ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (Monetization) who is pragmatic, product-minded, and equally comfortable writing code and running production systems to join our Infrastructure department's SRE team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own the application-level infrastructure and reliability of a high-traffic commerce domain end to end - from deploy pipelines and Kubernetes manifests to SLOs, capacity planning, and production readiness.
Strong Kubernetes, observability, and software engineering skills are essential, along with experience in operating production services in a cloud environment (GCP/GKE or comparable) and partnering closely with product development teams. The ability to hold a dual perspective - understanding both how developers ship features and what infrastructure needs to stay reliable - and to bring the reliability lens into design decisions early will be key to your success in this role.
This is a hybrid embedded role: you remain part of the SRE organization (practices, standards, duty rotation) while being functionally embedded into the Monetization product domain. You'll build long-term working relationships with the domain's engineering teams, own a meaningful share of their application infrastructure execution, and co-author the reliability practices used company-wide.
If you're passionate about making complex distributed systems boringly reliable and love building the commerce and monetization backbone that lets game developers around the world get paid, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities
Own the application-level infrastructure of the Monetization domain: Helm charts, Terraform configurations, Kubernetes deployments, runtime configuration, and service-level networking and integrations
Own the domain's observability: design and implement SLOs/SLIs, monitors, alerts, and dashboards for critical services on Datadog and OpenTelemetry-based tooling
Help to set up and evolve CI/CD pipelines for domain services (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), including deploy and rollback automation
Perform capacity planning and performance tuning ahead of expected load - product launches, sales events, and regional rollouts - including load testing and performance regression investigation
Run Production Readiness Reviews for new services and major changes; define and enforce what "production-ready" means for the domain
Support domain incident response: assist with deep investigation of complex incidents, contribute to post-mortems, drive follow-up reliability improvements, and maintain runbooks
Build domain-specific automation that reduces operational toil: runbook automation, deploy helpers, recurring operational scripts
Maintain and drive a forward-looking reliability roadmap for the domain together with product engineering leads
Participate in product team planning, refinements, and architecture reviews, bringing the reliability perspective before design decisions become expensive to change
Co-author company-wide SLO/SLI, capacity, and operational standards together with the broader SRE team; contribute improvements directly to shared SRE-operated subsystems
Participate in the SRE duty rotation, supporting developers across the company
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of proven SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering experience: on-call or incident response duty, SLO/monitoring ownership, deploy pipeline and infrastructure work for production services
Software development background: you have built and shipped backend services, not only operated them - comfortable reading application code during an investigation and writing production-quality automation in at least one language (e.g., Go, PHP)
Hands-on Kubernetes experience: Helm, manifests, deploy strategies, debugging application-level performance and networking issues (GKE or another managed Kubernetes)
Solid observability practice: building monitors, dashboards, and SLOs/SLIs on a modern platform (Datadog preferred; Prometheus/Grafana experience also relevant), familiarity with OpenTelemetry
Infrastructure as Code exposure (Terraform/Terragrunt) for collaboration with platform teams
GCP experience (IAM, networking, managed services)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions)
Programming/scripting proficiency sufficient to build automation and tooling (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash)
Practical experience with incident response, post-mortems, and driving reliability improvements from incidents
Strong collaboration and communication skills — this role works embedded with product development teams daily
Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or gaming — high-traffic transactional systems
Nice to Have:
Kubernetes certifications
Google Cloud Platform certifications
HashiCorp certifications

- Support labor inspections, audits, regulatory inquiries, and other employment compliance initiatives.
- Use data, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights to identify risks, improve processes, and enhance the effectiveness of Oyster's employment compliance framework.
- Identify and champion opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and process innovation to improve team efficiency, reduce manual work, and enable the scalable delivery of employment compliance and legal support.
- Contribute to a highly collaborative, remote-first team culture and help drive continuous improvement across Employment Products.
Core Requirements
- Law Degree (e.g. JD or equivalent) and admission to practice law in one or more jurisdictions.
- 4+ years of experience practicing employment law, preferably with a combination of law firm and in-house practice.
- Deep expertise in employment law, including hands-on experience with standard employment processes: drafting and reviewing contracts, managing templates and policies, advising across a wide range of employment matters and interpreting local labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Understanding of the EOR model and ability to anticipate and navigate its unique legal challenges; prior experience working with or within an EOR is preferred.
- Experience managing multi-jurisdictional and/or cross-border employment matters, with the ability to work across diverse legal systems and regulatory environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to distill complex legal concepts into clear, practical, and actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders; creativity and pragmatism in risk mitigation are essential.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for engineers to join the team building Spark, a lightweight implementation of Supabase written in Rust. It runs on an embedded SQLite-based engine with a Postgres-compatible SQL layer, and ships a PostgREST and Auth compatible API, so applications written against @supabase/supabase-js work as-is. It exists because AI builders and platform partners need a database they can give to every prototype without the cost or the wait: sub-second provisioning, a footprint small enough to run inside a sandbox, and an upgrade path to full Supabase when an app graduates to production.
This is a role with a lot of agency. Small team, working product, patterns still to be set. You'll own large areas end to end and make real decisions from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In this role, you'll:
- Grow API compatibility with the Supabase client, keeping behavior faithful to hosted Supabase and backed by conformance tests
- Bring more of the Supabase stack to Turso/SQLite
- Find and work around gaps in the underlying database engine, with minimal repros and tests
- Build and harden the path for upgrading a project from Spark to full Supabase
- Own the developer experience end to end: the CLI, local tooling, and docs
- Build and harden the hosted offering while keeping the low cost structure in mind, kept loosely coupled so the implementation can be swapped without a rewrite
- Work directly with design partners and turn real-world migration and integration friction into a sharper product
- Engage with the open-source community and contribute back to the broader Supabase stack
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have substantial backend or full-stack experience with strong fluency in Rust, have shipped production Rust, and have built or contributed to a backend system, framework, or developer platform before
- Are a strong generalist, comfortable moving across the stack from API design to storage internals to infrastructure, and picking up whatever the problem needs
- Read unfamiliar code without friction. A lot of the work means studying reference implementations in other languages, such as GoTrue in Go, PostgREST in Haskell, and matching their behavior in Rust
- Have a solid grounding in SQL and relational databases, experience working close to a database engine (transactions, MVCC, type systems), and the curiosity to dig into where Postgres and SQLite differ
- Know Postgres well enough to use it as the reference for correct behavior
- Have run services under tight resource limits (multi-tenant, serverless, or embedded)
- Have a bias toward compatibility and correctness, and reach for tests and specs to prove behavior
- Think around corners. When everyone reaches for the standard playbook, you look for the simpler path that fits a smaller box. You break a complex system down to the 20% that covers 80% of the need, then make it run somewhere far smaller than it was designed for
- Care about developer experience: clean APIs, fast feedback loops, and tooling that makes the right thing the easy thing
- Are comfortable owning ambiguous, early-stage work and making sound calls that inform and define the spec. This is a founding role on a brand-new team
- Are comfortable working in public repositories on a remote, async team
- Communicate clearly in writing
- Bonus: experience with the Supabase stack, building developer CLIs, a track record of open-source maintenance, or contributions to Rust database or web projects
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.
Responsibilities
— Own the Czech market as the first local salesperson, across all customer segments.
— Work with the base of direct contacts (existing clients and warm leads): develop, close and reactivate.
— Handle inbound: qualify quickly, run discovery, and convert interest into paying customers.
— Drive outbound to larger and high-potential accounts through cold outreach, own network and industry communities.
— Run the full sales cycle end to end — prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close — and own the number.
— Be the voice of the market: systematically gather customer needs, objections and pain points and feed them to product and marketing to tailor the offering to Czechia.
— Test and iterate positioning, messaging and channels to find what resonates with Czech buyers.
— Temporarily provide light customer-success care to the clients signed, until a dedicated CS person is in place (with a small servicing bonus).
— Keep the CRM clean and share regular insight on pipeline, win/loss reasons and market signals.
What we're looking for
— Czech at native or near-native level (C2), spoken and written — daily conversations, calls and written correspondence in Czech.
— Strong Czech-speaking Slovak candidates are also welcome.
— Working English for internal communication.
— Senior experience in B2B / SaaS sales (or strong service sales), with a hunter mindset.
— A self-starter who can grow a market and bring product feedback from the field.
What we offer
— Base salary of EUR 2,000/month (Net).
— On-target earnings from EUR 4,000/month with no upper cap — commission-based reflecting real sales performance.
— Official employment in Hungary (Altegio Europe KFT).
— Budapest-based; relocation considered — a relocation package is available for the right candidate.

WELCOME TO OLX

We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
This role will be based in Poland, and you need to be residing in the country already.
As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead software engineers building and scaling critical platforms that power the OLX engineering ecosystem. You'll combine strong people leadership with enough technical depth to guide major projects, shape technical direction, and help the team solve complex platform challenges.
This is not a generalist Engineering Manager role. Previous experience leading an engineering team in a Platform environment is mandatory. We need someone who understands what it means to build platforms for other engineers and the unique challenges that come with balancing developer experience, reliability, scalability, standardisation, and team autonomy.
You'll capture requirements, shape ambitious but balanced project scope, lead technical initiatives, and partner across teams to solve technical problems and ensure smooth adoption and implementation of platform solutions. Our Platform environment is a mix of software engineering, APIs, distributed systems, infrastructure, DevOps, scalability, and reliability.
We're looking for someone who can operate at both levels: developing people and leading a Platform team, while providing the technical and organisational leadership needed to make the platform successful.
What you will be doing:
Lead by example and manage a team of talented engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development support;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science and data engineering managers, and product managers to define project goals, scope, and deliverables;
Drive the end-to-end development process, from design to implementation and deployment, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions (with controlled cost);
Identify and prioritize technical initiatives, considering ROI, scalability, and performance requirements;
Implement modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery;
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the platform meets customer needs and provides an exceptional user experience;
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What you have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
Track record of proven people management experience (3+ years) focused on developing and growing people;
5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-traffic systems;
Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Streaming architectures);
Strong knowledge of data structures, and software design patterns;
Good understanding and ideally successful application of AI/ML;
Experience with modern software development practices, such as agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment;
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Our benefits:
Monthly salary and an annual bonus (20%)
Training and conference budget, and free access to Udemy courses
A benefits package with 300 points on the Mybenefit platform per month, private medical care provided by Luxmed, Ask Henry services, and much more
IP rights’ costs - 60%
100% remote work (as well as the possibility of working from our offices in Poznan and Warsaw)
At OLX, we unlock value in our people. We invest in ourselves and each other to reach our full potential. We avoid bureaucracy and empower our teams to innovate; with opportunities, training and leadership behaviors a focus for all.
