Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.
Our Client
AI powered ecommerce agency. They have worked with 500+ DTC and ecommerce brands, managed $250M+ in media spend and delivered $2B+ in client revenue. They run paid social, paid search, email/SMS, CTV, TikTok Shop, Amazon, UGC and CRO for a portfolio of DTC brands.
Their team is lean and works in pods. Each pod has a pod lead who owns strategy and client relationships, a media buyer who owns execution and performance, content managers, and creative support. They use AI throughout our workflow, from account audits to landing page builds to creative reporting, so one strong media buyer can do the work of three.
This is a fast environment. If you are ambitious and hard-working, it will move your career faster than most agencies can. If you need a lot of structure or prefer a slow pace, it is not the right fit.
The Role
You will be the media buyer in one of our pods, managing Meta campaigns (with TikTok as a secondary channel) across a portfolio of ecommerce accounts. You own the ad accounts: budgets, pacing, structure, launches, testing and optimization. Your pod lead owns the client relationship and overall strategy. You own the numbers and the execution behind them.
The role combines hands-on buying with media buying strategy. You will analyze performance data, find where accounts are leaking (pre-click or post-click), and propose the fix: new creative angles, landing page tests, budget shifts or structure changes. You will also join client calls and present paid social performance alongside your pod lead.
What Success Looks Like
Every account is paced to its monthly budget, with no overspend and no surprises
Spend moves to the highest-leverage products and campaigns, and comes off losers quickly
No ads run on sold-out products, broken links or outdated offers
Accounts are never starved of creative: you flag gaps early and get new assets live fast
Landing page and creative tests launch on schedule and produce clear winners
Your pod lead walks into every client call with accurate numbers and a clear plan from you
Seasonal moments (Prime Day, BFCM, brand sales) launch on time with approved assets
What You’ll Do
Campaign Management
Build, launch and optimize Meta campaigns daily, with secondary management of TikTok Ads
Own daily budgets and monthly pacing per account, and reallocate spend based on performance, frequency and inventory
Manage campaign structure, bidding, audiences, exclusions and frequency controls
Upload and traffic new creative, and run structured creative and angle testing
Run weekly account sweeps: check every live ad for stock availability, link destination, offer accuracy and copy errors, and fix issues the same day
Monitor ROAS, NC-ROAS, MER, CAC and frequency against client targets
Strategy and Analysis
Diagnose performance by separating pre-click problems (creative, audience, fatigue) from post-click problems (landing page, offer, site)
Look past platform ROAS to backend profitability: margins, COGS and blended results
Build landing page test plans and work with our team to get new pages designed, approved and live
Audit ad copy and creative across accounts and recommend what to refresh, cut or scale
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, including Prime Day, BFCM and client sales
Spot and escalate tracking issues (pixel, CAPI, attribution discrepancies) before they distort decisions
Creative Collaboration
Work with content managers, designers and the creative team to source, brief and review ad creative
Identify winning hooks, formats and angles, and turn them into creative requests
Push for authentic assets (real people, raw clips, UGC) that improve performance
Reporting and Client Communication
Prepare performance reports and creative performance reports for client calls
Join client calls with your pod lead and present paid social results, trends and next steps clearly
Keep internal Slack channels and Jira tickets updated so everyone knows what changed and why
AI and Process
Use AI tools (Claude and others) daily to run account audits, generate landing page concepts, draft copy and build reports
Help turn repeated work into reusable AI workflows that make the whole pod faster
Requirements
Must have
3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience for ecommerce brands (not lead gen or boosted posts), with at least one account at $100K+/month in spend
A proven record of scaling DTC ecommerce brands through Meta, at an agency or in-house
Deep understanding of Meta campaign structure, auction dynamics, pixel/CAPI tracking and creative performance
Strong command of ecommerce metrics: ROAS, NC-ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, contribution margin
Precision with budgets: you pace spend to the dollar and catch problems before the client does
Strong ownership: you act without waiting to be told, and you close the loop on every task
Clear, confident communication, written and on calls
Comfort using AI tools in your daily workflow, and curiosity about using them more
Humility to do the detailed work and ambition to grow into a strategist
English C1-C2 fluency for conversation level since this is a client-facing role
Nice to Have
TikTok Ads Manager experience
Triple Whale, Northbeam or other attribution tools
Working knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo, and how paid and retention channels work together
Experience building or testing landing pages
Background in creative strategy, UGC or performance creative
Experience with Jira or similar task management tools
Benefits
What You’ll Get
Fully remote work; USD payment up to 6k/month
Direct ownership of your ad accounts and the results they produce
Training on AI-powered media buying workflows most agencies do not have yet
Access to Triple Whale, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Claude and more
A clear growth path from media buyer to media buying strategist as the agency grows
Hiring Process
Short video pre-screen: a few questions so we can see how you communicate on camera
Intro interview with our team
Paid media assessment: a practical exercise based on a real client scenario
Final conversation with agency leadership

The VP owns the investment pipeline and the international revenue plan end to end — from market selection and channel strategy through to deal closure in partnership with the Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal functions — while ensuring every transaction is conducted in full compliance with UAE and target-market regulations.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Structure and negotiate investment deals, including acquisitions, joint ventures, co-investments and partnerships, within the approved delegation of authority.

• Negotiate land purchase agreements, development agreements, land swaps and JV / land-partnership structures with Legal and Finance.
• Work with the Projects / Development team, design consultants and contractors on concept, master planning and initial approvals, and hand over approved projects for delivery.
• Ensure land and project acquisitions comply with Dubai Land Department, RERA, master developer and local planning requirements, and with foreign-ownership and investment rules in overseas jurisdictions.
2.3 Bulk Deals – Acquisition and Disposal
• Originate, negotiate and close bulk purchase and bulk sale transactions (multiple units, full floors, buildings or portfolios) in the UAE and internationally.
• Identify bulk-buy opportunities from developers, banks, funds and distressed sellers that offer value below market, and bulk-sale opportunities to institutional buyers, funds and investor groups.
• Prepare deal valuations, pricing, payment structures and exit strategies, supported by independent valuations, for approval under the delegation of authority.
• Coordinate SPAs, bulk transfer procedures and registration with Legal, Finance and the Dubai Land Department, and ensure enhanced KYC, source-of-funds and AML checks on every counterparty.

• Lead negotiations on high-value and multi-unit transactions, block sales and bespoke purchase structures, within approved delegation of authority.

• Develop an investor relations plan covering target investor groups, engagement calendar, communication standards and regular updates on AHS projects and performance.
• Represent AHS Properties in investor meetings, conferences and forums abroad, and organise investor visits to the UAE.
• Maintain an accurate investor database and relationship records in the company CRM, in line with data-protection requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong network of HNWI and UHNWI clients, family offices, private banks, wealth managers and institutional investors.
• Act as the senior relationship owner for key international clients, providing a discreet, high-touch experience throughout the buying journey.
• Host and coordinate visits of international investors to Dubai, including site tours, show apartments and meetings with senior leadership.
2.7 Channel Partnerships & Broker Network
• Recruit, onboard and manage a network of international real estate agencies, wealth advisers and introducers in target markets.
• Negotiate and manage international agency and referral agreements, commission structures and performance terms, in coordination with Legal and Finance.

• Established network of international brokers, private banks, wealth managers, family offices and HNWI clients in one or more key markets.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai off-plan and ready property market, DLD/RERA procedures, escrow requirements and AML/KYC obligations.

The Role
Intellect delivers a clinically governed mental health programme to enterprise clients in the mining and resources sector, supporting remote and expatriate workforces. This is not a standard EAP. Cases begin with acute risk assessment on remote sites and run through structured treatment, fitness-for-work assessment and return-to-work clearance, in direct coordination with the client's chaplaincy, medical and people teams.
This role covers the client's United Kingdom operations and a West African project site where the working language is French. It is a combined clinical delivery and case management role: the postholder conducts the assessments, delivers the therapy, writes the reports and owns the case, rather than coordinating a provider network. That design reflects the absence of an established provider network in the West African market at launch, and gives the client a single clinician who knows each case end to end.
Full professional fluency in French and English is a non-negotiable requirement. Welfare calls, clinical assessment, case documentation and client communication in the West African market are conducted in French.
Responsibilities
Clinical assessment and delivery
Conduct acute risk and welfare assessments for employees referred through the client's escalation pathway, in French or English as required.
Deliver individual counselling and psychotherapy across the supported caseload, virtually.
Conduct fitness-for-work assessments and produce the associated clinical documentation.
Write risk assessments, session documentation, return-to-work memoranda and fitness-for-work reports to a standard that stands up to client and regulatory scrutiny, in the language the case requires.
Delivery is capped so that case management availability is protected. Session load is agreed with the Head of Clinical Operations and reviewed as volume changes.
Case management and coordination
Own each case end to end, from referral through assessment, treatment, fitness-for-work and reintegration to closure.
Align the initial support plan with the client's on-site teams, including session volume and cadence, and manage adjustments where clinically indicated.
Coordinate with internal helpline, care excellence and network partnership teams on anything that cannot be delivered directly.
Review the open case list for stalled items and follow up to keep cases moving.
Clinical risk oversight and governance
Confirm risk tiering against the client's framework and set review cadence and monitoring requirements.
Make the clinical decisions the pathway requires, including disputed risk ratings and medical evaluation pathways where an employee declines therapy.
Escalate to the Head of Clinical Operations where a case exceeds the scope of remote delivery or requires in-person intervention.
Work within the differing regulatory, medical and emergency-escalation environments of each market, and flag where local pathways do not support the agreed protocol.
Clinical protocols and client enablement
Co-develop and maintain the clinical protocols, risk frameworks and SOPs the client's on-site teams operate to, including French-language versions.
Design and deliver clinical training and framework guidance to client-side staff who are not clinicians, in French and English.
Build out the in-market provider network alongside Network Partnerships, so that in-person and overflow capacity exists as the programme scales.
Client relationship, insights and reporting
Act as the named clinical contact for the client's chaplaincy, medical and health and safety leads in both markets, responding within the core window to queries that are frequently unscheduled and time-critical.
Produce the case tracker and monthly clinical reporting, moving beyond utilisation to presenting issues, risk patterns, outcomes and service-level themes.
Present clinical insight at client review meetings and translate it into recommendations the client's health and safety and people teams can act on.
Requirements
Full professional fluency in French and English, to the standard required for clinical assessment, therapy delivery and client-facing documentation in both languages.
Registered clinical psychologist or qualified counsellor, with current registration in your jurisdiction and the right to practise remotely.
Master's degree in clinical psychology, counselling or a related field.
Minimum three years in clinical practice, including direct delivery of assessment and therapy to adults.
Demonstrable experience managing acute risk, including suicidality, in a setting where you held the decision rather than advised on it.
Experience of structured return-to-work, fitness-for-work or occupational mental health pathways.
Able to work four hours a day, Monday to Friday, within the 08:00 to 17:00 UK and West Africa window.
Desirable
Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or with expatriate, rotational or multinational workforces.
Understanding of remote industrial, mining, resources or energy operating environments.
Additional language capability, particularly Mandarin.
Experience contributing to clinical protocols, risk frameworks or SOPs.
Prior case management or clinical account experience in a commercial setting.
