WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Sales Recruiter you’ll help build the next evolution of our go-to-market organization. You’ll recruit for new and evolving customer-facing roles—including Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers—that bring stronger technical fluency, deeper customer ownership, and fewer handoffs to enterprise selling. You’ll partner with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams to turn an emerging business strategy into clear profiles, thoughtful processes, and exceptional hires.
You will use Notion every day in the same way our customers do, giving you firsthand insight into the workflows and AI transformation behind the roles you are hiring for. You will also help build a new GTM motion at the intersection of AI, workflow design, enterprise transformation, and customer outcomes. The work requires craft, clarity, speed, and strong judgment, balancing business urgency with a high bar for talent density.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Build trusted partnerships with Sales leaders, advising on role definition, search strategy, assessment design, and hiring decisions for new and evolving teams.
- Deliver high-quality hires across the next generation of GTM roles, from sourcing through close, while creating a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience.
- Translate Notion’s product love, AI opportunity, and customer motion into accurate candidate narratives that help the right people self-select in.
- Use talent-market research, mapping, and recruiting data to improve hiring strategy and decision quality.
- Raise the quality and consistency of the hiring system through structured intake, calibration, debriefs, manager coaching, and sourcing strategies that expand representation.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Demonstrated success recruiting across GTM searches, with the judgment to learn and represent evolving role profiles accurately.
- Ability to turn business strategy into clear candidate profiles, search plans, and objective assessment criteria—and to influence senior leaders toward strong decisions.
- Strong sourcing, market-mapping, and closing instincts across various Sales disciplines.
- Operational rigor and comfort using data to diagnose pipeline health, measure impact, and improve the candidate and hiring-manager experience.
- Curiosity, learning agility, and a hands-on approach to AI tools: you use them to think better, improve recruiting workflows, and make your work easier for others to build on.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $136,000 - $170,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Staff Software Engineer on the GTM AI Engineering (Claudification) team, you will build the agents and AI systems that run Anthropic's own go-to-market work. Our sellers already work alongside agents every day. You will take things to the next step and build agents that run complete autonomous motions across areas like inbound, outbound, and pipeline management. In addition, you’ll build eval frameworks that prove those agents are ready for customer-facing work and are driving value. This is a senior role where you’ll drive technical direction for agents and evals across our team.
Working closely with sellers, RevOps, and our platform engineering partners, you'll own projects from first prototype through production operation. You'll combine full-stack engineering (MCP servers, agentic systems, web applications, etc.) with hands-on evaluation work (behavior benchmarks, production monitoring, ROI measurement), and help architect the shared platforms that builders from across our go-to-market org contribute to. You've worked in cultures of analytical rigor before, and you're eager to help shape the norms and best practices of a growing AI engineering function at a pivotal moment in the company's growth.
Key responsibilities
Build and operate autonomous agents that run go-to-market motions end to end, across areas like inbound, outbound, pipeline management, and customer engagement
Design the human oversight for each motion: approval gates, handoffs, and escalation paths that keep sellers in control
Develop evaluation frameworks for agent behavior, and run them in development and in production
Instrument model and tool calls in production, and build the observability and measurement that ties agent actions to pipeline and revenue
Ship MCP servers, agent skills, and web applications that connect to systems like our CRM, communication tools, and data warehouse
Set the technical direction for how we build, evaluate, and operate agents across the team
Architect shared codebases that builders from across go-to-market contribute to, setting the conventions and review practices that keep quality high
Work directly with sellers to ground agent designs in real workflows, and iterate based on what you observe
Identify repeatable patterns and contribute insights back to Anthropic's Product and Engineering teams
Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, agent frameworks, and evaluation techniques
Minimum qualifications
Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript, with experience building and operating production applications
Production experience with LLMs, including context engineering, agent development, MCP development, tool use, and evaluation frameworks
Experience using evals and transcript analysis to find and fix real problems in an LLM system
Working fluency with data, including SQL
Ability to navigate ambiguity and ship without a spec, finding simple solutions to complex problems
Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI, and care for the people who use what you build
Preferred qualifications
8+ years in roles such as software engineer, ML engineer, or forward deployed engineer. Former technical founders are encouraged to apply
Experience with the Claude Code and the Claude Agent SDK
Experience with go-to-market systems (CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, conversation intelligence) or time working closely with a revenue team
Experience growing a codebase that many people contribute to, inner-source or open-source
Applied ML and experimentation background: A/B testing, propensity models, recommendations, or causal analysis
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical partners with low ego
Representative projects
(Illustrative of the kind of work, not a project list.)
Build an agent that takes a routine sales workflow from first signal to a drafted, human-reviewed action
Stand up the eval suite for an agent: seed scenarios, scoring rubrics, and regression runs on every change
Ship an MCP server that gives sellers and their agents governed access to a core revenue system
Design a shared repository where go-to-market builders publish agents and skills, with the tests and review rules that keep it healthy
Build a predictive model that explains itself, so an agent can tell a seller why it suggests an action
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are growing our support team at ClickHouse, and we're looking for a Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer, Federal, to serve the specific needs of our U.S. public sector customers, federal agencies, and the contractors and integrators who support them. This role sits within our global Support Engineering team but has a dedicated focus to deliver the same excellent, technically deep support our commercial customers rely on, while meeting the compliance, security, and operational constraints that federal environments require.
You'll be the primary technical point of contact for customers operating ClickHouse in government-authorized environments, triaging and resolving support cases, guiding customers through secure deployment and operational best practices, and partnering closely with our Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to make sure ClickHouse's platform meets the bar federal customers require.
This is a U.S. Persons-only role. Because of the export-control status of the data, systems, and customer environments involved, all candidates must independently qualify as U.S. Persons before being considered. This applies regardless of visa sponsorship status, work authorization, or physical location within the U.S. Beyond this requirement, you'll also need to be prepared to work within the access, communication, and documentation controls that federal engagements demand.
What you will be doing:
- Serving as the primary technical support contact for ClickHouse's U.S. federal and public-sector customers, across cases, chat, Slack, and meetings, consistent with applicable federal communication and data-handling requirements
- Developing solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and ClickHouse open-source, and sharing them with federal customers and internal teams via documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal runbooks tailored to government deployment patterns
- Guiding customers through deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting within government-authorized environments, including AWS GovCloud-adjacent infrastructure where applicable
- Working closely with our global Support Services, Engineering, Security/Compliance, Product Management, and Go-To-Market teams to represent the requirements of federal customers and help prioritize the roadmap accordingly
- Supporting technical aspects of federal POCs, security questionnaires, and Authority to Operate (ATO)-adjacent evaluations in partnership with Go-To-Market and Security teams
And of course:
- You will deliver excellent customer service as a technical engineer and representative of ClickHouse to our federal customer base. Our Support Engineers provide professional response, on-call coverage, and guidance within required SLAs on technical cases opened via the ticketing system, email, Slack, chat, and/or phone
- You will build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners, including government program stakeholders and the systems integrators and resellers who support them
What you bring along:
- Required: U.S. Person status, as defined above and verified during the interview process prior to any offer
- Technical breadth and depth in ClickHouse open-source or ClickHouse Cloud, or in domains relevant to ClickHouse, such as SQL databases, OLAP, cloud-native SaaS, and distributed systems
- Previous technical experience in roles such as Support Engineer, Consultant, Database Administrator, Site Reliability Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, and/or Systems Engineer
- Proven experience developing familiarity with the operational and compliance realities of federal IT environments (e.g., FedRAMP, DOD IL, AWS GovCloud, air-gapped or sovereign-cloud deployments)
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment around sensitive data handling
- A mindset of teamwork, empathy, and solving challenging problems under the additional rigor that government customers require
- You are self-driven, curious, and eager to continuously learn and grow
Bonus points:
- Prior experience supporting federal, state/local/education (SLED), or other public-sector customers in a technical support, TAM, or solutions engineering capacity
- Experience with FedRAMP-authorized services, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or equivalent sovereign/air-gapped cloud environments
- An active or recently active U.S. government security clearance (not required, but a plus for future-facing work with more sensitive agencies)
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Experience with OSS and open-source technologies, as a user, community member, or contributor
- Experience with data pipelines such as Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, RabbitMQ, or others
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.

We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of Teleport's partner marketing programs — building the co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement materials, and joint events that drive pipeline through our channel, cloud, and technology alliances. You'll serve as the connective tissue between Marketing and our Channel and Alliance teams, ensuring partner messaging ladders into Teleport's core narrative and that every marketing dollar spent in the ecosystem is tied to measurable pipeline impact. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who knows how to turn partner relationships into revenue.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Enable the Ecosystem: Create "To-Partner" toolkits, playbooks, and sales enablement materials that empower partner sales teams to effectively pitch Teleport to their customers.
- Strategic Sales Alignment: Serve as the marketing lead for our Channel and Alliance managers, aligning marketing spend with territory goals to accelerate late-stage deals through partner influence.
- Design & Execute Co-Marketing Programs: Lead the strategy and execution of "With-Partner" marketing campaigns, including joint webinars, co-branded content, and digital demand generation designed to drive pipeline for both Teleport and our partners.
- Strategize and Execute Partner Events: Identify and execute partner events and activations. This includes securing speaking slots in partner theaters, organizing high-touch networking events, and managing joint sponsorships.
- Campaign Integration: Collaborate with the Global Campaigns and Product Marketing teams to ensure partner messaging is woven into our core narrative, specifically targeting the "Developer to Decision-Maker" journey.
- Lifecycle Partner Marketing: Collaborate on the end-to-end partner journey, from onboarding new technology partners to optimizing long-term co-marketing ROI.
- Measurement & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on the impact of partner programs. You will own the metrics for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, iterating on tactics based on data-driven insights.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in partner marketing within the B2B SaaS space.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Proven track record of working with channel partners/resellers and major cloud providers like (AWS, GCP, Azure) or security/infrastructure technology partners.
- Background: In cybersecurity and knowledge of industry.
- The "Tradeshow" Mindset: You understand that events are about density and trust. You have experience managing logistics and high-stakes networking environments.
- Project Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and meet deadlines.
- Tech Stack: Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo). Experience with PRM (Partner Relationship Management) tools is a plus.
- Communication: You can translate deep technical concepts into value-driven stories for both business and technical audiences.
- Travel: Willingness to travel (up to 30%) to key partner hubs and major industry events.
HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
You'll start with a 30-minute recruiter screen, followed by another 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. Then we'll have you meet with other members of the marketing and sales organizations for 30-minutes each, and a final 30-minute round with our CMO.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.

- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who lives in the top of the funnel. This is a hands-on, sourcing-first role focused on building and owning talent pipelines across the US, LATAM, and APAC — with the heaviest emphasis on APAC, where our fastest hiring growth is happening and where deep market knowledge is hardest to buy.
You will spend the majority of your time proactively identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent — not processing inbound applications. You will map markets, build long-term talent communities, and become the person hiring managers come to when they need to know who’s out there. If you are energized by outreach that actually lands, by knowing a market better than anyone else in the room, and by building pipelines before the req even opens, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactive Sourcing (Core Focus):
Own top-of-funnel sourcing across US, LATAM, and APAC. Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, GitHub, Behance, Dribbble, Telegram, Discord, WeChat, Maimai, BOSS Zhipin, referrals, alumni networks, and crypto-native communities.
APAC Pipeline Building:
Serve as the sourcing engine for APAC hiring. Develop deep talent maps across key hubs — Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, Malaysia, Australia, and India — and build region-specific outreach strategies that account for local platforms, languages, notice periods, and compensation norms.
Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence:
Produce competitor org maps, talent availability reports, and compensation benchmarks by region. Translate market data into practical guidance that shapes role scoping, level calibration, and hiring plans.
Candidate Engagement & Conversion:
Write and test outreach that gets replies. Own the candidate experience from first touch through handoff, running screens that assess motivation, mobility, and fit while keeping candidates warm through long hiring cycles.
Pipeline Ownership & Nurture:
Build and maintain evergreen pipelines and talent communities for recurring and hard-to-fill roles. Keep silver-medalist and passive-candidate pools active so we are never starting from zero when a req opens.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and regional HR teams across time zones. Run intake and calibration sessions, share pipeline reviews, and set realistic expectations grounded in market reality.
Sourcing Data & Reporting:
Track and report on sourcing funnel metrics — outreach volume, response rate, screen-to-submit, submit-to-onsite, and pipeline health by region. Use the data to redirect effort toward the channels that convert.
Employer Brand in Market:
Represent OKX to passive talent. Support regional recruiting events, meetups, and community engagement, and help position OKX as the destination employer in crypto across every market you cover.
What We Look For In You
3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting or dedicated sourcing experience, with a demonstrable track record of building pipelines from scratch rather than working inbound applicant flow.
Hands-on APAC sourcing experience strongly preferred — you have hired into at least one major APAC market and understand its platforms, candidate behavior, and hiring norms.
Experience recruiting across multiple regions and time zones, ideally including US and LATAM alongside APAC.
Advanced sourcing toolkit: Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, portfolio platforms, and region-specific channels. Comfortable finding talent where it is not looking for you.
Strong written outreach skills — you can craft personalized, high-response messaging at volume.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing CRMs; disciplined about data hygiene and pipeline tracking.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have:
crypto, Web3, or fintech recruiting experience; additional language capability relevant to APAC markets (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Bahasa); experience building talent communities or running sourcing jams and hiring events.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependents
More that we love to tell you along the process!
OKX Statement:
OKX is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, genetic information, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, lawful alien status, national origin, age, marital status, and non-job related physical or mental disability, or protected veteran status. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
The salary range for this position is $143,111 - $178,888
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Success in this role requires exceptional product judgment, strong design taste, technical fluency, and a collaborative approach. You're someone who naturally connects disciplines, elevates the people around you, and makes both the work and the team better every day.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Lead the day-to-day operations of Replit's Product Design organization, ensuring work is aligned, prioritized, and delivered to an exceptionally high standard.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of product designers, helping them grow their craft, confidence, and impact.
- Shape and elevate the customer journey
- Work alongside designers every day by whiteboarding ideas, exploring alternatives, reviewing work in progress, and solving complex product and interaction challenges.
- Stay deeply informed across active initiatives, surfacing the context and insights that enable the Co-Founder & Head of Design to engage quickly in meaningful design critique and high-impact product decisions.
- Raise the quality of product design through thoughtful feedback, exceptional craft, and strong design taste.
- Help evolve Replit's design practices, workflows, and team culture while preserving the speed and flexibility of a high-growth company.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard exceptional product design talent as the organization grows.
WHO YOU ARE
You're a builder first and a manager second.
You enjoy being close to the work, helping designers think through difficult problems, and making good teams even better. You're equally comfortable sketching ideas on a whiteboard, giving thoughtful design feedback, coaching a designer through a difficult challenge, or partnering with engineering on implementation details.
You combine exceptional product judgment with strong design taste and technical fluency. You're collaborative, humble, curious, and energized by helping great work happen.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant experience leading product design teams within high-growth technology companies.
- Proven ability to balance people leadership with meaningful hands-on product design contribution.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, interaction design, product thinking, and systems thinking.
- Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering to deliver technically sophisticated products.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product development in fast-moving environments.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong design taste, sound judgment, and a bias toward action.
- Experience simplifying complex technical products into elegant, approachable user experiences.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience designing developer tools, technical products, or software creation platforms.
- Experience building AI-powered products or AI-native workflows.
- Coding experience or strong technical curiosity.
- Experience growing design teams in startup or scale-up environments.
- Active use of AI throughout your design process.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
This isn't a traditional design leadership role.
We're looking for someone who thrives in the work, not above it. Someone who enjoys solving problems alongside designers, building strong partnerships across Product and Engineering, and bringing the depth of context that allows the Co-Founder & Head of Design to focus on the moments where their perspective has the greatest impact.
This is a role for someone who is excited by complex product challenges, passionate about developing exceptional designers, and motivated by building products that make powerful technology feel intuitive.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. The role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Anthropic is bringing data center capacity online faster than the industry has ever attempted, and the owner-furnished equipment (OFE) that makes a site live — switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, busway, PDUs, chillers, CDUs, air handlers, dry coolers, pumps and piping skids — is long-lead, high-value, and sits squarely on the construction critical path. When a transformer slips three weeks at the factory, a data hall slips three weeks at the site.
We're hiring a Supply Chain Delivery Manager to own that equipment from purchase order to dock. You will be the site-facing supply chain lead for a regional portfolio of data center projects: tracking every OFE line item against the construction schedule, running factory and logistics escalations with OEMs, holding suppliers and general contractors accountable for delivery performance, and giving leadership a clear, converged picture of delivery risk across the portfolio. Your job is to make sure equipment production and delivery are never the reason a site misses its ready-for-service date.
This is a senior individual-contributor role on the Compute DC Infrastructure team, working daily with Construction, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, Commissioning, and our general contractors and OEMs. It is not a category-management or negotiation role — Sourcing owns supplier strategy and commercial terms — and it is not a people-management role. The emphasis is execution: schedules, escalations, logistics, and site readiness.
What You'll Do
Delivery planning and schedule integration
Own the end-to-end OFE delivery plan for each site in your portfolio: order placement, engineering submittal/approval milestones, production slots, FAT dates, ship dates, and required-on-site (ROS) dates, integrated with the GC's construction schedule.
Engage during preconstruction with Construction, Engineering, and the GC to set OFE delivery expectations, sequence equipment arrivals to the build, and identify schedule risk before POs are cut.
Lead OFE kickoff meetings at the site level with the GC and internal construction teams, establishing points of contact, delivery windows, receiving requirements, and escalation paths.
Maintain the single source of truth for OFE status across the portfolio — a live tracker of every line item, its milestone dates, and its risk rating.
Supplier execution and escalation
Run weekly delivery cadences with OEMs and integrators on open orders; verify production progress against committed slots rather than accepting reported dates at face value.
Act as the primary escalation point for factory slips, component shortages, FAT failures, and shipping delays; drive recovery plans (expedites, partial ships, resequencing, alternate sources) with Sourcing and Engineering.
Partner with Sourcing on corporate-level supplier escalations, bringing site-level schedule intelligence to commercial conversations.
Hold GC OFCI teams accountable for receiving, storage, and installation-readiness performance; manage the change/claim process when delivery issues affect the GC's schedule.
Logistics and site readiness
Plan and coordinate transportation for oversize/overweight and high-value equipment — carrier selection, route surveys, permits, crane and rigging coordination — with our logistics partners and the GC.
Manage laydown, staging, and interim storage decisions when site readiness and equipment arrival diverge; coordinate with Quality and Commissioning on receiving inspection and storage/preservation requirements.
Ensure equipment arrives complete — accessories, spares, documentation, and vendor startup support scheduled — so installation and commissioning are not delayed by missing pieces.
Risk management and reporting
Identify, triage, and report delivery risks across the portfolio; propose solutions and drive decisions to protect capacity milestones.
Establish and lead recurring Capacity Delivery Reviews giving leadership converged visibility into OFE delivery status and risk by site and by equipment category.
Track delivery KPIs — on-time-to-ROS, schedule drift by supplier and category, escalation cycle time, expedite spend — and use them to surface systemic issues.
Feed lessons learned back into Sourcing (lead-time assumptions, contract delivery terms, buffer strategy) and Construction (ROS sequencing) to improve the next program.
Who You Are
8–12+ years in supply chain delivery, equipment expediting, construction management, or infrastructure program management on large-scale, schedule-driven construction programs.
Hands-on experience delivering power and/or cooling equipment for mission-critical facilities — transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, busway, chillers, CDUs, air handlers — and familiarity with how those OEMs actually build and ship.
You've managed cross-functional escalations across construction teams, suppliers, and internal partners, and you know when to expedite, when to resequence, and when to escalate commercially.
Comfortable reading and influencing construction schedules (P6 or MS Project) and tying equipment milestones to them.
Strong written and verbal communication — you can turn a messy delivery problem into a one-page recommendation for leadership.
Data-fluent: you build and maintain trackers and dashboards, and you'd rather look at the numbers than trust a status email.
Thrive with high autonomy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment; you own outcomes, not just updates.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
Experience with hyperscale or AI data center construction and OFCI (owner-furnished, contractor-installed) delivery models.
Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects (5–10+) across a regional portfolio.
Working knowledge of FAT/SAT and commissioning workflows and how equipment documentation gates them.
Heavy-haul / project logistics experience, including international freight, customs, and Incoterms.
Technical understanding of data center electrical distribution and cooling system design.
Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems and analytics tools (SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Smartsheet/Procore).
PMP, CSCP, or similar certification.
Logistics
Location: [San Francisco / hybrid, or remote US near the regional portfolio?]
Travel: [up to 40%] to construction sites in the regional portfolio and to supplier factories as needed.

With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
At Sentry, our Mobile team builds the next generation of observability tools for developers worldwide — processing over a billion events every single day. We're looking for a technical Senior Product Manager, Mobile to bring clarity and context to the team and help us create a delightful Sentry experience for mobile developers across the globe.
At Sentry, product managers, engineers, and engineering managers work together to help shape the roadmap and decide what to build next – with the engineering manager ultimately owning the decision. Your role will be to make sure the team deeply understands its users, the market, and how the product performs in the real world, including where it delights and where it creates friction, so the right decisions happen naturally. This position reports to the Director of Engineering..
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Turn scattered signal into clear context: Build and run a system that continuously gathers insight from everywhere it lives — users, customers, GitHub, our own product data, and the wider market (competitors, ecosystem trends, and industry shifts) — and turn it into well-framed problems, opportunities, and tradeoffs that inform the Mobile roadmap and guide prioritization. Draw out the people closest to customers (Sales, Support, Solutions) who are often acutely aware of the features we're missing, especially the ones about to cause customer churn
- Be the developer's voice: Talk to developers and engineering leaders on a steady cadence, represent them when internal decisions get made, test ideas quickly and cheaply before committing engineering, and use what you learn to keep us aligned on the top priorities for this persona
- Elevate the end-to-end mobile developer experience: Together with the Engineering Manager & Mobile engineers you will influence and improve the full user journey, from catching and surfacing a mobile issue in Sentry to resolving it automatically — across native (iOS, Android) and cross-platform (React Native, Flutter, KMP) developers alike
- Connect the dots and build trust: Partner closely not just with the engineering team, but also various internal stakeholders across the company — earning trust over time by delivering on your commitments and communicating clearly with people inside and outside the company
- Use AI to go faster and deeper: Apply strong judgment about where AI adds real leverage in discovery, synthesis, and analysis, and build it into repeatable systems rather than one-off prompts
- Measure outcomes, not output: Commit to measurable objectives tied to real customer and business value, track the metrics that matter across usage and revenue, and turn what you see into hypotheses and action
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Are relentlessly curious about users: you love talking to developers and customers, digging into data, structuring what you learn, and turning it into sharp hypotheses, problems, and bets
- Genuinely care about developer experience: you love mobile platforms and sweat the details of a great end-to-end UX
- Are technical enough to earn developers' trust: you know how software gets built, because you built or still build mobile applications yourself
- Are a high-agency self-starter who organizes their own work: you don't wait to be told what to do — you find the problems that matter and bring them to a solution
- Lead through context & collaboration, not control: energized by making a team smarter and letting them own priorities, rather than dictating the roadmap yourself
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience as a Mobile developer — you don’t solely rely on empathy when representing this persona, but speak from your own experience as well
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally with B2B SaaS and observability products for mobile platforms — backed by a background in mobile software engineering (Apple, Android, React Native, Flutter, etc.)
- Experience talking to customers directly and running continuous product discovery — you let evidence, not opinion, shape decisions
- Strong business and product judgment with an affinity for data and metrics — you turn signals into clear hypotheses and actions
- Excellent written and spoken communication, and a track record of driving outcomes through influence rather than authority — building alignment with engineering teams and business stakeholders through evidence and a clear narrative
- Fluent with AI in your daily workflow — you use it to work faster and sharper across your PM craft, and know where it doesn't help
- You live in the Vienna area or are willing to relocate
Not sure if you meet 100% of the qualifications? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about this opportunity and eager to grow.
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR €64,554,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV).
A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

ABOUT OPENAI
OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. We build models and products that help people learn, create, and solve problems, and we work to do so safely and responsibly.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Our Community team builds direct relationships with people who use our technology, channels their insights back to product and research teams, and amplifies their stories so others can learn from them.
The Student Community team is building OpenAI Student Collective https://openai.com/student-collective/, a global program that equips students with community, resources, and support to help their peers build AI capability, confidence, and opportunity. Students are often among the first to discover new ways to learn, build, create, and organize with AI. Our job is to find those examples, support the students behind them, and help their stories travel.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a high-agency program operator to help run and scale OpenAI’s student community efforts across the Americas.
You will own the systems and operating rhythms that keep the program moving, coordinate execution across North America and Latin America, and help the team identify and resolve gaps as the program grows. You should be comfortable creating structure from ambiguity, managing complex details, and moving between program operations, regional coordination, and direct student support.
This person should be equally comfortable building a clean tracker, writing a weekly update, chasing down missing information, coordinating across cross-functional and external partners, or helping a Campus Lead troubleshoot a workshop on campus.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Run day-to-day program operations across recruitment, candidate review, onboarding, student support, activations, and end-of-cycle programming.
- Build, maintain, and improve Airtable and other source-of-truth systems for student recruitment, selection, onboarding, events, reporting, and feedback.
- Own dashboards and weekly reporting that show program progress, risks, blockers, decisions, and next steps.
- Help coordinate across Experience, Localization, Editorial, Strategy & Ops, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to close dependencies and keep work on track.
- Build operating rhythms, templates, checklists, documentation, and handoff processes that help the program scale.
- Partner with community managers to capture student needs, product feedback, program gaps, standout use cases, and emerging regional trends.
- Surface unclear ownership or missing support early and drive agreed next steps through completion.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in program management, community operations, field marketing, campus programs, creator/community programs, or a related role.
- Strong systems thinker with hands-on experience building and maintaining Airtable, CRM, project management, or workflow systems.
- Excellent execution skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams across people, timelines, tools, and deliverables.
- Strong written communication skills, especially for updates, recaps, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
- Comfort working across internal teams, agencies, contractors, and regional partners.
- High ownership, low ego, and willingness to jump into messy problems.
- Strong interest in AI and how students are using it to learn, build, and create.
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable, Luma, and community management tools.
BONUS
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency.
- Experience with student, campus, developer, creator, or education communities.
- Experience supporting programs across the US, Canada, and/or LATAM.
- Experience working with agencies or distributed global teams.
- Experience building operational systems from scratch.
- Deep curiosity and fluency with AI tools. You should be actively using tools like ChatGPT, Codex, or creative AI tools, and paying attention to how others are using them.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is part program operator, part community builder, and part systems architect. They can bring order to ambiguity, keep a lot of moving pieces organized, and build the infrastructure that lets a small team operate like a much larger one. They are energized by students, curious about AI, and comfortable moving between strategy, operations, and execution.
