Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

Location: South Africa; Pakistan; Philippines; Egypt; Ethiopia; Jamaica About Huzzle At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team. Job Type Full-time (Remote, working full UK business hours) Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Paid Media Specialist to take full ownership of performance marketing across a diverse portfolio of 12+ brands. This is the most visible role within the group, requiring a blend of technical platform mastery and confident client communication. You won’t just be clicking buttons; you will be the architect of multi-channel strategies, the expert builder of conversion tracking, and the primary point of contact for our clients. If you thrive on accountability, enjoy working across both Google and Meta, and pride yourself on being a "doer" rather than just a strategist, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Campaign Management: Build, restructure, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads. Technical Implementation: Set up and verify conversion tracking from scratch using Google Tag Manager, Pixels, and Conversion API (CAPI). Account Architecture: Design robust account structures, including precise match-type separation and bid strategy management. Performance Reporting: Produce monthly written reports with deep-dive commentary—explaining the "why" behind the data, not just the "what." Client Leadership: Lead client review calls, presenting results with transparency and confidence (even during challenging months). Strategic Collaboration: Brief internal design teams on creative/video needs and feed paid search insights to the SEO team to sharpen organic targeting. Proactive Auditing: Identify and flag underperforming accounts within 48 hours and implement fixes without needing to be prompted. Requirements Hands-on Expertise: Proven experience in day-to-day Google Ads and Meta Ads management. We are looking for an execution expert, not a high-level agency overseer. Tracking Proficiency: Must be able to build conversion tracking and GTM setups from the ground up independently. Communication: Fluent spoken and written English with the ability to lead professional client meetings. Schedule: Full commitment to working UK business hours (GMT/BST) long-term. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable landing page recommendations to improve ROI.
