About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Sales Development Manager for Enterprise at Anthropic, you will lead the team that opens our most strategic customer relationships. You'll build and manage a team of 6-10 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who generate high-value pipeline inside complex enterprise organizations through account-based prospecting, multi-threaded outreach, and rigorous qualification.
Enterprise buying is long and involves many stakeholders. The work here is less about volume and more about depth: knowing an account well enough to reach the right people with the right message, and staying with it long enough to turn early conversations into real opportunities. You'll bring a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and organizational dynamics, and you'll coach your team to develop strategic accounts over time.
You'll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and with leaders across Sales, Revenue Operations, Strategy, and Marketing. You'll also develop the next generation of Anthropic's enterprise sellers, helping BDRs grow into Account Executive roles while they help the world's largest organizations adopt safe, frontier AI.
Key responsibilities
Build, lead, and scale a team of BDRs focused on the Enterprise segment
Drive strategic pipeline generation through account-based prospecting and targeted outbound campaigns to Global 2000 accounts
Coach your team on partnering with Enterprise Account Executives to develop account plans, coordinate multi-threaded outreach, and ensure high-quality opportunity handoffs
Establish and track KPIs focused on opportunity quality, deal size, and strategic account penetration
Coach and model for your team on enterprise prospecting, stakeholder mapping, and complex qualification
Build a deep understanding of enterprise buying processes, and coach the team on navigating procurement, legal, and security requirements
Own pipeline reviews with sales leadership covering enterprise pipeline health, account penetration, and competitive positioning
Build strong relationships with cross-functional leaders and partners across Sales, Revenue Operations, Strategy, and Marketing
Coach and mentor BDRs on strategic prospecting, executive engagement, and career development toward Account Executive roles
Minimum qualifications
Experience managing BDR, SDR, or new business Account Executive teams in an enterprise-focused sales organization
A track record of building teams that prospect successfully into complex enterprise organizations
Experience with account-based selling strategies, including account planning, stakeholder mapping, and multi-threaded outreach
Hands-on proficiency with a CRM and sales engagement tooling (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar), and the analytical skills to design prospecting systems and measure pipeline quality
Demonstrated ability to coach representatives on navigating complex organizational structures and multi-stakeholder deals
Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
An understanding of Anthropic’s products, ecosystem, and hands on building experience with LLMs
Excitement about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
Personal closing experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, ideally in a management role
Experience managing teams that prospect into Fortune 500 or Global 2000 accounts
A track record of developing BDRs who move successfully into enterprise Account Executive roles
Experience building enterprise prospecting playbooks where none existed
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, or other AI prospecting tools, and with sales tools such as Apollo and HubSpot
Experience in API-first, consumption-based, or platform business models
Background in AI or machine learning, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms
Familiarity with enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Anthropic's go-to-market organization is growing quickly, and our most important priorities for customers and for our field rarely sit within one team. Priorities cut across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Finance, Legal, Partnerships and more. We're looking for a strategic program manager to own these initiatives end to end.
You'll start with an ambiguous ask, sometimes from a senior leader and sometimes from a signal in the data. You'll find the root cause of the problem and design a solution with subject-matter experts across the company, then drive it from strategy to planning to results to iteration. You’ll bring stakeholders along while still moving quickly to the right answer. The work ranges from large cross-functional programs to short, focused SWAT efforts on urgent questions. Success looks like making better decisions, faster, for our customers and our field.
This is a strategic, highly cross-functional individual contributor role for someone equally comfortable building a business case, running a forum with senior stakeholders, getting into the data, and working directly with the field. You'll operate with high autonomy on the most critical GTM questions we face.
Key responsibilities
Own a portfolio of strategic GTM programs end to end, each starting from a business problem (e.g., customer activation, seller efficiency, model launches) and running from scoping through launch, operationalization, results, and iteration
Act as a thought partner to Sales and GTM leaders: identify, scope, and prioritize the programs most worth doing, and say no to the rest
Turn ambiguous, loosely scoped problems into structured analysis, a defensible model, and a clear plan with owners, milestones, and decision points
Align and drive teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships without formal authority over any of them
Engage senior executives on the status and outcomes of the most critical programs
Manage change so new programs are adopted by the field, and define and report on success metrics such as adoption, time-to-value, and productivity impact
Use AI tools every day to analyze, model, and build faster
Create the templates, cadence, and reporting that help every future program launch well
Minimum qualifications
Have led complex cross-functional programs from problem definition through delivery, in strategy consulting, strategy and operations, GTM or sales programs, or program management
A track record of turning ambiguous problems into clear, defensible recommendations
Have driven initiatives to completion across teams you do not manage, including when senior stakeholders disagreed
Analytical skills: building a business case and quantitative model, defining targets, and pulling and analyzing your own data from CRM and BI tools
Clear written and verbal communication, with experience presenting analysis and recommendations to senior and executive audiences
A working understanding of how an enterprise sales organization operates
Have built programs or processes where none existed, and owned the outcome through to results
Are motivated by Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
A background in strategy consulting followed by an in-house role where you built and ran programs and strategic projects
Experience running sales or GTM programs with measured results, such as pipeline, activation, adoption, or launch programs
Experience working within a sales operating cadence, such as forecast calls and pipeline reviews, Sales planning, product launches
Hands-on experience using AI tools daily to work faster and more rigorously, including building workflows with Claude or similar tools
Experience at a company selling technical or AI products
Experience as an early hire in a new team or function

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
About the Role
Billing is mission-critical to Render’s success. Every service, database, and workload that runs on Render ends up on an invoice, and customers trust us to get that invoice right. As Senior Engineering Manager for the Billing team, you’ll lead the organization that makes sure customers are billed accurately, reliably, and transparently as Render scales.
You’ll set the multi-quarter strategy and own the technical direction, people, and execution behind Render’s usage-based billing systems: how usage is captured, how it flows through our data pipelines and third-party billing platforms, and how it lands as a correct charge. You’ll be Engineering’s senior partner to Finance, Product, and Customer Experience leadership, turning pricing, reporting, and customer needs into a roadmap your team can ship.
This role is for a seasoned technical leader who wants to build the organization, the leaders, and the systems that keep billing right as usage, pricing, and our customer base keep growing.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow the Billing engineering team, which owns how Render turns platform usage into accurate charges: usage capture, data pipelines, third-party billing platforms (Orb, Metronome, Stripe, or similar), and invoicing
- Own the roadmap for Render’s billing systems, from usage metering through invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Drive billing correctness and reliability: build the monitoring, reconciliation, and testing that catch errors before customers do
- Partner with Finance, Product, and Customer Experience to align the roadmap with pricing, reporting, and customer needs
- Hire and develop engineers to support planned team growth, while keeping the team’s focus clear as billing scope expands
- Make key architectural decisions, balancing long-term billing platform investment against near-term pricing launches and fixes
- Build a strong performance management and career development practice for a team that includes senior ICs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong people leadership — the top priority for this role
- Hands-on enough to review code, prototype, and contribute directly when it helps the team
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, with adaptability and a growth mindset
- Proven experience building and scaling teams, ideally growing a group from a handful of engineers into a larger org
- Experience managing engineers; including senior and staff engineers; hiring, and performance management
- Hands-on experience with usage-based billing, payments, or other revenue-critical systems, including third-party platforms like Orb, Metronome, or Stripe
- Ability to partner closely with Finance, Product, and Customer Experience without needing to fill those functions yourself
- Strong business instincts, with the ability to connect engineering investment to billing accuracy, revenue, and customer trust
- Background from either a startup or a larger company is fine. What matters is experience and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience leading a billing platform migration or a pricing model change.
- Familiarity with financial reconciliation and reporting processes.
- Background in distributed systems or event-driven architectures.
- Experience building for developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or DevTools.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.

Anthropic’s mission is to ensure that the world safely makes the transition through transformative AI. Security is one of the clearest places where that mission plays out: the same capabilities that help attackers move faster can help defenders move faster too, and helping them use those capabilities safely and well is what this team is for. Security teams are among the earliest and most demanding users of frontier AI. They use Claude to review code at scale, find vulnerabilities before attackers do, and work through alert queues their analysts can’t keep up with. Anthropic’s Applied AI organization is building a dedicated Security team to help them do this well, and we are looking for its first leader.
You will build this team from zero. You’ll decide which security customers the team serves first, who you hire and in what order, and how the team works with Sales, Applied AI Engineering, and our security, legal, and trust partners. You’ll also stay hands-on with a few of our most important security customers, because what you learn in those accounts becomes the playbook for everyone else. You’ll also set the standard for how security customers use Claude responsibly, including where a person has to review the output before anyone acts on it.
What you’ll do
Hire, onboard, and develop the first Applied AI Architects on the Security team. Coach senior and early-career architects differently, and give each one clear goals.
Decide where the team spends its time: which segments and account types come first, which deals get architect coverage, and how to say no clearly when demand outruns headcount.
Partner with security account executives on joint account plans, regular pipeline and forecast reviews, and deals where the customer’s security review sets the close date.
Guide customers from discovery through evaluations and proofs of concept with written success criteria. Then take them from one-time code scans to sustained workloads: application security in the development lifecycle, continuous automated penetration testing, alert triage and investigation, and vulnerability and threat intelligence.
Work alongside the security ISVs, systems integrators, and managed security providers already in our customers’ accounts. Keep a clear line between what Anthropic delivers and what partners deliver.
Bring in Applied AI Engineers and our security, legal, and trust teams when a customer’s build or review needs them.
Write the first security playbooks, reference implementations, and evaluation approaches. Bring what you learn back to Product, Engineering, and Research, so Claude becomes more useful and more trustworthy for defenders at the same time.
Carry a small number of strategic security accounts yourself, from executive briefings with CISOs to hands-on workshops with their engineers.
You may be a good fit if you
Have 12+ years of industry experience with at least 4 years managing a team of customer-facing technical people, such as solutions architects, sales engineers, or security consultants, and can show how the team grew and performed under you.
Have hands-on security depth in at least one area, such as application security, detection and response, offensive security, or vulnerability management, deep enough that practitioners trust your judgment
. Application security experience highly preferred.
Have used LLMs for real security work, such as code review, vulnerability discovery, triage, or investigation, and can say where they helped and where they failed.
Have worked large enterprise security deals end to end, including customer security reviews, in close partnership with sales.
Care about making AI both safe and useful for defenders, and can explain security risk and value to a CISO and to the engineers who will run the work, in terms each one cares about.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
Docker helps developers build, share, and run software with confidence. As AI agents take on more of the development workflow, we’re extending that mission: giving developers the freedom to work with powerful agents in sandboxed environments, with the isolation and controls organizations need to adopt them safely.
We’re looking for a Product Manager, AI Gateway to help make secure model access a seamless part of that experience. Sandboxes establish boundaries around where agents execute; the gateway addresses how those agents connect to AI models. You’ll shape experiences that make it easy to get started while giving organizations control over model access, credentials, sensitive data, and usage.
This role is about making safety and developer productivity reinforce each other. You’ll partner closely with the Sandboxes team, engineering, design, and customers to turn complex infrastructure and security requirements into intuitive workflows, from a developer’s first sandboxed agent session to organization-wide adoption. You’ll own the gateway’s product direction, balancing choice and interoperability with governance, reliability, and cost.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own product strategy and prioritization. Define the vision, roadmap, and success measures for the gateway, balancing developer adoption with enterprise requirements.
- Understand developers and enterprise customers. Work directly with developers, AI teams, platform engineers, and security stakeholders to uncover needs, validate solutions, and guide investment.
- Make secure onboarding simple. Improve the journey from launching a sandbox and authenticating to connecting an agent, selecting a model, and completing the first useful task.
- Build a cohesive developer experience. Partner with engineering and design on APIs, CLI tools, administration experiences, documentation, and integrations with AI coding tools.
- Shape model access and interoperability. Work directly with inference providers to evaluate model capabilities, plan integrations, and align on capacity, reliability, and pricing. Prioritize model discovery and compatibility so customers can adopt new models without unnecessary integration work.
- Define enterprise safety and governance experiences. Translate requirements for identity, access management, credential protection, policy enforcement, and auditability into clear, usable capabilities.
- Guide reliability and cost-management decisions. Define traffic balancing, routing, and fallback strategies across multiple inference providers, balancing model quality, latency, availability, and cost. Own inference cost-management priorities, including usage visibility, budgets, and spend optimization.
- Drive execution and launches. Write focused product requirements, make explicit tradeoffs, and partner with customer-facing teams on positioning, onboarding, release readiness, and continuous learning.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of product management experience, with experience building developer tools, infrastructure, security, or platform products.
- Demonstrated success taking a product from concept to launch, including validating customer demand, defining the initial scope, and driving adoption after release.
- Strong technical background, through software engineering experience or ownership of deeply technical products. You can evaluate API designs, understand system architecture, and make informed tradeoffs with engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and agent workflows, and an informed perspective on the challenges of giving agents secure access to models, tools, and data.
- Strong product judgment and analytical skills, with examples of using customer research and product data to prioritize investments and measure results.
- Excellent written communication and cross-functional leadership, with a track record of aligning engineering, design, and go-to-market teams around a clear strategy and delivering in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Visa sponsorship: Not available for this role.

Platform Safety builds the infrastructure that lets Anthropic bring its most capable models to more people, safely and securely. Our systems decide both who can access our most advanced models, and what capabilities they can access, wherever Claude is available. That includes identity and business verification, trusted access programs, and the core services that grant, hold and enforce model access across our products. These systems already power the Cyber Verification Program, which now includes Project Glasswing, and the Life Sciences Verification Program with further more advanced use cases in development.
As a Staff+ engineer, you'll help set the technical direction for this work. The foundations are live and adoption is growing quickly, so the next challenge is scale: making access a matter of configuration instead of code, making verification reusable, and giving customers a consistent experience on every surface. You'll work closely with safeguards, product, design and research to turn safety policy into systems that are easy to use and enforce. You'll also take new 0 → 1 efforts from idea to delivery as new capabilities and programs emerge.
What you'll do
You'll design, build and operate the systems that decide who gets access to our most capable models. You'll build the platform that lets teams across Anthropic launch and run trusted access programs, moving access rules out of code and into data so that launching a new model or complex program is simple and scalable. You'll build out our identity and business verification system (KYC/KYB) as a reusable service that any program can use, which means integrating verification vendors, protecting sensitive personal data, expanding into new regions, and building fair review and appeal paths for customers. You'll also evolve the core services behind every access decision, including the services that grant and hold access and the customer and user identity models they rely on, and keep them highly available and consistent across our own products and cloud platforms.
You'll shape the architecture through clear written proposals, review key designs, and mentor engineers on a growing team. You'll also share on-call, lead incident response, and support emerging new programs.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a backend or platform engineer, ideally at tech lead level or equivalent, and are comfortable working across the stack when the problem calls for it
Have strong product sense, and work closely with cross-functional partners, including non-engineers, to shape and execute strategy in new domains
Use AI tools as a regular part of how you design, build and review software
Have designed and operated production distributed systems on a critical path, where correctness, latency and availability all matter
Take full ownership of your work, from design through build, deployment, operations and iteration
Navigate ambiguity and make sound technical decisions independently, have set technical direction that other engineers and teams adopted, and have ideally operated in both 0 → 1 and more mature settings
Care about building robust, scalable systems that other engineers and businesses love to use
Care about the societal impacts of your work and Anthropic's mission to build safe, beneficial AI
Strong candidates may also have:
Identity, access control or authorization systems at scale
Fraud, risk, trust and safety, or KYC/KYB systems, including working with verification vendors
Regulated or compliance-sensitive environments, including handling sensitive personal data
Integrating with cloud platforms or partner ecosystems such as AWS, Google Cloud and Azure
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Location Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates based in NY, SEA, SF or the Bay Area given the current location of team.

Workplace: none
About us:
At Praktika.ai we are on a mission to deliver efficient and engaging learning experiences for billions of students worldwide by bridging the gap between learning apps and human tutors.
We have done this by creating a fully automated language tutorship experience powered by generative AI Avatars.
After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Chief of Staff to join us! We are a global small team of 50 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring.
In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup.
About the role:
Be the glue across the company, the heart of the role:
Run the leadership rhythm.
Prepare the weekly leadership sync, write down what was decided, and follow up every action until it is done.
Know what every team is doing.
Spot work that falls between teams and either fix it or get someone to own it.
Turn priorities into plans.
Take the CEO's priorities and turn them into plans with an owner, a date and a one-line weekly status.
Unblock decisions.
Bring each open decision to the right person with the facts and a recommendation, so nothing waits for weeks.
Own what has no owner.
When something lands with no obvious home, it comes to you.
Finance, about 40% of your time
Own the financial model.
Update it monthly, or weekly when needed. Build scenarios such as a fundraise, a cash view next to the accrual view, and unit economics like LTV:CAC and renewal curves.
Run the monthly close
with our external accountant. Review the numbers, catch errors before they reach the books, and report actuals against budget to the leadership team.
Get us ready to raise.
Prepare the finance and reporting for investors and the board, so we are ready for the next fundraise.
Run tax and entity admin
across our UK, US and UAE entities, with outside advisers: VAT returns, US tax and transfer pricing.
Manage vendor spend.
Approve and pay invoices, negotiate the big contracts (payments, cloud, analytics, AI providers) and track every renewal date.
Look after equity admin:
option grants and the cap table, with our lawyers.
Compliance and legal
Run the compliance programme
with our engineering lead: ISO 27001 and SOC 2, the yearly audits, policies and evidence.
Support enterprise deals.
Work with the B2B team on security questionnaires, data processing agreements and contract reviews.
Keep the company in order:
contracts, board consents and minutes, visas and entity filings, with our lawyers and people team.
Strategic projects
Take big bets from idea to launch:
new markets, new distribution platforms and large partnerships.
Spot opportunities nobody owns,
such as an award, a partnership or a market, and move them without being asked.
Run one-off projects
for the CEO and the leadership team: research, business cases, incentive plans and process fixes.
What are we looking for from you:
A finance background.
Investment banking, private equity, venture capital or corporate finance. This is not optional.
Strong financial modelling.
You can build and run a company model from scratch, and explain it to people who do not work in finance.
Proactive.
You see what needs doing and do it before anyone asks. We value this trait above all others.
Autonomous.
You make decisions on your own, with incomplete information, and you are comfortable with ambiguity.
A clear writer.
We work async, so most of your influence will happen in writing.
Low ego.
You do the unglamorous tasks as well as the strategic ones, and you see them as the way to learn the business.
Built for startup pace.
Urgent turnarounds and changing priorities do not throw you. You would rather ship, learn and fix than wait for perfect.
Why should you join Praktika:
We expect dedication and hard work but we also believe in rewarding it. Our compensation reflects the effort and results you bring to the table.
Top-tier salary to match your top-tier skills
Equity that grows with your impact: Equity growth via stock options
26 days holidays plus bank holidays. (34 days per year)
Yearly off-sites: Last year was in Dubai!
Health and wellness benefits to support your overall well-being through Safetywing
Access to an AI toolkit including ChatGPT, Copilot, and other productivity tools
Annual educational budget of up to $1,000
Interview Process:
We will provide you with feedback throughout the interview process.
Join Praktika and lead the charge in driving exponential growth and innovation. Apply now to be part of a team that is redefining language learning for millions of users worldwide.

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually
Creating solutions that run on 13% of the world’s smartphones
The Mobile Integrations team builds the core technology that turns advertising from an interruption into a rewarded experience for 770 million users. We own the robust, lightweight, integration layer between our ad engine and the global mobile ecosystem, ensuring our technology operates with minimal overhead while reaching a massive portion of the smartphone market.
On the client side, our technology performs smoothly across 20 million daily SDK initializations. We build native Swift and Kotlin SDKs optimized for ms initialization and minimal binary overhead, with Unity, Flutter, and React Native wrappers that provide a unified API across the entire mobile ecosystem. Behind the scenes, a high-throughput Go and DynamoDB architecture handles the real-time state synchronization of millions of concurrent sessions. When your code runs on nearly one out of every seven smartphones on Earth, every millisecond of execution and every byte of memory counts.
What you Will Do:
- Own and prioritize the Mobile SDK product backlog, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical requirements, and engineering capacity.
- Translate product and developer needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable priorities for the engineering team.
- Drive feature delivery from discovery and planning through development, testing, release, and post-launch evaluation.
- Work closely with Android, iOS, Backend, QA, and other stakeholders to manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, developers, and internal teams to identify integration pain points and opportunities to improve the SDK and developer experience.
- Support SDK releases and rollouts, including release planning, documentation, adoption tracking, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Use product data, SDK telemetry, and feedback to measure outcomes, identify opportunities, and continuously improve the Mobile SDK platform.
Who You Are:
- You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. (Bonus points if you have a background in ad-tech or Mobile/SDKs)
- You aren't expected to write code, but you are right at home discussing SDK architecture. You grasp the fundamentals and differences between iOS and Android, empowering you to have meaningful debates with the development team and properly weigh technical debt against business value.
- You have a proven track record of leveraging A/B testing and experimentation to drive product strategy. You know exactly how to define clear success metrics, analyze KPIs, and confidently pivot based on what the data tells you.
- You are a digital native who speaks the language of both business and engineering fluidly. You excel at closing the gap, aligning what the business envisions with what the technology can actually execute.
- You take deep ownership of your product. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, working independently, and making the objective calls needed to balance incoming business requests with the long-term technical integrity of the platform.
- You possess concise, direct communication skills. You know how to align, motivate, and guide interdisciplinary teams, cultivating a thriving and collaborative environment even as project requirements evolve.
What you get:
- Invest in Your Future: Regular feedback and our development program support your growth, helping you expand your skill set and achieve your career goals.

AI is changing what security teams can do. Claude can find and help fix vulnerabilities in code at a pace that wasn't possible a year ago, and we want defenders to have that advantage first.
As Manager, Cybersecurity Sales Specialists, you'll build and lead the team of cybersecurity specialists who sell to security teams across our Americas business units, including financial services, healthcare and life sciences, and technology. Your team partners with the Account Executives in each industry to lead the security strategy and the security deal with CISOs.
You'll help shape how Anthropic sells security: how your team covers the business units, how it works with the Account Executive and Applied AI organizations, and how what we learn from customers shapes what we build. The work matters to our mission: a safe transition through transformative AI depends on the people who defend critical systems being able to use it well, and this team is how we get it into their hands.
Responsibilities
Hire, onboard and develop a high-performing team of cybersecurity sales specialists
Own your team's forecast, pipeline health and results across the business units you cover
Set your team's coverage model, and agree on clear rules of engagement with the sales leaders who own each industry and with Applied AI leadership on discovery, proofs of concept and architecture
Build a pipeline engine with the Account Executives, across their existing accounts and through outbound to security leaders, events and partners
Coach your team through complex deals that lead with the customer's problem (finding and fixing vulnerabilities, application security, security operations, and deploying AI agents securely), and act as executive sponsor with CISOs on the most important ones
Make security reviews, verification for security use cases, and procurement a repeatable path rather than a deal-by-deal effort
Scale enablement so Account Executives across every business unit can spot and qualify security opportunities
Bring what your team hears from security customers to sales leadership and to our product, safeguards and marketing teams, and turn it into input on the roadmap
Run a healthy team: clear expectations, regular feedback, and performance and development conversations
Minimum Qualifications
Experience building and leading a cybersecurity sales team that carried a number, whether direct, specialist or overlay, including hiring, coaching and managing performance
Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals where the security organization was the buyer or the deciding approver, and of coaching others to do the same
Fluency in how security teams work, built by selling directly to CISOs, application security leads and security engineers
Depth in at least one security domain, such as application security, vulnerability management, security operations, cloud, data, identity or endpoint security
History of building a business before there was an established approach, through outbound and partners rather than inherited accounts
Ability to lead through influence as well as authority, so that Account Executives and their leaders bring your team in because it helps them win
Consultative approach to selling and coaching: understanding the problem before proposing anything, and being honest about what a product can't do
Commitment to making AI systems safe and beneficial
Preferred Qualifications
Background selling security in one of the industries we cover, and an understanding of how security is bought and regulated there
Experience managing managers and individual contributors, or scaling a sales team through fast growth
Experience leading teams selling AI, developer or data platform products to technical buyers
Time spent as a security practitioner or sales engineer before moving into sales leadership
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$450,000

$550,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
