Настроить подборLocation: San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY; Seattle, WA About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's go-to-market teams are scaling quickly, and the decisions they make, from who to sell to and how to cover them to where to invest next, are only as good as the intelligence and infrastructure underneath them. As a Data Engineer on the GTM Systems data foundations team, you'll help build that layer: the data products that give sellers, operators, and analysts a rich, current, and trusted picture of the market, and the engineering rigor that lets our GTM systems run reliably as the business grows. This is an engineering role that goes beyond pipelines. You'll treat GTM data as a product and a platform: built once, kept current, and available wherever people work. Alongside the build, you'll help shape what the data means: how attributes are defined, which sources are trusted, and how the business puts them to use. The role sits at the intersection of the sales organization, the data organization, and the systems that data flows through. You'll partner closely with Sales Strategy and Operations, Finance, Data Science, and the central data engineering team. Key responsibilities Bring disparate internal and external sources together: orchestrate, model, and normalize first-party product and revenue data alongside third-party data into one usable understanding of the company landscape Build and maintain identity and entity resolution, so every source attaches to one trusted record for each company and the relationships between companies are clear Help build the canonical layer where key attributes are defined once and mean the same thing everywhere, with clear sourcing logic, provenance, and freshness Turn data into intelligence: scores, signals, and AI-generated attributes that help GTM teams prioritize and act, held to the same quality bar as any other source Deliver that intelligence to the surfaces where teams work, including the CRM, and bring production discipline to how data moves through those systems Operate what you build as a living system, with observability, data quality, cost, security, and access controls designed in, so problems surface before the field sees them Partner with the owners of GTM processes such as planning, segmentation, and routing to settle definitions, make clear commitments, and communicate tradeoffs Make the platform easy for other teams to build on, so work is contributed once and not rebuilt in silos Minimum qualifications Experience as a data engineer or analytics engineer building and operating production pipelines and data models Strong SQL and Python, and experience with modern transformation and orchestration tooling on a cloud data warehouse Experience making messy data from many sources usable, including record matching, deduplication, and reconciling conflicting values Familiarity with go-to-market data and the CRM systems it flows through Judgment beyond the pipeline: weighing data sources, shaping definitions with business partners, and making calls on data quality Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical partners Regular hands-on use of AI tools in your engineering work Preferred qualifications 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or GTM data roles Experience building a shared data product or platform that several teams depend on and contribute to Experience with company data such as firmographics, corporate hierarchies, or master data management Experience using LLMs inside data pipelines and evaluating their output Hands-on Salesforce experience, including working at large data volumes Experience supporting GTM planning processes such as territory design, segmentation, or scoring The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $270,000 — $345,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Location: Toronto, Ontario Workplace: Hybrid Artificial Intelligence. Actual Impact. At Docebo, we’re using AI to change how people learn at work—and we mean actually change it. We’re an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training all in one place. But our real mission goes deeper: we help teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the work that truly matters. Our platform is built with intelligent, time-saving tools that personalize learning, eliminate busywork, and turn training from a checkbox into a superpower. The result? Better experiences for learners and real results for businesses. We’re shaping the future of learning with a team that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people–you’ll feel right at home here. And it’s not just what we build, it’s how we show up. At Docebo, our values aren’t just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive. So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops. 🚀 THE ADVENTURE AHEAD Our Salesforce org is the system of record for how Docebo sells, renews and serves customers. It carries CPQ, document generation, e-signature, provisioning and billing integrations, and a growing set of AI-driven workflows. The team that runs it is small, senior, and split between Canada and Italy. We've spent this year putting real structure behind it: a formal development lifecycle, a definition of ready for every ticket, a security standard for integrations, and a hardening program that is cleaning up years of accumulated access. We're adding a senior developer to carry that forward. You'll build on the platform every week, but you'll also be one of the people the rest of the team turns to when a design needs a second opinion, a connected app needs scrutiny, or a request needs someone to say "not like that, and here's why." ⚡ THE DAY-TO-DAY - Design and build. Deliver production-quality solutions in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and platform configuration, from a clear problem statement through solution design, build, test and release. You'll work the full lifecycle, not just the ticket in front of you. - Integration security and governance. Review every new or changed integration against our integration security standard: connected app scopes, OAuth and token lifecycle, dedicated Okta-provisioned integration users, least-privilege permission sets. You'll push back on anything that asks for more access than it needs and document the decision. - Code and design review. Act as a reviewer for the team's pull requests and solution designs. Hold the line on maintainability, test coverage, deployment readiness and SOX-relevant change controls, and give feedback people can act on. - Platform health. Own a share of the technical-debt and hardening backlog: retiring unused automation, consolidating permission models, cleaning up legacy packages and integration users, and reducing the org's risk surface one deliberate change at a time. - Access and provisioning backstop. Be a point person for user activation, license allocation and permission assignment, and help move that work from manual cloning toward documented roles and automation. - Delivery partnership. Work directly with Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing and Customer Success on scoping, and with the team's administrators and QA partner on testing and release. Take part in the daily check-in and the biweekly backlog and capacity review. - AI in the day-to-day. Use AI tooling to move faster on triage, documentation and build, and apply the judgment to validate what it produces before it ships. We care about both halves. 🌟 YOUR SUPERPOWERS - Deep hands-on Salesforce development. Several years shipping Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and integrations (REST, platform events, middleware) in a production org with real users and real release discipline. - A security mindset. You understand connected apps, OAuth scopes, permission sets, profiles and integration users well enough to spot a risky configuration and explain the fix. You treat "valid until revoked" as a problem, not a default. - Review experience. You've reviewed other engineers' code and designs and know how to be direct and useful at the same time. - Comfort in a governed environment. SOX controls, structured deployment windows, mandatory UAT, a source-control-backed deployment pipeline (we use Gearset and GitLab). - Clear communication in English, written and spoken, with technical and non-technical stakeholders. You can explain a trade-off to a VP and a defect to a developer. - Independence and judgment. You scope your own work, ask for clarity early, and don't wait to be told that a request is under-specified. - Working hours that overlap the team. Our daily check-in runs at 09:30 Eastern / 15:30 Central European; you'll need to be reliably available for it from either location. 🎯 BONUS POINTS - Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect or Integration Architect certification. - Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud, Conga or similar document generation, DocuSign, or a billing migration (we're moving billing to NetSuite). - Experience with Slack, Okta, Fivetran or Datadog as they relate to a Salesforce org. - Exposure to Data Cloud or Agentforce. - Italian language skills, or prior experience on a team split across North American and European time zones. OUR HYBRID WORK PHILOSOPHY 🤝 Great work can happen anywhere but coming together helps us go further. Our team spends three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) to collaborate, solve problems, and learn from each other. You’ll develop a visual concept, get others excited about it, and execute the details yourself, with great typography, bold composition, and images that make you stop. We’re open to a range of backgrounds. You might be a graphic and brand designer who also animates, or a motion designer and video editor with a strong design eye. Either way, great design comes first. You can make a single poster feel special and carry that same idea across an entire campaign. - Experience taking a loose brief and turning it into a compelling visual concept, then directing and executing the work through production. - Great taste and the ability to explain your decisions. You know when a design needs more energy, more restraint, or a completely different idea. - Strong web design skills and experience translating a brand into responsive digital experiences. - Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience with motion and video tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or AI video tools is a plus. - Experience incorporating generative AI into your creative process, with the craft to art direct, composite, retouch, and finish the output. - The ability to ship launch assets on aggressive timelines, iterate quickly on feedback and keep quality high when the deadline moves. - Nice to have: Hands-on motion design and motion graphics experience, especially animated typography, brand animation, and video graphics. Location: San Francisco, CA | Seattle, WA About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the team The Integrity and Attestation team's remit is to prove what is running at Anthropic: what code it is, where it came from, and whether the machine underneath it is in a known-good state. We build the systems that cryptographically verify build artifacts, model weights, and machines, from hardware roots of trust through firmware and boot to the credentials a workload receives. We also secure the management plane of our servers. These controls protect our model weights and customer data across cloud providers and bare-metal AI data centers, including sites operated by partners. We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead this team. Anthropic is bringing up new compute quickly, across new hardware platforms and new partners, and each one has to meet the same bar. In this role you will set the team's charter, practices, and priorities. You will partner with our infrastructure, data center, and hardware teams, as well as outside vendors, so that integrity is designed in rather than added later. The goal is simple to state: a machine gets secrets and workloads only after it proves it should, and a new site reaches that bar without slowing down compute. About the role Own the integrity roadmap: threat model from silicon and firmware up through the operating system and workloads, decide what to build, and deliver it Be able to reason about the design and implementation of remote attestation, measured and verified boot, hardware roots of trust (TPM, SPDM), machine identity, and the reference values that define known-good Make attestation the default path, so machines receive credentials and join clusters only after proving their firmware, system software, and security configuration, with no human in the loop Build provenance for what we deploy: signed build artifacts and model weights, independent verification, and tamper-evident transparency logs Lead the protection of sensitive data in use and at rest, including encryption and the chokepoints that control access to it Secure the server management plane across every site: scoped and audited access to baseboard management controllers and management of per-device credentials Make security repeatable as compute grows, so a new site or hardware platform inherits these controls in hours, not weeks Join compute bring-up, data center, and hardware teams at design time Define clear ownership with partner teams: when operations move to another team, your team keeps the security properties and can prove they still hold Own the integrity evidence for our security goals and compliance: the invariants hold, and you can prove it Hire, grow, and retain senior security software engineers; own their career development, and set the practices the team runs on as it scales Who you are Low ego, high empathy; has built diverse teams and has former reports who would vouch for them. Experience managing infrastructure or security engineering teams, including hiring, developing, and managing senior and staff engineers Has grown engineers into staff or lead roles, and experience with performance management Created and maintained a high performing in hypergrowth environments. Kept a team intact and delivering through reorgs, charter changes, or leadership turnover Experience owning a security or infrastructure domain end to end: setting multi-year strategy, delivering year-long cross-organizational work with little direction, and answering to executives for its risk and tradeoffs An appreciation for distributed systems and properties beyond security, including reliability, efficiency, and maintainability Scaled a team and its systems together through hypergrowth, where last quarter's architecture was already too small Hands-on engineering in at least one of: platform security, secure boot and firmware, hardware roots of trust, confidential computing, or software supply chain integrity Threat modeling and risk assessment for systems that span hardware and software, with strong security judgment and pragmatism Comfortable leading through ambiguity with multiple partner teams and outside vendors, where you don't control the hardware or the schedule You may be a good fit if you have: At least 5+ years managing engineering teams and 8+ years hands-on in platform, infrastructure, or security engineering Built or operated remote attestation, device identity, or fleet-wide boot integrity at production scale Worked with BMCs, Redfish, GPU or accelerator attestation, or large-scale bare-metal provisioning Experience with Nitro, SEV-SNP, TDX, or similar confidential computing platforms Built signing, provenance, or transparency systems such as Sigstore, SLSA, or binary transparency Designed key management or offline ceremonies for high-value secrets Worked in high-assurance environments where controls had to be evidenced, not just deployed Taken infrastructure from zero to one and then to maturity: built the first version where nothing existed, then run and hardened it into a system other teams depend on Built or rebuilt a hiring loop and held the bar while adding headcount quickly Pragmatic and steady: cares about unblocking research, product and compute as much as a clean architecture, and brings patience and judgment to opinionated senior engineers Clear and persuasive communicator in writing and in person Familiarity with AI security and safety concepts The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. Location: Remote Workplace: Remote We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science. We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world. World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached. Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you. *Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers. ABOUT THE ROLE *Open to hiring in the US. We're building a creative platform used by artists, filmmakers, and teams at some of the world's most recognized brands. Our support org handles everything from a five-minute billing question to a technical escalation, and we're building out a dedicated tier for the first kind so our more experienced specialists can focus on the second. We're looking for a Support Representative who's accurate, fast, and comfortable following a process closely under volume. No creative or AI background required. We'll train you on the product. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Resolve high-volume, tickets across account access, billing, and plan questions for Free, Standard, and Pro and Max users - Use existing macros, playbooks, and AI support layer suggestions to close tickets accurately and quickly - Recognize when a ticket needs product judgment or creative-tool troubleshooting, and route it to Tier 2 Support or Enterprise - Flag recurring questions that don't have a macro yet WHAT YOU’LL NEED - Clear, accurate written communication, especially on process-driven, checklist-style work - Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work without losing accuracy - Prior experience with tools like Zendesk, Notion, or Slack is a plus, not a requirement - 0-2 years in any customer-facing or process-driven role (preferably in SaaS, but not required) - Enough curiosity to spend a little time in the product or help docs before talking to us. No creative background needed, just evidence you looked WHAT SETS GREAT CANDIDATES APART The best people in this role follow the playbook precisely and know exactly when a ticket doesn't fit it. They don't force a wrong answer to hit volume, and they don't escalate everything out of caution either. They've put in enough time with Runway to have a real sense of what it does and who uses it, so a ticket that's slightly off-script doesn't stump them, even without a creative background. When they see the same question surface three times, they ask whether it should become a macro instead of just answering it a third time. Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide. There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range. Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates. WORKING AT RUNWAY Great things come from great teams. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwmj4ato2kw&ab_channel=Runway We’d love to hear from you. We’re committed to creating a space where our employees can bring their full selves to work and have equal opportunity to succeed. At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success. The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $110,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training. In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package. These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements. Location: San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role As the Content Strategy Lead for Executive Programs, you will own what Anthropic brings to the table when we sit down with senior leaders from our most strategic customers. That covers Executive Briefings, Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Councils, and the other small-room gatherings where a C-level audience meets with our leaders, product teams, and researchers. You will set the content strategy across these programs, build the library of modules and the bench of speakers, and lead the team that keeps our content fresh as our models and products evolve. This role works cross-functionally with Product & Solutions Marketing, who owns positioning and messaging across industries and products, and customer programs which owns each program's operations, intake, and customer experience. You own the layer in between: turning Anthropic's product, research, and policy story into sessions built for an executive audience, deciding who is best placed to deliver them, and designing interactive formats and demos that work for customers building on the frontier. The right candidate has a product marketing or narrative background, has built content for C-level customer audiences at an enterprise technology company, and has managed a team. Key responsibilities Set and execute the content strategy across Executive Briefings, Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Councils, and other gatherings of strategic customers: the themes for the year, the narrative that connects them, and how content differs by program, audience, and purpose. Build and maintain an evergreen library of content modules that program leads and account teams can assemble into an agenda without starting from scratch. Modules span product and roadmap, research, safety and policy, industry and use-case sessions, demos, and discussion guides. Keep the library current. Set a refresh cadence tied to model and product launches, retire what is stale, maintain a pipeline of net-new content modules, and make sure nothing in front of a customer executive is out of date. Identify, recruit, develop and certify speakers from Anthropic's executive, product, research, and go-to-market teams. Maintain the cross-program roster, shape each speaker's session, and prepare them for the room. Design the experience, not only the presentation. Choose the format that fits the audience and the goal, whether that is a working session, a live demo, a conversation with a researcher, or a peer discussion among customers. Partner with program leads on agendas for the highest-priority engagements, tailoring modules to the customer's objectives. Set the standards and templates that let every other engagement meet the same bar. Work with Product & Solutions Marketing, Product, and Research so that executive-level content is ready when a launch happens, not weeks after. Capture what customers say in these rooms, including themes, objections, and requests. Route it to Product, Research, Marketing, and go-to-market leadership, and use it to improve the content. Measure what works, including session feedback, module usage, and speaker performance, and work with program leads to connect content to program outcomes. Hire, manage, and develop the team responsible for executive program content, and set its quality bar. Use Claude to scale the work: build workflows that tailor modules to a customer's industry and priorities so a customized session does not require a rebuild. Minimum qualifications Built content for C-level customer audiences in executive briefings, advisory boards, executive councils, or similar programs. Built a content system that other people rely on, such as a module library, a session catalog, or a speaker program, and kept it current through frequent product change. The technical fluency to work directly with researchers and engineers, understand what they have built, and explain it accurately to a business executive. Experience coaching senior executives and technical experts as speakers, including giving direct feedback on their material. Judgment about format: you know when a room needs a presentation, a demo, or a facilitated discussion, and you can design each one. Experience managing people, including hiring and developing a team. A high bar for writing. You can draft an executive session narrative yourself and improve one written by someone else. Genuine interest in AI and in helping the world's largest enterprises adopt it responsibly. Preferred qualifications 12+ years in product marketing, executive content, or executive customer programs at a B2B technology company. You have owned positioning and messaging for a technical product and know how to adapt it for different audiences. Experience at a company where the product changes quickly and content has a short shelf life. Hands-on experience using AI tools to produce or tailor content. Experience facilitating executive discussions, not only preparing others to lead them. Worked with customers in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $320,000 — $400,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.
