Type: Full Time
The Role
Nex is scaling fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our US TA team through it. You’ll drive how we find, engage, and win top talent across technical and non-technical functions, including GTM, Creative, and G&A, while building a high-performing team and recruiting engine that keeps pace with our growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on speed and ambiguity. You’ll partner closely with business leaders as a trusted advisor on talent strategy and workforce planning. You’ll challenge assumptions and push for data-informed hiring decisions.
You’ll lead and develop the recruiting team, driving execution, performance, and consistent hiring standards. You’ll also lead complex technical, GTM, G&A, and executive searches yourself. The goal is a talent function that moves fast without compromising on quality.
What You'll Do
The role is about 60% hands-on recruiting and 40% people leadership. As we scale, expect the balance to shift toward leadership.
Recruit directly for executive, senior leadership, and hard-to-fill roles across technical, GTM, and G&A functions, from market mapping through closing.
Lead the day-to-day of the US Talent Acquisition team, keeping recruiting priorities, resources, and capacity aligned with changing business needs.
Coach, develop, and grow a team of recruiters. Set goals, drive accountability, and build their business acumen and influencing skills, while creating a team culture of ownership and continuous learning.
Deliver against quarterly and annual hiring targets, with proactive pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Own the talent attraction strategy, using competitive intel, market research, targeted sourcing, and activations to build top-of-funnel pipeline in competitive markets.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations, and hiring approach.
Challenge hiring assumptions and influence decisions on role requirements, leveling, interview process, and candidate selection.
Use data to spot talent trends, benchmark against competitors, measure how well each sourcing channel works, and flag hiring risks and bottlenecks before they affect the business.
What You Bring
8 - 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 - 5 years managing and growing recruiting teams at a company in rapid growth.
A proven track record of leading complex executive, senior-level, and hard-to-fill searches across technical, GTM, Creative, and G&A functions.
Hands-on experience designing sourcing and talent attraction programs from the ground up. You’re fluent in employer brand, recruitment marketing, and modern recruiting tech, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
Comfort with numbers. You use recruiting data to understand what’s working, anticipate hiring demand, and give leadership clear, actionable recommendations.
Strong influence with senior leaders. You build credibility quickly, give candid advice, and aren’t afraid to challenge a hiring decision when it matters.
A solid understanding of US recruiting compliance, and experience partnering with People, Legal, and other stakeholders.
You thrive when things are moving fast: you’re comfortable with shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rolling up your sleeves.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Account Executive to scale our business in Japan — a highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about voice AI and how it's transforming the way businesses build and engage with their customers. We don't just sell a product; we partner with companies to help them create new experiences and unlock value at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role you will:
• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities that align with ElevenLabs' product offering and roadmap.
• Run agile, high-velocity outbound and outreach — moving fast from first touch to close.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in collaboration with the Growth team.
• Develop and maintain a deep, hands-on understanding of ElevenLabs' products and how they map to customer use cases.
• Own KPI and sales performance tracking, providing weekly updates to the wider ElevenLabs team.
Requirements
• Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment, including self-sourced pipeline.
• 5-7 years of previous experience in sales in a SaaS organisation.
• Strong product intuition — able to learn a technical product deeply and clearly articulate its value to customers. Genuine curiosity about Voice GenAI.
• A proactive, agile operator who moves fast rather than waiting for leads to come in.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• A hybrid customer- & product-driven mentality that prioritises client satisfaction and scale.
• High fluency in Japanese; working proficiency in English.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Enterprise is central to Anthropic's mission. The organizations that could benefit most from Claude often have the most demanding needs, with rigorous requirements around end-user experience, procurement, security, and permissions. We believe earning their trust is essential to ensuring AI benefits the world broadly.
We're looking for a Staff+ Full Stack Engineer for our Enterprise pillar—the team that makes Claude enterprise-ready at scale. When a Fortune 500 company rolls out Claude to 100,000 employees, the admin, governance, and management experiences you build are what their IT leaders, security teams, and end users touch every day. This is a high-agency role where the product questions are as open as the architecture ones: you'll help decide what these products are, not just how they're built, and you'll see your work land with real teams at the world's largest enterprises.
What you'll do
Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing products end-to-end across the stack—from admin consoles and governance surfaces to the APIs and data models behind them
Partner with product, design, and go-to-market to turn enterprise customer workflows into shipped product, not just execute against a spec
Set technical direction and standards for your team: architecture, code quality, and how the team builds
Work directly with enterprise customers, admins, and sales during key conversations, translating what you learn into engineering priorities
Build the primitives that let the world's largest organizations deploy, govern, and get value from Claude at scale
Mentor other engineers and raise the technical bar across the team, working with influence rather than authority
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with 2+ years at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level
Have led the design and delivery of complex customer-facing products across the full stack
Have built enterprise SaaS products and understand what IT admins, security reviewers, and procurement teams need to say yes
Are comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and translating what you learn into technical decisions
Have built products from 0 to 1 in fast-moving environments, and can set technical direction with limited precedent to lean on
Drive cross-team alignment to ship impactful work, with influence over authority
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with enterprise identity, permissions, and administration surfaces (SSO/SCIM, RBAC, audit, usage and spend visibility)
Experience building AI products and turning model capabilities into applications people actually use
Experience as startup founders or early-stage employees
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

An overview of this role
As a Customer Success Architect, you'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor and technical authority to some of GitLab's most complex and high-value Enterprise and Government customers across Japan. In this role, you will be driving and shaping how our largest customers adopt GitLab's intelligent DevSecOps platform to achieve their business goals and realise meaningful, long-term outcomes. You will be working closely with customers after the sale to turn pre-sales command plans into clear success plans, guide them through their customer journey, and drive adoption, utilization, and technical maturity. You will also be directly influencing renewal and expansion decisions through your post-sales engagements with executive-level decision makers in the account.
This is a individual-contributor role for someone who has already led pre or post sales customer engagements in large complex accounts across multiple industry domains to drive quantifiable business outcomes..The individual is comfortable operating with ambiguity, and can credibly advise VP- and C-level stakeholders on business transformation, application modernization, platform strategy, architecture, and organizational DevSecOps transformation. You'll bring deep technical expertise in CI/CD, cloud platforms, multi-cloud, hybrid architecture and enterprise DevSecOps practices. You will use that expertise to shape customers' long-term platform strategy, apply best practices, configure GitLab for their environments and stay current with platform capabilities. In your first year, success will look like establishing yourself as the trusted senior advisor across a portfolio of flagship accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, materially improving and increasing platform maturity, leading retention and renewal conversations, increasing customer satisfaction across your portfolio and contributing to the broader CSA team's technical standards and ways of working.
Some examples of our projects:
Turning pre-sales command plans into measurable customer success plans that align technical adoption with business outcomes

Owning end-to-end resolution of a critical, multi-team escalation for a flagship account — driving root cause analysis, coordinating Engineering/Product/Support, and personally briefing customer executives on remediation

Leads end-to-end resolution of critical, cross-functional account escalations, ensuring root causes are identified, follow-up actions are owned, holding internal teams accountable to timelines, driving the root cause analysis and personally managing executive communication and risk.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re launching dedicated Digital Natives coverage in North America, a new team built to serve companies whose products and business models are built around technology. These are cloud-first, developer-led organizations that build fast, scale fast, and evaluate vendors the way engineers do.
This is a named account role with a focused portfolio of the most strategic digital native companies in the region. You will be full-cycle - driving new business, as well as expansion inside organizations where the buyer is often a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Product, and where adoption frequently starts with a developer and an API key before it becomes an enterprise relationship. Your job is to find that momentum, multi-thread across technical and business stakeholders, and turn it into durable, multi-product partnerships.
These aren’t transactional engagements. You’ll architect solutions that span across our ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI platforms that require cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. You’re not just executing a playbook, you’re writing it.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of named digital-native accounts in North America, driving both net-new business and expansion
- Identify where our technology is already being used or evaluated inside an account and convert developer-led adoption into company-wide commitments
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across product lines, teams, and use cases
- Scope and close large ($xM+), complex deals, including multi-product, usage-based, and custom commercial structures
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across engineering, product, platform, and executive stakeholders
- Act as a strategic advisor on how AI voice and multi-modal agents fit into customers’ product roadmaps and architecture
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to deliver and expand value
- Translate patterns from this segment into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights that inform how we expand Digital Natives coverage to other regions and verticals
- Feed learnings from the field into the product roadmap and the broader strategic sales playbook
- Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies (onsites, technical deep dives, exec briefings, developer and founder events)
REQUIREMENTS
- 6-10+ years of quota-carrying experience with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts
- Experience selling to technology companies, high-growth startups, or developer-led organizations, ideally API, infrastructure, or platform products
- Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure+ deals within named accounts
- Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles where engineering and product leaders are the primary decision-makers
- Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions, including converting self-serve or usage-based adoption into enterprise agreements
- Experience scoping consultative, custom deals that go beyond standard SKUs
- Deep technical fluency, able to engage CTOs and engineering leaders credibly on APIs, integrations, latency, and architecture
- Executive presence with the ability to influence founders and C-suite stakeholders on long-term AI strategy
- Track record of translating customer needs into product feedback and roadmap influence
- Creative, self-driven approach to outbound and pipeline generation
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment, building a new coverage model from scratch
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements (onsites, QBRs, executive meetings)
- Strong bias toward action, ownership, and leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

We’re not looking for someone who knows everything already; our goal is to identify someone practical, reliable and keen to learn, who is comfortable working with IT hardware and following technical instructions
Responsibilities:

Assist with basic installation and decommissioning of Data Centre hardware
Provide ‘Smart Hands’ support for our wider IT teams and portfolio companies
Carry out tasks such as power cycling equipment, checking connections, reseating cables and replacing basic components

This recruitment process may use automated or artificial intelligence to screen or assess applicants
This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
Location: Latvia; Bulgaria; Lithuania
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Generalist - someone who can independently own a wide, fast-changing mix of senior stakeholder support, HR projects, and recruitment, and who is genuinely excited about using AI to make HR work better.
This is not a narrow, single-track HR role. You'll sit in on a reorg conversation with stakeholders, drive an HR project and source candidates for an open role — sometimes all in the same week. We need someone who finds that variety energizing rather than exhausting, who can be handed ambiguity and turn it into a plan, and who wants to be a part of an ever changing environment with exciting challenges
What You'll Do
Own sourcing for a defined set of open roles, building and managing candidate pipelines
Conduct interviews as needed, from initial screens through to more active involvement in the hiring process
Participate in and help drive core HR initiatives, like talent reviews, EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation, and process/tooling improvement projects
Bring an AI-first mindset to how HR processes and tools evolve, and help identify where automation and AI can remove manual work
Actively build your own AI skills and help evolve how the wider HR function uses AI tools
Act as a trusted backup to the Global HR team
Support business unit transformations and reorganizations
Step in and represent HR credibly in the Head of HR's absence
Advise people managers on day-to-day and complex people questions: performance, conflict, structure, policy application
Provide ad hoc employee advisory and support as issues arise
Requirements
Solid, hands-on HR experience across various fields e.g business partnership, generalist recruitment, HR project delivery, and employee/manager advisory
Comfortable moving fluidly between strategic project work and hands-on tactical tasks, including recruitment sourcing
Strong stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of AI and its practical applications in HR, with hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude); experience with automation tools like n8n is a plus, though not required
Genuine interest and active engagement with building your own AI skills and helping evolve how HR uses AI
Strong self-management: you can take ambiguous, cross-functional work and run with it independently, with minimal oversight
Capacity and appetite for a large, varied workload — you're energized by having a lot on your plate, not drained by it
Nice to Have
Experience working in a scaling, multi-entity, or cross-border organization
Familiarity with workflow automation for HR processes (e.g., n8n or similar tools)
Benefits
Work on your terms:
Fully remote, with a flexible schedule built around getting things done, not clocking hours.
Rewarded for impact:
A competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus, formalized through a service agreement.
Time to recharge
: Paid time off, because sustainable output beats burnout.
Opportunity most HR careers don't offer
: You won't be boxed into one lane — you'll build real, hands-on depth across business partnership, projects, recruitment, and employee advisory, all at once.
A front-row seat to AI in HR:
Direct exposure to how AI is reshaping the function, plus real support and opportunity to build skills that will define the next decade of HR work.
