1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Senior CSM at 1Password, you own and strategically manage a portfolio of customers – driving value realization, revenue retention, and expansion outcomes that consistently exceed expectations. You operate with full commercial autonomy: advancing expansion opportunities independently, engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders as a trusted advisor, and managing complex renewals without escalation. Beyond your own book, you raise the bar for the team through mentorship, playbook contributions, and peer enablement.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a remote opportunity within the UK.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years in a customer-facing, consultative, or technical role in SaaS – Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or IT/security leadership.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding retention, adoption, and expansion outcomes; experience recognized with performance distinction is a plus.
- Proven ability to run executive business reviews with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Background in cybersecurity, IAM, identity security, or enterprise IT preferred; former 1Password power user is a strong plus.
- Strategic success planning and multi-threaded stakeholder management across a complex portfolio.
- Commercial acumen: independently qualifies, advances, and documents expansion opportunities; manages negotiations without oversight.
- Designs and applies AI-assisted workflows to commercial execution; documents use cases in a shareable format.
- Strong Gainsight and Salesforce hygiene; consistent forecasting discipline.
- Highly autonomous; manages complex accounts without requiring managerial direction.
- Commercial thinker who connects customer outcomes to expansion potential naturally.
- Strong executive presence – adapts messaging across technical, operational, and C-suite audiences.
- Elevates teammates through knowledge sharing and informal mentorship.
What you can expect:
OWN AND GROW YOUR BOOK OF BUSINESS
- Independently manage a portfolio of moderately to highly complex accounts – adapting success plans to each customer’s context without manager guidance.
- Maintain full success plan coverage; produce documented best practices and playbooks, applied broadly across accounts with measurable KPI improvement.
- Proactively identify and mitigate renewal risks; close risk CTAs with a high rate of success within defined timeframes.
DRIVE ADOPTION & VALUE REALIZATION
- Achieve strong Executive Sponsor attendance in EBRs across segments; EBRs are value-driven, data-backed, and consistently advance renewal confidence.
- Maintain commercial intelligence across strategic accounts – budget cycles, org changes, compliance mandates, and stack rationalization.
- Translate advanced 1Password capabilities into clear outcomes for VP and C-suite stakeholders; tie adoption to measurable ROI and long-term advocacy.
LEAD REVENUE RETENTION & EXPANSION
- Achieve strong amendment and renewal upsell win rates; proactively source and advance expansion opportunities with documented context.
- Maintain forecasting hygiene with minimal blank or unmodified renewals approaching subscription end.
OPERATE WITH STRATEGIC RIGOR
- Manage commercial objections, renewal negotiations, and competitive conversations independently – without escalation for standard to complex scenarios.
- Build and present business cases to customer champions; advance deals with enough depth to move through the pipeline with AE alignment.
ACT AS A TRUSTED SECURITY ADVISOR
- Deep working knowledge of the full 1Password product suite; design tailored success journeys connecting feature adoption to measurable business outcomes.
- Incorporate regulatory context, breach patterns, and competitive dynamics into EBRs with confidence.
- Design and share AI-assisted workflows with teammates in a replicable, documented format.
COLLABORATE & ENABLE
- Lead joint account planning with your AE; cited by AEs as a proactive commercial collaborator who improves deal outcomes.
- Mentor Level B CSMs through call shadowing, ad hoc coaching, or onboarding support.
- Lead or co-lead cross-team initiatives; contribute tools or improvements adopted by peers.
MONTH 1 – ONBOARDING & FOUNDATION
- Develop fluency in 1Password’s full product suite, CS methodology, and commercial motion.
- By the end of Month 1, you will independently manage customer touchpoints and demonstrate clear understanding of renewal drivers across your portfolio.
MONTH 3 – PORTFOLIO OWNERSHIP
- Full ownership of your book with consistent EBR cadence and expansion sourcing.
- By Month 3, you are meeting key performance targets and expansion leads are flowing to Sales with documented context.
MONTH 6 – STRATEGIC IMPACT
- Operating at full commercial autonomy; contributing to team practices and mentoring peers.
- By Month 6, you are achieving top-tier customer satisfaction and recognized as a reliable commercial collaborator by your AE and cross-functional partners.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work

Capital.com is hiring a UA Manager (PPC) to own paid acquisition performance across our Asia and Australia markets. You'll join a team of regional specialists with day-to-day accountability for campaign performance, budget efficiency, and growth against regional revenue and ROAS targets.
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role: you will manage live campaigns directly, not oversee an agency at arm's length. Google Ads is the core of the role; paid social experience is a valuable bonus but not a requirement.
What you'll do:
Own and optimise Google Ads (Search, PMax, UAC, Display, YouTube) campaigns across Asia and Australia markets — this is the primary focus of the role.
Where capacity and skillset allow, extend into paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) to support the broader regional media mix.
Manage budget pacing and reallocation across markets and channels within your regions.
Deliver against regional KPI targets: ROAS and CPA per first-time deposit.
Run structured A/B tests on creative, bidding strategy, and audience targeting; report results with clear before/after evidence.
Monitor and account for iOS attribution limitations (ATT/SKAD), PMax's lack of placement-level visibility, and regional regulatory constraints (e.g. licensing regimes across Asia markets) when planning campaigns.
Localise campaign strategy to market nuance: language, competitive landscape, regulatory regime (e.g. ASIC in Australia; varied licensing across Asia markets), and payment/funding behaviour.
Partner with regional marketing and compliance stakeholders on creative sign-off and go-to-market timing.
Liaise directly with Google (and, where relevant, Meta/TikTok/Snapchat) account teams on platform features, budget commitments, and escalations.
Maintain a weekly reporting cadence on spend, revenue, ROAS, and CPA for your regions, flagging anomalies before they show up in monthly numbers.
What we're looking for:
3+ years of hands-on PPC management,
with fintech, trading, or regulated financial services
experience is a must have. You understand compliance-driven creative constraints, deposit-based KPIs, and CFD/trading audience behaviour — this is not transferable from a generic e-commerce or app-growth background without a steep ramp-up.
Direct, deep platform experience in Google Ads (Search, PMax, UAC) — this is the core requirement.
Paid social platform experience (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat Ads Manager) is a strong bonus, not a requirement.
Working knowledge of mobile attribution constraints (iOS ATT/SKAD, modelled vs deterministic conversion data).
Comfort operating across multiple markets and currencies simultaneously; prior exposure to APAC or ANZ paid media specifically is a strong plus.
Analytical fluency: able to read a performance dashboard and turn it into a budget or bidding decision without hand-holding.
Experience working within a regulated advertising environment (financial promotions rules, regional ad standards bodies) is a plus; willingness to learn the company's compliance doctrine is a requirement.
Fluent written and verbal English
; additional Asia-region language skills (Mandarin, Vietnamese, Bahasa) are a plus but not required.

Role Purpose
The AI Product Stream Lead defines and delivers AI-powered supply chain solutions that solve real customer and operations problems on the Cargoo platform. You own a product stream end to end, from framing where AI creates value (automation, decision support, agents) to shipping it and proving it works in production.
You lead a cross-functional team, balancing customer value, technical and data feasibility, AI quality and cost, business priorities and delivery timelines. You also help set how Cargoo builds product in an AI-native way.
Key Responsibilities
AI Product Vision & Strategy
Shape the stream’s product vision and strategy with stakeholders, in line with Cargoo’s AI strategy and customer needs.
Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across freight operations (e.g. exception handling, quoting, document processing, planning and execution support) by value, feasibility and risk.
Decide where AI should automate, where it should assist, and where a human must stay in control.
Own product decisions, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, AI quality, cost, business priorities and delivery timelines.
Leadership & Delivery
Lead the development team through the whole product lifecycle, from discovery to rollout and adoption.
Decide scope, schedule and quality, including when an AI feature is good enough to ship and when it needs another iteration.
Run fast discovery loops: prototype with AI tools, validate with real users and data, then commit.
Make sure the team meets internal policies, data protection rules and responsible-AI standards (incl. EU AI Act awareness).
Product Management & Requirements
Create clear Use Cases, Requirements and Business Rules. For AI features, add expected behaviour, edge cases, failure modes and escalation paths.
Define success and evaluation criteria for AI features with engineering: accuracy, latency, cost per task and acceptable error rates, backed by representative test sets.
Write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria that cover both deterministic logic and probabilistic AI behaviour.
Work with engineering and data owners on data readiness: which data we need, its quality, and who owns it.
Own and continuously refine the Product Backlog so the team always works on the highest-value opportunities.
Track adoption and impact after release (time saved, automation rate, user trust) and feed the learning back into the roadmap.
AI-Native Ways of Working
Use AI tools every day for research, specs, prototyping, data analysis and feedback synthesis.
Help the team and wider product org adopt AI-assisted delivery practices.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
5+ years managing software development projects, strongly preferably as a Product Owner.
Proven managerial skills: team leadership, decision-making and conflict resolution.

Technical Skills (Must Have)
Deep understanding of Agile values, principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and the ability to apply them well.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to make product decisions.
Solid working understanding of how LLMs and AI agents work, what they are good at, and where they fail (hallucinations, non-determinism, cost, latency).
Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your own work.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Strong Plus
Having shipped at least one AI/ML or LLM-based feature to production.
Experience defining evaluation criteria or test sets for AI features.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
Most subscription businesses lose a password. We lose GPU-seconds.
When someone runs two hundred accounts off one card to harvest a per-account promotional grant, the cost lands on our compute bill the same hour, and it does not stop until somebody finds them. We have found operators doing exactly that — hundreds of accounts, synchronised signups, machine- generated emails, round-the-clock automation — and we have also found that most of our worst- margin accounts are not abusers at all, just heavy users on an unlimited plan. Telling those two apart, account by account, with evidence that survives being challenged, is this job.
You are the person who finds them, proves it, and puts a number on it.
You make sure:
- Every enforcement action we take is backed by evidence a stranger could follow
- We know what abuse cost us last month, on the same basis as last month
- The detection system is measured against real cases, not against its own past decisions
- When a ring changes shape, somebody notices this week — and that somebody is you
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Investigation & casework
- Run ring investigations end to end: from a flagged account or a cost anomaly to a named cluster, its members, its signature, its lifetime economics and a recommended action.
- Build the linkage yourself — shared payment instruments, IP and ASN concentration, email-stem families, registration bursts, behavioural and automation fingerprints — and know which links are evidence and which are coincidence.
- Separate abuse from unprofitable-but-legitimate every single time. On an unlimited plan, negative gross margin is normal. Cost is a gate, never a trigger.
- Triage the review queue the detection system produces, and feed what you learn back into it. Your adjudications are the only unbiased labels the scientist has.
Evidence & defensibility
- Produce evidence packages that hold up outside the company — to an external auditor, to a payment network, to a customer disputing a ban, to Legal enforcing our Terms. Our abuse work has already been used in all four contexts.
- Write per-account, not per-ring, when the action is per-account. A ban list without a reason column is not evidence.
- Know what our Terms of Use actually entitle us to do, and flag when the evidence supports the finding but not the action.
Quantification & reporting
- Own the abuse loss number: what it cost, on what basis, net of the revenue we reversed and the legitimate customers we caught by mistake. Same definition every month, written down.
- Distinguish COGS burned, revenue at risk, revenue reversed and cash refunded — they are four different numbers and people will conflate them.
- Build the recurring reporting that tells us whether the problem is growing, and the ad-hoc answer to "why did compute spike last Tuesday" that is due the same day.
Monitoring & adaptation
- Watch the detectors themselves. A rule that stops firing is a detection event, not a quiet week.
- Check the instrument before explaining the movement: a missing upstream table, a silently dropped join, a vendor signal that went away. This has bitten us and it will again.
- Spot new abuse patterns before they are in anybody's model — usually in a cost anomaly, a strange cohort, or a support ticket that does not fit.
How we work
- SQL and Python on raw payment, usage and identity data in BigQuery, without anyone preparing it for you. We use AI heavily — resourcefulness beats syntax.
- Close partnership with the Antifraud data scientist (you validate what they build), Payments (chargebacks and processor signals), Support (the humans who meet your false positives) and Finance (the loss number goes in the accounts).
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years doing investigative or risk analytics — fraud, abuse, trust and safety, AML, chargebacks, gaming or marketplace integrity. What matters is that you have chased real bad actors, not modelled them in the abstract.
- Strong SQL, without help. Self-joins, window functions, cohort replay, and joining payments to usage to identity across messy keys. This is the single most-used skill in the role.
- Python at working level for analysis — pandas, notebooks, a bit of graph work.
- Investigative instinct: you follow the thread, you notice the thing that does not fit, and you can say when a pattern is a coincidence.
- Evidentiary discipline: you can write up a finding so that somebody who distrusts you can check it, and you know the difference between "this looks like abuse" and "this is provable."
- Unit-economics literacy: gross margin per account, what compute costs, and why a negative-margin customer may be entirely legitimate.
- The judgment to escalate rather than act when the evidence is thin, and to say so in writing.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Fraud / risk analysts from fintech, payments, marketplaces, gaming, crypto or betting
- Trust & safety investigators and platform-integrity analysts
- Chargeback, dispute or AML analysts who write their own queries
- Strong product or BI analysts who got handed the abuse problem and kept it
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Want to build models full time — that is the Antifraud data scientist, and it is open
- Want to do content moderation or NSFW classification
- Would put an account on a ban list without being able to say why in one sentence
- Treat every negative-margin account as an abuser
- Need a labelled dataset or a clean table before you can start
- Are uncomfortable that your work gets real people's accounts restricted, sometimes wrongly
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
- Screening call (30 min)
- Hiring-manager screen (30 min)
- Business case (1 hour)
- Take-home with real-shaped data (7 days, ~10–12 hours of work)
- Team interview (60 min)
- Paid on-site trial (1 month)
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD
- Equity: participation in the company's stock option program
- On-site role in Almaty, Kazakhstan
- Relocation support (flight + temporary housing)
- Flat structure, high autonomy, fast career growth
Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan

We sell subscriptions and credit packs to consumers in over a hundred countries, and today almost all of it moves as cross-border card payments in USD. That has three consequences, and this role owns all three.
We are declined more than we should be. In some of our largest growth markets roughly one attempt in three fails, and a meaningful share of those are not "no money" — they are cross-border blocks, card limits, stale credentials on renewal, and issuers who do not recognise us.
We pay more than we should. Our blended cost of acceptance is the single largest line below compute, and the majority of the network component sits on transactions our processor classes as cross-border.
We are not on the rails our customers use. In two of our fastest-growing markets, the dominant local payment method is one we do not offer at all.
You own the measurement and the argument behind fixing all of it.
You make sure:
- We know our true authorization rate — at the unit the business actually cares about, not the one that is easy to compute
- Every basis point of payment cost has a name, a geography and an owner
- A decline is a diagnosis, not a statistic
- When we propose a new rail, a new entity or a new processor arrangement, the number underneath it holds up to Stripe's own analysis and to our board's
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Authorization & decline analysis
- Own authorization rate end to end: by country, issuer, BIN, card brand and funding type, plan price point, first payment vs renewal, and payment method.
- Build and maintain the decline taxonomy — what each decline code actually means, which are recoverable, which are terminal, and which are us rather than them.
- Measure at the right unit. An invoice that succeeds on the third retry is a success, not two failures and a success, and reporting it the other way has made teams optimise the wrong thing.
- Separate soft declines we can recover from hard declines we cannot, and put a number on the recoverable pool.
Cost of acceptance
- Own the blended take rate and its decomposition: interchange, scheme fees, processor markup, cross-border and currency-conversion components, disputes, and the fixed per-transaction pieces.
- Find where the cost actually sits. Averages hide it — the cost is concentrated by corridor, by card type and by whether the transaction is domestic.
- Build the evidence for commercial conversations with our processor, and keep it current enough to reuse.
Local payment methods, entities and routing
- Size the case for new rails market by market: what share of local commerce runs on them, what our current card performance costs us, and what we would realistically recover.
- Model merchant-of-record and local-acquiring arrangements against the alternative of our own entities, honestly — including the fee we would pay for the privilege.
- Design and read the experiments that prove it, with the product analytics team. A new payment method is an A/B test, not a launch.
Renewals, dunning and involuntary churn
- Own the retry and dunning strategy as a measurable system: when to retry, how often, through which rail, and when to stop.
- Quantify involuntary churn separately from voluntary. They look identical in a cancellation count and they need completely different fixes.
- Track the health of stored credentials — network tokens, card-account-updater coverage, expiring cards — because in a subscription business that is silent revenue leakage.
Disputes, refunds and reconciliation
- Own dispute and chargeback rates against network thresholds, with the lag handled properly — disputes arrive weeks after the charge and a same-period denominator understates you.
- Reconcile processor data to the revenue ledger and explain the differences rather than plugging them.
- Work with the antifraud team where disputes are abuse rather than genuine dissatisfaction.
HOW WE WORK
- SQL and Python on raw processor and billing data in BigQuery. We use AI heavily — resourcefulness beats syntax.
- Partner with Finance (the numbers get booked), Product (checkout and paywall), Engineering (the billing integration) and our processor's team directly.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in payments analytics, payment operations, billing, or risk at a merchant, PSP, acquirer, or fintech. This is a domain role — general analytics experience without payments does not transfer quickly enough.
- Fluency in the actual mechanics: authorization vs capture vs settlement, decline codes, 3DS and SCA, network tokens and account updater, interchange and scheme fees, chargeback lifecycle, MCC, BIN, cross-border and DCC.
- Strong SQL, without help. Most of this job is joining sessions to intents to charges to invoices to refunds across imperfect keys and getting the denominator right.
- Python at working level for analysis.
- The instinct to check the unit of measurement before quoting a rate — per attempt, per invoice, per user, per session are four different numbers and only one of them answers the question.
- Comfort with subscription billing specifically: renewals, proration, plan changes, failed payments, dunning, involuntary churn.
- Commercial judgment: you can build the case for a rail or a rate and defend it against a vendor who does this for a living.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Payment operations or payments analytics at a consumer subscription, marketplace or gaming company
- Analysts from PSPs, acquirers, orchestration platforms or card networks
- Billing / revenue operations analysts who owned dunning and involuntary churn
- Risk or chargeback analysts who moved toward the acceptance side
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Want to own checkout UX or pricing — that is Product Analyst, and it is open
- Want to build fraud models — that is the Antifraud data scientist, and it is open
- Would report an authorization rate without saying what the denominator was
- Would take a processor's own analysis of their own performance at face value
- Need someone else to prepare the data
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
- Screening call (30 min)
- Hiring-manager screen (30 min)
- Business case (1 hour)
- Take-home with real-shaped data (7 days, ~10–12 hours of work)
- Team interview (60 min)

THE DEAL

- Equity: participation in the company's stock option program

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken's Compliance Operations teams, including the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), investigations and enhanced due diligence, are the front line of how Kraken detects and responds to financial crime. The systems they run on sit within Core Services Product, alongside the engineering teams who build them. That covers alert ingestion, case management, investigator tooling and a growing set of automation and AI tools.
This role owns the product for that investigation platform. That means how an alert is created, enriched, grouped and suppressed. How it becomes a case. How an investigator reaches and documents a decision. And how every step is evidenced to a regulator or auditor. You'll start with the FIU, where the workflows are most complex and the audit bar is highest, then extend the platform across Compliance Operations.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the investigation-platform roadmap end to end. Sequence it and defend it, and re-sequence it when a regulator or the RCO raises a P0.
- Define "done" before build starts. Write phased deliverables and acceptance criteria that Compliance signs off, and hold the line when scope moves.
- Get requirements in before engineering starts. Build the intake between Compliance policy, monitoring rules and case management so that changes don't reach investigators before their workflows are ready.
- Understand the process before building. Reconcile policy and SOPs against what investigators actually do and what the system actually does. Know the difference between a process fix and a technical one, and say which requests are in scope for engineering.
- Understand the pipeline well enough to challenge it: ingestion, profile and transaction resolution, suppression and grouping logic, and reconciliation between vendor output and case management. Be able to walk an auditor through it with live examples.
- Make auditability a first-class requirement: audit trail, data lineage, evidence retention, reviewer attribution, change-management controls, and validation of filtering and suppression logic.
- Ship automation and AI into regulated workflows with controls that hold up in Compliance, IT and privacy audits. That means human-in-the-loop design, explainability and ongoing monitoring.
- Run the operating rhythm: a shared forum with engineering and adjacent product managers, a regular stakeholder update, and one delivery status that everyone reads the same way.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years of product management, including 2+ years on financial-crime systems such as transaction monitoring, investigations, case management, KYC/EDD or sanctions screening.
- Working knowledge of how an AML programme is examined, including the questions regulators, internal audit and model validation ask about monitoring, filing and control systems.
- The technical fluency to go deep on data flows and system design with engineers, and to spot when a design won't meet the requirement.
- A track record of shipping internal tools or operational platforms that measurably changed how an operations team works.
- Clear, concise writing, from PRDs and phase plans to audit walkthroughs and executive updates.
- The judgement to tell a senior stakeholder a timeline isn't realistic because the requirements aren't written yet, and to keep the relationship intact.
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct FIU experience, such as alert disposition, SAR/STR filing or leading investigators.
- Crypto or digital-asset experience, such as blockchain analytics, wallet-level transaction analysis or focal vs counterparty logic.
- Experience shipping AI or ML into a regulated investigative workflow, including the control design.
- Build-vs-buy and vendor evaluation for monitoring or case-management tooling.
- Experience with programmes that span jurisdictions (UK, EU/MiCA, US).
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
