The successful candidate will own the full product development lifecycle from concept through to mass production including supplier identification, prototyping, costing, BOM management, quality oversight, and compliance. The role requires deep familiarity with the Chinese manufacturing landscape, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously while keeping the offsite team aligned and informed.
What You'll Own
Lead end-to-end product development from concept to mass production for travel, health, and fitness products, translating briefs into manufacturable specifications, drawings, and technical files.

Identify, vet, onboard, and manage suppliers across key China hubs (Yiwu, Ningbo, Shenzhen), including factory audits, capability assessments, and relationship management as the primary on-ground contact.
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms while driving supplier performance across quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
Develop and maintain BOMs and detailed cost breakdowns (materials, labor, packaging, tooling, freight), leading cost optimization and tracking raw material price risks.
Define and enforce quality standards, coordinate testing and certifications (CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, CPSIA, Prop 65), and manage inspections, non-conformance, and CAPA processes.
Oversee packaging development (structure, print, artwork) ensuring compliance with shipping, retail, and regulatory requirements across target markets.
Drive project execution, stakeholder communication, market intelligence, and IP/risk management, including supplier coordination, sourcing support (e.g., Canton Fair), trend analysis, and protection of designs, molds, and confidentiality agreements.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field, with 5–8 years of experience in product development, sourcing, or R&D within the consumer goods industry in China.
Proven track record of taking products from concept to mass production, working with overseas brands or buyers.
Strong experience in travel goods, health & wellness, or fitness/sports equipment, with an established supplier network across Yiwu and broader Chinese manufacturing regions.
Hands-on expertise in preparing BOMs, cost sheets, and detailed technical product specifications.
Working knowledge of international product compliance and certification requirements across key markets.
Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese (native or near-native) and English (business-level), with strong cross-cultural communication capabilities.
Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino), ability to interpret technical drawings, and strong project management skills to handle multiple parallel projects.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will build and run the operating systems that help Juno ship reliably and support customers as we scale. On the product operations side, you will turn product decisions into clear operating plans, maintain visibility in Linear, coordinate customer testing and launch readiness, keep commitments and risks visible, and make sure product changes are communicated clearly.
You will partner closely with product and engineering to make decisions executable, keep work organized, surface gaps and dependencies, and ensure the team follows through on what it has committed to ship.
On the customer support side, you will be the first line of defense when customers encounter product issues. You will triage and investigate problems, coordinate the right response, and redirect travel-service questions to our travel partners. Because you sit close to both the product process and the customer, you will turn recurring friction into clear insights, accountable follow-up, and better operating systems.
Success means Juno ships through a lightweight and dependable process, customers understand what changed, risks and commitments do not get lost, recurring issues reach the right owners, and support demand does not grow one-for-one with the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide holistic support through the entire launch lifecycle across program management, customer testing, launch readiness, change management, customer communication, and post-launch iteration. Own and improve Juno's shipping process so the right reviews, testing, documentation, internal enablement, and customer updates happen at the right time.
- Maintain Linear as a reliable operating system for projects, owners, milestones, dependencies, status, and product decisions. Surface risks early and follow through until they are resolved.
- Serve as the first line of defense for product-related customer issues across email and chat, join customer calls when needed, manage escalations to resolution, and route travel-service questions to the right partner.
- Be the voice of the customer in product decisions. Analyze support trends and customer feedback, diagnose recurring friction, size the problems you find, and translate messy input into clear findings, recommended actions, prioritization input, and accountable follow-up for product and engineering.
- Build AI-powered workflows, automations, knowledge systems, and self-service experiences that improve the quality and speed of product operations and customer support.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, program management, customer experience, technical support, consulting, or another customer-facing analytical role in a fast-moving software company.
- You are highly process-oriented. You can turn ambiguous cross-functional work into clear owners, milestones, decisions, and next steps without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- You actively use AI to get real work done and can show us what you have automated, analyzed, or built.
- You can use qualitative feedback and data to identify patterns, diagnose root causes, size problems, and measure whether a product or operational fix reduced customer friction.
- You write with precision and empathy. You can explain a complicated product change or technical issue clearly, without jargon or filler.
- You run toward ownership, move quickly without losing the details, and can drive clarity across product, engineering, customer success, customers, and external partners.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, debugging, or data analysis, even if you do not write production code.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, travel, fintech, or another operationally complex product.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Compute & Infrastructure Accounting team supports accounting and financial reporting for OpenAI’s rapidly evolving cloud computing, data center, server, equipment, colocation, software and data, and other AI infrastructure arrangements. We’re seeking a hands-on Contract Accountant to support recurring close and day-to-day operational accounting for these costs.
The contractor will translate contract terms, pricing, delivery, usage, invoices, and operational data into accurate accruals, true-ups, journal-entry support, reconciliations, and variance explanations. This role works closely with Compute & Infrastructure Accounting, Technical Accounting, Procurement, Strategic Finance, Data Engineering, and external vendors to resolve exceptions and keep accounting outputs timely, complete, and audit-ready. The contractor will use approved AI tools to reduce manual effort, strengthen analysis, improve documentation, and create scalable operating leverage.
This role does not make final accounting conclusions or approve journals, payments, vendors, contracts, or access; it does not negotiate contracts or commit company funds. Success is measured by accurate and timely close deliverables, well-supported reconciliations, prompt exception resolution, dependable cross-functional communication, and adherence to established controls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Close and Operational Accounting
- Prepare and support assigned month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accruals, true-ups, journal entries, reconciliations, rollforwards, balance-sheet substantiation, and flux or variance analysis.
- Prepare journal-entry support and submissions, including account and cost-center coding; monitor approval, posting, and rejection status and coordinate timely follow-up with authorized employees.
- Perform vendor- and contract-level reconciliations, monitor actuals against accruals, resolve differences, and support recurring management reporting.
- Support lease, fixed-asset, construction-in-progress, and related infrastructure accounting as assigned, including data capture, schedule maintenance, modifications, and period-end entries.
Contract, Invoice, and Data Validation
- Maintain complete and accurate contract and pricing records across new agreements, amendments, credits, delivery or drawdown changes, extensions, and terminations.
- Translate commercial terms into accounting inputs and operating workflows and ensure relevant changes are reflected in recurring accounting processes.
- Validate vendor invoices and operational data against rates, usage, commitments, delivery, resource attributes, and accounting mappings.
- Investigate exceptions, document root causes and resolutions, track open items and bottlenecks, and coordinate follow-up through completion.
Controls, Audit, and Issue Resolution
- Follow established accounting policies, standard operating procedures, close calendars, review requirements, and approval workflows.
- Execute control procedures over source data and workpapers, including completeness and accuracy checks, evidence retention, and reviewer-ready documentation.
- Respond to audit and control requests by assembling tie-outs, schedules, explanations, and source evidence.
- Use company information only through approved systems and devices, follow least-privilege and security requirements, and promptly escalate suspected data, security, or access issues.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Compute & Infrastructure Accounting, Technical Accounting, Procurement, Strategic Finance, Finance Systems, Data, Engineering, and external vendors to resolve accounting and operational blockers.
- Communicate requirements, status, outstanding items, and accounting implications clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Escalate unusual contracts, accounting judgments, control exceptions, or access requests with clear context and recommended next steps.
Process Discipline and Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring data-quality issues, process delays, and control gaps, and surface trends and recommended improvements to the appropriate team lead.
- Write clear requirements, test system or process changes, and validate downstream accounting outputs before operational use.
- Improve recurring workflows through standardization, documentation, automation, and tooling; maintain clear procedures and handoffs.
- Use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to reduce manual effort, strengthen analysis and documentation, and support scalable and agentic workflows while following data-security and review requirements.
- Help maintain consistent execution as systems, accounting requirements, and workflows evolve.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Progressive experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or a related finance function, including hands-on operational accounting.
- Strong month-end and quarter-end close experience involving accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and workpaper preparation.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls, with the judgment to recognize and escalate matters requiring technical accounting review.
- Experience interpreting contracts, invoices, and large operational datasets and translating them into accurate accounting outcomes.
- Advanced spreadsheet and data-analysis skills and experience using an ERP or comparable finance system.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to reduce manual effort, strengthen analysis, improve documentation, and create scalable operating leverage.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, clear documentation habits, and the ability to independently manage high-volume, deadline-driven work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across Finance, Procurement, Engineering, external vendors, and time zones.
PREFERRED
- Operational accounting experience in a technology, cloud-computing, or infrastructure environment.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and lease-accounting, fixed-asset, or similar finance systems.
- CPA, CA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Exposure to cloud and compute costs, lease accounting, fixed assets, construction in progress, or related infrastructure arrangements.
- Familiarity with SQL, GitHub, issue-tracking tools, or similar technical tools used to investigate data and process issues.
- Experience in audit-ready, high-growth, or control-focused operating environments.
- Experience collaborating across time zones with distributed teams and external service providers.

Perplexity is looking for a technical program manager to be the connective tissue between our model providers, engineering, and product teams, driving our core inference platform forward.
Perplexity runs one of the highest-throughput inference stacks in the industry, serving Ask, Computer, and API traffic across a large and constantly shifting portfolio of first-party and third-party models. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and finance: you'll orchestrate across model providers and internal teams to keep new models and capacity moving smoothly into production, while executing the roadmap for the inference platform itself. The ideal candidate has strong technical judgment, thrives coordinating across teams and external partners with competing timelines, and is energized by building the operating model for a function that doesn't have much precedent yet.
OUR MISSION
Perplexity's mission is to power curiosity. Curious people are the people who drive change in the world. Driving change is a continuous cycle of learning, building, and integrating.
Learn: curious people constantly learn new things by asking more. They question the status quo in their own expertise and they constantly learn outside of it. Research is essential to them and never ending.
Build: curious people make and create things, to show the world their new answers to problems no one else ever questioned. They take action on what they've learned. Makers need tools to create their products, their companies, their reality.
Integrate: they must interact with the world as it is to drive change and adoption. True leaders do not simply build something and hope. They must have armies of agents and workers who can constantly work in millions of small ways.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Execute the roadmap for the inference platform request handling, rate limits and quotas, usage controls, and the reliability and observability surface engineering and product teams depend on
- Be the connective tissue between model providers and Perplexity's engineering and product teams coordinating onboarding, launch readiness, and rollout for new models and capacity
- Drive latency, throughput, uptime, and cost-efficiency as core execution metrics, surfacing tradeoffs between them rather than letting them become side effects
- Run the operating model for model-release and optimization programs, including day-zero launches, across performance engineering, infrastructure, and product teams
- Lead cross-functional delivery for inference-stack changes, from planning through launch and post-launch validation
- Build the mechanisms that make releases predictable rituals, dashboards, launch checklists so inference releases stay low-risk at Perplexity's scale
- Partner with GPU capacity and compute teams to reconcile execution decisions against cost, capacity, and vendor constraints
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong experience with technical program management or product management in infrastructure, distributed systems, or ML/model-serving products
- Direct experience with production LLM or ML inference understanding what makes serving fast, reliable, and cheap rather than just what a roadmap slide says about it
- Comfort orchestrating across external partners and internal engineering teams with competing priorities and timelines
- Experience with data and metrics, and the judgment to surface difficult tradeoffs between latency, throughput, uptime, and cost
- Thrives in a small, agile team; has initiative and desire for ownership without much precedent to lean on
- 6+ years of combined technical program management or product management experience

About the company:
KIEFER is building Greece's integrated AI ecosystem. From renewable energy infrastructure and AI systems to robotics and enterprise applications, we connect the technologies that power Europe's intelligent future. Founded in 2014, KIEFER has delivered 600MW+ of energy projects and is now developing sovereign AI infrastructure, enterprise AI products and physical AI systems for Greece and Southeast Europe.
KIEFER TEK Ltd is a leading EPC contractor in the renewable energy sector, delivering complex energy infrastructure projects across Greece.
As our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) portfolio continues to grow, we are strengthening our project delivery team and looking for an experienced Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of utility-scale BESS projects — from contract award and project planning through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and final handover.
This is a head-office–based role with selective site presence, designed for a Project Manager who can maintain the full project picture: contract, scope, schedule, cost, risk, client and overall delivery.
What You Will Own
- Take end-to-end accountability for BESS projects, from project kick-off through commissioning and final handover
- Define and drive the project execution strategy, programme, budget, milestones and key deliverables
- Ensure compliance with EPC contractual obligations, technical requirements and agreed project milestones
- Own project financial performance, monitoring budget, forecast, cash flow, cost-to-complete and commercial exposure
- Act as the primary project interface with the client, maintaining clear communication, alignment and timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Construction, HSE, Finance, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers around a single integrated delivery plan
- Ensure engineering, procurement and construction activities remain aligned with project priorities and contractual milestones
- Provide direction and coordination to Construction and Site Management teams, while retaining overall accountability for project performance and delivery
- Identify project risks and critical issues early, establish mitigation actions and drive them through to resolution
- Manage project changes, variations and claims in coordination with Commercial, Engineering and Construction teams
- Lead project progress meetings, reviews and reporting with clients, internal stakeholders and senior management
- Maintain effective oversight of construction progress through targeted and purposeful site visits, without being responsible for day-to-day site supervision
- Drive projects toward safe, timely and commercially successful completion
Who We’re Looking For
- Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or another relevant discipline
- Proven experience in Project Management within EPC, energy, renewable energy or major infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of the interaction between engineering, procurement, construction, contracts, cost and schedule
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple internal and external interfaces
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with budgets, forecasts, variations, contractual requirements and project risks
- Confident client-facing communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Structured, accountable and proactive approach, with the ability to maintain control of multiple priorities
- Previous experience in BESS, renewable energy, substations or complex electrical infrastructure will be considered a strong advantage
- Ability to understand site realities while maintaining focus on overall project performance rather than day-to-day construction supervision
- Interest in long-term involvement and professional growth within a rapidly expanding energy-storage portfolio
Why Join KIEFER TEK
- Take ownership of strategic utility-scale BESS projects shaping the future of energy in Greece
- Head-office–based role with selective travel and meaningful project visibility
- Real accountability across scope, schedule, cost, contract and client — not simply task execution
- Work across the full EPC lifecycle, from engineering and procurement through construction and commissioning
- Direct exposure to clients, senior management and key project stakeholders
- Work with advanced energy-storage technologies and large-scale energy infrastructure
- Join a growing BESS portfolio with opportunities for increased responsibility and long-term career development
- Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and level of responsibility

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Safeguards Enforcement Analyst focused on Conventional Weapons, your work spans detecting and mitigating attempts to misuse Anthropic's AI systems to facilitate real-world harm, specifically utilizing conventional weapons and dangerous technology. You will be responsible for building and executing operational workflows to assess model behavior, drive enforcement decisions, and develop evals across a technically demanding range of policy areas.
Important context for this role: In this position you may be exposed to and engage with explicit content spanning a range of topics, including those of a violent, graphic, hateful, or psychologically disturbing nature.
Key responsibilities
Design and architect automated enforcement systems and review workflows that scale effectively while maintaining high accuracy
Develop and maintain evals that measure model performance on these policy areas, surface regressions, and inform policy and model improvements
Partner with Engineering and Data Science to optimize detection and automated enforcement systems for potential policy violations
Review flagged content to drive enforcement decisions and surface policy gaps, with particular attention to novel or technically sophisticated misuse attempts + emerging tactics
Support the Safeguards policy design team by providing structured feedback on policy gaps and enforcement ambiguities based on real enforcement scenarios
Develop and maintain enforcement guidelines and reviewer documentation that enable accurate, consistent enforcement across a wide range of content
Keep up to date with emerging weapons trends and applications, regulatory changes, and AI policy enforcement best practices, and apply these to inform our workflows and evals
Identify and escalate emerging misuse patterns, novel attack vectors, and signs of coordinated violent activity
Minimum qualifications
Have deep, applied expertise in weapons systems and can translate complex technical evidence to make enforcement decisions
Experience in policy enforcement, threat intelligence, counterterrorism, government, or a closely related field, with direct exposure to harmful content, dangerous technology, or physical harm facilitation
Experience standing up and scaling policy enforcement or content review workflows
Proficiency in SQL and/or other data analysis tools to draw insights from large datasets and monitor enforcement workflow health
Experience identifying emerging risks and threat actors, and communicating findings to a diverse set of stakeholders, such as Product, Policy, Engineering, and Legal teams
Experience working with generative AI products, including writing effective prompts for content review and enforcement
Understanding of the challenges involved in implementing product policies at scale, including in the content moderation space
Preferred qualifications
Subject matter expertise in conventional weapons and dangerous technology, autonomous systems, or critical infrastructure protection
Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks governing dangerous technology, conventional weapons, and critical infrastructure
Experience developing evals or red-teaming AI systems, particularly for harmful content or policy enforcement use cases
Experience with threat actor profiling and threat intelligence frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK)
Experience tracking threat actors, extremist networks, or misuse patterns across surface, deep, and dark web environments
Experience with large language models and an understanding of how AI technology could provide meaningful uplift toward serious harm
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and workflow automation
Background in law enforcement, national security, defense, counterterrorism, or a relevant regulatory environment
Experience assessing the technical plausibility and real-world harm potential of content, including the ability to distinguish between general educational content and genuine operational uplift, and between protected speech and genuine incitement/mobilization
Familiarity with cross-platform threat analysis and OSINT techniques
