- Experience building cloud-native systems (Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability) with security and resilience as first-order concerns
- Fluency in the compliance frameworks for regulated finance: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, AML/KYC, and awareness of the SEC/CFTC/OCC/MiCA landscape
- Experience across digital asset infrastructure: custody, trading, staking, treasury, and blockchain settlement
- Ability to communicate credibly with executives, institutional customers, auditors, and regulators
Bonus
- Experience scaling an org toward a chartered or licensed financial entity
- Background delivering both managed-service and licensed-software products

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT YOUTUBE SCRIPTWRITING MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
At Higgsfield, growth is about distribution and revenue, not fluff or just good ideas.
A YouTube Scriptwriter is a high-agency storyteller https://www.highagency.com who:
- Crafts scripts that hook viewers and drive engagement.
- Turns trends, research, and insights into full-length, actionable video scripts.
- Works closely with Growth and Scriptwriting teams to ensure content resonates and converts.
This is a hands-on role: you write, optimize, and iterate scripts that the team can directly produce and publish.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
SCRIPTWRITING & STORYTELLING
- Write engaging, audience-focused scripts for YouTube videos.
- Craft hooks, narrative flow, explanations, and calls-to-action that keep viewers watching.
- Translate research, trends, and insights into clear, structured content.
TREND & EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
- Cover trending topics, AI tools, tutorials, model comparisons, and other educational content.
- Ensure content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with what performs on the platform.
- Adapt tone and style for different formats: short-form hooks, long-form explainers, or comparison videos.
COLLABORATION & ITERATION
- Work with Growth Researchers to understand which trends and ideas are high-priority.
- Collaborate with Video Editors and Creative Directors to ensure scripts match production needs.
- Take feedback from data and audience performance to continuously improve content.
OPTIMIZATION & PERFORMANCE
- Suggest formats, hooks, or structures that are likely to maximize watch time, CTR, and engagement.
- Keep up with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior to improve scripts.
- Help build a library of reusable templates, formulas, and structures for consistent output.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want creative, high-agency writers, not just people with a portfolio.
You should have:
- Strong writing skills with a knack for hooks, storytelling, and clear explanations.
- Ability to work from research and turn insights into engaging scripts.
- Comfort iterating based on feedback and data.
- Clear written and spoken English.
- Bias toward action: scripts are only valuable if they get produced and perform.
BACKGROUNDS THAT OFTEN DO WELL:
- Journalists or content writers with social media experience
- SMM or digital marketers who write for engagement
- Researchers or analysts who can turn insights into compelling narratives
- Founders, operators, or early startup writers who have worn multiple hats
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Prefer theory over execution or writing for ideas that never get produced
- Avoid feedback or rewriting scripts
- Struggle to meet deadlines or work at a fast pace
- Don’t enjoy staying on top of trends, AI tools, or social media
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in Almaty office.
- Full-time position.

Data Stewardship & Product Storytelling: Act as the "Translator-in-Chief". Take complex data models and turn them into compelling narratives. Lead the development of AI Agents that can surface insights to managers in real-time. Ensure the "People Data Stack" is secure, GDPR/privacy-compliant, and acts as a "Single Source of Truth" across all People related offerings, products and services.
“Effectiveness at Work” Strategy: Identify opportunities to leverage “High Tech” solutions in our People offerings, and free up more time for “High Touch”, human involvement, thereby maximizing human value.

Strong Kubernetes, observability, and software engineering skills are essential, along with experience in operating production services in a cloud environment (GCP/GKE or comparable) and partnering closely with product development teams. The ability to hold a dual perspective - understanding both how developers ship features and what infrastructure needs to stay reliable - and to bring the reliability lens into design decisions early will be key to your success in this role.
This is a hybrid embedded role: you remain part of the SRE organization (practices, standards, duty rotation) while being functionally embedded into the Monetization product domain. You'll build long-term working relationships with the domain's engineering teams, own a meaningful share of their application infrastructure execution, and co-author the reliability practices used company-wide.
If you're passionate about making complex distributed systems boringly reliable and love building the commerce and monetization backbone that lets game developers around the world get paid, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Own the application-level infrastructure of the Monetization domain: Helm charts, Terraform configurations, Kubernetes deployments, runtime configuration, and service-level networking and integrations
Own the domain's observability: design and implement SLOs/SLIs, monitors, alerts, and dashboards for critical services on Datadog and OpenTelemetry-based tooling
Help to set up and evolve CI/CD pipelines for domain services (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), including deploy and rollback automation
Perform capacity planning and performance tuning ahead of expected load - product launches, sales events, and regional rollouts - including load testing and performance regression investigation
Run Production Readiness Reviews for new services and major changes; define and enforce what "production-ready" means for the domain
Support domain incident response: assist with deep investigation of complex incidents, contribute to post-mortems, drive follow-up reliability improvements, and maintain runbooks
Build domain-specific automation that reduces operational toil: runbook automation, deploy helpers, recurring operational scripts
Maintain and drive a forward-looking reliability roadmap for the domain together with product engineering leads
Participate in product team planning, refinements, and architecture reviews, bringing the reliability perspective before design decisions become expensive to change
Co-author company-wide SLO/SLI, capacity, and operational standards together with the broader SRE team; contribute improvements directly to shared SRE-operated subsystems
Participate in the SRE duty rotation, supporting developers across the company
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of proven SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering experience: on-call or incident response duty, SLO/monitoring ownership, deploy pipeline and infrastructure work for production services
Software development background: you have built and shipped backend services, not only operated them - comfortable reading application code during an investigation and writing production-quality automation in at least one language (e.g., Go, PHP)
Hands-on Kubernetes experience: Helm, manifests, deploy strategies, debugging application-level performance and networking issues (GKE or another managed Kubernetes)
Solid observability practice: building monitors, dashboards, and SLOs/SLIs on a modern platform (Datadog preferred; Prometheus/Grafana experience also relevant), familiarity with OpenTelemetry
Infrastructure as Code exposure (Terraform/Terragrunt) for collaboration with platform teams
GCP experience (IAM, networking, managed services)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions)
Programming/scripting proficiency sufficient to build automation and tooling (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash)
Practical experience with incident response, post-mortems, and driving reliability improvements from incidents
Strong collaboration and communication skills — this role works embedded with product development teams daily
Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or gaming — high-traffic transactional systems
Nice to Have:
Kubernetes certifications
Google Cloud Platform certifications
HashiCorp certifications

Location: Europe
Workplace: Remote
Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Synthesia's long-term vision is to build the best human-interactive models: systems that don't just talk to people, but perceive and respond to them, reacting to a user's actions and emotions, not only their words. Today over 60,000 businesses rely on our platform, and the next leap in what we can offer them depends on models that combine text, audio, and video into a single real-time interactive experience.
As a Staff Research Engineer, you'll join the Voice team within our 40+ person R&D department, but your scope will extend well beyond voice. You'll help define and drive that broader vision across teams, proposing ambitious research directions and taking direct ownership of the design and implementation of its most critical components. You'll work directly with our voice lead and collaborate tightly with our video teams and other senior members of the org.
Concretely, you'll work on voice to voice models that produce text and voice simultaneously. Models that can reason, interrupt the user with back channeling and talk. Models that feel like you are having a natural conversation with, without the feeling of turn taking that is dominant in current speech to speech models. Your role would be to partner in defining a roadmap, implementing it and shipping the outcomes to product.
What you'll do
- Shape our roadmap to create new model capabilities and unlock new functionality for our customer base, on both short and long time horizons.
- Propose novel multi-modal system architectures (especially text and voice).
- Develop and evaluate streaming and conversational systems for low-latency, interactive voice-video synthesis.
- Design solutions that reinforce emotional expressiveness and natural interaction.
- Implement and bring designs to life, from pretraining through post-training.
- Integrate and test novel architectures (neural codecs, diffusion, flow-matching) to enhance realism and responsiveness.
- Define new evaluation metrics for conversational systems, including latency-aware and interaction-based measurements.
- Track the latest research in audio-visual diffusion, autoregressive models, neural codecs, and multimodal LLMs.
- Curate new datasets to complement existing data.
- Lead post-training initiatives like DPO, fine-tuning, and distillation to bring models to shipping quality.
- Ship models to production with optimised runtime to serve customers, and address their feedback thereafter.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE
- The ability to bring novel ideas and designs that advance the field of interactive multimodal systems.
- Strong understanding of generative modelling, ideally applied to sequential or multimodal data.
- Hands-on experience with large language models or similar transformer-based architectures.
- High proficiency in PyTorch, including distributed training and model optimization.
- A solid grasp of time-series modeling and tokenization, preferably in the context of audio, speech, or video.
- A demonstrated ability to prototype quickly, test hypotheses, and iterate efficiently.
- Proven experience training deep learning models end-to-end, from data preparation through evaluation.
- Strong general software engineering skills, enabling contributions to a large, shared research infrastructure.
PARTICULARLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Having shipped a generative model into a live product used at meaningful scale, not just published or prototyped it.
- Working on conversational or interactive systems where latency, responsiveness, and user experience were first-class constraints, not afterthoughts.
- Working on LLMs with large scale trainings leadings to models with decent reasoning capabilities
- Owning a research problem end to end: from architecture proposal through pretraining, post-training, and production deployment.
- Collaborating across modalities or teams (e.g. audio and video, or research and product) to ship a unified system.
BONUS POINTS FOR
- Experience with real-time or streaming architectures.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art architectures in audio and speech generation, such as diffusion models, neural codecs, flow-matching models, or autoregressive decoders.
- Excellence in one or more of the following modalities: voice, text, video.
- Evidence of original research contributions, such as publications or open-source work at top-tier venues (e.g. NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ICLR, Interspeech).
About the Role
You will design, implement, and evolve the Taproot Assets Protocol, working on mission critical peer-to-peer cryptocurrency daemons written in Go. ✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires at least 3-4 hours of overlap with Central European Time (CET/CEST) business hours to support collaboration with the team.
Role Summary
Oyster is looking for a sharp, self-driven Employment Counsel to contribute to Oyster's growth and shape the future of global distributed work. The right candidate brings extensive employment law experience, including multi-jurisdictional and cross-border matters, and a track record of advising HR and business partners. Knowledge of immigration rules and employee benefits is a plus. Beyond legal expertise, we're looking for someone who translates complex issues into clear, practical guidance for non-legal audiences, balancing compliance with pragmatic problem-solving, anticipating emerging risks, and partnering strategically with the business to deliver outcomes that are both legally sound and operationally effective.
We also value candidates who embrace AI and other technology tools to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and scale the impact of their legal expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain employment templates, policies, and processes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring Oyster's employment offering remains compliant, scalable, and operationally effective.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments globally, assess their impact on Oyster's products and operations, and drive implementation of required changes.

- Support labor inspections, audits, regulatory inquiries, and other employment compliance initiatives.
- Use data, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights to identify risks, improve processes, and enhance the effectiveness of Oyster's employment compliance framework.
- Identify and champion opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and process innovation to improve team efficiency, reduce manual work, and enable the scalable delivery of employment compliance and legal support.
- Contribute to a highly collaborative, remote-first team culture and help drive continuous improvement across Employment Products.
Core Requirements
- Law Degree (e.g. JD or equivalent) and admission to practice law in one or more jurisdictions.
- 4+ years of experience practicing employment law, preferably with a combination of law firm and in-house practice.
- Deep expertise in employment law, including hands-on experience with standard employment processes: drafting and reviewing contracts, managing templates and policies, advising across a wide range of employment matters and interpreting local labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Understanding of the EOR model and ability to anticipate and navigate its unique legal challenges; prior experience working with or within an EOR is preferred.
- Experience managing multi-jurisdictional and/or cross-border employment matters, with the ability to work across diverse legal systems and regulatory environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to distill complex legal concepts into clear, practical, and actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders; creativity and pragmatism in risk mitigation are essential.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for engineers to join the team building Spark, a lightweight implementation of Supabase written in Rust. It runs on an embedded SQLite-based engine with a Postgres-compatible SQL layer, and ships a PostgREST and Auth compatible API, so applications written against @supabase/supabase-js work as-is. It exists because AI builders and platform partners need a database they can give to every prototype without the cost or the wait: sub-second provisioning, a footprint small enough to run inside a sandbox, and an upgrade path to full Supabase when an app graduates to production.
This is a role with a lot of agency. Small team, working product, patterns still to be set. You'll own large areas end to end and make real decisions from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In this role, you'll:
- Grow API compatibility with the Supabase client, keeping behavior faithful to hosted Supabase and backed by conformance tests
- Bring more of the Supabase stack to Turso/SQLite
- Find and work around gaps in the underlying database engine, with minimal repros and tests
- Build and harden the path for upgrading a project from Spark to full Supabase
- Own the developer experience end to end: the CLI, local tooling, and docs
- Build and harden the hosted offering while keeping the low cost structure in mind, kept loosely coupled so the implementation can be swapped without a rewrite
- Work directly with design partners and turn real-world migration and integration friction into a sharper product
- Engage with the open-source community and contribute back to the broader Supabase stack
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have substantial backend or full-stack experience with strong fluency in Rust, have shipped production Rust, and have built or contributed to a backend system, framework, or developer platform before
- Are a strong generalist, comfortable moving across the stack from API design to storage internals to infrastructure, and picking up whatever the problem needs
- Read unfamiliar code without friction. A lot of the work means studying reference implementations in other languages, such as GoTrue in Go, PostgREST in Haskell, and matching their behavior in Rust
- Have a solid grounding in SQL and relational databases, experience working close to a database engine (transactions, MVCC, type systems), and the curiosity to dig into where Postgres and SQLite differ
- Know Postgres well enough to use it as the reference for correct behavior
- Have run services under tight resource limits (multi-tenant, serverless, or embedded)
- Have a bias toward compatibility and correctness, and reach for tests and specs to prove behavior
- Think around corners. When everyone reaches for the standard playbook, you look for the simpler path that fits a smaller box. You break a complex system down to the 20% that covers 80% of the need, then make it run somewhere far smaller than it was designed for
- Care about developer experience: clean APIs, fast feedback loops, and tooling that makes the right thing the easy thing
- Are comfortable owning ambiguous, early-stage work and making sound calls that inform and define the spec. This is a founding role on a brand-new team
- Are comfortable working in public repositories on a remote, async team
- Communicate clearly in writing
- Bonus: experience with the Supabase stack, building developer CLIs, a track record of open-source maintenance, or contributions to Rust database or web projects
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.
