Location: Spain; Germany; United Kingdom; Poland; Cyprus; Netherlands Workplace: remote Senior Analytics Engineer (Central Data) Central Data owns Finom's central data model, the certified metrics and the rails through which the company and its AI agents use data. As our Senior Analytics Engineer, you'll keep developing that model and build the tooling that connects it to the AI tools used across the company, so people and agents can get more out of the data. You'll work directly with business functions on their processes. You'll also use LLMs where they do the job better than code, such as classification, extraction and translation, evaluated like any other pipeline step. This isn't a "build what's in the ticket" role. You'll work with stakeholders on how their processes run, suggest improvements and connect data work to business cost and value. You'll report to the Head of Central Data. What You Will Be Doing - Design and evolve entities, metrics and data products in the central model, with tests, lineage and documentation, so that their consumers can reuse and extend them - Build and maintain pipelines, onboard new data sources on your own, keep CI/CD and data quality checks running, and take part in migrations - Interview stakeholders, understand how their processes work and scope what they need. Connect each piece of data work to its business cost and value - Take part in recurring reporting, including regulatory and audit cycles, reconciliations and data requests from business functions - Build LLM steps into reporting and metric pipelines, such as translation, classification, basic aggregation and preparing unstructured data. Evaluating output quality is part of delivery - Expose the semantic layer to internal tools and agents through MCP and APIs, working with engineering on shared standards - Prepare data for agentic tools, company-wide AI harnesses and external recipients from the same certified definitions, so it is reproducible and traceable back to the model How We Work You'll have high autonomy. You choose the tools and the approach, including trialling new vendors and open-source solutions. Sign-off is needed in two cases. The first is architecture: whether a solution scales, holds across use cases and growing volumes, and runs without constant support. The second is anything that feeds high-stakes decisions. Priorities are set by final business impact. Who You Are - You write expert SQL and have strong dimensional or semantic data modelling skills - You write working Python, with tests and version control - You've built metrics and semantic layers - You have ETL and data warehouse or lakehouse experience, including onboarding sources end to end - You've used LLMs hands-on in production data work, for example classification, extraction, translation, or agents that other people use - You work like a consultant to the business: you understand how a process works, propose solutions and frame them in terms of business value Nice to Have - Databricks and Unity Catalog - Hands-on experience with, or a solid understanding of, MCP, tool calling, tracing and evals for LLM applications and agents - Workflow automation tools such as n8n - CI/CD, orchestration and infrastructure-as-code - Background in fintech or banking (transaction monitoring, treasury, reconciliation, regulatory data) or another business with a high-volume operational flow How You'll Grow In your first months you get to know the model, the stack and your stakeholders. By six months you're self-sufficient and make judgement calls on scope and design without escalating. From there, you set long-term goals together with your stakeholders, own a domain roadmap and mentor others on semantic-layer and analytics-engineering practice. What This Role Is Not - Not a business analyst role without technical depth - Not an engineer who builds only what's in the ticket - Not ML research or model training - Not platform infrastructure, which belongs to our Platform team - Not a role free of routine. Recurring work is part of the job, and so is reducing it The Team We're a small central team that works with every function, and Finance is our primary partner. We use a modern stack, you're free to try new tools, and there are incentives for driving change. AI assistants take on routine work so people can focus on harder problems. We work in English, think long term, and build data that functions keep developing after we deliver it.

You will design and maintain a governed semantic layer in Snowflake, translating business concepts into metrics, dimensions and definitions that make data easy to trust and simple to use, while also helping shape the AI and agentic capabilities that give people conversational access to that data. The numbers you help produce matter well beyond the team, feeding financial performance insights, workforce reporting and figures that are shared with our Executive Leadership Team, our Board and, ultimately, the market. THE TEAM IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON - Snowflake and dbt as the backbone of our data platform, alongside an emerging agentic and AI layer built on reusable skills and MCP integrations - Bringing new revenue streams from recent acquisitions into a single, consolidated model so we can report Xero's performance consistently - Building and testing dbt models and snapshots that support our monthly financial and workforce reporting cycles - Extending our semantic layer so more of G&A's reporting can be answered conversationally, with the right guardrails in place WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK We support a flexible working model that empowers you to balance your professional and personal life. At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we're building the delivery of (almost) everything, in over 500 cities in over 30 countries. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash, and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn't always easy, but it's definitely exciting. Here you'll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. If you're a self-starter with drive and an entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. About the Role Israel is one of Wolt's most established markets. Arab-Israeli communities, roughly a fifth of the population, are also one of its largest growth opportunities. We have launched in a growing number of Arab towns and cities and seen strong early traction. Our ambition is much bigger: a leading, scaled business in this market, winning consumers, merchants, and couriers in every region where Arab communities live. The Senior Manager, Arab Market Business Lead, takes full ownership of Wolt Israel's business in the Arab market, with end-to-end accountability for strategy, growth, and results across consumers, merchants, and couriers. You will lead the existing Arab market team and serve as the link between Wolt Israel's management and this market, translating what works at Wolt in Israel into what works for Arab-Israeli customers, merchants, and couriers. You will report to the Director of Market Growth, Wolt Israel. What you’ll be doing Business Ownership and Strategy Own the Arab market business plan and its results: users, orders, frequency, merchants, and the economics behind them. Define the strategy: which regions, segments, and categories to prioritize, in what order, and what it takes to win in each. Translate it into clear priorities for each function. Evaluate performance continuously and adjust based on data, the competitive landscape, and growth potential. Run a regular operating cadence (weekly performance review, forecasts, OKRs) and hold teams accountable for delivery. Bring results, risks, and opportunities to Israel leadership, in a form that works for people who don't know the local market. Team Leadership Lead the Arab market team: set expectations, build accountability, develop talent, and add capacity as the business scales. You will lead the sales and account manager teams serving the Arab market, setting commercial priorities, driving performance, and developing the team. Consumers Raise penetration, frequency, and retention, and compete directly for share against strong local players. Merchants Lead acquisition and growth of local restaurants, retailers, and small and medium businesses. Build the commercial offer, onboarding, and ongoing account management that make a small business choose Wolt and grow with us. Open the door to larger chain and enterprise partnerships. Cross-Functional Leadership Work as a peer with Merchant, Marketing, Operations, Supply, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Legal, and align them behind one plan for the market. Work closely with Marketing. You are not the marketing manager, but you set the priorities and direction so that campaigns, messaging, and local community presence turn into measurable growth. Adapt Wolt's Israel playbook to the needs, habits, and expectations of Arab-Israeli customers. Where the playbook doesn't exist, create it. Market and Network Know the market in depth: the differences between communities and regions in the North, the Triangle, Jerusalem, the Negev, and mixed cities. Build and maintain a strong network of community, municipal, business, and civic leaders. Our Humble Expectations 15+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years of people leadership. Fluent Hebrew, Arabic, and strong professional English, with the ability to translate local context for a global audience. A proven record of building or scaling a business line, market, or product from an early stage, ideally in a consumer platform, marketplace, delivery, retail, or e-commerce environment. Hands-on experience with merchants, SMBs, and/or enterprise clients in B2B, and a solid understanding of the platform-to-small-business relationship. Strategic thinking: the ability to see where we need to go, set a plan, prioritize, and drive it to results against clear metrics. Financial and analytical acumen: comfortable managing a business through data, funnels, and unit economics. A strong, credible network in the Arab-Israeli community across several regions, and a deep understanding of how they differ. Experience working closely with Marketing and directing it toward business outcomes. Strong cross-functional leadership: the ability to align and influence without relying on formal authority. A working understanding of how apps and platforms work, and the basics of logistics and delivery operations. An entrepreneurial, ownership-driven approach, with comfort creating new things where there is no existing playbook. Ability to use AI tools to strengthen commercial and operational performance, for example in market analysis, account planning, and ways of working, and to drive AI adoption across your team. Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude is a plus. A degree in business, economics, or a related field and experience in a global or matrixed organization are an advantage. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Location: Remote (Canada) Workplace: Remote BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers. Every great client conversation at Wealthsimple starts with the right person being in the right place at the right time. That's workforce management, and it's a big part of how our Client Experience Operations (CXO) teams deliver fast, reliable support to more than 4 million clients. As a Senior Associate, Workforce Management, you'll own scheduling for a portfolio of our CXO domain teams across phone, chat and email. You'll build and maintain their schedules, protect coverage through planned and unplanned shrinkage, and make the calls that keep service levels, cost and our people's experience in balance. You'll report to the Lead, WFM Platform & Automation, on a small team where everyone owns their area end to end. A small team also means a wide view. Scheduling is the core of the job, but you'll need a working command of the whole WFM ecosystem (forecasting and capacity, intraday, leave and shrinkage, reporting) and the judgement to know how a change in one place lands in the others. You'll work closely with People Ops, Enablement, Systems and domain leadership, and you'll often be the person in the room explaining what a decision will do to coverage. This role requires hands-on WFM experience. As a small team, we're looking for someone who can own schedules in their first few weeks and have real influence on a small, high-trust team. That experience can come from Wealthsimple or from anywhere else. WHAT WILL YOU DO? - Own scheduling for your domains: Build, publish and maintain schedules for your portfolio, including rotations, weekend and extended-hours coverage, shift bids and the multi-skill split across phone, chat and email. You're accountable for them being right. - Protect coverage: Plan for shrinkage before it happens (PTO, training, meetings, coaching, leaves) and respond when it doesn't go to plan. Set PTO availability, plot offline time where it does the least damage, and flag coverage risk early. - Keep the schedule the source of truth: Process schedule change requests with care and consistency, so the schedule reflects where people are expected to be. That record supports adherence, performance conversations and payroll. - Be the expert in the room: Represent WFM on projects such as hours-of-operation changes, new channel launches, tooling changes and org changes. Translate operational plans into staffing impact, and be clear about the trade-offs. - Partner across CXO: - With HR and People Ops on leaves, accommodations, contract changes and overtime. - With Enablement on training and nesting schedules for new hires. - With domain leaders on coverage needs and shift preferences. - With Systems on the tools and integrations that schedules depend on. - Analyze and report: Track schedule effectiveness, adherence and conformance, shrinkage and coverage against need. Tell a clear story with the data: what happened, why, and what we should do next. - Improve how we work: Find the manual work in our scheduling process and help automate it. We build with tools like Playvox and Claude, and we expect you to bring ideas. WHAT DO YOU BRING? - 3+ years of hands-on workforce management experience in a contact centre or support environment, with direct ownership of scheduling. - Experience scheduling at scale: you've built and maintained schedules for 100+ agents across multiple skills or channels, including rotations and weekend or extended-hours coverage. - A working command of the WFM ecosystem: forecasting inputs, capacity planning, shrinkage, Erlang-based staffing, service level, occupancy, adherence and conformance. You know how a forecast becomes a schedule and how intraday reality feeds back into the plan. - Fluency with a WFM platform such as Playvox, NICE IEX, Verint, or Assembled, and related CRM/Telephony tools. - Sound judgement on small-team trade-offs: you can weigh coverage, cost, fairness and your teammates' experience, make a call with incomplete information, and know when to escalate. - Stakeholder confidence: you're comfortable explaining a staffing decision to a team lead, a people partner or a senior leader. You can say "here's what this will cost us" and work collaboratively towards solutions. - Ownership and follow-through: you don't need to be told what's next, and your schedules are right the first time. - Frequent user or at least strong curiosity about AI and automation: you use tools to move faster, and you check the output. NICE TO HAVE: - Experience with Playvox specifically, or with Zendesk and Five9. - SQL, or experience with BI tools like Preset or Looker. - Experience in financial services or another regulated environment. - Experience scheduling around a BPO or outsourced partner. Location: Australia; Hong Kong The Global Security Operations Engineer is a senior technical role responsible for strengthening the firm's ability to detect, investigate, respond to, and recover from cybersecurity threats across its global environment. Working as part of the Global Security operations team, the successful candidate will lead complex security investigations, develop and optimize threat detection capabilities, and implement automation to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of security operations. The role combines hands-on incident response with proactive security engineering, helping the firm move from reactive alert management toward an increasingly automated, intelligence-led security operating model. Operating within a geographically distributed organization, the successful candidate will work closely with global and regional technology and security teams, provide technical leadership during significant incidents, and contribute to the continuous improvement of security capabilities. Based in APAC, the role will provide critical regional coverage as part of a coordinated global security operations function. Responsibilities Advanced Investigation and Incident Response Serve as a senior escalation point for security incidents, assuming ownership of complex, ambiguous, and high-severity events that exceed first-line triage capability. Conduct detailed investigations to establish initial access vectors, attacker activities and objectives, scope of compromise, and dwell time, documenting findings to an appropriate evidentiary standard. Perform root cause analysis on confirmed incidents and near misses, identifying underlying security control or process failures rather than simply addressing immediate symptoms. Act as technical lead during significant incidents across containment, eradication, and recovery, coordinating activities across global and regional teams. Conduct host and network forensics and malware triage, engaging specialist forensic providers where investigations exceed internal capabilities. Translate technical findings into clear statements of business risk for leadership and drive post-incident corrective actions through to closure. Investigate identity-based attacks, account compromise, unauthorized access, and suspicious activity across cloud platforms and enterprise applications, including Microsoft 365 and Entra ID. Participate in an on-call rotation and provide out-of-hours escalation support during serious incidents, and undertake additional projects and activities as required. Security Automation & Detection Engineering Design, build, tune, and maintain detection content mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK framework, identifying and reporting coverage gaps against threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures relevant to the firm. Reduce false-positive volume and analyst alert fatigue through systematic tuning, suppression logic, and automated alert enrichment. Operationalize threat intelligence by translating reporting and indicators of compromise into actionable detections, threat-hunting hypotheses, and preventive controls. Design, develop, and maintain automated response playbooks, including Logic Apps, automation rules, and SOAR workflows, to reduce mean time to detect and respond. Write and maintain queries, scripts, and code (KQL, PowerShell, Python, or equivalent) supporting detection, enrichment, automated triage, and reporting. Integrate security tooling and data sources through APIs and connectors, including onboarding new log sources with appropriate parsing, normalization, and validation. Continuously assess and improve security monitoring, detection, and response capabilities, identifying opportunities to strengthen coverage, reduce operational complexity, and improve effectiveness through automation and technology optimization. Identify opportunities to apply AI-assisted investigation, alert triage, and security automation capabilities to improve detection effectiveness, reduce manual effort, and accelerate incident response. Conduct proactive threat hunting to identify suspicious activity, validate detection effectiveness, and uncover threats that may evade existing security controls. Requirements This is a hands-on technical role requiring demonstrated depth in security operations, sound technical judgment, and the ability to work with limited supervision. We value analytical rigor, curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to share knowledge and develop others as highly as any individual technology or certification. Compulsory Requirements: 5+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, or detection engineering, including demonstrable experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC). Proven experience leading complex technical investigations end to end, from escalation through root cause analysis to documented remediation. Deep, hands-on expertise with modern SIEM and endpoint detection and response (EDR) platforms, including authoring and optimizing detection logic, conducting investigations, and managing data onboarding. Strong practical automation and scripting abilities, including KQL and at least one of PowerShell or Python, with demonstrated experience developing and operating automation in production. Experience designing and maintaining automated response playbooks using Logic Apps, automation rules, or comparable SOAR capabilities. Advanced knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework, Cyber Kill Chain analysis, and established incident response methodologies, such as PICERL. Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP and networking, Windows and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, Entra cloud identity and authentication, and security operations across cloud and hybrid environments. Experience with host and network forensics, malware triage, and the analysis of malicious email headers, links, and attachments. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical findings and security risks to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams, with flexibility to provide out-of-hours support during significant security incidents. Occasional travel to support global cybersecurity operations and incident response may be required Preferred Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Industry certifications such as GCIH, GCIA, GCFA, GREM, OSCP, CySA+, SC-200, AZ-500, or CISSP. Hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies, including Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Azure. Experience operating within a global, federated, or shared-services model, ideally in professional services or another highly regulated sector.
