Standardize contract templates, fallback clauses, and negotiation playbooks. Guide business stakeholders on commercial terms and procurement standards. Maintain contract records and track milestones, renewal dates, and performance metrics in our CLM and S2P systems. Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve contractual questions and monitor service level compliance. Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple contract flows at once. Care for operational details, ensuring accuracy in commercial terms and contract records. An ownership mindset, taking responsibility for contract outcomes from start to finish.
