements to measurable customer outcomes such as efficiency gains, stakeholder adoption, and expansion signals. Workflow Mapping (IER Framework) - Conduct Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for core customer workflows using established discovery guides and templates. - Recommend optimizations based on documented best practices and apply workflow templates to support scale and consistency. - Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, data models, and configuration decisions following team standards. - Use AI to help analyze repetitive workflow patterns, identify process friction, and sharpen recommendations — while validating outputs before using them with customers. AI Enablement & Agent Deployment - Support adoption of ClickUp AI across relevant customer workflows by configuring and testing standard AI workflows and automations aligned to published best practices. - Provide training and consultation on how to use existing AI and automation patterns; escalate novel or complex use cases to senior TAMs or specialists. - Track and report AI usage and credit consumption against plan, surfacing straightforward opportunities to deepen adoption. - Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, usefulness, and business relevance before sharing recommendations or enabling them in customer workflows. - Help customers move from feature awareness to practical workflow transformation by identifying where AI can remove manual work, improve reporting quality, or speed execution in repeatable ways. Customer Success & Expansion - Serve as the technical partner for assigned accounts, connecting usage to business value using established value frameworks and artifacts. - Identify expansion signals (e.g., usage patterns, feature interest) and pass qualified leads and insights to the account team for follow-up. - Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support renewals, expansions, and AI upsells, aligning your work to the broader account strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with account teams, Product, and Services to maintain alignment between delivery and success for your accounts. - Share customer feedback and insights to improve delivery and customer experience, focusing on clear problem statements and reproducible examples. - Collaborate with more senior TAMs and internal stakeholders on complex initiatives, contributing execution and customer context. CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Technical Acumen Solid understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionality, with a focus on applying documented solutions to customer use cases. Learns and adopts new features and patterns quickly. AI Expertise Uses AI and Agents as a daily multiplier, not just an area of awareness. Comfortable with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks, and able to show examples of AI improving work quality, speed, or consistency in a customer-facing environment. Able to implement standard AI use cases and identify when to bring in senior partners for more complex or novel scenarios. Consultative Discovery Strong at workflow analysis for core, well-understood processes. Uses structured discovery guides to identify friction points and map customer needs into ClickUp using existing best practices. Project & Program Management Strong project and time management for your account load. Able to juggle multiple accounts and workstreams with regular check-ins and guidance from your manager or senior TAMs. Data & Reporting Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI at the account level. Interprets usage data to support clear, actionable recommendations within established frameworks. Customer Engagement Executive presence and strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, expectation setting, and follow-through. Builds trust with customer stakeholders by reliably executing agreed plans. Account Ownership Accountable for day-to-day execution for your book of business: proactive in follow-through, organized, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes while escalating higher-risk or highly strategic decisions. Collaboration & Influence Works cross-functionally with account teams, Product, and Sales to align on outcomes. Influences through clear data, customer stories, and consistent execution, while relying on senior leaders for major strategic decisions and escalations. AI-NATIVE CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS: - Can demonstrate examples of using AI tools, prompts, automations, or agent-assisted workflows to improve personal productivity, customer delivery quality, or workflow outcomes. - Can speak concretely about where AI added value, where human judgment was still required, and how success was measured. - For this level, we are looking for evidence of strong applied AI fluency in execution — not necessarily novel model development or highly complex custom agent architecture. INTERVIEW SIGNAL: BE PREPARED TO WALK THROUGH HOW YOU USE AI IN YOUR WORK. OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS WILL ASSESS PRACTICAL AI CAPABILITY, INCLUDING HOW YOU APPLY AI TO WORKFLOW ANALYSIS, CUSTOMER EXECUTION, JUDGMENT, AGENTIC WORKFLOWS, AND MEASURABLE OUTCOMES. With self-custody and access to open networks at its core, Phantom lets them control their financial moves in the same app they use to safely store or spend money worldwide. Phantom has reached #1 in Google Play's finance category and consistently ranks in the top 50 apps across all categories. Check out our Forbes Fintech 50 https://www.forbes.com/sites/ninabambysheva/2026/02/23/inside-phantoms-battle-plan-to-win-the-crypto-fueled-superapp-war/ and CNBC and Statista's World's Top Fintech Companies 2026 https://www.cnbc.com/worlds-top-fintech-companies-2026/! We are around 180 people, fully remote, backed by a $150M Series C investment from a16z, Sequoia Capital and Paradigm. Our most active users deserve a relationship with Phantom, not a ticket queue. We are launching an invite only VIP program in app messaging with a real person, enhanced support, and exclusive experiences. You will be its first dedicated hire. As a VIP Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for VIP members inside the app. You will own these relationships end to end: welcoming new members, resolving issues personally, pulling in support and engineering when a case needs them, and staying with it until it is closed. You will help shape the playbook for the team we build around you as the program scales toward round the clock coverage. You will work closely with the VIP program lead, support, marketing, product, and design. RESPONSIBILITIES - Be the personal, named contact for VIP members in our in-app messaging hub - Own member relationships end to end: onboarding and welcome, proactive check-ins, and follow through on every issue until it is resolved. - Handle high stakes situations such as compromised wallets, missing funds, and large transactions with urgency, precision, and discretion. - Triage and escalate: bring in support agents, engineering, or leadership when a case warrants it, and own the communication back to the member. - Meet members where they are: in-app chat first, plus email, X, Telegram, and Discord. - Coordinate the moments beyond support: welcome gifts, event experiences, and early access to new features. - Turn conversations into leverage: channel member feedback to product, build playbooks, and help define the response time and satisfaction standards for the VIP team. - Help design and scale the program from a small founding cohort to thousands of members, and eventually 24/7 coverage. QUALIFICATIONS - 4+ years in premium or VIP support, account management, or customer success, ideally at a sports betting platform, crypto exchange, wallet, brokerage, or fintech app. - Deep crypto fluency: you understand self custody and can navigate multiple chains, reading a block explorer, tracing a transaction, and telling an L2 gas issue apart from a bug. - Exceptional written communication: warm, concise, and human, even under pressure. - Absolute discretion: for high value users, privacy and trust are the product. - Security first instincts: you know the social engineering patterns targeting crypto users, and you would never ask anyone for a seed phrase. - Comfort with ambiguity and ownership: you are the first hire in a new function and will build much of the process yourself. - Time zone flexibility: our members are global and markets do not close, so some evening and weekend availability is part of the job. - Nice to have: experience serving high net worth clients at an exchange or brokerage. - Nice to have: hands on experience with Zendesk and AI support tooling. - Nice to have: fluency in more than one language, or an active Phantom user with real on chain history. The target base salary for this role will range between $75,000 to $100,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer. Why Work With Us Phantom's journey to becoming a global trading app began with making crypto easier to use. Today, we’re building on that foundation to help people discover the markets that matter, make informed financial moves, and safely store or spend their money worldwide. Joining Phantom means helping shape that next chapter: building products that bring the freedom of open markets to more people. - Build for global impact: Create products used by tens of millions of people, making innovative financial markets more accessible to users around the world. - Make complexity feel simple: Solve meaningful challenges across design, engineering, and user experience to make discovering markets and managing money seamless. - Put users in control: Help build a future where people have greater freedom over their assets and financial decisions, with security and self-custody at the foundation. Benefits (only available to full-time employees) - Competitive salary and equity - Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision): base plan 100% covered - Flexible hours and a long-standing, supportive remote environment - Unlimited vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it!) - 401(k) retirement plan - Wellness stipend - Weekly meal stipend - Learning & Development stipend - Remote / WFH set-up stipend We strongly encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply. We believe that our work is stronger with a variety of perspectives, and we’re eager to further diversify our company. If you have a background that you feel would make an impact at Phantom, please consider applying. We’re committed to building an inclusive, supportive place for you to do the best work of your career. By submitting your resume and application materials, you acknowledge and agree that Phantom Technologies, Inc. Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan Workplace: OnSite WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI? Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like. WHAT ORGANIC GROWTH MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD Organic growth here is the set of channels that convert without media spend: search, AI assistants, and the content ecosystem they pull from. The channel has already brought in $2M in under a month, and conversion keeps climbing. So this isn't an experiment in the dark. It's a proven channel that nobody has figured out how to scale yet, because the rules are still being written. Millions of people now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity which tool to use instead of typing it into Google. What those answers say about Higgsfield decides who discovers us and whether they choose us. An Organic Growth Manager here is a high-agency operator who: - treats SEO, AEO and GEO as one channel, not three disciplines; - turns observations into hypotheses, tests them, and scales what moves the number; - builds systems and automations instead of doing the same research by hand every week; - moves work through adjacent teams, not just through their own hands; - owns the line from visibility to sign-ups, not just rankings. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Visibility across search and AI assistants - Understand how Higgsfield and competitors appear across Google and across LLMs — and why; - Map how people actually ask for products in our category, and identify the queries worth winning; - Find the gaps and the weak spots, including results that currently work against us. The source ecosystem - Understand which sites, communities, creators and formats different engines trust and retrieve; - Shape what information exists about Higgsfield online and how our category gets described; - Work with content, product and external partners to turn that into things that actually get published. Measurement and experimentation - Connect visibility, citations, traffic, sign-ups and revenue — the channel is judged on conversion, not vanity metrics; - Build lightweight systems (Sheets, APIs, scripts, automation tools) to cut manual work; - Continuously test new sources, formats and tools as the engines evolve. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We don't require experience in AEO or GEO — almost nobody has it. We care about how you solve unfamiliar problems, and about what you've already delivered somewhere else. Must-have - A measurable result you can walk us through. Which metric you moved, by how much, and what part of it was yours; - You turn data into decisions — and can explain why that decision and not another - Technically curious: you figure out new tools, systems and data on your own; - Has built or automated something before, rather than doing the same thing by hand every week; - Can move work through adjacent teams and external sites, strong cross-functional and partner skills - Fluent English, and comfortable working with content when needed; - High ownership: you don't wait for a task list, you understand the goal and figure out how to get there; Good to have - Experience in SEO, growth, analytics, content, engineering or automation; - Familiarity with LLM retrieval, RAG, or technical SEO; - Your own project, product or business — anything you built without a brief; - Strong understanding of the GenAI ecosystem. WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT - It's not a channel with an existing playbook to execute; - It's not a role where someone hands you a task list; - It's not a fit if you prefer strategy over execution, or want predictable 9-to-5 workdays. THE DEAL - Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow; - On-site role in Almaty, Kazakhstan; - Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally; - Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;

About the role: You'll lead the Finance side of the core banking system project — turning accounting needs, regulatory obligations, and product-administration realities into system requirements, and delivering against them. What you'll do: - Lead the core banking system project from the Finance side: own the plan end to end — scope, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking — and act as Finance's subject-matter voice across vendor selection, design, and rollout. - Run UAT, data-migration validation, and cutover planning from the Finance side, coordinating closely with IT/Engineering and vendors. - Connect the dots across Finance, IT/Engineering, and Compliance — surfacing regulatory gaps tied to system limitations and helping close them, and keeping Finance leadership informed on progress, risk, and dependencies. What you'll own: - Turn accounting needs, regulatory obligations (such as BSP/MORB), and product-administration realities into concrete system requirements, and manage delivery against them. - Build and drive the accounting-backlog remediation plan with real milestones, pulling in Finance colleagues and outside help where it makes sense. - Get month-end and period-end close and reporting, based on the core banking system, integrated directly with the GL — and keep it that way. - Take the Odoo accounting-automation work into properly owned, documented, controlled, and audit-ready process. - Identify and prioritise efficiency gains — automating manual entries, reconciliations, and reporting, using AI where it applies — to cut team effort and errors. - Contribute to IPO-readiness work wherever it touches financial systems and controls. What makes you a strong fit: - 10+ years of experience with a strong track record in finance/accounting project management. - A solid grip on accounting fundamentals and the close process. - Proven automation experience — you've led or driven process-automation initiatives, not just used automated tools — including practical Odoo (or a comparable ERP) experience for accounting automation. - Strong IT literacy: comfortable with system architecture, data flows, and technical requirements — enough to bridge Finance and IT/Engineering without a translator. - Strong project-management discipline: scoping, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication across Finance, IT/Engineering, and Compliance. - Ability to turn messy, ambiguous problems into a plan with real milestones. What we offer: OWNERSHIP AND FLEXIBILITY - Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year - Hybrid-first work environment - Company-provided tools and equipment - Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene HEALTH AND TIME OFF - Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits - Access to an internal mental health support specialist - 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days - 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila RELOCATION AND FAMILY SUPPORT - Relocation support for you, your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics - Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses - USD 2,500 per year for flights home - Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18 GROWTH AND TEAM EXPERIENCE - Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications - Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person - Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events - High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.

Location: San Francisco Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products. THE ROLE We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to own the operational and analytical supply side of our GPU fleet. Key focus areas: GPU fleet lifecycle, health, observability, utilization monitoring, and remediation across our neocloud and bare metal environments. We contract for a fixed amount of compute capacity. GPUs drift from healthy to unhealthy over time, and this role minimizes that downtime to keep the maximum number of GPUs healthy at any given moment. This is an operator role, not people management. You'll drive execution through clear processes, metrics, reporting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment. RESPONSIBILITIES - Drive suppliers to keep the maximum amount of the GPU fleet online and healthy. - Maintain a live reconciliation of contracted vs. provisioned vs. healthy vs. utilized capacity, broken out by supplier and by cluster maximizing the number of healthy GPUs. - Supplier-attributed fleet health accountability: own replacement SLAs, mean time to repair (MTTR), and RMA cycle times for every in-scope supplier. - SLA monitoring, credit claims, and remedy enforcement: track SLA performance against contract terms, file and pursue credit claims, and drive remediation plans when suppliers fall short. - Drive internal communications where suppliers need to perform maintenance to ensure all Baseten stakeholders are aware of activities that impact availability. Scope and Approach - Flexibility: this list covers the core of the role, not the limit of it. You'll be asked to take on adjacent work as the function evolves and as new gaps surface. - Ownership mindset: we need someone who treats "whatever it takes" as a genuine operating principle, not a line in a job posting. If something falls outside a defined lane but inside the overall goal of closing the capacity gap, it's yours to pick up. REQUIREMENTS - 5 to 10+ years within infrastructure working within the compute lifecycle to maximize functional compute, ideally in a hyperscale, cloud, or large-scale compute environment. - Direct experience managing GPU, server, or data center hardware supplier relationships. You understand fleet health, RMA processes, and how contracted capacity differs from delivered capacity. - Highly analytical. You should be comfortable pulling your own data, building your own reports, and generating insights without waiting on someone else to hand you a dashboard. - Comfortable with ambiguity. Part of the job is figuring out what should exist and building it. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You'll work closely with finance, infrastructure/engineering, legal, and security on a regular basis. NICE TO HAVE - Experience at a hyperscaler, neo cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company - Familiarity with GPU hardware lifecycles (NVIDIA H100/H200/GB200 class systems), power/thermal constraints, and supply chain dynamics for compute. - Experience running formal supplier corrective actions. BENEFITS - Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity - (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents - Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!) - Paid parental leave - Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot - (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k) - Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities. Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you. At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).
Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan Workplace: OnSite Why work at Higgsfield AI? Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like. Why this role exists Higgsfield is one of the fastest-growing generative AI companies in the world. A large share of our revenue already comes from business users, but the product wasn't built for them, and there's no dedicated PM. We need someone to build the B2B and Enterprise product from the ground up, own the full path from a corporate email signup to a signed enterprise contract, and turn what's currently a reactive feature stream into a real business line. What you'll actually do • Own the B2B and Enterprise product surface end-to-end: workspaces, roles, SSO, SCIM, audit logs, admin controls, user and asset management, billing and seat management, brand controls, API access for enterprise. • Own the self-serve team-plan motion too: corporate email signup flow, in-product invites, seat expansion, the path from one paying user to a paying team. • Partner with sales on live deals: security questionnaires, compliance responses, contract-blocking features, pilot design. Sit on customer calls, not just receive summaries. • Untangle the workspace and collaboration model: separate identity from content ownership so users can be invited to collaborate without breaking billing or credit pools. • Build the enterprise data residency, retention, and privacy story alongside legal and security. • Design the metrics that matter: corporate-email signup share, team-plan conversion, seats per account, expansion revenue, enterprise pipeline conversion, deal cycle time, loss reasons by segment. • Work directly with Sales, Legal, Security, Applied ML, Backend, Growth, and Payments. Frequent contact with actual enterprise buyers. Must-haves 1. Founding or early-operator experience. You've spent years trying to build something of your own. You know what it's like to own an outcome when nobody hands you a spec. 2. Shipped a B2B or Enterprise product at scale, ideally from zero or near-zero. You've built the workspace, the admin, the SSO, the billing, and you've sat across from real buyers to know why each one mattered. 3. Comfortable owning both self-serve growth mechanics and top-down enterprise motion. You don't treat product-led and sales-led as different jobs. 4. Strong technical judgment. You can reason about auth models, permission systems, tenancy, and API surfaces without needing an engineer to translate. 5. You measure in revenue, seats, and cycle time, not features shipped. You can defend a scope cut to Sales and a pilot commitment to Engineering in the same afternoon. Who this is not for • You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself. • You want to inherit a mature B2B org. This is zero-to-one. • You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship weekly, and enterprise deals can compress that to hours. Nice to have • Background at a fast-scaling B2B SaaS, collaboration tool, or developer platform in the US, EU, or Asia. • Direct experience with SSO, SCIM, SOC 2, GDPR, data residency, or enterprise procurement cycles. • Experience turning a strong B2C product into a real B2B business. • Comfort with generative AI, creative tools, or API products. What We Offer - Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role. - Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth. - Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country. - A seat where the business line you build shows up on the P&L within the quarter. - A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company. - Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales. - Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits. This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.
