Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide to reimagine how they operate and compete.
We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to help grow two revenue motions: converting partner-sourced leads from Anthropic and AWS into Provectus clients, and building new pipeline in our target industries. This is a high-growth role for someone with solid BD experience who wants to sell AI services at the center of the industry's most important partnerships. You'll work closely with our BD leadership, take ownership of deals as you grow, and develop into a full-cycle enterprise seller.
What You'll Do
Partner motion: Anthropic and AWS
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for Anthropic's and AWS's partner and field sales teams.
Receive and qualify enterprise leads shared by our partners, run discovery calls, and move qualified opportunities through to proposal and signed SOW, with support from BD leadership on larger deals.
Keep the joint pipeline up to date, and help prepare quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Build relationships with Anthropic and AWS field reps so Provectus is their first call for implementation needs.
Support partner program activities: certifications, co-marketing campaigns, case studies, and partner events.
New business development
Prospect into enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences through outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run discovery, scope opportunities with our architects, and own deals through the sales cycle.
Build a growing network of decision-makers on the East Coast.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with delivery leads and solution architects to scope proposals accurately. You'll be selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Share market insights (buyer objections, competitor moves, industry trends) with leadership and marketing.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience
in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally in B2B technology, cloud, or consulting.
Hands-on experience working with a technology partner ecosystem (AWS, Anthropic, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar), for example co-selling, joint pipeline, or co-marketing.
A track record of moving deals through the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close.
Strong written and verbal communication, and confidence presenting to VP-level and senior stakeholders.
Curiosity about AI and a genuine interest in how enterprises adopt it.
Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you take ownership without being micromanaged.
Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, workshops, partner events, and conferences.
Nice to Have
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience selling services or statement-of-work (SOW) engagements rather than SaaS subscriptions.
Exposure to AI/ML, LLM-based products, or cloud data solutions.
An existing network in New York's financial services or life sciences communities.
Why Join Us
Work at the intersection of two of the most powerful partnerships in AI: Anthropic and AWS.
Sell with confidence, backed by a world-class AI/ML team that delivers what you sell.
Learn directly from experienced BD leadership, with a clear path to a senior partnerships or sales role.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Choice of B2B contract or full-time employment.
Unlimited vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(k) matching plan.
OTE range $120-140k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Product / Web Designer at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok, working with our HQ Design team. This role is the design half of a two-person build pair: you and the Partnerships Backend Engineer take an inbound partnerships inquiry and turn it into something a player actually sees — a co-branded web shop, a campaign landing page, a creator or affiliate destination page — and ship it together.
You will design conversion-oriented commerce surfaces for the Traffic Source Partners we onboard, adapt Xsolla and partner brand systems into one coherent look per campaign, and build a reusable component library so the next campaign launches faster than the last one. You will hand off to engineering with real specs and then review the implementation until it matches.
This is an entry-level design role with a live audience. We care more about your portfolio and your eye than your years of experience — recent graduates and self-taught designers with strong work are welcome. If you like designing things that get measured, and you want to see your work convert real traffic in APAC markets, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design partner-facing surfaces
Design the frontend surfaces created for Traffic Source partnerships: co-branded web shop themes, campaign landing pages, affiliate and creator destination pages, promotional banners, and in-shop merchandising.
Design responsive, mobile-first layouts with the purchase funnel in mind — clarity, hierarchy, trust signals, and a short path to checkout.
Adapt Xsolla brand guidelines and each partner's brand into a single coherent visual system per campaign, without breaking either.
Localise and adapt designs for APAC markets, accounting for language length, local conventions, and regional payment and merchandising context.
Ship with engineering
Work directly with the Partnerships Backend Engineer to take designs from Figma into working frontend — provide specs, states, breakpoints, tokens, and exported assets, then review the build until it matches the design.
Build and maintain a reusable component and template library so new partner campaigns can be assembled rather than designed from scratch.
QA implemented pages across browsers and devices and raise the gaps.
Supporting work
Create supporting collateral for partnerships inquiries: pitch visuals, one-pagers, deck slides, and social or creator kit assets.
Collaborate with HQ Design, follow and contribute to the Xsolla design system, and keep design files, naming, and handoff documentation organised.
Take feedback constructively from HQ Design, Partnerships, and partners, and iterate quickly.
Track work in Jira and keep design documentation current in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in product, web, or UI design, or a strong portfolio of personal, freelance, or academic work. A portfolio is required for this application.
Proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
Solid grounding in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, colour, and responsive / mobile-first design.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset production.
An understanding of what makes a landing page convert, and a willingness to have your design judged on that.
Able to work within an existing design system and brand guidelines rather than around them.
Attention to detail and a high standard of quality in design execution.
English sufficient for daily collaboration with the HQ Design team; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Basic HTML and CSS — enough to spec accurately and QA an implementation.
Motion and micro-interaction work (After Effects, Framer Motion, Rive, Lottie).
Experience designing e-commerce, storefront, or checkout flows.
Experience with marketing landing pages, A/B testing, or conversion optimisation.
Illustration, 3D, or custom asset creation skills.
Familiarity with the gaming industry, creator and influencer marketing, or affiliate campaigns.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Professional education in design or a related field.
BENEFITS

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Backend Engineer at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok, working alongside our HQ Integration Management and Engineering teams. Your job is to make partnerships technically real: turning an inbound partnerships inquiry into a working integration, generating and serving the affiliate and referral links that Traffic Source Partners use, and making sure the traffic those links carry lands correctly in our Web Shops and is attributed all the way through to a purchase.
You will write the backend that sits between a partner and our commerce platform — link generation, click and conversion tracking, attribution pass-through, postbacks, and the reporting endpoints that feed partner payouts. You will also build the internal tooling that lets the Partnerships and Customer Success teams onboard partners and reconcile payouts without hand-editing spreadsheets.
This is an entry-level engineering role with genuine product surface area. Recent graduates and career-changers with a strong project portfolio are welcome. If you like small, well-scoped systems that other people depend on daily, and you want to learn commerce, attribution, and payments engineering from a team that runs it at global scale, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build partner integrations
Build and maintain backend services that power Traffic Source partnerships: affiliate and referral link generation, click and conversion tracking, attribution parameter pass-through, server-to-server postbacks and webhooks, and partner-facing reporting endpoints.
Take new partnerships inquiries from intake through to production — clarify the requirement with the Partnerships and BD teams, write the technical spec, implement, test, and deploy.
Integrate affiliate links with Xsolla Web Shops so partner-driven traffic is tracked end to end and attributed correctly at checkout.
Read a partner's API documentation and build against it; where a partner needs to build against us, document our side clearly and support their integration.
Tooling & data
Build internal tooling and scripts for partner onboarding, bulk link generation, performance data extraction, and payout reconciliation reporting used by the Customer Success and Partnerships teams.
Investigate and resolve attribution and tracking discrepancies together with Analytics and Customer Success — missing conversions, duplicate events, broken parameters, timing mismatches.
Add logging, metrics, and alerting so integration failures are caught by us rather than reported by a partner.
Ways of working
Write and maintain API documentation and integration guides for partners and internal stakeholders.
Participate in code review, write tests, and work within existing CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
Work with the HQ Engineering and Integration Management teams on standards and architecture; escalate design decisions early rather than working around them.
Collaborate closely with the Partnerships Designer on the frontend surfaces your integrations power, and with Customer Success on the payout data your services produce.
Track work in Jira and keep technical documentation current in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of professional backend development experience, or a strong portfolio of personal, academic, or internship projects you can walk us through. Recent graduates are welcome.
Working proficiency in at least one backend language — Go, PHP, Python, Node.js / TypeScript, or Java.
Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals (schema design, joins, indexing basics).
Good understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and API authentication (API keys, OAuth 2.0).
Comfortable with Git and working in a code-review culture.
Able to debug a problem you did not write — read logs, reproduce, isolate, and explain the cause.
English sufficient for technical discussion and written documentation with HQ teams; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate or performance marketing technology: tracking pixels, S2S postbacks, click IDs and UTM parameters, last-click attribution, deduplication, or traffic-quality and fraud filtering.
E-commerce, storefront, checkout, or payments integration experience.
Frontend basics (JavaScript / TypeScript, React) — enough to work productively with the Partnerships Designer on shop and landing-page surfaces.
Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
Message queues, scheduled jobs, or data pipeline experience.
Familiarity with analytics or BI tooling.
Interest in the gaming industry, fintech, or high-load consumer platforms.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok. You will work side by side with our HQ and APAC Customer Success Managers, supporting the day-to-day success of the Traffic Source Partners we onboard — affiliates, media partners, creator networks, and publishers who drive players to the web shops we operate for game developers.
The centre of gravity of this role is account management operations, and in particular partner payouts:making sure every partner is set up correctly, that their performance data is accurate, that their payout is calculated, documented, approved and paid on time, and that any discrepancy is chased down and closed. It is detailed work that partners feel immediately — getting it right is how trust in the programme gets built.
This is an entry-level position with real ownership from day one. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided you have the right attitude and eagerness to learn. If you are organised, comfortable with numbers, enjoy being the reliable person other teams can count on, and want to learn the commercial side of the games industry from the inside, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner payouts & account operations (primary)
Own the recurring payout cycle for onboarded Traffic Source Partners: collect and validate performance data, prepare payout calculations against agreed commercial terms (revenue share, CPA, fixed fee, bonuses), and submit them for approval.
Work with Finance, Legal, and Partnerships to make sure each partner's invoicing, tax, and banking documentation is complete and current before payment.
Investigate and resolve payout discrepancies — missing conversions, mismatched reporting periods, currency and FX questions, adjustments and clawbacks — and communicate the outcome clearly to the partner.
Maintain accurate partner records: contacts, contract terms, payout schedules, tracking setup, and account status in CRM (Salesforce) and internal trackers.
Produce recurring reporting: weekly partner status, monthly payout reconciliation, and inputs for quarterly business reviews.
Customer success support
Support the HQ and APAC CSM team on standard customer success duties across the partner portfolio — meeting preparation, follow-ups, action-item tracking, and documentation.
Help onboard new Traffic Source Partners: account setup, documentation, tracking-link setup, first campaign, and first payout.
Act as first-line responder for partner questions, escalating technical issues to Engineering and commercial questions to the account owner.
Monitor partner performance dashboards and proactively flag anomalies — traffic drops, conversion drops, stalled integrations, unpaid balances — before they become escalations.
Act as the voice of the partner internally, liaising with Product, Engineering, Design, BD, and Support so requests are delivered accurately and on time.
Ways of working
Coordinate across time zones with HQ, APAC Partnerships, and regional teams.
Keep process documentation, decision logs, and onboarding notes current in Confluence; track work in Jira.
Spot the repetitive parts of the payout and reporting process and propose ways to simplify or automate them.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partner or affiliate operations, ad operations, finance operations, or a comparable client-facing or operational role. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
Fluent in English; you will work in English daily with HQ and APAC colleagues and partners.
Strong numeracy and confident spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation).
Exceptional attention to detail. This role touches money movement; accuracy matters more than speed.
Highly organised and self-directed — able to run a recurring process on a calendar without being chased.
Clear written communicator, able to explain a payout calculation or a tracking issue in plain language to a partner or a teammate.
Comfortable working across APAC and HQ time zones and in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate marketing, performance marketing, ad networks, or creator and influencer programmes.
Familiarity with CRM tooling (Salesforce), Jira and Confluence, or BI dashboards.
Basic understanding of invoicing, VAT or withholding tax, and cross-border payment flows.
Interest in the gaming industry, payments and fintech, or B2B SaaS.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Any prior experience in coordination, support, operations, or student project lead roles.
BENEFITS

Phantom https://phantom.com is on a mission to connect the world to the freedom of open markets. Tens of millions of people all over the world use Phantom to access global markets that never close, including perpetuals, prediction markets, tokenized assets, stablecoins and memes. Phantom users are able to discover the markets that matter and the cultural moments that shape them, building conviction through real-time data and the verified performance of top traders. With self-custody and access to open networks at its core, Phantom lets them control their financial moves in the same app they use to safely store or spend money worldwide.
Phantom has reached #1 in Google Play's finance category and consistently ranks in the top 50 apps across all categories. Check out our Forbes Fintech 50 https://www.forbes.com/sites/ninabambysheva/2026/02/23/inside-phantoms-battle-plan-to-win-the-crypto-fueled-superapp-war/ and CNBC and Statista's World's Top Fintech Companies 2026 https://www.cnbc.com/worlds-top-fintech-companies-2026/!
We are around 180 people, fully remote, backed by a $150M Series C investment from a16z, Sequoia Capital and Paradigm.
Our most active users deserve a relationship with Phantom, not a ticket queue. We are launching an invite only VIP program in app messaging with a real person, enhanced support, and exclusive experiences. You will be its first dedicated hire.
As a VIP Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for VIP members inside the app. You will own these relationships end to end: welcoming new members, resolving issues personally, pulling in support and engineering when a case needs them, and staying with it until it is closed. You will help shape the playbook for the team we build around you as the program scales toward round the clock coverage. You will work closely with the VIP program lead, support, marketing, product, and design.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the personal, named contact for VIP members in our in-app messaging hub
- Own member relationships end to end: onboarding and welcome, proactive check-ins, and follow through on every issue until it is resolved.
- Handle high stakes situations such as compromised wallets, missing funds, and large transactions with urgency, precision, and discretion.
- Triage and escalate: bring in support agents, engineering, or leadership when a case warrants it, and own the communication back to the member.
- Meet members where they are: in-app chat first, plus email, X, Telegram, and Discord.
- Coordinate the moments beyond support: welcome gifts, event experiences, and early access to new features.
- Turn conversations into leverage: channel member feedback to product, build playbooks, and help define the response time and satisfaction standards for the VIP team.
- Help design and scale the program from a small founding cohort to thousands of members, and eventually 24/7 coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years in premium or VIP support, account management, or customer success, ideally at a sports betting platform, crypto exchange, wallet, brokerage, or fintech app.
- Deep crypto fluency: you understand self custody and can navigate multiple chains, reading a block explorer, tracing a transaction, and telling an L2 gas issue apart from a bug.
- Exceptional written communication: warm, concise, and human, even under pressure.
- Absolute discretion: for high value users, privacy and trust are the product.
- Security first instincts: you know the social engineering patterns targeting crypto users, and you would never ask anyone for a seed phrase.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership: you are the first hire in a new function and will build much of the process yourself.
- Time zone flexibility: our members are global and markets do not close, so some evening and weekend availability is part of the job.
- Nice to have: experience serving high net worth clients at an exchange or brokerage.
- Nice to have: hands on experience with Zendesk and AI support tooling.
- Nice to have: fluency in more than one language, or an active Phantom user with real on chain history.
The target base salary for this role will range between $75,000 to $100,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer.
Why Work With Us
Phantom's journey to becoming a global trading app began with making crypto easier to use. Today, we’re building on that foundation to help people discover the markets that matter, make informed financial moves, and safely store or spend their money worldwide. Joining Phantom means helping shape that next chapter: building products that bring the freedom of open markets to more people.
- Build for global impact: Create products used by tens of millions of people, making innovative financial markets more accessible to users around the world.
- Make complexity feel simple: Solve meaningful challenges across design, engineering, and user experience to make discovering markets and managing money seamless.
- Put users in control: Help build a future where people have greater freedom over their assets and financial decisions, with security and self-custody at the foundation.
Benefits (only available to full-time employees)
- Competitive salary and equity
- Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision): base plan 100% covered
- Flexible hours and a long-standing, supportive remote environment
- Unlimited vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it!)
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Wellness stipend
- Weekly meal stipend
- Learning & Development stipend
- Remote / WFH set-up stipend
We strongly encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply. We believe that our work is stronger with a variety of perspectives, and we’re eager to further diversify our company. If you have a background that you feel would make an impact at Phantom, please consider applying. We’re committed to building an inclusive, supportive place for you to do the best work of your career.
By submitting your resume and application materials, you acknowledge and agree that Phantom Technologies, Inc. ("Phantom") collects and processes your personal information (including application materials, interview records, and related data) to evaluate your candidacy. Phantom may use AI-powered tools and third-party service providers for transcription, note-taking, scheduling, and other administrative tasks. Phantom does not sell your information and your materials will be handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT ORGANIC GROWTH MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
Organic growth here is the set of channels that convert without media spend: search, AI assistants, and the content ecosystem they pull from. The channel has already brought in $2M in under a month, and conversion keeps climbing.
So this isn't an experiment in the dark. It's a proven channel that nobody has figured out how to scale yet, because the rules are still being written.
Millions of people now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity which tool to use instead of typing it into Google. What those answers say about Higgsfield decides who discovers us and whether they choose us.
An Organic Growth Manager here is a high-agency operator who:
- treats SEO, AEO and GEO as one channel, not three disciplines;
- turns observations into hypotheses, tests them, and scales what moves the number;
- builds systems and automations instead of doing the same research by hand every week;
- moves work through adjacent teams, not just through their own hands;
- owns the line from visibility to sign-ups, not just rankings.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Visibility across search and AI assistants
- Understand how Higgsfield and competitors appear across Google and across LLMs — and why;
- Map how people actually ask for products in our category, and identify the queries worth winning;
- Find the gaps and the weak spots, including results that currently work against us.
The source ecosystem
- Understand which sites, communities, creators and formats different engines trust and retrieve;
- Shape what information exists about Higgsfield online and how our category gets described;
- Work with content, product and external partners to turn that into things that actually get published.
Measurement and experimentation
- Connect visibility, citations, traffic, sign-ups and revenue — the channel is judged on conversion, not vanity metrics;
- Build lightweight systems (Sheets, APIs, scripts, automation tools) to cut manual work;
- Continuously test new sources, formats and tools as the engines evolve.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We don't require experience in AEO or GEO — almost nobody has it. We care about how you solve unfamiliar problems, and about what you've already delivered somewhere else.
Must-have
- A measurable result you can walk us through. Which metric you moved, by how much, and what part of it was yours;
- You turn data into decisions — and can explain why that decision and not another
- Technically curious: you figure out new tools, systems and data on your own;
- Has built or automated something before, rather than doing the same thing by hand every week;
- Can move work through adjacent teams and external sites, strong cross-functional and partner skills
- Fluent English, and comfortable working with content when needed;
- High ownership: you don't wait for a task list, you understand the goal and figure out how to get there;
Good to have
- Experience in SEO, growth, analytics, content, engineering or automation;
- Familiarity with LLM retrieval, RAG, or technical SEO;
- Your own project, product or business — anything you built without a brief;
- Strong understanding of the GenAI ecosystem.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
- It's not a channel with an existing playbook to execute;
- It's not a role where someone hands you a task list;
- It's not a fit if you prefer strategy over execution, or want predictable 9-to-5 workdays.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- On-site role in Almaty, Kazakhstan;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MISSION
Alan is scaling internationally (800+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Engineers to build and own the internal technology platform every Alaner works on: identity and provisioning, endpoint and SaaS security, the tooling behind our clinics, and the automation that keeps IT from scaling linearly with headcount.
The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person. You'll be staffed on one or two of these areas at a time, according to your strengths and interests, and it will evolve through time based on company needs and personal appetite.
Staying close to users keeps us building the right things: you'll spend up to one day a week on IT support, seeing first-hand where friction lives and what's worth automating next.
SCOPE
⚙️ PLATFORM & AUTOMATION
- Own and extend automations on Alan Home, our internal provisioning engine
- Maintain, extend and improve helpdesk automation, SaaS provisioning flows, and onboarding/offboarding pipelines
- Own the meeting room AV and room-booking platform as a product, replicable across offices
🔑 IDENTITY & ACCESS
- Own the IT side of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, mobility between jobs and countries) across Google Workspace, SSO/SAML and our SaaS ecosystem.
- Grow our role-based access model: extend it to more tools and refine the permission groups, so access is granted by role rather than case by case
- Make employee lifecycle events reliable, fast and auditable end-to-end
- Own access reviews and least-privilege models; produce and maintain the evidence our auditors rely on
- Own SaaS procurement and license management: vendor relationships, renewals, and cost optimization across our stack
🔒 ENDPOINT & SAAS SECURITY
- Own the Mac fleet in Kandji: enrollment at scale, role-based blueprints, fleet compliance
- Cloudflare WARP, SaaS security controls
- Maintain and strengthen our ISO 27001 certification and drive ACPR and pentest remediation on the endpoint and platform scope
🩺 HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IT
- The IT layer behind Alan's clinics: practitioner tooling, equipment, access
- Role and permission automation for healthcare professionals, and their support and escalation process
🌍 INTERNATIONALISATION
- Make international expansion something IT accelerates, not something it slows down: a repeatable process where every new market (Canada, KSA, Armenia...) launches on our standard stack from day one
- Bring acquired entities onto that same platform
MILESTONES
First 3 months
- Acquire technical knowledge on Alan's platform: Alan Home, Google Workspace/SSO, Kandji, Cloudflare WARP
- Take one project end-to-end and ship a first increment
- Join the IT oncall team as technical escalation
First 6 months
- Own a workstream end-to-end
- Deliver one automation or hardening initiative end-to-end
- Take up documentation and automation on your scope and reduce significantly the bus factor on it
- Mentor IT teammates on your core expertise
First year
- Deliver measurable IT toil reduction on your scope
- Set the technical standards on your domain: how we build, document and review it
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships (Engineering, Security, Workplace, Clinic, People, Audit)
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding new teammates
3 years
- Lead major projects end-to-end across several communities
- Be the reference the team relies on across at least two domains
- Mentor the IT team and beyond, and scale IT without a linear increase in manual work
As the community grows, there is room to take on more responsibility: leading a crew, owning cross-community projects, mentoring, hiring.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have - Technical/hard skills:
- 3+ years in IT engineering, platform, systems or corporate engineering, with real ownership of production-facing systems
- Depth in at least one area (platform & automation, identity, endpoint & security) and demonstrated range beyond it.
- You write code: not as a full-time software engineer, but Python, APIs and pull requests in a shared repo should feel normal
- Structured problem-solving: diagnoses methodically, asks the right clarifying questions, thinks about failure modes and rollback
- Comfort with regulated environments: health data, ACPR, ISO 27001, HDS
- Automation & AI appetite: uses AI tools smartly to accelerate their own delivery, with an instinct for what should be automated or delegated to AI rather than repeated
Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills:
- Ownership & autonomy: drives topics forward without hand-holding, including when they cross into someone else's perimeter
- Written communication: Alan is written-first; decisions get argued in public documents and challenged by people outside your team
- Pragmatic judgment: balances "perfect" vs. "good enough", decides with incomplete information
- Documentation culture: reduces bus factor through clear documentation and knowledge sharing
Nice-to-have skills / Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with an internal provisioning or IdP-driven automation platform
- Kandji or another MDM at scale
- Cloudflare Zero Trust / WARP, Datadog
- Audit remediation experience (ISO 27001, HDS)
- Multi-country rollouts, or IT integration after an acquisition
- Having mentored, coached or led a (small) crew
- Health or healthtech ecosystem familiarity

MISSION
Alan is scaling internationally (900+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Operations Specialists to own device security, SaaS platforms, identity & access, and the daily IT experience of every Alaner, while contributing to build projects that remove operational toil.
IT at Alan is more than just a helpdesk. Operations and support ('Run') take roughly 60% of your time initially, while the rest goes toward owning project-based initiatives ('Build') tailored to your experience level.
As you ramp up alongside senior engineers, your focus will naturally shift toward more build-focused work with wider impact.
The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person. We staff people according to their strengths and interests, and it evolves over time.
SCOPE
🛟 SUPPORT & ONCALL
- Own L1/L2 oncall for 900+ Alaners across 5+ countries, with a clear escalation path to engineers
- Triage, communicate to users during incidents, and escalate appropriately
- Document recurring issues and reduce ticket volume through self-service
💻 DEVICE LIFECYCLE & ENDPOINT COMPLIANCE
- Own the full device lifecycle: procurement, zero-touch enrollment (Apple Business Manager, Kandji), repair, retrieval
- Maintain role-based Kandji blueprints and least-privilege configurations
- Contribute to device compliance across all countries (MDM, EDR, FileVault) and to audit evidence
- Own the physical side: laptop locker, hardware inventory, office equipment
- Take over day-to-day device operations as we bring them back in-house from our outsourced provider
🔑 IDENTITY, ACCESS & SAAS PLATFORMS
- Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, across both automated and manually-managed tools
- Administer Google Workspace, SSO/SAML, licences and access reviews
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and procurement on your scope
⚙️ BUILD
- Own a build project end-to-end, with a more experienced engineer to pair with and learn from
- Examples from the current roadmap: rebuilding the onboarding intake, the meeting room audiovisual equipment and room-booking revamp, the IT playbook for new offices, ISO 27001 / ACPR evidence collection
- Ship automation and self-service tooling that measurably reduces IT toil
MILESTONES
First 2 months
- Join IT oncall rotation (helpdesk) with buddy/shadowing support
- Discover Alan's processes, stack (Kandji, Apple Business Manager), SaaS ecosystem, and identity tools (Google Workspace, SSO, Alan Home)
- Handle most typical IT operations issues autonomously (equipment, SaaS access, account provisioning)
First 6 months
- Handle IT oncall shifts autonomously, solving most problems that do not require engineer input
- Own onboarding/offboarding workflows end-to-end
- Have wide knowledge of Alan's processes, equipment, and tools
- Ship a first project
First year
- Be regarded as an expert on at least one topic beyond the oncall rotation (e.g. MDM, SaaS admin, compliance documentation)
- Contribute on device compliance improvements (MDM, EDR, FileVault) across all countries
- Ship automation or self-service projects that measurably reduce IT toil, with limited guidance
- Lead small to medium IT projects end-to-end
3 years
- Fully autonomous on the User Experience & Platform workstreams
- Lead medium to high-complexity IT projects end-to-end
- Mentor newer team members, reduce bus factor through documentation, automation and knowledge sharing
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have - Technical/hard skills:
- 1-3 years in IT operations (or strong internship / student association background in a tech environment): device management (MDM, ideally Kandji), SaaS administration, basic identity & access management (Google Workspace, SSO)
- Operational reflexes: can triage issues, communicate to users during incidents, and escalate appropriately. Has oncall or production support experience
- Automation & AI appetite: scripting basics (Python, Bash) or low-code, and an instinct for what should be automated or delegated to AI rather than repeated
- Documentation mindset: writes clear, structured documentation
- Learning velocity: Picks up new tools and processes quickly.
Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills:
- Written-First Communication: Clear, effective written communicator who instinctively documents workflows, shares knowledge transparently, and thrives in an asynchronous work culture.
- Empathetic Problem-Solving: Balanced user-first service mindset with operational pragmatism—delighting colleagues while diagnosing root causes rather than applying band-aid fixes.
- Autonomous Growth: Self-directed problem solver who takes early project ownership, learns rapidly alongside senior engineers, and actively seeks feedback to level up.
Nice-to-have skills / Bonus points if you have:
- macOS fluency: comfortable troubleshooting macOS, understands the Apple ecosystem (Apple Business Manager, DEP enrollment)
- Experience with Kandji specifically
- Exposure to security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HDS), even just awareness
- SaaS vendor management and/or license administration
- Interest in automation and coding (even from college/school projects)
- Experience in a fast-growing, multi-country tech company
