Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan Workplace: OnSite WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI? Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like. WHAT ORGANIC GROWTH MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD Organic growth here is the set of channels that convert without media spend: search, AI assistants, and the content ecosystem they pull from. The channel has already brought in $2M in under a month, and conversion keeps climbing. So this isn't an experiment in the dark. It's a proven channel that nobody has figured out how to scale yet, because the rules are still being written. Millions of people now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity which tool to use instead of typing it into Google. What those answers say about Higgsfield decides who discovers us and whether they choose us. An Organic Growth Manager here is a high-agency operator who: - treats SEO, AEO and GEO as one channel, not three disciplines; - turns observations into hypotheses, tests them, and scales what moves the number; - builds systems and automations instead of doing the same research by hand every week; - moves work through adjacent teams, not just through their own hands; - owns the line from visibility to sign-ups, not just rankings. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Visibility across search and AI assistants - Understand how Higgsfield and competitors appear across Google and across LLMs — and why; - Map how people actually ask for products in our category, and identify the queries worth winning; - Find the gaps and the weak spots, including results that currently work against us. The source ecosystem - Understand which sites, communities, creators and formats different engines trust and retrieve; - Shape what information exists about Higgsfield online and how our category gets described; - Work with content, product and external partners to turn that into things that actually get published. Measurement and experimentation - Connect visibility, citations, traffic, sign-ups and revenue — the channel is judged on conversion, not vanity metrics; - Build lightweight systems (Sheets, APIs, scripts, automation tools) to cut manual work; - Continuously test new sources, formats and tools as the engines evolve. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We don't require experience in AEO or GEO — almost nobody has it. We care about how you solve unfamiliar problems, and about what you've already delivered somewhere else. Must-have - A measurable result you can walk us through. Which metric you moved, by how much, and what part of it was yours; - You turn data into decisions — and can explain why that decision and not another - Technically curious: you figure out new tools, systems and data on your own; - Has built or automated something before, rather than doing the same thing by hand every week; - Can move work through adjacent teams and external sites, strong cross-functional and partner skills - Fluent English, and comfortable working with content when needed; - High ownership: you don't wait for a task list, you understand the goal and figure out how to get there; Good to have - Experience in SEO, growth, analytics, content, engineering or automation; - Familiarity with LLM retrieval, RAG, or technical SEO; - Your own project, product or business — anything you built without a brief; - Strong understanding of the GenAI ecosystem. WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT - It's not a channel with an existing playbook to execute; - It's not a role where someone hands you a task list; - It's not a fit if you prefer strategy over execution, or want predictable 9-to-5 workdays. THE DEAL - Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow; - On-site role in Almaty, Kazakhstan; - Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally; - Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
