About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic manages one of the largest and fastest-growing infrastructure fleets in the industry — spanning multiple accelerator families, cpu families and clouds. The Capacity Engineering team is responsible for making sure all our infrastructure resources are accounted for, well-utilized, and efficiently allocated. We own the data, tooling, and operational systems that let Anthropic plan, measure, and maximize utilization across first-party and third-party compute.
As an engineer on Capacity Engineering, you will build the production systems that power this work: data pipelines that ingest and normalize telemetry from heterogeneous cloud environments, observability tooling that gives the org real-time visibility into fleet health, and performance instrumentation that measures how efficiently every major workload uses the hardware it’s running on. You will be expected to write production-quality code every day, operate alongside Kubernetes-native infrastructure at meaningful scale, and directly influence decisions around one of Anthropic’s largest areas of spend.
You’ll collaborate closely with research engineering, infrastructure, inference, and finance teams. The work requires someone who can move between data engineering, systems engineering, and observability with comfort — and who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-ambiguity environment.
This is a pipeline role feeding four areas.
Depending on your background and business priority, you’ll focus primarily in one, but the boundaries are fluid and the problems overlap:
Data platform
Pipelines that ingest occupancy and utilization telemetry from Kubernetes clusters, normalize billing and usage across cloud providers, and serve the BigQuery tables the rest of the org queries against. Correctness, completeness, and latency are the job, not a footnote. Consumers range from research engineers to finance to leadership, so it's product work as much as engineering: defining schema contracts, making data discoverable, and figuring out what people actually need.
Planning
Knowing what the fleet has, where it's going, and what's in the way. Making the state of the fleet legible and actionable in real time: cluster health tooling, capacity planning platforms, alerting on occupancy drops and allocation problems, and systemic fixes to scheduling and fragmentation. Kubernetes operations on one side, cross-team coordination on the other.
Efficiency
Measuring and improving how effectively every major workload uses the hardware it runs on. Instrumenting utilization across training, inference, and eval systems, building benchmarking infrastructure, establishing per-config baselines, and working directly with system-owning teams to close the gaps. The metric has to be good enough that the team on the hook for it agrees with the number.
Attribution and forecasting
Connecting what the fleet costs to what the business is doing with it. Reconciling CSP billing exports against vendor telemetry and internal systems with mismatched schemas, attributing spend to the workloads and teams that generate it, and turning inference demand signals and research roadmaps into a defensible compute plan. Efficiency metrics have to survive contact with finance: stripped of pure demand and unit-price effects, reproducible month over month, and legible to a CFO.
Key responsibilities
Build the planning and allocation stack — the tools leadership uses to allocate capacity, teams use to plan against their allocations, and the scheduler enforces. Cross-region and cross-provider placement, guardrails, queueing, occupancy KPIs.
Drive the efficiency programs: stranding and rightsizing, unused capacity recovery, and job-level utilization across training, inference, and eval. Establish per-config baselines and work with system-owning teams to close the gaps. Utilization improvements are worth enormous sums at our scale.
Own attribution and forecasting — reconcile billing across ten-plus providers against telemetry and internal systems, attribute spend to the workloads that generate it, and turn demand signals and research roadmaps into a defensible compute plan and supply pipeline.
Build the data platform underneath all of it: pipelines ingesting occupancy, utilization, and cost from a rapidly diversifying fleet into BigQuery, with real ownership of completeness, latency SLOs, and gap detection. Every new provider is a net-new integration.
Operate Kubernetes-native systems at scale — collection agents, workload labeling, and the taint/reservation/scheduling behavior that determines what capacity is actually usable.
Treat the output as a product, not a pipeline. Gather your own requirements, define schema contracts, and design for consumers ranging from research engineers to a CFO — including on-call and SLOs, because these surfaces are load-bearing for the company.
What you bring
A strong track record building and operating production systems. This is a hands-on engineering role with a devops flavor.
Python and SQL at production quality. Most pipeline code is Python; the presentation layer is BigQuery SQL, including table-valued functions and views. Both need to be idiomatic, well-tested, and maintainable.
Deep experience with at least one major cloud provider (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure) and its operations
Experience with observability tooling stack, including Prometheus, PromQL, and Grafana, including writing recording rules and building monitoring that engineering teams rely on.
Ability to gather your own requirements and work across organizational boundaries in an ambiguous environment with limited direction.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with capacity planning, resource management, or cost attribution systems at a hyperscaler or in a large-scale machine learning environment. Time spent in product engineering and developer experience absolutely counts here.
Scheduling and packing efficiency experience, or profiling-driven optimization of large distributed workloads.
Multi-cloud data ingestion experience, especially normalizing billing exports, reservation APIs, on-demand capacity reservations, commitments, and vendor telemetry from providers with different billing arrangements.
Total cost of ownership and forecasting experience, including decomposing whether infrastructure growth is causal or correlated with business drivers.
Accelerator infrastructure familiarity. GPU metrics (DCGM), TPU utilization, Trainium power and utilization metrics, or experience with machine learning training and inference systems at the hardware level.
Experience building internal data products with self-service access, schema contracts, API serving, documentation, and discoverability. Not just pipelines, but thinking about how the data gets consumed.
Storage efficiency, retention, and lifecycle program experience at exabyte scale.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Have experience with mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative but asynchronous environment
Can take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve tight learning loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback, and then progress iteratively
You are willing to work across teams. Your work has to be aligned with the needs of other squads and external stakeholders. You make your plans transparent, bring stakeholders on board, and are open to feedback and suggestions
Strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet, etc.)
Bonus Points For:
Experience with high-volume usage metering, billing engines, or customer-facing cost management applications
Experience designing, building, and maintaining integrations with third-party business systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Cloud Marketplaces)
Experience with frontend component libraries, design systems, and modern CSS-in-JS tooling
Familiarity with cloud marketplace integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS provisioning/tenancy patterns
Experience working on SaaS provisioning, tenancy, regional expansion, plugin rollout, or customer lifecycle systems
Experience with incident response involving configuration drift, partial failure, or cross-service state mismatch

Our domain encompasses maintaining the billing engine responsible for customer usage calculation, cost management and billing applications, automating provisioning after a customer signs a contract, integrating with cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and building and maintaining the customer user portal.
Our work sits at the intersection of product, platform, and business operations. We build full-stack web applications, customer portals, backend services, APIs, and data integrations across internal Grafana platforms and third-party systems like NetSuite and Salesforce. When this domain works well, customers get clear usage visibility, reliable billing, and seamless account management workflows. This role is about 75% FrontEnd and 25% BackEnd.
Design, build, operate, and evolve reliable full-stack web applications, customer-facing account portals, and backend services that power core customer usage and billing workflows
Build and maintain backend APIs (Golang, Node.js) and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies (TypeScript, React)
Design and maintain integrations between Grafana systems and external business platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Develop and automate business logic for customer usage metering, pricing structures, promotions, and billing reconciliation
Collaborate across product management, DealOps, GTM, Support, and adjacent AppCore squads to deliver robust end-to-end features
Address technical debt, optimize CI/CD pipelines, strengthen test coverage, and improve system observability and operational resilience
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers while shaping pragmatic solutions for complex systems challenges
Contribute to roadmap planning, technical design, OnCall improvements, and long-term simplification of stack operations
You will help own the production behavior of the systems you build. That includes improving runbooks, dashboards, alerts, reconciliation safety, rollout controls, and recovery procedures. You should be comfortable debugging across service boundaries and making careful changes in systems that affect customer stacks
What Makes You a Great Fit:
At Grafana, we actively embrace AI-assisted and agentic development practices, integrating these technologies into both our engineering workflows and the systems we deliver. We encourage our engineers to thoughtfully leverage AI tools to enhance every stage of the lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, documentation, and operations. We also look for strategic opportunities to embed agentic capabilities within our services to eliminate toil, bolster reliability, and ensure that complex customer workflows remain resilient and safe.
We are seeking a Staff FullStack Engineer who thrives on building production systems where correctness, scalability, and user experience are paramount. As a remote-first organization, you should be comfortable collaborating asynchronously across time zones and taking full ownership of the critical systems powering Grafana Cloud. Our team is small and operates with a high degree of independence; you will be expected to lead major projects, coordinate across service boundaries, and help define the technical direction for our domain.
You will be particularly successful in this role if you enjoy solving challenges related to stateful systems, eventual consistency, and reconciliation loops. We value engineers who can take ambiguous lifecycle requirements and transform them into explicit, modular solutions. You should be adept at breaking down complex systems work into safe, iterative increments while clearly communicating technical tradeoffs to both internal stakeholders and adjacent product teams.
Some things you might be expected to do could include:
Writing efficient, readable, and easy to maintain code
Designing new microservices or systems
Collaborating with teammates and other departments to reach consensus on proposed solutions
Coordinating with product and UX when needed
Responding to customer requests and feedback
When ready, participating in our follow-the-sun OnCall rotation
Participating in team decisions, such as roadmap planning and prioritization
Requirements:
You have at least 1 year of fully remote work experience
You have worked on a big SaaS platform and dealt with common distributed systems problems (e.g. scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, HA, …)
Strong professional experience with backend technologies (Golang, Node.js) as well as modern frontend web development (TypeScript, React)
Care deeply about developer and user experience and the quality of the products that you work on
Have some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, and brainstorming ideas to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
You write clean, robust, well-tested software that other engineers can understand, operate, and maintain

Accelerating scientific discovery is a core part of Anthropic's mission, and we believe the highest-leverage path to this is enabling researchers externally to use Claude effectively for their work. This involves communicating Claude’s rapidly improving scientific capabilities through outreach and editorial programs, as well as putting Claude in the hands of researchers through grants, ergonomic research tools, and access programs that help scientists do more with AI than was previously possible.
We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager to be the bridge between the researchers advancing Claude’s scientific capabilities and the outside scientific community. Embedded with the Discovery team, you’ll conceptualize and run the programs that get Claude into scientists’ hands and shape the Anthropic Science Blog, working with Communications, Editorial, Beneficial Deployments, and external partners such as universities, funders, and scientific societies.
This is a technical role, not a purely operational one. These programs already have strong operational and editorial owners. You bring research taste and a firsthand understanding of how academia works, so we’re looking for someone who has been a researcher themselves, ideally through a postdoc or beyond. You’ll have significant autonomy: once aligned with Discovery’s leads on strategy, you’ll drive decisions on what we fund, what we publish, and how we engage with academic communities
Key responsibilities
Act as the interface between research and the outside world.
Stay close to the researchers working on Claude's scientific capabilities and translate rapid capability gain into use by external researchers.
Help set Anthropic’s external science strategy.
Recommend which scientific areas and communities we focus on, and how our programs, collaborations, and communications fit together
Guide the scientific direction of the
Anthropic Science Blog
.
Work with researchers and the Editorial team to identify and source stories internal and external stories worth telling, draft and edit posts, and keep a steady cadence of high-quality science writing.
Drive forward external science programs.
Design, launch, and run grants and access programs such as AI for Science grants and Team plan offerings for research groups, as well as partnerships with scientific foundations and grantmaking organizations. Work with Beneficial Deployments on programs aimed at the highest-impact scientific areas.
Gather feedback from scientific communities.
Identify usage patterns and gather feedback on how researchers use Claude and what capability gaps exist, and turn it into concrete recommendations for research and product teams.
Minimum qualifications
A PhD in a scientific or mathematical field, with a track record of original research
Demonstrated writing ability for both scientific domain and general-interest audiences, with enough understanding of how modern AI models are trained to write about them accurately.
Experience with the grants process, such as applying for and managing competitive funding, and ideally designing, reviewing, or administering funding programs
Deep engagement with frontier AI: you use these tools in your own work, understand where they're strong and where they fail, and take seriously the possibility that AI will transform every face of the scientific process within the next few years
Track record of driving multi-stakeholder projects to completion, and of coordinating people who are juggling other high-priority work. You’re resourceful, high-agency, and able to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Credibility with researchers: you can talk to scientists as a peer and understand how academic communities work, including their incentives, norms, and sensitivities
Fast learner who builds deep contextual understanding in unfamiliar scientific domains and can contribute meaningfully to discussions with researchers outside your own field.
Preferred qualifications
Experience as a program officer, program director, or fellowship lead at a science funder, research agency, or philanthropy
Published science writing in outlets such as Quanta, Scientific American, or Physics Today, or a substantial public writing presence such as a blog or newsletter
Research experience that uses AI or ML methods, or that involves building scientific software, tools, or datasets
Experience building partnerships with scientific societies, journals, or research institutions
Familiarity with AI safety and responsible deployment, including dual-use considerations in fields like biology
Experience organizing conferences, workshops, or large coordinated launches
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$365,000
—
$435,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Business Development Representative, Provider, you’ll report to the VP of Business Development and partner closer with our Provider team. You will own a critical component of Garner's provider go-to-market motion, owning initial outreach to targeted health system and provider partners, working in conjunction with the sales and marketing teams. This is a builder's seat: our outreach playbook is still being written, and the person in this role will help write it.
What you will do
Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for Garner’s Provider organization, while meeting or exceeding target BDR activity metrics
Work with and leverage sales teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities
Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key targets, generate interest, identify compelling events, and develop accounts
Conduct high-level discovery conversation in target accounts
Manage, track and report on all activities using Salesforce
Contribute to the creation of a repeatable go-to-market playbook, providing feedback to the Product, Sales, and Account Management teams while continuously improving our messaging, targeting, and objection handling
What we're looking for
1 - 3 years relevant work experience, ideally in a fast paced selling environment
Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills
Inbound and outbound calling experience
Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo
Experience with healthcare a plus
A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.

The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $240,000 to $400,000, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Metabase is the easiest way for people to get insights from their data, from tiny startups who get up and running quickly to major corporations with tens of thousands of users. That's why people love us.
We bring data tools with the elegance and simplicity of consumer products to the crufty world of enterprise business intelligence. We provide an opinionated open source starting point for how companies should measure, analyze and share their data, which is used by tens of thousands of companies.
About the role
Our Finance & Analytics team owns the authoritative view of Metabase's business performance, and the opinionated read on what's driving it. Internally, this is used to drive decisions; externally, this is used to meet our obligations to investors, auditors, and tax authorities.
We’re looking for a quantitative-minded generalist to lead a portfolio of analytical projects across the business and own an area of finance operations. Your analytical projects will focus on how we measure and understand the broader business: establishing authoritative definitions for key metrics and investigating what’s driving changes in the data. In your operational area, you’ll run the work and build systems that make it reliable and increasingly automated, drawing on external specialists for technical expertise.
This isn’t a traditional finance role: we’re a small team of generalists who think in systems, learn unfamiliar domains quickly, and reason through problems from first principles.
Responsibilities
Leading analytical projects that change how we understand the business. Examples include:
Adapting our ARR definition as our business model evolves
Evaluating the health of our sales and marketing funnel
Finding relationships between product initiatives and expansion or churn
Owning a traditional finance domain (such as Accounting or Tax). This will involve a combination of operational work, managing external experts, and evaluating the overall health of the operation
Automating the workflows in your domain so our operational and compliance requirements take as little manual effort as possible. Our aspiration is that areas of traditional finance are treated similarly to analytical systems: a set of inputs that are transformed via defined logic to produce a targeted outcome or insight
Leading cross-functional projects to tackle operational problems as they arise
About you
You think in systems: you understand how pieces fit together, build reliable processes, and automate repetitive work
You think in terms of numbers and are comfortable in a wide range of analytical domains, whether that’s financial modeling, doing intermediate statistical analysis, reviewing the methodology of external vendors, or transforming raw data. You can spot inconsistencies quickly, and enjoy getting to the right answer. SQL experience strongly preferred (nice-to-have: analytics engineering experience)
You know how to use AI to improve efficiency, and enjoy experimenting with novel applications of the technology. Just as importantly, you know the limitations of AI and don't use it as a substitute for your own thinking
You learn fast. For example, you don't need to be an accountant, but you can learn the rules of accounting (or other specialist domains) and apply them to day-to-day problems
You are adept at managing vendors, building strong relationships, and holding them accountable when needed
You have strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail: you enjoy checking items off your checklist, and can seamlessly balance multiple threads of work
Minimum 3–5 years experience, preferably in a high-growth startup
Strong quantitative undergraduate degree (nice to have: MBA)
Based in the US, Canada, or UK
Low-ego attitude: no job should be too small or too large
Nice-to-have: some familiarity with accounting principles or coursework
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $150K–$200K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
Benefits
We offer meaningful equity and a comprehensive US benefits package, including fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days, flexible and unlimited paid time off including sick time, and an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
We're a global team (50% outside the US), fully distributed (from Thailand to California), who get things done asynchronously, with plenty of uninterrupted time, supporting each other to do the best work of our careers. We offer flexibility (define your own schedule and work from wherever you want), autonomy, and an environment that fosters growth, learning, and development. We're relentlessly user-focused and believe in building long-term value, not short-term hacks. And we raised a $30M Series B to take our approach to the next level for years to come.
For U.S. applicants: Metabase participates in the federal E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of newly hired U.S. based employees. E-Verify is not used as a tool to pre-screen candidates and is only initiated upon hire.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a SDK Engineer - Python to join our SDK team and own how developers talk to Supabase from Python. You'll work closely with the rest of the SDK team, our Auth, Realtime, Storage, PostgREST, Functions, CLI and Docs teams, and the open-source community, helping us make the Python SDK a library Python developers genuinely enjoy using.
Python developers reach Supabase from backend services, data pipelines, notebooks, and a growing number of AI agents and agent frameworks. The Python SDK is how all of them talk to the platform: database queries, auth, storage, realtime and edge functions, in both sync and async flavors.
This is a library-authoring role, and the work happens in the open: public repos, public issue trackers, and API decisions whose consequences last for years. If you get satisfaction from a type checker that catches the bug before your users do, from an async client that cleans up after itself, and from an issue tracker that isn't a graveyard, you'll like it here.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building developer tools that scale to millions.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Build and evolve our Python SDK across database, auth, storage, realtime and functions, with both sync and async APIs that feel natural in Python.
- Start new things. Alongside the maintenance work, find what's missing, make the case for it, and build it. Nobody will hand you the list.
- Work in the open. Triage inbound issues, review and shepherd outside contributions, keep CI and release automation healthy, and hold a clear, kind line on scope.
- Own the typing experience. Make the SDK fully typed and checker-friendly, so autocomplete and static analysis stay correct in real codebases.
- Keep us honest across environments. Multiple Python versions, sync and async frameworks, workers, serverless and notebooks — with dependency ranges that don't fight our users' projects. Test it, don't assume it.
- Work on realtime. Long-lived websocket connections, reconnection, and subscription and presence semantics.
- Track the platform. When auth, realtime, storage, postgrest or edge functions ship a change, make sure the SDK reflects it, and that we say so in the changelog.
- Design in public. Write the RFCs, migration guides, release notes and docs. Treat a breaking change as a deprecation path plus a migration story, not a version bump.
- Make our SDK legible to AI coding agents, which are now a major consumer of it.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Know modern Python typing deeply. You use generics, protocols, overloads and TypedDict as design tools, run strict type checking, and fix type errors without reaching for Any.
- Have authored or maintained a published library with a public API and users outside your own company. You know what it costs to change something people depend on.
- Know the maintainer side of open source. Issue triage at volume, reviewing outside PRs, release automation, changelogs and semver, security reports, and saying no to a feature request without losing the person who asked.
- Are fluent in asyncio and have opinions on how a library should serve both sync and async callers.
- Know Python packaging for libraries: pyproject.toml, wheels, modern tooling, version support policy, and why libraries shouldn't pin their dependencies tightly.
- Test as a habit: unit, type-level and end-to-end against a real stack. Every fix comes with a regression test.
- Write well. Design docs, changelogs and issue replies are a large part of the output here, much of it public, and we're async by default.
- Have real autonomy: you find the important work, scope it, ship it, and say what you didn't do.
- Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Have experience in async or globally distributed teams
- Are energized by solving real-world problems for developers
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly
Bonus points if you: have run a major-version migration for a public package, know your way around JWT/OAuth, have built integrations for AI agent frameworks, or have generated idiomatic clients from a schema.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
As we continue to strengthen alignment across our go-to-market teams, we're focused on building a more connected approach to how we measure, analyze, and forecast performance across the full customer journey, from the first website visit through sales engagement to closed-won revenue. This new role, within our Revenue Operations team, will help bring that vision to life by creating a clear, shared view of the funnel that marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership can use to make more informed decisions. As a new role, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we work, partnering closely with marketing, RevOps, and the broader revenue organization to improve visibility, forecasting, and accountability across the business.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build full-funnel reporting that connects marketing activity in tools like HubSpot to opportunities and closed-won business in Salesforce, and make it visible to executives and teams across the organization
Work with marketing and sales to define and document how attribution works, including what “influenced” versus “marketing-sourced” means and how leads are tagged as marketing-led, sales-led, or SDR-led
Partner with marketing on lead scoring and how leads flow into Salesforce
Improve how we measure campaign ROI so teams can see what worked, double down, and shift spend away from what didn’t
Work with marketing and go-to-market teams to agree on shared metric definitions, and publish them as a single source of truth
Build reports and dashboards with AI tools, refine them with stakeholder feedback, and publish final versions to our BI tool on a regular refresh schedule
Dig into the data, including with AI, to surface patterns and insights nobody has asked about yet
What you’ll bring to the role:
About 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in marketing, revenue operations, or a multi-hat go-to-market role
Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Excel and BI tools
Working knowledge of marketing concepts and terms, such as MQLs
The interpersonal skills to negotiate shared definitions across teams with different perspectives
Curiosity about AI and how to use it in your analysis
Experience in a SaaS environment
Bonus: the ability to read SQL (writing it is not required)
Base Salary based on level of experience
$125,500
—
$147,600 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

Langfuse is hiring its first Product Manager. You will work with the founders to define the product vision and set the strategic direction. You will also work with Solution Architects, sales, and marketing. Your input will help shape product decisions.
Engineers at Langfuse own delivery from start to finish. They help find solutions and turn them into technical requirements. They implement and launch the work. They support each launch with documentation and changelogs. They also speak directly with customers to receive feedback on features and educate the roadmap. The whole company helps shape the quarterly roadmap. The engineering team then delivers it.
As Product Manager, you will look beyond the current quarter. You will build a deep understanding of our market and emerging trends. You will also study how engineers use AI to build agentic applications. You will use these insights to create clear product artifacts. They will define the user problems we want to solve and how we want to solve them.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AT LANGFUSE:
- Shape the product direction and translate long-term opportunities into clear priorities.
- Turn customer, community, and market insights into decisions about what to build and what not to build.
- Lead new product areas from research and scoping through launch.
- Work closely with founders, engineers, designers on APIs, SDKs, infrastructure, UX, and documentation.
- Align founders, engineering, sales, marketing, and key customers without introducing unnecessary processes.
- Make the product-engineering team more effective through clear context, strong judgment, and concise written briefs.
- You will own the quarterly roadmapping process and propose in which direction we should develop Langfuse.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO:
- Project Management for engineers. Everyone here can organize themselves, you do not need to do this.
- Slice large projects into Linear tickets. Single engineers execute on large projects in Langfuse.
- Communicate between customers and engineers. Engineers talk to customers daily.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- An experienced PM from developer tools, observability, infrastructure, data, or a similarly technical product.
- Technical enough to reason credibly about APIs, SDKs, architecture, and UX tradeoffs.
- You are hands-on: you test products, you talk to users, you maybe build a small prototype.
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and product taste.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and a fast-moving environment.
- Pragmatic, calm, organized, and focused on shipping.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Deeply interested in AI and already using AI tools extensively.
- Experience with open source, enterprise software, or major platform shifts is a plus.

Location: Australia
Workplace: Remote
Role highlights:
- Business Development Manager
- Location: Any Australian state capital city, Canberra preferred
- Department: Data Sales
- Reports to: Data Sales Director, Australia & New Zealand
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Remote first, frequent travel expected
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll bridge the gap between ICEYE’s world-leading ISR satellite capability and the people who use space-based geospatial intelligence at the sharp end of Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) defence and national security. You will open doors, build credibility, and ensure the ANZ’s most important intelligence users understand what makes ICEYE genuinely different.
ICEYE is not the traditional defence prime. ICEYE is a different proposition entirely. We are one of the world’s fastest-growing space companies, and we are only at the beginning of what we intend to build in the ANZ region – not only in defence and intelligence, but across a range of industry verticals where geospatial intelligence is a critical need.
From day one, you'll own the full sales cycle for Data Sales business clients — identifying opportunities, shaping deals, and closing multi-year contracts — with the autonomy to move at pace and build the strategic relationships that expand ICEYE's presence across the ANZ market.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation, we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system as both a data and managed service business.
ICEYE serves customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance, mining, maritime and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
ICEYE is expanding both satellite technological capabilities and its advanced data processing product suite, and over time the range and breadth of data products will increase. This is a learning role that will span a range of industries and use cases.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1200 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Report to the ANZ Data Sales team
- Build and maintain a trusted network of Intelligence and GEOINT practitioners across ANZ defence, intelligence and other industries: attending user engagements, demonstrations, and briefings to represent ICEYE credibly at the working level and stay close to user needs, priorities, and procurement timelines.
- Advise internal ICEYE teams (Missions, Data and Solutions) on how ANZ military and intelligence users consume intelligence imagery, what tradecraft matters, and how to frame ICEYE’s products in language that resonates with analysts and collection managers.
- Identify key decision-influencers across ANZ target organisations, and plan, host, and lead ICEYE engagements, from technical demonstrations to senior roundtables, to build trust and advance ICEYE’s standing.
- Participate as needed in ANZ military exercises that incorporate ICEYE capability, representing ICEYE at the operational level and capturing lessons that feed back into product and service development.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and provide clear market intelligence to support business planning and decision-making.
- Produce responses to RFPs, proposals, inbound enquiries, assist with promotional material and attend relevant industry events.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- An established personal network within the ANZ geospatial community at the working and mid-senior level (people who will take your call)
- 5+ years of strategic sales or enterprise business development experience in the aerospace, defence, space, ISR, earth observation, or related government technology sector.
- Proven experience selling to ANZ government, defence, or public sector organisations, with an existing network you can activate from day one
- Strong understanding of earth observation, ISR, or satellite-based capabilities, ideally including SAR.
- Proven ability to run complex sales cycles, including lead qualification, opportunity development, capture planning, stakeholder mapping, and deal closure.
- Willingness to travel as required, primarily across the ANZ region and to Europe.
Nice to haves:
- Currently serving as a reservist, or recently transitioned from active duty within the last five years.
- Familiarity with SAR (and other ISR) geospatial satellite products, or experience working with commercial SAR (and other ISR) providers.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
- Sales training in Miller Heiman, Korn Ferry, Shipley, or a similar methodology
- Holds current ANZ Defence Security Clearance
Application Process
- Recruiter interview
- Hiring Manager Interview
- Peer interview(s)
- VP interview
