We are looking for an Associate HR Analyst, to join the Human Resources team in Manila, supporting our APAC markets. This is an early-career position that plays a key operational role supporting our Regional HR Business Partners (HRBPs), ensuring our people processes run smoothly across multiple markets.
You will work closely with the Regional HRBP, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition (TA), People Service Delivery (PSD), and business leaders across the region, contributing to a seamless employee experience and helping turn people priorities into action. You will support key HR processes, provide insights and follow-up, and help ensure that our people practices are consistently and effectively delivered across the region in line with global guidelines.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is energized by problem-solving. It is a permanent, hybrid position based in Manila, with three days per week in the office.
What You Will Do
Hiring and Selection
Support the Regional HRBP in submitting hiring requests to TA through Workday
Share regular updates with the Regional HRBP on hiring status and flag any potential hiring risks or challenges
Onboarding and Offboarding
Coordinate and facilitate welcome meetings and inductions for new hires
Ensure hiring managers take an active role in a standardized onboarding and induction template, and contribute to the onboarding process where necessary
Conduct the scheduled check-in meetings with new employees and their managers; document key findings and flag risks to the Regional HRBP
Track onboarding and offboarding processes: documentation, system updates, coordination with legal providers, and final payment follow-up
Conduct the exit interview for voluntary resignations and analyze exit surveys to flag risks or challenges to the Regional HRBP
Ensure all people movement events are processed accurately and on time in Workday
HR Employee Support
Act as a point of contact for complex HR queries related to employee relations, policies and procedures, performance, and compensation from employees and managers across APAC
Collaborate with PSD on complex employee queries related to other HR topics such as time-off requests and balances, Workday challenges, and more
Liaise with PSD on open Jira tickets and ensure timely resolution and follow-up
Actively contribute to the FAQ and knowledge base for recurring questions to reduce query volume over time, in partnership with the broader HR team
Engagement Plan Execution Support
Support the execution of the APAC Engagement Plan (Career Path Program, Recognition Program, AI and Automation initiatives)
Coordinate logistics for engagement activities: communications, scheduling, materials, and tracking
Assist in collecting and organizing data for engagement surveys and post-program follow-ups
HR Systems and Data Integrity (HRIS)
Own the accuracy of Workday organizational structures: positions, attributes, reporting lines, and job profiles
Perform regular audits to ensure all people movements (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) are correctly reflected in the system
Cross-check open positions in Workday against workforce planning data and flag discrepancies to the Regional HRBP
Coordinate with HR teams globally to resolve data inconsistencies
Prepare HR reports on demand: headcount, open positions, engagement metrics, and data sanity checks
Support the Regional HRBP with data preparation for leadership presentations and business reviews
Maintain data hygiene across HR tracking tools (spreadsheets, Workday exports, dashboards)
What We Are Looking For
Background
A degree in Human Resources (Human Resource Management), Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Experience
1 to 3 years of HR experience in dynamic, fast-moving environments (for example HR operations, HR generalist, or HRIS support)
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a strong plus, not a requirement)
Exposure to multi-country HR operations is valued but not mandatory
Skills
Advanced English, written and spoken; most team communication is in English
Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides): advanced level required
AI tools literacy (familiarity with Claude or similar tools is a plus)
Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data, spotting inconsistencies, and building clean reports
What Will Set You Apart
High tolerance for ambiguity: you don’t need everything to be defined to take action
Dynamism: you shift context quickly and don’t lose quality when the pace picks up
Comfort with uncertainty: you see change as the norm, not the exception
Proactive communication: you flag issues before they become problems
Discretion: you handle sensitive information with care and sound judgment
Why Join Aleph
Real impact across APAC:
Your accuracy in Workday and your follow-through keep hiring, onboarding, and people movements running smoothly across multiple markets, and your insights help the Regional HRBP and business leaders decide what to do next.
A clear path into HR business partnering:
Learn the HRBP craft from the inside (employee relations, workforce planning data, leadership business reviews) with day-to-day exposure to the Director, HR Business Partners.
Collaborative, supportive team culture:
Work alongside Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Service Delivery colleagues in an English-speaking team that values proactive communication, discretion, and flagging issues early.
Modern tools and AI-forward work:
Build hands-on experience with Workday, Google Workspace, Jira, and AI tools, and help deliver AI and Automation initiatives as part of the APAC Engagement Plan.

About the role
We're looking for a
Senior Product Analyst
to become the independent analytical voice of our Matching & Relationships team. You'll work across several closely connected product areas - spanning matchmaking, messaging and AI-assisted user experiences - and help us answer the questions that matter:
are we moving in the right direction, and where do we invest the least effort for the greatest impact?
This isn't a role about building pretty dashboards. It's about designing rigorous experiments, challenging assumptions with data, and turning numbers into decisions. If you believe in the craft of real analytics - not just prompting an AI for a chart - and you like being the person who keeps the team honest with the data, you'll feel at home here. You'll partner directly with the product managers behind each area and report to the Head of Product, who cares deeply about analytics and will be a highly engaged collaborator.
What you'll do
Design and run product experiments end to end
- form hypotheses, define test duration and required sample size, assess whether the expected result is achievable, evaluate A/B tests and determine statistical significance.
Unify metrics across our product areas
into one coherent picture, cascading them from our core company metric (MAP) down to the drivers of acquisition, retention, reactivation and churn.
Be the independent analytical check
on whether the team is moving in the right direction - grounding decisions in data rather than intuition.
Find the highest-leverage growth opportunities
- where the smallest effort delivers the biggest effect on key metrics.
Track whether we're winning in the numbers
- connect metrics to goals, estimates and costs, and flag early when we drift off course.
Generate, prioritize and validate hypotheses
("what would happen if…?") together with product managers.
Investigate anomalies and metric deviations
, get to the root cause, and raise the alarm on product issues before they grow.
Calibrate our work against corporate goals
and challenge the flood of initiatives with a clear, numbers-based point of view.
Improve our analytical processes where you see room - we're an open team and we act on good ideas.
What we're looking for
Must-have:
4+ years in product analytics
, ideally at a product with large data volumes.
A degree in
mathematics, engineering or a related technical field.
Strong command of
mathematical statistics and probability theory
, applied in practice.
Proven, hands-on experience
designing and running A/B tests
— including sizing, significance and interpretation.
Fluency in
SQL and Python
; comfortable with data extraction, processing and visualization (Superset a plus).
Deep understanding of
product and marketing metrics
— LTV, CPA, Retention, CR — and how they connect to the business.
Product thinking
— you see the user behavior behind every metric.
High autonomy and ownership
— you find the growth points yourself and see them through to impact.
Critical thinking
— you question the data and the decisions around it, and cross-check your conclusions.
Clear communication
— you back arguments with numbers, explain the complex simply, and structure findings around a clear recommendation and estimated impact.
Nice to have:
Experience with products where data and causal inference are central -
social products, dating, gaming, or two-sided marketplaces (B2B + B2C).
Hands-on experience with
recommender systems.
Background at a
data-rich, high-volume product.
What do we offer
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time.
Vacation 28 calendar days per year.
7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave.
Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company.
50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings.
Corporate discount for English lessons.
Health benefits. According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children).
Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years.
Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.

Senior Reconciliation Analyst (Fixed-Term Cover)
About the Role
Our Reconciliation team makes sure that every euro our clients see in their balances is actually backed by cash in the bank — and right now, we need an experienced Senior Reconciliation Analyst to join us on a fixed-term basis to cover a period of maternity leave.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of our payment operations. You'll own the day-to-day routine of monitoring reconciliation breaks, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with engineering and banking partners to keep everything balanced. It's a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift daily, so we're looking for someone who thrives on structure one day and adapts the next.
While the core focus is routine reconciliation, there's real room to get involved in automation projects once you're up to speed — and this role can also be a strong stepping stone into other teams at the company longer-term.
A Bit About the Team
Our Reconciliation team is small but mighty — every analyst is expected to think like an owner, gradually automating routine work while keeping the core process rock-solid. It's a team that values flexibility (fully remote, outcome-focused — we care that the job gets done, not what hours you keep) and gives people real autonomy once the fundamentals are covered. If you enjoy solving problems that sit right at the intersection of data and payments, you'll fit right in here.

What You Will Be Doing
Own daily reconciliation monitoring — checking that cash held in the bank matches client balances in our systems, and flagging and investigating any breaks or mismatches as they arise
Resolve reconciliation breaks end-to-end — determining whether an issue is internal (looping in engineering) or external (liaising directly with banks and third-party payment providers) and driving it to resolution
Maintain reporting and month-end close — supporting vendor reporting, regulatory reporting, and other recurring reporting cycles with a high level of accuracy
Work across data tools — using Excel alongside data visualization tools (Databricks, Metabase, or similar — Tableau/Power BI experience also welcome) to monitor and track reconciliation data
Contribute to automation — gradually helping automate manual reconciliation processes using AI and other tools, reducing reliance on spreadsheets over time
Handle occasional manual money transfers — with the accuracy and attention to detail this requires
Manage stakeholders across the business — working with engineering, treasury, and external banking partners to keep processes running smoothly
Who You Are
You have hands-on experience in reconciliation, payment operations, or treasury operations (e.g. as a reconciliation specialist, payment analyst, or accountant with reconciliation exposure)
You're comfortable with Excel and have some experience with data visualization/BI tools (Databricks, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
You have a working understanding of payment schemes and how money moves between banks and internal systems — you know who to go to when something doesn't add up
You're diligent and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to handling money movements
You're used to fast-paced, frequently changing environments and can adapt when processes shift — this isn't a role with a fixed rulebook
You have strong stakeholder management skills and are confident communicating with both internal teams and external partners (e.g. banks)
You're able to start immediately or on very short notice
You're open to a fixed-term contract (~5 months, with a real possibility of extension depending on business needs)
Nice to Have
Experience working at a neobank or fintech (e.g. N26 or similar) — you'll likely need less ramp-up time in a high-change environment
A mathematical or quantitative background
Prior experience helping build or improve automations within a reconciliation or payments workflow
Basic SQL or data analysis skills
