From renewable energy infrastructure and AI systems to robotics and enterprise applications, we connect the technologies that power Europe's intelligent future. Founded in 2014, KIEFER has delivered 600MW+ of energy projects and is now developing sovereign AI infrastructure, enterprise AI products and physical AI systems for Greece and Southeast Europe.
About the role
We are looking for an ML Engineer to improve the agent and long-context LLM capabilities behind Kiefer Tech’s AI products. You will work hands-on across post-training, data, evaluation, agent design, and inference, with the goal of making multi-step tasks more reliable in production.
What you will do
- Run post-training experiments using supervised fine-tuning, preference optimization, reinforcement learning, or other suitable methods.
- Improve how agents plan, use tools, manage execution, and recover from errors.
- Build benchmarks, verifiers, and diagnostic tools to measure agent performance and identify failures.
- Generate and curate training data, including agent trajectories and difficult cases from target workflows.
- Evaluate and improve long-context behavior, memory and retrieval interactions, and reliability over multi-step tasks.
- Work with ML, Product, and Engineering to improve inference and bring successful experiments into production with clear regression checks.
What you will need
- 3+ years of relevant ML or research engineering experience, with clear technical ownership and measurable results.
- Hands-on LLM post-training experience in at least one area: supervised fine-tuning, preference optimization, reinforcement learning, or a comparable method.
- Experience building agent systems involving tool use, multi-step execution, and error recovery.
- Strong skills in model and agent evaluation, failure analysis, and the creation or curation of training data.
- Strong Python, hands-on experience with PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, or a similar framework, and solid software engineering skills.
- Experience improving or deploying model-backed systems, with an understanding of LLM inference performance and cost.
Nice to have
- Reward modeling or verifier-based training.
- Long-context training, memory systems, retrieval, or context compression.
- Distributed training or high-performance LLM serving.
- Experience delivering agents for complex enterprise, coding, or research workflows.
What is there for you
- Compensation: Competitive package aligned with talent benchmarks.
- Impact: Hands-on work shaping AI capabilities for Kiefer Tech’s products and real-world applications.
- AI-native environment: Real challenges across model development, evaluation, and production AI systems.
- Culture: Engineering-first, high autonomy, low bureaucracy, and space to shape meaningful AI products.

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
Webflow is looking for a Lead Platform Engineer, Identity & Access to own how our workforce, devices, and automations authenticate and get access to what they need. Okta is our primary identity platform, and you’ll take it from a tool that works to a platform that is deliberately architected, governed, and easy to build on.
You’ll partner extensively with Security on policy, risk, and detection, bringing the engineering depth to turn their requirements into systems that run reliably. Making access safe by default without slowing people down is the central challenge of the role.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (United States)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $232,000 - 290,000
- Zone B: $217,600 - 272,000
- Zone C: $204,800 - 256,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page https://webflow.com/careers#pay-zones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for a new position
- Reporting to the Senior Director, Information Technology
AS A LEAD PLATFORM ENGINEER, IDENTITY & ACCESS, YOU’LL:
- Own the identity architecture and roadmap for workforce identity, with Okta as the core platform, including build versus buy decisions
- Bring our Okta tenant under proper management, with configuration standards, hardening, change control, and configuration as code (Terraform, APIs, Okta Workflows, or scripts where the platform falls short)
- Automate the identity lifecycle from joiner to leaver, using our HRIS as the source of truth and SCIM to downstream applications
- Build paved roads for application onboarding, including standard SSO patterns, provisioning templates, and federated access to our cloud and source control platforms, so app owners can integrate without platform team involvement
- Design the access model: role based access control (RBAC), least privilege, request and approval workflows, and access reviews, with tooling that answers “who has access to what, and why” and produces audit evidence automatically
- Strengthen how access is granted through phishing resistant MFA, device trust and risk signals, and governed non human identities (service accounts, tokens, OAuth grants, and AI tools and agents), and stream identity telemetry to Security for detection and response
- Serve as the top escalation point and primary responder for identity incidents and outages should they arise, including on call coverage for critical identity services, post incident reviews, and log analysis with Security
- Manage the Okta vendor relationship, licensing, and cost
ABOUT YOU:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 8 years in identity, platform, or infrastructure engineering, including ownership of a workforce identity platform at meaningful scale
- Deep hands on experience architecting an enterprise identity provider, with Okta strongly preferred
- Fluency in SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM, including debugging at the token and assertion level
- Experience with identity governance, including RBAC design, HRIS driven lifecycle automation, and meeting audit requirements
- Strong grounding in Zero Trust and identity based attacks, including device trust and the security of non human identities
- Scripting ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar) and infrastructure as code experience, such as Terraform
- Clear communication with senior and executive audiences, including driving architecture decisions
- Nice to have: experience governing identities for AI tools and agents, and Okta certifications
You’ll thrive as a Lead Platform Engineer, Identity & Access if you:
- Design like an attacker, asking how every control could fail or be abused, and respect that one policy change can lock out the whole company
- Get results with Security, HR, and application owners through influence, not authority
- Care as much about adoption as correctness
- Bring order to an under managed environment without waiting for a perfect plan
- Use AI tools with good judgment
- Are comfortable as the lead identity expert, mentoring others and setting the standard
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

About Higgsfield
http://higgsfield.ai/Higgsfield.ai http://Higgsfield.ai is the fastest-growing generative AI platform in the world. Creators use Higgsfield to produce video, images and interactive content with 200+ frontier models, at a scale few consumer products ever reach: we grew revenue 2x in the last quarter and crossed $1B in annualized cash revenue in September 2026.
We recently closed a $500M funding round at a $5B valuation to accelerate what’s working. The company is small relative to its revenue, decisions are fast, and the distance between an idea and production is measured in days.
About the role
You will join the Product Growth team, which owns all of Higgsfield’s revenue and measures its results in money, not process. Product Growth is the fastest-shipping team at Higgsfield, with 80+ releases a month. You will own one of our verticals, Lifecycle, with end-to-end ownership of conversion, retention and engagement: turning new users into paying subscribers, paying subscribers into habitual users, and consumers into prosumers.
We are looking for a PM who treats growth as an engineering problem, not a campaign calendar. You should be comfortable going from cohort data to shipped product in the same week, defending every claimed win with honest attribution, and understanding the full picture behind the numbers: why users buy, why they leave, and what brings them back. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the largest line items in the business, where small mistakes are expensive.
Key responsibilities
- Own conversion and activation: onboarding flows, paywalls, aha-moment design and time-to-first-value.
- Build engagement systems and in-product communication: tasks, streaks, rewards and notifications that create durable habits rather than one-off spikes.
- Own churn end-to-end: voluntary churn (cancellation flows, save offers, plan right-sizing) and involuntary churn (dunning, payment recovery, grace periods).
- Run winback as a system: offer architecture, timing and channel orchestration for cancelled and dormant cohorts.
- Drive expansion and additional revenue: upsells, plan upgrades and credit top-ups from engaged cohorts.
- Go deep on users and data: behavioral segmentation, cohort deep-dives and insights that feed every team in Product Growth.
- Work closely with analysts: set clear analytical tasks, find insights in the data and turn them into product decisions.
- Look beyond a single metric: understand unit economics and how each change affects the business as a whole.
Minimum qualifications
- A proven, personal contribution to scaling a business. You can name the curve you bent and the mechanism that bent it. Big-company experience alone is not enough.
- A track record of owning conversion, retention, engagement or monetization metrics, ideally in a subscription business.
- Strong data skills: cohorts, retention curves, segmentation. You can build your own queries and know how to work with analysts effectively.
- Hands-on experience with unit economics and shaping business strategy. You work end-to-end, from forming a hypothesis to forecasting its impact on the business.
- Measurement discipline: frequent experiments, honest attribution and guard metrics.
- Fast thinking: you get up to speed on new context quickly and come to concrete answers, not general frameworks.
- A technical background is not required for this role.
Preferred qualifications
- Founding or entrepreneurial experience. We value it even if you have less than 2–3 years as a PM.
- Zero-to-one experience: you have launched a product and grown it.
- A track record of at least 4x year-over-year growth driven by your decisions.
- Background in consumer AI, subscriptions, gaming or a credits-based economy.
- Experience with payments, payment recovery tooling or CRM/lifecycle platforms.
Who this is not for
- You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
- You want a narrow, predictable scope and a stable schedule.
- You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship daily.
How we hire
Recruiter screen → product case → take-home assignment → defense → final interview.
During the case, you’ll get context and around 10–15 minutes to give a concrete answer. We’re looking for specific solutions, not general reasoning.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation in USD with meaningful equity in a hyper-growth company valued at $5B.
- A team that owns its P&L end-to-end: you will see your work in the revenue numbers within weeks, not quarters.
- Direct access to founders and leadership, with zero layers between you and the decision.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems and build strong teams.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Our VIP team supports the firm's highest-value private clients across the Payward ecosystem: high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) who expect a premium, secure, and highly tailored experience. We ensure Kraken remains the platform of choice for VIPs by delivering white-glove relationship management, personalized trading enablement, and high-impact benefits.
We are looking for a Senior VIP Relationship Manager, LATAM to help us scale our VIP client book and growth across the region. This is a hybrid role: part white-glove relationship management, part growth and business development. You'll build Kraken's presence inside LATAM's VIP trading and investor communities, run local marketing and events, and source new whale relationships.
We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to be bold, can build and scale initiatives from the ground up, and is humble enough to fail fast and move on to the next challenge. If you thrive in ambiguity and can operate in a fast-paced, scrappy environment, this role is for you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for Kraken and Payward’s top private clients across LATAM, delivering consistent, high-quality white-glove service and building deep, durable relationships.
- Own the regional VIP book end to end: onboarding, tier progression, retention, and proactive intervention on at-risk and lapsing clients.
- Build lasting relationships that grow AOP, net deposits, and trading volume, your primary KPIs, by becoming the partner clients trust with more of their capital and activity over time.
- Bring Kraken's private client and VIP offerings to market locally, including yield and earn campaigns, lending against tokenized equities and crypto collateral, OTC execution, and structured private-client benefits, ensuring they remain impactful and competitive against regional exchanges and desks.
- Source and convert new HNWI relationships through direct outreach, referrals, and introducer networks, from crypto-wealthy individuals and family offices to the principals of trading firms, OTC desks, miners, and project treasuries.
- Get inside LATAM's VIP trading communities: private trading groups, investor clubs, KOL and trader networks, and closed-door investor groups. Be the Kraken face those communities know and trust.
- Design and run local marketing and events (VIP dinners, trader meetups, conference-adjacent programming, and co-marketing with regional partners and KOLs) in partnership with our Marketing and Regional teams.
- Build and manage introducer and referral partnerships that produce a repeatable pipeline of qualified private clients.
- Act as Payward’s ear on the ground: competitive intelligence on regional exchanges, product gaps that cost us whale business, and the local narratives that move capital.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Banking, and Client Service to champion new efforts that drive private client growth and loyalty, and to make sure every play you run is inside Kraken's licensing and compliance perimeter.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, private banking, brokerage, or private client sales, including at least 2 years in the crypto space, with a track record of working with HNWIs.
- An existing, personal network among LATAM's crypto HNWIs, traders, family offices, OTC desks, funds, or trading communities in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile.
- Demonstrated ability to originate business, not just service it. You have personally brought in clients, run events, or built a community presence that produced measurable pipeline.
- Deep understanding of trading product solutions, including spot, margin, and futures trading, as well as OTC trading, lending, and yield/earn products. Familiarity with how deposits and client balances drive an exchange's lending economics is a strong plus.
- Comfort operating in a regulated environment across multiple LATAM jurisdictions, and the judgment to know when to involve Compliance early.
- Highly data-driven, with expertise in analyzing KPIs such as assets on platform, net deposits, trading volume, and client portfolio revenue.
- Ability to be scrappy, bold, and unafraid to explore alternative and creative solutions to achieve results.
- Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency ecosystems, their players, frameworks, and market dynamics beyond just blue-chip tokens, including how local on/off-ramps and stablecoin flows shape client behavior in the region.
- Skilled at building meaningful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and across diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across the region for client meetings, events, and conferences.
- Based in Brazil and native or near-native Portuguese plus fluent English required. Spanish is a strong plus.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

Requirements
We're looking for a Senio/Staff-level engineer with an open mind and a builder's instinct - someone who goes beyond executing tasks and is ready to own the High-Performance practice end-to-end: establish engineering processes, drive R&D, evaluate and champion new technologies, and lead their adoption in production.
The ideal candidate can bridge the gap between business requirements for low latency and high throughput and the realities of existing infrastructure - translating "we need to be faster" into an actionable technical roadmap. You bring a fresh perspective, know how to organize the work, and are equally comfortable optimizing a hardware parameter and presenting a strategy to stakeholders.
We expect 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps/SRE/Systems Engineer in performance-critical environments - and the maturity to grow yourself and grow a team around you.
Linux:
Advanced administration and OS-level tuning — real-time OS configurations, cgroups, CPU isolation, memory management, and low-level network stack configuration.
Hardware Internals:
Deep understanding of CPU power and performance states (C/P-states), Hyper-Threading / SMT trade-offs, TX/RX ring configuration, and the full data path from NIC through PCIe to memory and CPU. Ability to reason about and tune each stage of that path under production load.
Networking & TCP Internals:
Deep knowledge of TCP/IP — congestion control, ACK behavior, buffer tuning, and protocol-level latency sources. Strong Linux networking fundamentals: low-latency NIC configuration, bypass networking technologies (DPDK, RDMA), and market connectivity (multicast feeds, co-location networks, VPNs).
Performance Engineering:
Practical experience profiling latency-sensitive systems; familiarity with tools such as perf, flamegraph, strace, tcpdump, eBPF, and hardware performance counters.
Containerization:
Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including low-overhead deployment patterns and performance trade-offs of containerized workloads.
IaC:
Proven track record with Ansible, Terraform, and Helm in production environments.
Monitoring:
Hands-on experience with the Prometheus / Grafana stack; ability to build latency-aware dashboards and alerting (P99, jitter, throughput KPIs).
Scripting:
Solid scripting in Bash and Python; Golang is a strong plus given its role in systems tooling.
CI/CD & Secret Management:
Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines with experience integrating performance validation stages; familiarity with Vault for secrets management.
Security:
Understanding of DevSecOps principles and Kubernetes security policies.
Key Performance Metrics You'll Work With
Latency Distribution
- P99 / P99.9 across the tick-to-trade path, using hardware-level timestamps (NIC/PTP).
Jitter
- variance between min/max latency, measured over large sample sets in live market conditions.
Throughput
- messages per second (orders + cancels) under exchange burst scenarios.
System Reliability
- сontinuous monitoring of uptime
Extra Credit / Big Pluses
Hands-on experience with kernel-level optimization: syscall reduction, network stack bypass (DPDK, RDMA, Solarflare OpenOnload).
Background in HFT, algorithmic trading, or other ultra-low-latency production environments.
Experience with hardware timestamping, PTP/IEEE 1588, and precision time synchronization.
Familiarity with colocation operations and exchange connectivity (cross-connects, proximity hosting).
Proven SRE track record with formal SLO/error budget frameworks in latency-sensitive contexts.
DevSecOps: vulnerability scanning, Zero Trust, RBAC, and secure delivery pipelines.
Understanding of business processes in FinTech, crypto, or electronic trading.
Responsibilities
Low-Latency Infrastructure Ownership:
Design, deploy, and continuously optimize infrastructure for latency-sensitive trading systems — market data handlers, order/deal gateways, and risk check engines. Own the full stack from bare metal to application delivery. Define and maintain a reference architecture for low-latency connectivity when onboarding new trading venues, including reproducible configuration baselines, validation procedures, and performance acceptance criteria — so every new venue goes live on a proven, optimized stack.
Cloud & Hybrid Network Connectivity:
Design, implement, and maintain complex low-latency network solutions for cloud provider interconnects - including cross-connects and Direct Connect / ExpressRoute links between cloud regions, hybrid on-premise/cloud topologies, and high-throughput inter-server fabrics. Ensure both latency minimization and fault tolerance at every layer: physical redundancy, failover routing, and path diversity across providers and regions.
Hardware & OS Stack Tuning:
Go deep on the full hardware and OS stack - CPU pinning, C/P-states, HT/SMT configuration, NUMA topology, IRQ affinity, TX/RX ring sizing, NIC offloading, and network stack bypass (DPDK/RDMA where applicable). Understand the complete data path from NIC through PCIe to memory and CPU - and optimize every hop.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Automate provisioning and configuration of high-performance environments using Ansible, Terraform, and Helm - with performance reproducibility as a first-class requirement.
Latency Profiling & Benchmarking:
Systematically profile and debug latency hotspots across the full execution path. Establish and maintain SLA/SLO targets; track P99/P99.9 distributions, jitter, and throughput - not just averages.
CI/CD for Performance:
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that include automated latency regression testing, so performance degradations are caught before they hit production.
Monitoring & Observability:
Design and operate comprehensive latency monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana) - including hardware timestamping (NIC/PTP) and fine-grained performance telemetry.
Colocation & Network Placement:
Research, evaluate, and manage optimal server placements - colocations, cross-connects, proximity hosting. Work closely with network and infrastructure teams to minimize physical and logical distance to exchanges.
High Availability & DRP:
Design systems that maintain stability and reliability under peak load while continuously pushing latency lower - zero regressions, always.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work alongside algo developers, quant teams, and network engineers to ensure trading strategies execute with minimal infrastructure overhead.
Working terms
Immerse yourself in Crypto & Web3:
Master cutting-edge technologies and become an expert in the most innovative industry.
Work with the Fintech of the Future:
Develop your skills in digital finance and shape the global market.
Take Your Professionalism to the Next Level:
Gain unique experience and be part of global transformations.

Influence the industry and contribute to groundbreaking solutions.
Join a Strong Team:
Collaborate with top experts worldwide and grow alongside the best.

ABOUT THE ROLE 💭
We're looking for a frontend-leaning Product Engineer with strong product sense, judgment, and taste to help shape and build Passport https://workos.com/passport. With Passport, accessing your work apps is as simple as unlocking your device, instead of battling one sign-in prompt after another. You’ll build the experiences that make that seamless, while giving administrators clear control over access.
You'll help decide what gets built and carry it through to production. Working directly with customers, you'll turn complex identity and device workflows into clear employee and administrator experiences, with hands-on engineering across the stack.
You’ll work in an AI-native engineering environment, using AI tools to prototype, build, and iterate while maintaining a high bar for product quality and technical correctness.
RESPONSIBILITIES ✔️
- Work directly with customers, solutions engineering, and go-to-market teammates to understand their identity and device setups, identify friction, and prioritize focused improvements.
- Build onboarding and access-management experiences that help employees get started and administrators confidently manage access.
- Own features from implementation through release and iteration, making pragmatic technical tradeoffs that balance maintainability with momentum.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and security engineers to make complex access workflows simple and secure.
- Help shape how AI agents access company tools, working with adjacent product teams to make connections and configuration understandable.
QUALIFICATIONS 🌟
- 5+ years of industry software development experience, including shipping user-facing products.
- Strong frontend engineering: accessible interfaces, well-structured application state, fast interactions, and thoughtful loading, empty, error, and recovery states.
- Full-stack capability: design useful APIs, reason about data models and queries, implement authorization behavior, and debug production issues. Your deepest expertise may be frontend; you can own work across layers and collaborate with specialists when needed.
- Strong product sense and judgment: understand customer needs, identify the right problems, and make thoughtful tradeoffs about priorities, scope, quality, and speed, including knowing what not to build.
- Strong product taste: you shape how a product works, not just how it looks. You can rethink complex workflows, choose sensible defaults, and make the right actions feel obvious.
- Clear communication and independent judgment through ambiguity, with the curiosity to learn unfamiliar systems and collaborate across disciplines.
- Bonus: Identity, authentication, authorization, or enterprise integrations, including SAML, OIDC, or SCIM.
- Bonus: Experience building desktop applications or device-management workflows.
- Bonus: B2B SaaS, developer tools, or employee and administrator products, especially experience building an early-stage product with its first customers.
