With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.

About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 700+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Fujairah, and Armenia, with Abu Dhabi and Riyadh opening next. We leverage a modern technology stack to streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and protect owner returns.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, fast-moving Recruitment Specialist to own hiring across the Deluxe Homes Group end to end — from housekeepers, technicians and drivers to customer support, finance, technology and branch supervisors. You are the single point of
accountability for keeping every vacancy moving: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and a clean handover to onboarding.
This is an ownership role, not a coordinator role. We need someone who makes routine decisions — which channel to use, which candidates reach the hiring manager, when to switch on an agency — and reports after, not someone who escalates and waits. If a housekeeping shift is short next Monday, you already have three vetted candidates ready.
Note: This role does not include HR administration (visas, payroll, employee relations). Those sit with the HR team — your job is filling seats with the right people, fast.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
• Run every vacancy end to end: intake with the hiring manager, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and handover to onboarding.
• Own time-to-fill per role and keep a live pipeline for every open position — no vacancy sits without movement for more than a week.
• Conduct structured phone and in-person screenings against the role profile before any candidate reaches a manager.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across Dubai, Fujairah, Sharjah and Armenia.
• Report pipeline numbers weekly (roles open, candidates sourced, interviews held, offers out) — in the tracker, not from memory.
2. Sourcing & Channels
• Source actively on LinkedIn, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent and niche channels — direct outreach, not just posting and waiting.
• Keep the careers page (
jobs.deluxehomes.com
) postings current, accurate and closed when filled.
• Build and maintain a warm candidate bench for our recurring roles: housekeeping, maintenance technicians, drivers, guest support.
• Run the employee referral channel and keep it visible to staff.
• Manage recruitment agencies for hard-to-fill roles: brief them tightly, hold them to deadlines, and cut the ones that underdeliver.
3. Volume & Specialist Hiring
• Deliver blue-collar volume hiring (housekeepers, cleaners, technicians, drivers) at pace and to standard — including batch interview days.
• Fill office and specialist roles: customer support, reservations, finance, marketing, technology, and branch supervisors.
• Support branch hiring for Fujairah and Sharjah, and coordinate Armenia vacancies with the local HR Manager.
• Screen for our non-negotiables: initiative, fast learning, and delivered outcomes — not just years on a CV.
• Enforce the application screening question on every role and filter on it before reviewing CVs.
4. Process, Records & Candidate Experience
• Complete reference checks before any offer is requested — no exceptions.
• Keep complete, accurate recruitment records: every role, every candidate, every decision traceable.
• Give every candidate a clear, respectful process — timely updates, honest rejections; they are also future guests and owners.
• Prepare offer requests with full details (role, salary, start date, conditions) for HR Manager and management approval.
• Improve the process every month: where candidates drop off, which channels convert, what to change next.
Required Qualifications
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment in the UAE at a 100–500 person company — hospitality, property, facilities or similar operational business preferred.
• Proven track record hiring BOTH blue-collar volume roles and office/specialist roles — you can name your numbers: roles filled, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn sourcing and UAE job boards (Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent); you source directly, not only post-and-pray.
• Structured screener — you interview against a profile and can defend every shortlist decision.
• Decisive operator — you make calls inside your remit and report after. We will reference-check this with previous managers.
• AI tools used daily for sourcing, screening and outreach (ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn AI). Not optional in 2026.
• UAE residency. On-site in Dubai 5 days a week, 09:00–18:00 — this is not a hybrid or remote role.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hospitality, holiday-homes or property-management hiring background.
• Experience running an ATS and keeping it clean.
• Additional sourcing languages for our candidate pools: Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Tagalog or Russian.
• Familiarity with UAE visa categories and MOHRE basics (offer-stage awareness; processing sits with HR).
• UAE university graduate (UOWD, AUD, AUS, Heriot-Watt Dubai, or similar).
What We Offer
• Full ownership of recruitment across a 700+ property, ~230-person group — your results are visible every week.
• Direct access to the HR Manager and company leadership — decisions get made, not queued.
• Professional development support. 6-month probation per UAE Labour Law. UAE employment visa sponsored.

OKX will be prioritising applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require OKX's sponsorship of a visa

About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 700+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Armenia. We leverage a modern technology stack — including our in- house Marketing OS and AI content pipelines — to streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and protect owner returns.
Role Overview
We are hiring two junior specialists to own link placements end-to-end across the group’s websites — from research and first contact to price negotiation and a verified live link. You work from our vetted publisher database plus your own research, order the articles from our content pipeline, and build up to ~20 quality links a month once you find your rhythm. You report to the Head of Search, who trains you on our quality rules and works the pipeline alongside you.
This is an ownership role, not a list-scraper role. Within our quality rules, you decide which sites to pursue, what price to accept, and when to walk away — and report after, not before. If a publisher goes quiet, you chase them. If a link you paid for disappears, you get it
restored or replaced.
Note: This role does not include writing articles — our content team and AI pipeline produce them.
Key Responsibilities
Research and find link opportunities
• Work the prospect queue from our vetted publisher database and add opportunities from your own research.
• Qualify every site before contact: real traffic, a related subject (property, travel, business, the Gulf), and no seller footprints.
• Apply our quality bar on every placement — DR 40+ for main websites, and never more than 3 links a month from one site.
• Spot new site types, niches, and sources the database does not cover yet.
• Flag price and quality patterns you see in the market so we adjust the plan with real data.
2. Outreach and negotiate
• Contact site owners and pitch the placement in clear, personal English — not a template blast.
• Negotiate the price on every deal and record asking price vs final price.
• Decide when a deal is bad and walk away — an overpriced or off-quality link is worse than no link.
• Keep many conversations moving at once without dropping any of them.
• Build repeatable relationships with the publishers worth returning to.
3. Place and verify
• Order the article from our content pipeline with the right anchor and target page.
• See every placement through to publication — chase until it is live.
• Confirm every link is live, do-follow, and indexed before counting it.
• Run the 90-day live check on your placements and get dead links restored or replaced.
• Build up to ~20 quality links a month after your ramp-up period.
4. Monitor performance and run your pipeline
• Keep every prospect, conversation, and order at the correct status in Marketing OS — the pipeline is the single source of truth.
• Record every cost against every placement; no untracked spending.
• Watch how your placed links perform and report what is moving rankings.
• Have your weekly numbers visible without being asked for them.
• Escalate blockers to your lead the day they appear, not at the end of the month.
Required Qualifications
• 1–2+ years of hands-on link building — with placements you personally won and can show us (send 3–5 live links).
• Working SEO knowledge: you understand how links, on-page, and technical SEO fit together, even if links are your specialty.
• Written English strong enough to pitch and negotiate with international site owners without a template for every message.
• Pipeline discipline: you can run many open conversations at once and drop none of them.
• Decisive operator — you make the routine calls yourself and can give references who confirm it.
• Based in Armenia and able to work 2 days a week from our Yerevan office.
• Comfortable working to monthly numbers that are openly tracked.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on on-page SEO experience — audits, titles and meta, internal linking.
• Russian and/or Arabic — our sites run in three languages and both are a real advantage.
• Familiarity with the main SEO research and backlink tools.
• Experience buying placements through link marketplaces.
• Daily use of AI tools in your current work.
• Agency background — you have built links across many different websites and industries.
What We Offer
• A ready system, not a blank page: a vetted publisher database, a Marketing OS pipeline, and AI-produced articles — your time goes on winning placements, not admin.
• A specialist lead who trains you, clear quality rules, and honest monthly targets.
• Hybrid working in Yerevan (2 days office / 3 days home), employment through our Dubai company, and leave per Armenian labour law.
• A real growth path: language ownership, wider SEO scope, and a senior track as the search team scales.

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our GTM Recruiter, you'll partner with the Head of GTM Recruiting to build out Avoca's commercial organization at one of the most pivotal moments in our growth. You'll own end-to-end recruiting across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Marketing, and adjacent commercial roles, with the autonomy to shape how we attract, evaluate, and close talent as we scale.
This is a builder's seat. You'll inherit a foundation but have real ownership over candidate experience, sourcing strategy, and the systems that will define how Avoca hires for years to come. You'll work directly with sales and commercial leadership as a trusted partner, and report to our Head of GTM Recruiting.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run full-cycle recruiting across all GTM functions, holding a high bar on quality and speed while managing multiple searches in parallel.
- Identify and engage passive talent that isn't on the market yet, building relationships over weeks and months so that when the right role opens, the right person is already in conversation.
- Shape a candidate experience that becomes a competitive advantage, where every touchpoint reflects our culture, declined candidates refer their network, and our process itself is a reason people say yes.

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Partner Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team, focused on building Coder’s partner ecosystem across EMEA. This is a new function at Coder, modeled on the Forward Deployed Engineer role pioneered by companies like Palantir and now the fastest-growing technical role at frontier AI companies. The difference: instead of embedding with a single customer to deploy a platform, you embed with strategic partners to help them understand, position, and deliver Coder’s platform across their entire customer base.
You are part Field CTO, part Industry Strategist, part Technical Specialist, and part Partner Relations Lead. You will be the technical authority within our EMEA partner ecosystem: setting the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI, cloud, and modernization offerings, co-creating the GTM sales plays that partner sellers take to market, building the demonstrations and workshops that generate pipeline, and producing the Partner Relations content that establishes Coder’s technical brand in the ecosystem.
This is not a support role. You are equally comfortable holding a strategic roadmap conversation with a partner CTO and debugging a Kubernetes deployment in a partner’s lab in the same afternoon. You are energized by the challenge of building a new category through partnerships, motivated by the multiplied impact of enabling an entire ecosystem rather than a single customer, and capable of operating with full autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the strategic technical thought partner to EMEA partner leadership, including practice leads, CTOs, and solutions architects at global systems integrators, regional cloud consultancies, and hyperscaler field teams. Own the technical relationship and set the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI and modernization portfolio.
- Co-create sales plays tailored to each partner’s customer base, vertical focus, and services capabilities. Author Working Backwards outcome proposals for strategic partner-customer combinations that translate AI Development Infrastructure into deal-level urgency.
- Develop and deliver workshops, Builder Labs, and partner-hosted enablement sessions as the primary awareness and demand generation vehicle for the EMEA ecosystem. Build hands-on demonstration environments and interactive experiences that partners can use independently.
- Intervene directly on the highest-value partner-attached deals across EMEA: co-sell calls, technical discovery, PoV scoping, architecture review, and technical win support. Own the engagement until the partner’s team can carry it independently.
- Transform bespoke partner enablement sessions into structured LMS modules and certification tiers that scale across the EMEA partner base without requiring live PDE support for each new partner.
- Produce “better together” reference architectures for strategic partner combinations across cloud providers and AI platforms. Include deployment diagrams, network topology, IAM patterns, and operational runbooks that partner SAs can hand directly to customers.
- Codify each successful partner engagement into a repeatable GTM play: trigger conditions, discovery questions, positioning framework, demo script, PoV scope template, and expected outcomes. Build a playbook library that a new PDE or partner seller can pick up and run.
- Build AI-powered self-service tools that automate high-volume PDE activities: Opportunity Brief Generator, PR/FAQ Generator, Workshop-in-a-Box deployment, and demo site builder.
- Produce a monthly partner intelligence digest from EMEA engagements: what customers are asking for, how competitors are positioning, where integrations are missing, which vertical use cases are emerging. Distribute to Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership.
- Own the EMEA-relevant portions of the joint technical integration roadmap with strategic partners. Define priorities cross-functionally with Product and Engineering based on field signals from the EMEA market.
- Create and publish Partner Relations content, the ecosystem equivalent of Developer Relations: technical blog posts, cookbooks, partner ecosystem conference talks, enablement videos, and workshop recaps. Build Coder’s technical brand within the EMEA partner community.
- Contribute to cloud marketplace product listing stewardship, competency maintenance documentation, and CSP co-build technical requirements as they apply to EMEA-specific partner and compliance contexts.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in a combination of Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, Technical Consulting, or Developer Relations roles at an infrastructure, developer tools, or AI company
- Demonstrated experience helping partners or customers understand and adopt products in emerging or undefined categories, not just executing playbooks for established ones
- Proven hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure on at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure), with production-level Kubernetes and Terraform depth. You have done the work and can speak to it with specificity.
- 2+ years deploying or operating AI coding agents in a production or near-production environment: you understand how agent loops execute, where credentials live, and what governance and audit requirements look like in a European enterprise context
- Ability to articulate the architectural difference between workspace-local agent tooling and a centralized agentic harness, and to explain why that distinction matters to a security, compliance, or data sovereignty stakeholder
- Experience working with channel or technology partners in a co-sell model: hyperscaler partner programs, GSI/RSI partnerships, or VAR/distributor ecosystems in EMEA markets
- Experience building repeatable technical GTM assets that scaled beyond your personal delivery: sales plays, enablement curricula, reference architectures, or technical content programs
- Executive communication and Field CTO credibility: you can hold a technical vision conversation with a partner CTO and a deal-level architecture review with an SE in the same day, in English and ideally at least one additional European language
- Strong written communication: you can produce a Working Backwards PR/FAQ, a technical architecture document, and a blog post without those being separate skills requiring separate people
- Self-directed, analytically minded, and comfortable operating with full autonomy. You will define processes that don’t exist, build tools that haven’t been scoped, and create a function from first principles in a new region.
Bonus Points
(Bonus tacos? That’s how we say thanks at Coder. Ask us about it.)
- Prior Forward Deployed Engineer experience at a platform company (Palantir, Scale AI, frontier AI lab, or equivalent embedded deployment model)
- Track record of public technical advocacy: blog posts, conference talks, open-source contributions, or developer/partner community engagement
- Experience with hyperscaler partner programs (e.g., ISV Accelerate, strategic collaboration agreements, co-sell programs) at an operational level
- Familiarity with European regulatory environments: GDPR, DORA, NIS2, AI Act compliance requirements, and data sovereignty patterns for cloud-native deployments
- Experience with air-gapped or network-isolated deployments common in European financial services, government, or defense contexts
- Background in AI governance frameworks, session audit requirements, or SIEM integration for AI workloads
- Experience with LLM gateway or proxy infrastructure (LiteLLM, OpenRouter, or equivalent) in a multi-team or enterprise context
- Experience designing human-in-the-loop breakpoints or escalation patterns for autonomous agent workflows
- Kubernetes certification (CKA, CKAD, or CKS)
- Experience with Tailscale or similar overlay networking tools
- Open-source contributions, particularly in CNCF, MCP, or AI agent ecosystems
- Existing relationships with hyperscaler EMEA solutions architecture teams, European GSI technical practices, or AI infrastructure partner ecosystems
- Fluency in German, French, or a Nordic language in addition to English
What Success Looks Like
- You have done the hard technical work before: deploying cloud-native infrastructure, navigating Kubernetes in production, building with Terraform, and operating in the complexity of large European enterprise environments. You bring that credibility into every partner conversation.
- You can walk a partner CTO through how Coder enables parallelized AI agents in a regulated European enterprise, covering credential isolation, audit lineage, GDPR-compliant data handling, and escalation design, and turn that conversation into a joint GTM play their sellers can run next quarter.
- You can walk into an unstructured partner relationship, assess the technical and commercial opportunity, and chart a path from first enablement session to first co-sourced deal without waiting to be told what to do.
- You translate deep technical knowledge into assets that scale: reference architectures partners hand to their customers, enablement modules partners consume on their own, and GTM playbooks partner sellers run without PDE involvement.
- You are as invested in the pattern behind the engagement as you are in the engagement itself. Every bespoke partner interaction produces a reusable artifact. Every field insight feeds back to product. You codify by instinct.
- You make the ecosystem and the product better: your field experience shapes how Coder builds integrations, how partners deliver, and how the EMEA market understands AI Development Infrastructure as a category.

About the role
Help build the internal technology experience behind an engineering-driven technology company.
We're looking for a hands-on IT Operations Engineer to support our colleagues across multiple international locations, with regular on-site presence in Bratislava.
This role goes beyond traditional IT support. You'll be responsible for delivering a seamless employee IT experience - from onboarding and workstation setup to identity and access management, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of internal IT processes.
We're looking for someone who enjoys ownership, solving complex operational problems and continuously improving how internal technology works.
If you're curious, proactive and naturally look for better ways of doing things instead of simply following established processes, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees remotely and on-site
- Own IT onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
- Configure and maintain macOS workstations
- Manage user accounts, permissions and access across internal systems
- Maintain IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, inventory and logistics
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues
- Administer and support internal platforms, including Google Workspace, Atlassian and GitHub
- Support identity and access management across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve internal IT processes
What we're looking for
We're more interested in how you think than in the exact number of years on your CV.
You might currently work in IT Support, Systems Administration, NOC, Infrastructure, or be at the beginning of your DevOps journey.
What matters most is your technical curiosity, ownership mindset and willingness to continuously improve the way things work.
You'll likely be successful if you have:
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
- Experience with identity and access management
- Experience administering Google Workspace or similar collaboration platforms
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good documentation habits and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest and implement improvements
Nice to have
- Experience with MDM solutions
- Experience administering Atlassian products or GitHub
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP
- Experience with LDAP, VPN or identity management solutions
- Scripting or automation experience
- Interest in IT security and modern access management practices
Why this role
This role is for someone who enjoys building better ways of working - not just keeping things running.
You'll work closely with engineering and business teams, improve the internal technology experience across the company and have the opportunity to introduce automation, standardize processes and make everyday work easier for hundreds of colleagues.
If you naturally question repetitive manual work and enjoy turning good ideas into practical improvements, you'll likely thrive in this role.

About the company: Plurio builds AI agents for performance marketing, automating analysis and optimization for media buying teams managing $300K–$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok. Their AI agents handle budget allocation, creative management, and automation rules based on historical data and ML models, managing over $500M/year in ad spend.
The Role: The Senior Marketing Analyst owns marketing attribution and measurement, ensuring trustworthy and explainable performance metrics across channels with complex attribution models (first/last/multi-touch, custom windows, LTV-driven funnels). Responsibilities include cross-channel and funnel analysis integrating paid media, on-site behavior, CRM, and backend revenue to diagnose funnel leaks and unit economics issues. The role requires deep understanding of paid-channel analytics on Meta and Google platforms to inform reallocation and optimization decisions. The analyst builds AI-driven analytical workflows using AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to automate data preparation and analysis, designs repeatable pipelines, and creates clear dashboards and reports (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) with real-time anomaly detection. The analyst collaborates with product, data, and engineering teams to align analytical models with product development.
Requirements: Excellent SQL skills with ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries and teach AI agents to do so. Proven experience in marketing analytics and performance marketing, including attribution and management of Meta and Google Ads. Hands-on experience with AI coding agents to build workflows and automations. Systemic thinking focused on repeatable pipelines and automated analysis. Proficiency with Git for version control of queries and workflows. Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable decisions. Professional-level English and reliable overlap with US business hours.
Preferred: Python for analysis beyond SQL, experience with dbt, modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake), ETL/pipeline work, web/measurement tools (GA4, GTM, server-side tracking), experience with complex funnels and LTV-driven models in sectors like EdTech, FinTech, Consumer Apps, B2C SaaS, Healthcare, Home Services. Independent project ownership and public samples of work.
Red Flags: Creating dashboards without marketing or attribution understanding, SQL only via drag-and-drop BI tools, using AI agents only as chat without workflow building, theoretical marketing analytics without hands-on Meta/Google Ads experience.
What to Expect: Competitive compensation aligned with senior experience, AI-first culture with advanced tooling, significant impact on client outcomes and AI product, remote work with US-hours overlap.
Hiring Process: Application with CV and short answers, intro call, technical interview on SQL and marketing analytics, final culture fit conversation, paid trial period, then offer.
How to Apply: Fill out the application form at the provided link; no cover letter required.
