Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities: - Translate the CEO’s priorities into actionable plans and measurable results. - Drive accountability and execution across teams. - Lead strategic projects, operational improvements, and new venture launches. - Identify growth opportunities and improve customer acquisition and commercial performance. - Provide insights on business performance, risks, and opportunities. Requirements: - 8–10 years’ experience in strategy, business operations, general management, or a similar role. - Proven experience partnering with a CEO, founder, or senior executive. - Strong track record in cross-functional execution, operational scaling, and strategic project leadership. - Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
