BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions globally. We offer spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Consumer Mobile team builds the Kraken app, the interface millions of people use to interact with their money. We work primarily in React Native to make complex financial experiences intuitive, fast, and trustworthy. Our product-minded engineers work closely with Product and Design to understand client problems, challenge assumptions, shape solutions, and measure whether what we ship improves the experience.
We are expanding into Asia and building a new app specifically for Asian users. This requires genuine experience with the region’s distinct user expectations, design language, and technical constraints compared with Western markets.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Build and own high-quality React Native features end to end, from ambiguous client problems and solution design through implementation, launch, measurement, and iteration
- Partner closely with Product and Design to shape thoughtful, responsive, and trustworthy financial experiences, including product discovery, trading, and simplified client journeys
- Work with APIs and dynamic or real-time data, making strong decisions on state management, rendering, performance, architecture, and reliability
- Raise the product-engineering bar through technical discussions, code reviews, collaboration, strong product ownership, and a willingness to move between product and technical challenges
- Help build Kraken’s new app for Asian markets. Act as the team’s subject-matter guide on regional UX and design expectations, practical approaches to firewall and connectivity restrictions, and appropriate vendors and tooling such as telemetry solutions
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong React Native experience, including shipping meaningful production applications and making sound architectural and implementation decisions in a modern mobile codebase
- A product-building mindset and strong product judgment. You start with the client problem, challenge or simplify requirements when needed, and turn loosely defined problems into measurable product outcomes
- End-to-end feature ownership, with the ability to use metrics, experimentation, client behavior, and feedback to assess and improve what you ship
- Experience building responsive, data-rich applications using APIs and dynamic or real-time data, alongside close collaboration with Product and Design in written and verbal English
- Versatility and thoughtful AI use. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and use tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude to work faster while retaining responsibility for engineering judgment and quality
- Proven experience building and shipping consumer mobile apps for Asian markets. You understand the region’s UX and design conventions, its technical limitations, and how to navigate launch challenges including firewall and connectivity restrictions. You can clearly explain how you have solved these problems before
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in fintech, trading, crypto, payments, or another financial technology environment, with an understanding of trading, investing, or financial products
- Experience with real-time or streaming data, and improving mobile application performance, responsiveness, and reliability across a range of devices
- Experience across both mobile and web, or in a startup or small-to-medium-sized technology company where engineers work closely with Product and Design
- Native mobile experience in Swift or Kotlin, including sound judgment about when to work below the React Native layer
- Chinese language proficiency, such as Mandarin, or another Asian language
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Learning Design and Enablement Manager will join the Enterprise Learning & Development team within the People organization to build applied learning experiences that strengthen leadership, professional, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities. You’ll translate business needs into practical, scenario-based learning that supports lasting behavior change, scalable enablement, and measurable business impact. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Learning & Development, this role is remote in the United States and Canada and will help build the capabilities 1Password needs to deliver on its mission.
How we’re using AI today
On the People team, we’re using AI intentionally and responsibly as part of how our work gets done. We’re building a shared foundation of AI confidence and capability with the belief that innovation happens best when we learn and experiment together. From drafting communications and synthesizing feedback to automating workflows across the employee lifecycle, we’re embedding AI into our day-to-day operations and the way we collaborate cross-functionally, helping us move quickly and create space for the human moments that matter most.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or a related learning and development role, with experience translating capability needs into practical learning solutions.
• Experience designing scenario-based learning grounded in real business workflows and focused on behavior change rather than one-time knowledge transfer.
• Ability to identify patterns across stakeholder needs and create reusable frameworks, content, and learning experiences that can scale across teams.
• Experience embedding measurement and evaluation into learning solutions, along with the ability to connect learning outcomes to business impact.
• Working knowledge of instructional design methods such as Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE), Design Thinking, backward design, or comparable approaches.
• Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear solutions and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience building workplace AI capability, designing leadership programs across multiple leadership levels, or using emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled tools.
What you can expect:
• Design and develop applied learning solutions based on identified capability needs, using real business scenarios and workflows.
• Partner with functional enablement leads, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to integrate learning into existing programs and team practices.
• Lead the design and development of leadership capability programs for front-line, mid-level, and senior leaders, facilitating selected sessions as needed.
• Create learning experiences that help people use AI thoughtfully and effectively, with an emphasis on judgment, critical thinking, responsible application, and evaluating outcomes.
• Develop reusable frameworks, practices, measurement approaches, and resources that strengthen learning delivery and effectiveness across the organization.
• Build evaluation into each solution, use learner and stakeholder feedback to improve programs, and maintain learning materials so they remain current and relevant.

Chainalysis is the leader in blockchain intelligence, defining how trust is built in the digital economy. We're operating at the cutting edge of one of the world's fastest-growing industries, shaping what comes next. Over the last 2 years, Chainalysis has made big bets and moved fast to capture the market opportunity in front of us: we've accelerated growth, landed enterprise-wide contracts at the world's largest financial institutions, completed acquisitions to build our AI talent and expand our products, and launched our first agentic products.
At Chainalysis, the enablement team exists to drive the effectiveness, capacity, and productivity of our customer-facing teams. As the Head of Enablement, you will lead this globally-distributed team and build the relationships, programs, infrastructure, and operating model to help us capture the opportunity in front of us. You’ll report to the GTM Chief of Staff and work across the entire business to drive alignment around our biggest priorities.
In this role, you'll:
- Build the enablement organization into an operational juggernaut through deep, integrated partnerships with leaders across the business and a strong, foundational relationship with product management and product marketing
- Design and implement the enablement operating model from the ground up: intake process, prioritization framework, content lifecycle, central calendar, and a single front door for requests.
- Own the enablement tech stack (LMS, AI role-play, conversation intelligence) and build manager-facing dashboards that give sales leaders visibility into their teams' readiness.
- Translate completed Product Marketing positioning briefs into curriculum, practice programs, battle cards, and field-ready content kits. Enablement does not create messaging. It makes messaging land.
- Lead the work to transform the current checklist-based onboarding with a structured, curriculum-based program with clear ramp milestones, and scale it to absorb 25+ new sellers in the first quarter of FY28.
- Build enablement analytics from scratch. Define metrics tied to pipeline, win rate, ramp time, and consumption growth. Demonstrate the function's business impact with data.
- Extend enablement beyond account executives to serve Solutions Architects, Customer Success Managers, Global Services, and channel partners. Align frameworks so every customer-facing team speaks the same language.
- Lead and stabilize a very talented team that has been through significant organizational change. Provide clear vision, invest in development, and build a culture where people do the best work of their careers.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, customer success, enablement, revenue operations, GTM operations, or a related operational function within complex B2B SaaS companies
- Built or materially scaled a function, program, or operational capability from early stage. You have a track record of creating structure where there was none.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity: you've operated in environments where the strategy was iterative, the infrastructure was incomplete, and you had to build while leading. You bring resilience and grit, not just skill.
- Hands-on operational instinct. You are an operator first, and you build systems, design processes, introduce automation, and do the work yourself when that's what the situation demands. You are not looking for a role where you set strategy and delegate execution.
- Direct experience working with or inside a strong sales enablement function. You understand what good looks like, even if your career hasn't been spent exclusively in enablement.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones, and a passion for developing people
- Product curiosity and enough understanding of product-to-market motions to maintain credibility with Product Marketing and Product teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior leaders, sales managers, and cross-functional partners quickly.
Nice to have experience:
- Knowledge of Force Management, Command of the Message, or MEDDPICC.
- Prior experience as a quota-carrying account executive or in a direct selling role.
- Experience working in or with financial services, the public sector, or compliance-related industries (financial crime, AML/CFT, payments, trading systems).
- Experience with enablement technology platforms (LMS, conversation intelligence, AI role-play tools).
- Experience supporting a business model transition (for example, from subscription to consumption pricing).
- Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and related technologies, or a deep curiosity and willingness to learn.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis

B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams.
Technical depth
Hands-on experience building or contributing to RAG systems, ideally in a production or near-production setting.
Solid engineering fundamentals; Python and/or TypeScript proficiency. Productive in an unfamiliar codebase with some ramp-up support.
Practical AWS experience (Lambda, S3, ECS, or similar); ready to grow into Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore .
Some experience with containers and CI/CD in real projects.
Exposure to evaluating non-deterministic systems — you've contributed to or run test/eval cycles, even if you haven't owned a full eval suite end-to-end.
Basic working knowledge of model/agent monitoring concepts.
Awareness of cost and latency trade-offs when working with LLMs.
Some hands-on exposure to the Claude ecosystem (Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files) is a plus, or strong ability to ramp up quickly.
Practical experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) in real projects.
2+ years of software or ML engineering experience, including some exposure to production systems.
Solid AI/ML foundations — you understand what the models do well enough to reason about common failure modes.
Nice to Have:
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
AWS and Claude Code Certifications (or actively pursuing them).
A2A: Interest in agent-to-agent interoperability concepts.
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Practical experience with one or more use cases from the following: NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines.
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust).
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа.
Experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build.
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration, having authored a server is an additional plus.
Responsibilities:
Build and contribute to RAG system components under senior guidance, with growing autonomy.
Write tests and help build out evaluation harnesses for the features you work on.
Write production code across the stack (AI, backend services, data pipelines) with code review support.
Help integrate AI components into backend services and RESTful APIs.
Support deployment of systems to AWS (containerized, CI/CD), taking on more of this independently over time.
Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and client handover materials.
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions, with an eye toward taking on more of this independently.
Support model evaluation efforts and help investigate and improve failure modes.
Take on increasing ownership of components and technical decisions as you grow in the role.

The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside FDE and FDX

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As Anthropic's models grow more capable, so does the interest of people who want to attack or misuse them. The Detection and Response (D&R) team spots those threats and responds to incidents across every layer of Anthropic's technology stack.
The team is early-stage, so you'll help build our detection and response capabilities from the ground up and work closely with our security and research teams.
Key responsibilities
Lead incident response across a range of domains, from external attacks to insider threats, spanning all layers of Anthropic's technology stack
Build and deploy tooling, including tools that use large language models, to improve how we detect and respond to threats
Create and tune detections, playbooks, and workflows to catch and respond to incidents quickly
Review incident response metrics and procedures, and drive improvements
Work across security and engineering teams
Take part in an on-call rotation
Minimum qualifications
Experience handling security incidents and investigating anomalies as part of a team
Working knowledge of EDR, SIEM, SOAR, or similar security tooling
A solid understanding of cloud environments and operations
Experience working with engineering teams in a SaaS environment
Proficiency with a scripting language such as Python and query languages such as SQL
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Able to lead projects with little guidance
Able to pick up new languages and technologies quickly
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of software engineering experience, or 7+ years of detection engineering, incident response, or threat hunting experience
Security operations or investigations involving large-scale Kubernetes environments
Experience analyzing attack behavior and prototyping high-quality detections
Experience with threat intelligence, malware analysis, infrastructure as code, or forensics
Experience contributing to a high-growth startup environment
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
