Format at a glance
Engagement type: Freelance, virtual-only, 1:1 (video + in-app chat)
Session length: 30 or 60 minutes
Session volume: Limited credits per presenting issue (per client's employer plan); extensions require a new, distinct goal
Service model: Consultation & education — not physical therapy or medical treatment; not overseen by a medical department

Why to join us

What you'll do
Provide 1:1 virtual fitness coaching through video sessions and in-app chat, working within each client's allotted credits.

Design personalized or templated workout programs tailored to the client's goals, fitness level, and equipment access.
Educate clients on strength, cardio, flexibility, and recovery principles, and cue proper form via live video.
Track progress and close out each presenting issue with a clear outcome before starting a new one.
Tag each session with the single Main PI that best matches the client's focus, plus up to three Secondary PIs, per the Q3 2026 PI taxonomy (see the Holistics PI Manual).
Recognize when a client's needs go beyond fitness coaching and refer to the appropriate licensed professional or Intellect service.
Respond to in-app chat within the 12-hour SLA and complete session notes within 24 hours.
What's in scope
Personalized/templated training plans and virtual fitness assessments.
Live-session coaching, form cues, and technique demonstrations.
Progress tracking, goal setting, and motivation/adherence support.
General education on warm-up, cool-down, recovery, sleep, and hydration.
What's out of scope
Diagnosing or treating any injury, illness, or chronic condition.
Physical therapy, rehab protocols, or “corrective” treatment.
Recommending or prescribing supplements or performance-enhancing substances.
Meal plans or specific dietary prescriptions (refer to Nutrition).
Counselling on disordered eating or mental health concerns (refer to Intellect's mental health professionals).
Promising specific outcomes, timelines, or guaranteed results.
Requirements
Proven experience as a personal trainer / fitness coach (typically 5+ years of active practice).
Bachelor's in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field, plus a recognized certification (e.g., ACE / NASM / NCSF / NSCA / ACSM / NESTA / ISSA), current or renewal in progress.
Strong communication in English and local language; able to simplify concepts for non-experts.
Language: Must speak Portuguese.
Comfortable working within a structured, credit-based consultation model — even if your background involved longer-term or clinical care.
Clear judgment about when to refer a client out, and willingness to do so even when it means the engagement ends.
Tech-savvy: video conferencing, fitness-tracking tools, comfortable documenting session notes on a platform.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Help Scout, you’ll own a named book of 80–100 accounts, representing around $4M in recurring revenue. You’ll be the trusted partner for the people who rely on Help Scout every day, from day-to-day users to the executives who sponsor the relationship.
Your first priority is building a strong relationship rhythm across your book: regular check-ins, executive business reviews, and a clear understanding of what each customer is trying to achieve. You’ll connect those goals to the best of what Help Scout offers, and you’ll be the first to notice when something starts to slip.
You won’t carry an expansion quota. When you spot an opportunity to grow an account, you’ll partner with our expansion team and hand it off warm, so you can stay focused on retention and long-term value. You’ll also be the customer’s voice inside Help Scout, bringing what you learn to Product, onboarding, and the rest of the team.
- Own a book of 80–100 accounts end-to-end. From onboarding handoff through adoption and renewal, you’re accountable for the health and retention of every account.
- Build multi-threaded relationships. You’ll work across levels in each customer, including executives and decision makers, and align on the business outcomes that matter to them.
- Catch risk early. You’ll watch for signals like dropping usage or slowing communication, escalate early, and bring in the right internal partners to turn things around.
- Lead executive business reviews and regular check-ins that drive adoption, surface underused features, and strengthen product alignment.
- Own renewals and retention. Your success is measured on net dollar retention for your book.
- Surface expansion opportunities and partner with our expansion team to close them.
- Bring the voice of the customer inside. Share what you learn with Product and cross-functional teams to help shape the roadmap, onboarding, and how we work.
- Design your own workflows. You’ll have freedom to use AI tools to stay organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across a large book.
- Raise the bar for the team. You’ll share what works, document your learnings, and help shape how Customer Success grows at Help Scout.
ABOUT YOU
- You have 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS, with time spent in SMB, mid-market, strategic, or enterprise segments.
- You’ve owned a large book of business. At some point in your career, you’ve managed 50+ accounts and kept a consistent cadence with all of them.
- Retention is your track record. You can talk about your renewal rates, retention, or NDR, and what you did to move them.
- You love the relationship side of the work. You enjoy being a strategic advisor, aligning with executives on business goals, and working with internal teams to get customers where they need to go. Closing deals isn’t what gets you up in the morning.
- You never solve problems alone. When an account shows signs of risk, you raise it early, pull in the right people, and keep the customer informed.
- You’re not afraid of difficult conversations. You can handle tough renewal or recovery conversations with confidence and care.
- You’re a strong cross-functional partner. You know how to work alongside Product, Support, and Sales, and you’ve handed off expansion opportunities to account executives or account managers before.
- You thrive while things are still being built. You’re comfortable shaping processes as we go and don’t need a playbook for everything.
- You’re excited about how AI can transform your work. You look for ways to reduce manual overhead and spend your time where it matters most.
- Technical aptitude. You’re comfortable learning and navigating complex software, and you want to become an expert in our product.
ABOUT THE PROCESS
1. Recruiter Chat - You'll meet with Nahuel on the Recruiting team to chat through compensation, benefits, timeline, and company culture.
2. Value Add - You'll meet with Annika, Customer Enablement Lead, to talk more about the role and your experience in more detail.
3. Project - We’ll give you a take-home project (we’ll pay for your time), then you’ll share it back to the team.
4. Team Chat - You’ll meet with two members of our Customer Success team to learn more about how we work and the customers we serve.
5. Final Chat - You’ll chat with our VP of Customers.
6. References - We’ll ask you for three references. Ideally, we’d like two of them to be managers, but we can be flexible.
COMPENSATION
Each role at Help Scout has a pay range aligned to our salary formula https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/employee-compensation/ and based on national market data. We take a competency-based approach and pay is based on the level and band of your role. OTE: $139K–$160K

THE ROLE
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is looking for an enthusiastic Engineer I to join Finance Technology with a focus on Workday Adaptive Planning. Adaptive Planning supports finance, workforce, sales, and operational planning, giving teams a shared platform for budgeting, forecasting, modelling, reporting, and decision-making.
This is an early-career engineering role for someone who wants to build depth in finance systems, application configuration, data integration, and operational support. You will work with Finance, Finance Technology, Data, and wider Corporate Technology teams to keep planning processes reliable, well-controlled, and easy to operate.
You will have support from more senior engineers for complex design decisions, but you will be expected to work independently for longer periods on well-defined configuration, integration, support, and continuous-improvement tasks. This reflects Checkout’s Engineer 1 expectations: delivering small-to-medium-sized work, supporting common operational flows, communicating clearly, and taking ownership of the quality of what you deliver.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Adaptive Planning models, dimensions, versions, levels, accounts, sheets, reports, dashboards, and planning workflows under appropriate guidance.
- Support the delivery of budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, scenario modelling, and management reporting capabilities for Finance and business stakeholders.
- Build and support data loads and integrations between Adaptive Planning, Workday Financials, Workday HCM, and other approved internal or third-party systems.
- Maintain data mappings, transformation rules, validation checks, and reconciliation processes so that planning data is complete, accurate, and traceable.
- Monitor scheduled loads and integration tasks, investigate failures, and resolve common data or configuration issues within agreed service levels.
- Triage incidents and service requests, identifying root causes and escalating complex or high-risk issues with clear evidence and recommended next steps.
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into maintainable system configuration, reporting, or integration changes.
- Contribute to the assessment and delivery of future analytics data flows, including the potential use of Adaptive Planning data in BigQuery and management analytics.
- Participate in testing, regression testing, release preparation, and controlled deployment of Adaptive Planning changes.
- Follow change-control, access-management, data-quality, and audit requirements relevant to financial systems and planning data.
- Create clear documentation, support guides, data dictionaries, integration runbooks, and knowledge-base articles so that operational knowledge is shared rather than held by one person.
- Identify recurring manual work or failure patterns and propose practical automation and process improvements.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Experience in a finance systems, enterprise applications, data, reporting, or integration environment.
- Practical experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, or strong experience with a comparable planning, performance-management, ERP, or finance application and a clear ability to learn Adaptive quickly.
- Understanding of core finance planning concepts such as budgets, forecasts, actuals, variance analysis, allocations, dimensions, hierarchies, and scenarios.
- Experience configuring or supporting structured data models, application workflows, reports, dashboards, or business rules.
- Ability to work with data imports, exports, mappings, transformations, validations, and reconciliations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to break down an issue, gather evidence, identify likely causes, and communicate findings clearly.
- Good attention to detail and an understanding of why accuracy, access control, auditability, and repeatability matter in finance systems.
- Ability to manage small-to-medium-sized tasks independently while knowing when to ask for help or escalate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Finance and Technology stakeholders.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification or implementation experience.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning Integration, Planning Data Loader, APIs, or equivalent enterprise planning integration tooling.
- Experience integrating planning systems with Workday Financials, Workday HCM, an ERP, a data warehouse, or a reporting platform.
- Familiarity with SOX controls, financial audit requirements, data privacy, and segregation of duties.
- Experience supporting month-end, budget, forecast, or management-reporting cycles.
- Exposure to Agile delivery, ticket-driven change management, incident management, or service-management practices.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
After the first 6–12 months, you will be able to:
- Support common Adaptive Planning configuration, data-load, and reporting requests with limited supervision.
- Diagnose and resolve routine integration or data-quality issues using a structured troubleshooting approach.
- Deliver small-to-medium-sized enhancements from requirement clarification through testing, documentation, and controlled release.
- Explain key planning data flows, mappings, dependencies, and operational controls to Finance and Technology colleagues.
- Improve the reliability or efficiency of at least one recurring planning or finance-technology process.
- Maintain accurate, useful documentation and contribute positively to team ceremonies, reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
WORKING STYLE AND BEHAVIOURS
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes ownership of tasks and follows through on commitments.
- Acts with urgency and accountability when issues affect Finance or business reporting.
- Is curious about how finance processes, data, and technology fit together.
- Communicates clearly, especially when explaining risk, blockers, trade-offs, or support impact.
- Welcomes feedback and actively develops their technical and domain knowledge.
- Collaborates generously and shares knowledge so the team does not depend on a single subject-matter expert.
- Looks for durable automation and simpler operating processes rather than repeatedly working around the same manual problem.
WHY JOIN FINANCE TECHNOLOGY?
You will work on systems that sit at the centre of how Checkout.com http://Checkout.com plans, forecasts, reports, and makes financial decisions. The role offers the opportunity to develop a broad foundation across enterprise applications, finance processes, integrations, data quality, controls, and automation while working closely with experienced Finance and Technology professionals.

What you’ll be accountable for
1. Deal Origination & Ownership
- Source and develop high-impact partnerships (including but not limited to advisories/consultants, ISVs/fintechs, SIs and agencies) to go deep with.
- Lead end-to-end partnership cycle: from first conversation → commercial structuring → negotiation → signature → go-live

2. Commercial Structuring & Negotiation
- Design scalable partnership models with provided guidance (referral, reseller, embedded)
- Navigate partner negotiations across commercial, legal, and operational dimensions
- Balance short-term revenue vs long-term strategic positioning within your portfolio, be able to forecast and plan ahead
- Operate with precision - all numbers, assumptions, and deal logic must be bulletproof
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the single-threaded owner across Sales, Legal, Product, Partner Engineering, and Marketing.
- Drive momentum and remove blockers - you own the outcome of the partnerships in your portfolio.
- Ensure internal alignment and readiness for launch (onboarding, integration, enablement, GTM)
4. Partner Performance & Revenue Delivery
- You’ll get recognized on partnerships converting into live merchants and revenue, not pipeline logos
- Track and manage performance against targets (Net Revenue, Total Processed Volume, Product Penetration, Conversion Rate, etc.)
- Identify and execute on growth levers, solo or in collaboration with the team (e.g. joint GTM, integration optimisation)
5. Operational Excellence
- Maintain high standards of forecasting accuracy, CRM hygiene, and reporting
- Contribute to building repeatable frameworks (tiering, integration health, GTM motions)
- Raise the bar on quality of output across the team - every deliverable has meaning.
What “good” looks like in this role
- You own your number - and consistently deliver against it
- You operate with speed and clarity, even in ambiguity
- You don’t wait for direction - you create momentum
- You can go from strategy → execution → revenue, without dropping the thread
- You build credible relationships externally and internally, and know how to leverage both to close deals
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales in payments / fintech / SaaS / platforms
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals is a plus
- Experience structuring commercial models (rev share, reseller, embedded partnerships)
SKILLSET
- Strong commercial acumen - understands what drives revenue and margin
- Solid negotiation skills - can hold ground while progressing deals
- Ability to operate in cross-functional, high-ambiguity environments
- High attention to detail - no room for approximation
MINDSET
- Owner mentality - accountability without excuses
- Performance-driven - focused on outcomes, not activity
- Low ego, high standards - direct, constructive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable being challenged - and challenging back when needed

These organizations win or lose on trust and service at massive scale, under some of the most demanding regulatory standards anywhere.
Our ideal candidate learns fast, closes well from a warm introduction, and is passionate about AI voice technology. You’ll act as a strategic partner to insurers reimagining how they serve, sell to, and sound to their customers, safely and at scale.

- Balance a diverse pipeline of large national carriers that require a white-glove experience with regional and mid-sized insurers that require speed to close
- Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer-facing and internal workflows, such as claims intake, policy servicing and renewals, billing and payment support, agent and broker support, and contact center coaching
- Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, including competitive solutions, build-vs-buy dynamics, and emerging trends in insurance AI governance and regulation
- Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (Claims Operations, Customer Service and Contact Center, Distribution, Digital and Technology, and Compliance, Legal, and InfoSec), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across lines of business
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high-impact use cases, manage a successful Proof of Value, guide customers through security, architecture, and AI governance review, and set them up to scale in production
- Partner closely with Legal teams to drive strategic, fast-moving negotiations
- Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice, and share what you learn in the field to sharpen our Insurance positioning, messaging, and references
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Insurance experience (carriers, MGAs, brokers, insurtech) is preferred but not required. We weigh demonstrated adaptability and fast ramp in a new industry heavily
- Proven success closing [six- and seven-figure] deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven ability to take a warm introduction through discovery, Proof of Value, and procurement to close
- Experience selling to both technical buyers (product and engineering) and business buyers (claims, customer service, distribution, digital), and to compliance and risk gatekeepers, translating complex technology into business value
- Adept at deeply understanding a customer’s business and translating ElevenLabs’ capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
- Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, including regulated-industry vendor risk, AI governance, and data protection reviews, and able to work autonomously as a cross-functional partner
- Strong executive presence, the ability to build relationships with senior executives, and willingness to travel frequently for onsite client visits and conferences
- High EQ, self-aware, and curious. Low ego and hands-on, comfortable running your own prospecting and deals
- Comfort in an early-stage, high-growth environment, where ambiguity is the norm and the state of play changes rapidly
- Passion for voice and conversational AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers

About the role
The Senior Client Partner is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth by owning a portfolio of advertisers and/or agencies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering consultative, insight-led solutions that help clients achieve brand and performance outcomes on X. The role blends new business growth and account expansion, campaign strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results.
This is a frontline, growth-oriented role in a reseller market where X owns the territory end to end. The focus is firmly on hunting new business across the SMB and mid-market segment — expanding the long tail, driving new activations, and increasing active clients — rather than purely farming an existing book
What you'll do :-
Revenue & Growth (Core)
Own and grow a book of business; deliver quarterly/annual revenue targets through new spend, renewals, and upsell.
Hunt and win new business across
SMB and mid-market advertisers
, driving new activations and expanding the long tail of active clients.
Build and execute account growth strategies that create win/win outcomes for X and advertisers.
Develop and present consultative sales narratives showing how X advertising solutions connect brands with audiences and deliver outcomes.
Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accuracy, and disciplined account planning to achieve targets.
Client & Agency Partnership
Establish and nurture senior relationships with advertisers and agency stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor.
Lead strategic QBRs, planning sessions, and joint business plans; align on objectives, audience, creative approach, and measurement.
Identify client business challenges and translate them into clear media strategies and platform solutions.
Operate a client-centric model with full agency ownership — no closed verticals — and the freedom to pursue any vertical or client base.
Market Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Stay current on X product updates and the broader digital media landscape; translate market changes into client opportunities.
Collaborate with internal partners (measurement, creative, ops, product, client solutions) to deliver a strong client experience and resolve issues quickly.
What we are looking for :-
5+ years in digital media, platform, or ad-tech sales with a track record of exceeding quota and growing a book of business.
A purely digital recent track record — early-career offline/traditional media experience is fine, but recent experience must be in digital.
Demonstrated hunter mentality — aggressive, new-business-oriented, and comfortable building a book in an open, reseller market.
Strong, relevant network in the West and South India market — existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at brands and/or agencies, and a demonstrated ability to open new doors.
Background from a social media platform, OTT/streaming, or programmatic/publisher environment is strongly preferred (e.g. social platforms, streaming players, DSP/SSP and publisher partners).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (formats, measurement, targeting, brand vs. performance objectives).
Comfortable with data: ability to translate performance signals into insights and clear client recommendations.
Experience selling across both brand and performance objectives (and ideally video ad solutions).
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments; strong collaboration and problem-solving.
What we offer :-
Work with X, a marquee global social platform — standout experience that few in the market can claim, and a strong differentiator for your career.
An open, uncontested market — X owns the territory here, so how you approach, acquire, and grow clients is genuinely up to you.
Real ownership — own your book end to end, with full agency ownership and a client-centric (not verticalized) model.
Territory that scales with you — your remit grows with your caliber, exposure, and the business you can demonstrably manage.
Autonomy and work-life balance — the freedom to own how you work, backed by a supportive, collaborative team.
Why Join Us?

An overview of this role
As the Regional Director, Commercial Sales - LATAM, you'll lead a team of Commercial Account Executives to grow adoption of GitLab's artificial intelligence (AI)-powered DevSecOps platform, which brings together software development, security, and operations. You'll own software sales, bookings, and revenue across the region, helping new and existing customers increase developer productivity, improve operational efficiency, and reduce security and compliance risk.
You’ll also build a foundational operational discipline, including a defined sales cadence, a common methodology (MEDDPICC and Command of the Message) applied consistently across the team, and a partner strategy that multiplies regional coverage.
Reporting to the Area Vice President, LATAM, you'll hire and develop your team, set territory and industry strategies, and align regional sales plans with GitLab's growth goals. In your first year, you'll focus on building a strong team culture, deepening customer relationships across LATAM, and consistently meeting or exceeding performance objectives.
What you'll do
Lead, coach, and develop Commercial Account Executives serving the LATAM market to deliver software sales, bookings, and revenue results.
Build territory and industry plans based on market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive trends, and turn those plans into growth opportunities.
Establish that operating rhythm including qualification standards, pipeline hygiene, deal inspection, and forecast accuracy.
Own accurate sales forecasts, territory management plans, and regional growth strategies aligned with GitLab's revenue goals.
Establish, track, and report on team performance metrics, and address gaps through coaching and changes to regional plans.
Partner with Renewals, Marketing, and Sales Operations to manage pipeline health, renewal performance, and deal execution.
Recruit, hire, and onboard sales talent, and maintain a pipeline of potential future hires in the region.
Build an inclusive, positive team culture through regular coaching, clear expectations, and ongoing development.
Enable your team on GitLab's product, pricing, AI-powered DevSecOps positioning, and industry and regulatory factors relevant to LATAM markets.
What you'll bring
Progressive experience in field sales and sales operations in open source software, DevOps, or a similar software-as-a-service environment. We welcome transferable leadership and regional sales experience from adjacent software markets.
Success leading and developing account-focused sales teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, pipeline, and other sales performance objectives.
Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies for LATAM, with a willingness to lead your team and participate directly in selling.
Commercial and analytical skills to interpret sales performance, market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, and use those insights to improve regional plans.
Practical experience using customer relationship management (CRM) and sales and marketing tools, such as Salesforce, Clari, or Marketo, to manage forecasts, territories, and pipeline.
Relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills, including executive-level written and verbal communication and the ability to mentor others.
Interest in open source and a commitment to GitLab's values of collaboration, results, efficiency, diversity, inclusion and belonging, iteration, and transparency.
About the team
You'll join our Sales organization in the Commercial LATAM region. As an all-remote team, we collaborate across time zones using asynchronous workflows. We drive new and expansion revenue and partner with Renewals, Marketing, and Sales Operations to serve customers across LATAM.
