About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
The Unified Privacy Platform team’s mission is to earn the trust of every DoorDash user by upholding their right to privacy, consent, and transparency. We are building a common privacy foundation across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo so Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants can understand how their data is used, control their choices, and exercise their privacy rights through simple, consistent experiences.
Our work is organized around three connected pillars: the Privacy Center, a unified user-facing destination for privacy controls and rights; the Unified Privacy Platform, which captures and enforces consent, policy, jurisdictional requirements, and privacy actions; and Privacy Operations and Intelligence, which gives Legal, Support, Privacy, and engineering operators the workflows, diagnostics, audit history, and automation needed to resolve privacy work safely and efficiently.
Together, these capabilities turn fragmented, one-off compliance work into reusable platform primitives that can support new products, brands, and emerging regulations.
About the Role
DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Unified Privacy Platform team. You will lead a team of backend and platform engineers responsible for the next generation of privacy and consent infrastructure, including the Privacy Center, the User Consent Platform, privacy-policy decisioning, self-service data-rights experiences, and the operational tooling required to manage privacy cases at global scale.
As the Engineering Manager, you will own and execute a multi-year vision for privacy at DoorDash. You will balance legal and regulatory correctness, user trust, security, reliability, and developer velocity while building systems that work consistently across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. You will be a strategic partner to Product, Legal, Security, Data Governance, Marketing and Communications, and engineering leadership, establishing clear ownership boundaries and turning complex privacy requirements into scalable, self-service capabilities.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of backend and platform engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, privacy by design, operational excellence, and thoughtful cross-functional partnership
Drive the technical strategy across the Privacy Center, the Unified Privacy Platform, and Privacy Operations and Intelligence
Build the cross-brand User Consent Platform, including canonical consent state, policy and configuration management, consent SDKs, audit history, and consistent enforcement across products and jurisdictions
Deliver simple, self-service experiences for consent and communication preferences, Right to be Forgotten (RTF), Right to Information (RTI), and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)
Turn emerging privacy and regulatory requirements into standardized platform capabilities instead of one-off product implementations
Lead the migration from fragmented legacy consent systems to a single source of truth across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo, while managing compatibility and safe deprecation
Define clear contracts with data-governance fulfillment systems and downstream product and storage teams so privacy actions are traceable, retryable, auditable, and correctly reflected back to users and operators
Provide architectural guidance for distributed systems that manage sensitive user choices, policy evaluation, orchestration, secure data delivery, reporting, and immutable audit trails
Partner with recruiting to build a diverse and inclusive team, attracting and retaining exceptional engineering talent
We’re excited about you because you have…
A bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in people management leading backend or platform teams
8+ years of industry experience
Extensive experience as an engineer or engineering leader in a fast-paced, platform-focused development environment
Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems, service application programming interfaces (APIs), policy or rules engines, workflow orchestration, state machines, data-lifecycle systems, or audit architectures
Preferred experience with privacy, consent, data governance, or regulatory systems, including concepts such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), data-subject rights, retention, deletion, and legal holds
The ability to translate ambiguous legal, policy, and product requirements into clear platform boundaries, reusable abstractions, and executable roadmaps
Strong product sense and the ability to partner effectively with Legal, Product, Design, Security, Data, Marketing, Support, and engineering teams across multiple brands and geographies
A growth mindset—you are eager to expand your skills, raise the quality bar, and build enduring systems in a rapidly changing environment
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.

We Before Me
,

, and

. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About The Opportunity
OKX is building out its equities and tokenized securities business. This is a post-trade and brokerage systems product role — you will own the layer that sits between our users and the securities markets: order management, execution, settlement, asset servicing and reconciliation.
We have strong crypto product and engineering talent. What this role brings is depth in brokerage architecture and securities market structure: how these systems are built, why they are built that way, and what breaks at scale. You will be the internal authority on that, and your judgment will shape decisions that are expensive to reverse.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the brokerage core
— order management, execution and routing, instrument lifecycle and trading status, settlement and reconciliation.
Shape account, custody and clearing architecture
, along with the operating model required to run it.
Own corporate actions and asset servicing end to end
, in both conventional and on-chain form.
Define how securities risk and margin frameworks coexist
with those of a 24/7 digital asset market.
Bring market structure, execution quality and regulatory requirements into product decisions early
, before they become blockers.
Set the standard for rigour
— write PRDs precise enough to build from, and lead alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury.
What We Look For In You
Domain Depth
5+ years in post-trade or brokerage systems product management.
We strongly prefer candidates from internet and licensed brokerages — Futu, Tiger, Interactive Brokers, Robinhood, Webull, Longbridge — as well as clearing firms and brokerage infrastructure providers.
Architectural perspective.
You have a clear view of where responsibility belongs across the order, execution, clearing, settlement, asset servicing and ledger layers, and of what goes wrong downstream when a boundary is drawn in the wrong place.
Depth across the order and execution path.
Order types and parameters, state machine design, idempotency across an external execution boundary, cancel/replace and partial-fill semantics, timeout and exception recovery. This is the core craft of the role.
End-to-end ownership of at least one area beyond the order path
— clearing and settlement, corporate actions and asset servicing, margin and risk, securities lending, or position and cash reconciliation.
Commercial and historical perspective.
You understand how a brokerage actually earns, how each revenue line constrains the systems beneath it, and why the industry made the structural choices it did.
Ways of Working
Strong technical intuition.
You are comfortable discussing system architecture and data flows with engineers. You do not need to be a developer, but you think with the rigour of one.
You design for the exceptions
— the halted symbol, the timed-out counterparty, the partial fill, the corporate action mid-flight — not just the order that goes through.
You run programs, not just write specs.
You produce rigorous PRDs independently, drive alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury, and own the full lifecycle from requirements through post-launch review.
You write precisely
, and can make complex mechanics legible to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
High agency.
You are comfortable taking an open question all the way to a shipped, reconciled system, and making calls with incomplete information.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required
to communicate effectively with internal engineering and product stakeholders in the China-based R&D center.
Nice-To-Haves
Product experience with margin financing or securities lending.
Exposure to tokenized securities, digital asset custody, or on-chain settlement.
Experience integrating with broker-dealer or clearing APIs, as either the integrator or the provider.
Hands-on experience with multi-jurisdiction regulatory frameworks — SEC/FINRA, MiFID II, or equivalent.
A track record of launching a brokerage product in a new market from zero.
Fluency in English to support communication with global product and business stakeholders.
Genuine curiosity about what happens when securities markets meet 24/7 markets.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🤖 OPS AI PLATFORM TEAM 🔀
We're building something that doesn't exist yet.
Imagine a platform where AI agents autonomously handle operational work - connected to every internal and external tool, trained by operators themselves, running safely at scale. No engineers needed. No bottlenecks. Just agents that work.
That's what we're building. The Ops AI Platform will let our Ops team create, evolve, and monitor their own AI agents to automate thousands of tedious tasks. We aim to crack problems no one has solved at this scale.
The project just launched. You'd join at ground zero - shaping the architecture, the product, the entire foundation.
If building the future of work from scratch excites you, this is it.
⭐ OUR NORTH STAR
We’re building ops agents that work reliably and safely, without putting the engineering team on the critical path.
You’ll work at the intersection of product engineering and ML engineering. Our mission is to create the platform that enables building accurate and reliable AI agents, delivering an outstanding experience to our internal Ops team for the creation, iteration and monitoring of their agents, without requiring hard technical skills. Things we’re working on:
- 💬 Integrate agents at the heart of internal tools - UIs where Ops monitor and take action on concrete business situations. We want AI agents to become first-class citizens in this ecosystem, with context-aware chat modals, allowing users to review agents' reasoning, actions, and provide follow-up instructions - with instant impact on business data.
- 👥 Empower non-technical users to become autonomous in the creation and maintenance of agents to automate operational tasks at scale: prompting, tools configuration, testing, datasets, replayability, evaluations
- 🔧 Build a complete set of tools made available to AI agents, connecting to internal and external capabilities: internal business data, external servers, external web dashboards without API, etc.
- 💯 Safety and accuracy at the core: robust testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, human-in-the-loop to validate sensitive actions, fine-grained permissions and limits
In 6 to 12 months, we plan to increase our scope by owning the AI platform that will power all agentic use cases at Alan - creating economies of scale thanks to common infrastructure and tooling.
If you’re excited by the idea of building the future of work, this is the team for you - we're at the start of the journey.
🎯 IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for Product engineers with 3+ years of experience who get excited about building state-of-the-art AI systems and applying them to real-world, high-stakes problems in operations.
- You’ll work at the frontier of LLMs, tool calling, human-in-the-loop, internal tools UX, multi-agent architectures, and see your work deployed in production, used by our ops team
- You’ll implement new capabilities for AI agents, as well as tooling to make ops autonomous on the creation, evolution, monitoring and evaluation of their agents
- You’ll work on making our system scale, going from a few dozen to tens of thousands of tasks automated daily
- You’ll have significant influence on system architecture and code quality
- You’ll mentor engineers, contribute to our product & engineering culture, and help build the team (including participating in hiring).
You would be a good fit at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
- Strong background in full-stack software engineering, systems architecture, with a spike in back-end engineering.
- Experience with traditional ML, or LLMs, or ML dev ops is a big plus
- Product-minded: you want your solutions to be used, and impactful
- Self-directed and pragmatic
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!)
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Fluent in English (no need to speak French!)
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the D-F level range.

VALD
is the world leader in technology for the allied health industry, providing innovative human-measurement technology to over 10,000 clients in over 100 countries. If you have a favorite team in the NBA, EPL, or NFL, there's a good chance they use VALD Technologies.
Years on from its humble beginnings in Brisbane, Australia, VALD has grown to a team of over 300 team members in over 30 countries, with five offices across four continents.
Driven by a multidisciplinary team of researchers, clinicians, sports scientists, designers, developers and engineers, VALD’s suite of systems offer unparalleled insight into human movement, performance, injury risk and rehabilitation.
About the role
VALD is building the world’s largest musculoskeletal database, with over two billion data points and counting. Using this data, we can help practitioners to objectively assess patients’ progress and make more accurate, data-informed treatment decisions. We are looking for someone who has hybrid experience in data engineering and data analysis to help shape the future of the VALD Data Lakehouse.
In this role, you will
Build agentic capabilities:
design and ship production agent workflows, including orchestration, tool calling, MCP servers, skills and context management.
Ground AI in data:
build retrieval, search and data-querying capabilities across our data platforms, including Snowflake Cortex and Databricks.
Own quality in production:
design and evolve evaluation, monitor quality, feedback, cost and latency, and make improvements to accuracy and robustness
Build in safety and security:
implement guardrails that keep responses within agreed scope, and ensure each customer's data and context stay securely isolated.
Ship through automation:
deploy AI components through version-controlled pipelines, promoted consistently across environments and regions.
Integrate across teams:
work with data engineering, platform and deployment teams to bring AI capabilities into the VALD product suite.
Shape what gets built:
influence architecture and product decisions, and proactively find ways to improve robustness.
Is this you?
This is a hands-on engineering role for builders, not a research or manual testing position. You don't need every tool on this page. We'd rather hear about one difficult AI system you've built to solve a business problem and maintained in operation, rather than a long list of technologies you've used. We're chasing:
Strong software engineering skills
in modern languages, with the depth to own what you build through deployment and operation.
A record of shipping
LLM-powered or agentic products through to production.
Hands-on experience evaluating AI systems
and using the results to drive decisions.
Practical experience
with retrieval, tool use and agent design.
A clear communicator
who can explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
Beneficial experience:
Azure
MCPs
AI in health and regulated environments
Why VALD?
You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic company that has a culture around the belief that anything is possible with hard work, creativity, dedication, and good timing.
We have a range of benefits we offer to our team, such as:
The opportunity to work in a company that is redefining allied healthcare.
Working with a range of high-performing individuals and teams across a range of disciplines.
Working with contemporary tooling on industry first applications.
Casual work attire.
Chefs that prepare you delicious fresh breakfast and lunch.
An on-site barista to make your coffee just as you like it.
A team gym, masseuse, and access to physiotherapy and exercise physiology services.
Diversity & Inclusion Commitment
VALD’s best asset is not our technology but our people and culture. A culture of inclusion and diversity is critical to our business. We know diverse teams perform better. It's not a separate initiative – we aim to embed inclusion and diversity in everything we do. We are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment and embracing diversity, including gender, nationality, disability, age, marital/parental status, ethnicity, gender identity, socioeconomic background and sexual orientation. We welcome applications from people from all backgrounds.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Forward Deployed Architect on Notion’s Services team, you will help customers turn AI ambition into operational reality and unlock the full potential of our platform. You will partner directly with customers to design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes.
This role sits at the center of Notion’s workflow-led GTM motion. You will partner directly with customers to understand their business goals, operating processes, technical environment, governance needs, and adoption barriers, then translate that context into scalable Notion architectures that drive measurable value.
You will be hands-on across discovery, solution design, workspace architecture, workflow build, AI implementation, launch planning, adoption and handoff. You will work deeply with customers to define what Notion should own, where it should integrate with existing systems, and how Notion can become a durable operating layer for their teams.
The best candidates combine strong consultative discovery, systems thinking, technical fluency, AI-native workflow design, implementation judgment and exceptional customer presence. You should be comfortable reasoning through technical tradeoffs, designing scalable solutions, and partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineering when deeper engineering support is required.
In this role, you own the engagement outcome. You will lead our most complex, multi-workstream engagements in Korea, decide when Forward Deployed Engineers are needed for code-intensive work, and coach others to raise the bar across our Services practice.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Lead Notion’s most complex, multi-workstream customer engagements in Korea end to end, from scoping and discovery through launch, adoption and handoff, often where the future state and success measures are not yet defined.
- Shape Services scope, effort estimates and implementation strategy with account teams during pre-sales, then deliver against the agreed scope, timeline and outcomes, recovering engagements that go off track.
- Drive executive alignment on ambiguous, high-stakes decisions: facilitate discovery and architecture workshops, frame tradeoffs clearly and deliver hard messages directly.
- Decide where Notion should own, complement or connect to existing systems, and design scalable architectures and AI-native workflows to a production quality bar, including permission design, AI evaluation, human-in-the-loop controls and operational ownership.
- Orchestrate Forward Deployed Engineers, partners and internal teams: define when deeper engineering is required and set clear scope, ownership and handoffs.
- Lead change management and adoption through stakeholder alignment, champion programs, phased rollouts and enablement, so customer teams sustain usage and realize measurable value.
- Coach other architects and partners, and scale the Korea Services practice through reusable reference architectures, packaged solutions and localized enablement.
- Turn field patterns into evidence-backed product signals (customer pain, business impact, expected outcome and frequency) that influence Notion’s roadmap.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into clear workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria.
- Strong consultative discovery skills, including the ability to map current-state workflows, identify customer pain, understand operating models, surface technical constraints, and define practical future-state solutions.
- Hands-on AI builder mindset, with experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve real business workflows.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying AI-powered workflows or agents in production for customers.
- Hands-on technical depth in data modeling and permission design, API and integration patterns, agent design and evaluation, enterprise security and governance, and data validation with SQL or scripts. You do not need to write production code.
- Strong experience delivering implementations that drive adoption, change management and long-term customer value.
- Strong project and engagement management skills, including ownership of scope, timeline, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, risks, decisions, dependencies and launch readiness.
- Experience scoping Services work, estimating effort and delivering within agreed commercial boundaries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business, technical, and executive audiences.
- Strong executive presence and customer judgment, with the ability to build trust, frame tradeoffs clearly, and move ambiguous decisions forward.
- Experience coaching consultants or architects, and building methods, reference architectures or packaged services that others adopt.
- Bias toward action, high learning velocity, and comfort building in fast-changing AI-native product environments.
- Professional fluency in Korean and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents or developer platform workflows.
- Experience delivering for large Korean enterprises and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes.
- Experience enabling or co-delivering with implementation partners.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know.

About the Opportunity
We are building a scalable financial operations platform to support the accurate movement, recording, reconciliation and reporting of fiat and digital assets. The Head of Financial Operations Platform will define and deliver the architecture that connects our trading, payment, banking, custody, blockchain, wallet and finance systems.
This is a senior, hands-on platform leadership role. The successful candidate will establish trusted books and records, automate settlement and reconciliation, create effective exception workflows and give Operations and Finance the tools required to maintain accurate client and corporate asset records on a daily and, where feasible, near-real-time basis.
The role owns platform capability and delivery. Client Asset Operations and Finance retain responsibility for executing, reviewing and signing off the underlying operational and accounting controls.
What You Will Own
Product strategy and multi-year roadmap for the financial operations platform.
The canonical transaction and financial-event model across fiat and digital assets.
Client and corporate asset subledgers, balances, positions, journals and transaction histories.
Settlement and asset-movement workflows across banks, payment providers, custodians, wallets, blockchains and trading venues.
Multi-way transaction- and balance-level reconciliation across operational sources, internal records and the finance system.
Exception management, operational dashboards, control evidence, audit trails and management reporting.
Build-versus-buy assessments, strategic vendors, migration, backfilling, parallel runs and legacy-process retirement.
First Year Outcomes
Document the end-to-end transaction, asset and accounting architecture.
Establish an approved platform roadmap and target operating model.
Define the canonical financial-event, subledger and reconciliation data model.
Deliver systematic reconciliation for the highest-risk fiat and digital asset flows.
Introduce centralized exception ownership, ageing, escalation and evidence.
Reduce spreadsheet dependency and engineering-dependent investigations.
Improve alignment between operational records, customer liabilities, external asset records and the finance system.
Deliver a credible path from daily controls to near-real-time monitoring for material flows.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product Strategy and Architecture
- Establish the target vision, operating principles and roadmap for ledger, settlement, reconciliation and client asset controls.
- Map end-to-end funds and asset flows across deposits, withdrawals, trades, fees, transfers, financing, staking and other relevant products.
- Partner with Architecture and Engineering to define scalable services, APIs, event schemas, data contracts, system boundaries and resilience requirements.
- Make evidence-based build-versus-buy decisions and prevent fragmented point solutions from becoming the operating model.
Ledger and Books and Records
- Define requirements for double-entry ledgering, journals, balances, positions and transaction traceability.
- Establish clear lineage from the originating operational event through the subledger and financial reporting environment.
- Ensure the platform handles reversals, corrections, fees, foreign exchange, internal transfers, failed transactions, duplicated events and delayed events.
- Work with Finance to maintain controlled alignment between operational books and records and the ERP or general ledger.
Settlement and Reconciliation
- Design workflows for fiat and digital asset settlement, including cut-offs, confirmations, status management, retries and failure handling.
- Build automated multi-way reconciliation across trading engines, payment systems, banks, custodians, wallets, blockchain records, subledgers and ERP systems.
- Define configurable matching rules, tolerances, materiality levels, frequencies and escalation thresholds.
- Create near-real-time detection for missing, duplicated, delayed or incorrectly recorded transactions where feasible and proportionate.
Operational Tooling and Controls
- Build operator interfaces that support investigation and resolution without routine dependence on engineering queries or spreadsheets.
- Incorporate maker-checker approvals, role-based access, segregation of duties, evidence retention and complete audit histories.
- Define monitoring and alerting for data completeness, balance integrity, settlement failures, reconciliation breaks and control execution.
- Support audit, regulatory examination and financial-reporting requirements with reproducible system evidence.
Delivery and Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, testing, rollout and post-launch improvement.
- Write clear product requirements, workflow diagrams, data definitions, control requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate operational readiness across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Treasury, Custody, Risk and Compliance.
- Lead data migration, backfilling and parallel-run validation before replacing existing controls or processes.
- Communicate roadmap priorities, risks, dependencies and measurable outcomes to senior management.
What We Look For In You
Eight or more years in fintech, financial services, digital assets, brokerage, custody, payments or capital-markets technology.
Five or more years of product-management, platform leadership, technical program leadership or comparable engineering experience.
Demonstrated delivery of a ledger, reconciliation platform, settlement system, payments infrastructure, brokerage books-and-records platform or digital asset back office.
Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles, balances, positions, journal entries, reconciliation and financial controls.
Technical fluency with APIs, event-driven systems, data schemas, batch and streaming pipelines, integrations, idempotency and failure handling.
Ability to work directly with transaction-level data; practical SQL proficiency is strongly preferred.
Track record of delivering mission-critical systems in regulated or control-intensive environments.
Strong written communication, structured problem-solving and senior stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to Haves
Experience with both fiat and digital asset transaction flows.
Knowledge of blockchain transactions, wallets, custodians and on-chain settlement.
Experience integrating with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics.
