The Growth Lead, Performance will build and scale the acquisition engine for Avoca's growth, focusing initially on paid social and paid search channels. What You'll Do
— Build and scale paid social and paid search into major revenue drivers
— Own paid acquisition end to end: strategy, execution, budget allocation, creative testing, conversion, measurement, optimization
