We are looking for leaders that thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ex-founders thrive here.

Day In The Life
Positioning & Messaging:
Own how we describe Workstream on the website, in decks, and in the first 30 seconds of every sales call. Test our biggest narrative question, restaurant-first vs. the broader frontline-workforce story, with real experiments, not opinions.
Product Launches:
Run end-to-end GTM launches for new products, including our AI assistant for frontline teams and our expanding payroll suite: messaging, launch plan, pricing & packaging input, and post-launch iteration.
Sales Enablement:
Build the battlecards, competitive teardowns, ROI narratives, and customer proof that make AEs win. Listen to calls weekly and update the message when the market talks back.
Customer Proof & Content:
Turn customers like the biggest QSR brands in America into case studies, video stories, and webinars, working hand-in-hand with our content and design team.
Ship With AI:
Use AI agents across research, drafting, and analysis to move at a pace that would have taken a full team a year ago. We expect it, and we'll teach you what we know.
Who You Are
3-10 years in product marketing or a mix of PMM and growth/content roles, ideally in B2B SaaS; what you've shipped matters more to us than your title history.
Founder energy:
you've built something from scratch (a company, a product, a channel) and you bias hard toward action; former founders welcome!
Commercially minded:
you judge your own work by pipeline influenced and deals won, and you actually enjoy talking to sales.
AI-native:
AI tools are already part of how you work every day.
Hungry:
you want more scope than your years "should" allow, and you're willing to earn it in person, in SF, with a team that works hard.
Experience with SMB buyers, hourly/frontline workforces, HR tech, or payroll is a strong plus.
Travel & Location
Based in (or relocating to) San Francisco; in-office at least 4 days per week
Occasional travel for customer visits, conferences, and team events

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 and $170,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role includes participation in Workstream's stock option program, offering meaningful equity ownership in the company.

Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.
Role Type: Full-time
About the company
Our client is an established digital marketing agency that has spent over 15 years helping businesses across the United States dominate search engine results. Based in Colorado, the team provides a comprehensive suite of services including expert SEO, paid ad campaigns, web development, and review management. They serve a diverse portfolio of clients—ranging from medical and legal professionals to contractors and B2B firms—by replacing "cookie-cutter" templates with custom, data-driven marketing plans.
Job Summary
This is a high-impact, "player-coach" opportunity to lead a mature SEO program into the next generation of search. As a senior leader on the team, you will inherit an established portfolio and have the autonomy to shape the agency’s strategy across Local Search and AI Engine Optimization (AIEO). We are looking for a visionary strategist who is comfortable moving between high-level team mentorship and deep technical execution. If you are passionate about staying ahead of algorithm shifts and leveraging AI to drive measurable revenue growth for clients, this role offers the platform and resources to make a significant mark.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Own the overarching Local SEO and AIEO strategy, ensuring clients dominate both traditional Map Packs and emerging AI-driven search experiences like Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT.

GBP Mastery: Manage and troubleshoot Google Business Profiles at scale, including complex cases involving suspensions, reinstatements, and multi-location optimization.
AI Integration: Research and implement AI-powered tools to improve research, analysis, and content workflows, distinguishing meaningful technical developments from industry hype.
Performance Reporting: Define meaningful KPIs that connect organic visibility and Google Business Profile engagement directly to client leads and revenue.
Client Collaboration: Act as a strategic lead on key accounts, presenting performance data and collaborating across departments (Paid Search, Dev, Content) to ensure holistic client success.
Requirements
At least 4 years of hands-on SEO experience with a focus on local/multi-location search (7+ years required for Director-level consideration).
Must be based in North America and able to work North American time zones.

AIEO Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of generative search, structured data, and topical authority within the context of AI-search experiences.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of technical SEO, including audits, crawlability, schema implementation, and site architecture.
Leadership Track Record: Experience managing SEO professionals or serving as the strategic lead across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Agency Background: Previous experience in an agency environment, specifically working with multi-location brands, home services, or medical clients.
Tool Proficiency: Substantial experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and local-specific tools like BrightLocal or Local Falcon.

Next.js Experience:
Technical familiarity with Next.js frameworks.
Dev Skills:
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Platform Expertise:

Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, strategic Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social ecosystem. You will be the architect of our digital voice—deciding what to post, why it matters, and how to turn followers into a community. Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the end-to-end social strategy for every account, including platform mix, cadence, and tone of voice.

Highly process-driven and reliable, with the ability to maintain a consistent output across various brands.

Experience in an agency setting managing diverse external client accounts.
Hands-on community management experience.

🚀 High-impact role with creative autonomy
🗓️ Predictable, structured workflow and reporting rhythms

Full-time (Remote, working full UK business hours)
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Paid Media Specialist to take full ownership of performance marketing across a diverse portfolio of 12+ brands. This is the most visible role within the group, requiring a blend of technical platform mastery and confident client communication. You won’t just be clicking buttons; you will be the architect of multi-channel strategies, the expert builder of conversion tracking, and the primary point of contact for our clients. If you thrive on accountability, enjoy working across both Google and Meta, and pride yourself on being a "doer" rather than just a strategist, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Campaign Management:
Build, restructure, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads.
Technical Implementation:
Set up and verify conversion tracking from scratch using Google Tag Manager, Pixels, and Conversion API (CAPI).
Account Architecture:
Design robust account structures, including precise match-type separation and bid strategy management.

Client Leadership:
Lead client review calls, presenting results with transparency and confidence (even during challenging months).
Strategic Collaboration:
Brief internal design teams on creative/video needs and feed paid search insights to the SEO team to sharpen organic targeting.
Proactive Auditing:
Identify and flag underperforming accounts within 48 hours and implement fixes without needing to be prompted.
Requirements
Hands-on Expertise:
Proven experience in day-to-day Google Ads and Meta Ads management. We are looking for an execution expert, not a high-level agency overseer.
Tracking Proficiency:
Must be able to build conversion tracking and GTM setups from the ground up independently.
Communication:
Fluent spoken and written English with the ability to lead professional client meetings.
Schedule:
Full commitment to working UK business hours (GMT/BST) long-term.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Endpoint team (Client Platform Engineering) manages the laptops and handsets every Anthropic employee works on, plus the infrastructure underneath them. We treat the fleet as a distributed platform, not a collection of devices, and every piece of configuration ships as code through pull requests, CI, staging, and a canary group. Today the mobile side of the fleet is BYOD. This role exists to change that. You will design and implement a corporate-issued mobile device program (managed company phones and managed Apple accounts) in every region Anthropic operates in, and take it from early design to production.
The team is deliberately lean and runs with high autonomy. You’ll define what a corporate mobile program looks like at Anthropic and own the platform decisions that get it there.
Responsibilities
Design the corporate-issued mobile device program: device standards, what we issue to whom, and how the program grows from a first region to everywhere Anthropic operates
Own the global logistics of issuing hardware: procurement partners, regional coverage, spares, and refresh cycles
Bring mobile configuration into the team’s config-as-code pipeline so mobile policies are reviewed, tested, and progressively rolled out like the rest of the fleet
Build zero-touch enrollment: Apple Business Manager and ADE with managed Apple accounts on iOS, the zero-touch equivalent on Android, so a new phone works the first time without hands-on setup
Own policy, compliance, and device lifecycle for the corporate fleet, from issue to wipe
Build telemetry on the corporate fleet: which devices are checking in, OS and patch state, drift between reported and actual state
Own managed app distribution for mobile, from app approval through update rollout
Partner with Corporate Security on device posture, device trust signals, and travel devices for international trips
Decide how corporate-issued and BYOD coexist, and own that boundary as the program rolls out
You may be a good fit if you
Have owned a global or multi-region mobile device program end to end, with 8+ years managing corporate fleets at thousands-of-devices scale
Go deep on iOS device management: enrollment flows, Apple Business Manager and ADE, APNs and certificate lifecycle, declarative device management
Have worked with Android device management and can hold your own in a mixed fleet
Treat device configuration as code and have moved past clicking in consoles
Have run the infrastructure under an MDM, not just administered a SaaS console: a self-hosted MDM server, AWS, Terraform, and configuration that ships as code
Have built or launched a corporate device program, not just operated one, and can decide how it coexists with BYOD
Excel at ambiguous problems that touch several teams at once
Communicate technical concepts clearly to any audience
View IT Engineering as requiring product engineering rigor
Write clear documentation as a natural part of your workflow
Strong candidates may also
Have managed ChromeOS devices alongside a mobile fleet
Have run a device program across multiple regions and dealt with the logistics that come with it
Have built automated, progressive rollout systems with promotion gated on telemetry
Bring proficiency in Swift for building device tooling
Have used LLMs to automate operational work, or are excited to make Claude a teammate
Technical Skills
Python and shell scripting
iOS and Android platform internals (depth on iOS, working knowledge of Android)
Modern MDM or UEM platforms (Jamf, Intune, Workspace ONE, or equivalent)
Running the infrastructure under an MDM (self-hosted servers, AWS GCP, Terraform)
Querying live device state at fleet scale
Mobile device lifecycle automation (enrollment, policy, patching, app distribution)
GitOps and CI for configuration management
Endpoint security fundamentals
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$285,000
—
$325,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. An overview of this role
As a Staff Corporate Security Engineer, you'll help secure the systems GitLab team members rely on every day across a fully remote environment. This role sits within Corporate Security Engineering and focuses on building secure-by-default controls for endpoints and the SaaS platforms that support them, with a strong emphasis on macOS. You'll own meaningful technical decisions around endpoint hardening, automation, and detection, and you'll help turn security requirements into scalable engineering systems that are measurable, auditable, and designed to reduce friction for end users.
This is a strong fit if you're motivated by solving security problems with code. You will work across endpoint management, identity, and security operations to improve how GitLab manages macOS, iOS, Windows, and Linux devices through Infrastructure-as-Code, Terraform, and GitOps workflows. In your first year, you'll be expected to strengthen endpoint security architecture, expand automation, and improve the reliability and auditability of how controls are deployed and maintained.
What you’ll do
Lead the security architecture of GitLab's endpoint fleet and related infrastructure, with a primary focus on macOS.
Design and support automation for secure endpoint deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management using code-based workflows.
Manage endpoint and SaaS security configuration through Terraform, version control, merge requests, continuous integration pipelines, and automated rollouts.
Define and enforce security baselines across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Linux endpoints.
Develop patching and software distribution approaches that align with security, compliance, and operational requirements.
Partner with Information Technology, Security Operations, and Detection and Response teams to improve endpoint telemetry, detections, and response models.
Drive process improvements that reduce manual work and lower risk by favoring automation, policy-driven controls, and auditable change management.
Mentor engineers across Corporate Security and Information Technology, and serve as a senior escalation point for complex endpoint security issues.
What you’ll bring
Experience designing and delivering endpoint, systems, or corporate security solutions in environments that require scalable, durable controls.
Deep knowledge of endpoint management platforms such as Jamf Pro or FleetDM, especially for architecting and securing macOS environments.
Strong hands-on ability with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices, including module design, state management, and pipeline-based deployment.
Experience working with GitOps workflows where changes are managed through Git repositories, merge requests, code review, and automated pipelines.
Strong proficiency in scripting or programming for automation and security tooling, such as bash, Python, PowerShell, or Go.
Familiarity with cloud identity providers and directories, including platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, LDAP.
Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate across distributed teams, and work independently in an all-remote environment.
Openness to bringing transferable experience from adjacent security, systems, or platform engineering backgrounds, along with a practical and security-focused approach to problem solving.
About the team
The Corporate Security Engineering team secures the internal environment GitLab team members use every day, including endpoints, identity systems, SaaS applications, and platforms that store sensitive internal data. It's a small, high-leverage team that treats security work as engineering work: building with code, operating through Git, and using reviewable, testable, and auditable workflows by default. The team partners closely with Information Technology, Security Operations, and Engineering across regions, collaborating asynchronously to build controls that scale across GitLab's all-remote workforce while reducing friction for end users.

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.
