ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Sentry, Support is an engineering discipline. Our customers are developers, and they expect answers from people who can read their stack trace, open the SDK source, and tell them what's actually wrong.
We're hiring a Senior Manager to lead Support Engineering. You'll run the team that handles everything from a single developer's SDK question to a production incident at one of our largest enterprise customers. You'll also help drive how we use AI in support: what systems are used, how they best help customers, enable the teams, and how we know the answers they give are right and forward looking.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll manage people, set the support strategy, get face to face time with customers, while also getting into tickets when it matters.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Lead and grow the team
- Manage and coach a team of Technical Support Engineers
- Set clear expectations for technical depth, response quality, and ownership, and give direct feedback
- Design a coverage model that works across time zones, including on-call and escalation paths
- Build career paths for Support Engineers who want to go deeper technically, move into management, or move into different teams and practices
Own support outcomes
- Own and report the team's core metrics: CX, time to resolution, escalation rate, and more
- Use support conversations as a signal: find the top drivers of tickets and get them fixed in the product, the docs, internal operations, or the SDKs, not just answered faster
Run AI-assisted support
- Own the roadmap for our support agents: which request types they handle, what context they need, and when they hand off to a person
- Set the quality bar for agent answers and the process for catching incomplete ones
- Decide where automation is worth building and where it isn't, based on data
Handle escalations and partner across Sentry
- Run the escalation process with Engineering: make sure bugs reach the right team with a reproduction and clear impact, and that customers hear back
- Be the support lead on high-stakes enterprise issues, working with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Sales
- Bring a clear picture of customer pain to Product and Engineering, backed by numbers
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Think great support is an engineering problem, not a staffing problem
- Want to build the team and the systems at the same time
- Can debug a tricky SDK issue yourself and also explain to a VP why their incident took four hours
- Would rather fix the cause of 200 tickets than answer them faster
- Have strong opinions on where AI helps in support and where it makes things worse, and be willing to discuss this at length.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years in technical support, support engineering, or software engineering at a SaaS or developer tools company
- 3+ years managing technical support engineers, including hiring and growing a team
- Technically credible with senior engineers: comfortable reading code in at least a few of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Ruby, and debugging across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and how observability tools (errors, tracing, logs) fit into them
- Hands-on experience running AI or automation in a support org, and a clear view of its failure modes
- Track record of using support data to drive product and process changes
- Clear, direct written communication with customers, executives, and engineers
Bonus
- Experience at a developer tools or observability company
- Former software engineer
- Managed a team spread across multiple time zones
- Open source contributor or maintainer
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $160,000 to $180,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.

The Role
You’ll own a net-new enterprise territory in Melbourne. Most of your number comes from accounts that don’t buy from us yet.
New business usually starts with a team already running ClickHouse — open source, or a Cloud account someone expensed — until a bill or a security review pushes the conversation up to the platform team and the budget owner. Common triggers: an Elasticsearch or Splunk bill that’s hard to defend, a warehouse that can’t serve a customer-facing feature fast enough, an AI product querying tens of billions of rows.
You’ll carry a small set of existing accounts alongside the hunt, where growth comes from new teams inside an account that already buys from us. One team lands a workload, it works, and four other teams have a similar problem. But the bulk of this role is finding and opening accounts that aren’t on our map yet.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle for new accounts in your territory — first conversation through security review, procurement, and close, on Cloud commitments and multi-year committed spend.
- Build your own pipeline. Self-sourced outbound is the primary input to this territory, not a supplement to inbound.
- Find and convert existing ClickHouse usage in new accounts. Unmanaged open-source deployments and self-serve Cloud accounts are the highest-yield source of new pipeline in this segment.
- Multi-thread across the data platform team, the budget owner, security, and the executive sponsor rather than relying on a single champion.
- Work with your Solutions Architect through the technical evaluation. They own the technical win, you own the commercial strategy and the close.
- Run the procurement path: security questionnaires, legal redlines, vendor onboarding, and BYOC or private-deployment requirements, including Australian data residency where it’s required.
- Give your champion the internal business case — TCO comparison against the incumbent, migration plan, and risk mitigation.
- Grow the accounts you land by mapping the remaining teams and use cases and building an expansion plan against them.
- Watch consumption trends across your accounts and engage early when usage flattens or spikes. Both are signals.
- Keep Salesforce accurate and submit a forecast leadership can plan against.
- Participate in the developer community in your territory: meetups, conferences, and events across Melbourne.
What You Bring
- 6+ years selling technical infrastructure to enterprise buyers — databases, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, observability, or developer tooling.
- A track record of self-sourced pipeline. You can explain your weekly prospecting approach and what actually works for you.
- Experience selling into Melbourne and Victorian enterprise accounts, and familiarity with how procurement and security review run here.
- A track record closing complex deals that went through security review, legal, and procurement.
- Enough technical fluency to hold an architecture conversation. You don’t need to write SQL, but you should be able to explain why a company moves a workload off Elasticsearch.
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-metered commercial models, where revenue moves with usage between contract events.
- Experience selling into developer-led, bottom-up adoption as well as top-down.
- Ability to orchestrate people who don’t report to you — Solutions Architects, executive sponsors, partners, product managers.
- Comfort building a territory from scratch rather than inheriting mature coverage.
- Accurate forecasting, including when the number is bad.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Help Scout, you’ll own a named book of 80–100 accounts, representing around $4M in recurring revenue. You’ll be the trusted partner for the people who rely on Help Scout every day, from day-to-day users to the executives who sponsor the relationship.
Your first priority is building a strong relationship rhythm across your book: regular check-ins, executive business reviews, and a clear understanding of what each customer is trying to achieve. You’ll connect those goals to the best of what Help Scout offers, and you’ll be the first to notice when something starts to slip.
You won’t carry an expansion quota. When you spot an opportunity to grow an account, you’ll partner with our expansion team and hand it off warm, so you can stay focused on retention and long-term value. You’ll also be the customer’s voice inside Help Scout, bringing what you learn to Product, onboarding, and the rest of the team.
- Own a book of 80–100 accounts end-to-end. From onboarding handoff through adoption and renewal, you’re accountable for the health and retention of every account.
- Build multi-threaded relationships. You’ll work across levels in each customer, including executives and decision makers, and align on the business outcomes that matter to them.
- Catch risk early. You’ll watch for signals like dropping usage or slowing communication, escalate early, and bring in the right internal partners to turn things around.
- Lead executive business reviews and regular check-ins that drive adoption, surface underused features, and strengthen product alignment.
- Own renewals and retention. Your success is measured on net dollar retention for your book.
- Surface expansion opportunities and partner with our expansion team to close them.
- Bring the voice of the customer inside. Share what you learn with Product and cross-functional teams to help shape the roadmap, onboarding, and how we work.
- Design your own workflows. You’ll have freedom to use AI tools to stay organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across a large book.
- Raise the bar for the team. You’ll share what works, document your learnings, and help shape how Customer Success grows at Help Scout.
ABOUT YOU
- You have 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS, with time spent in SMB, mid-market, strategic, or enterprise segments.
- You’ve owned a large book of business. At some point in your career, you’ve managed 50+ accounts and kept a consistent cadence with all of them.
- Retention is your track record. You can talk about your renewal rates, retention, or NDR, and what you did to move them.
- You love the relationship side of the work. You enjoy being a strategic advisor, aligning with executives on business goals, and working with internal teams to get customers where they need to go. Closing deals isn’t what gets you up in the morning.
- You never solve problems alone. When an account shows signs of risk, you raise it early, pull in the right people, and keep the customer informed.
- You’re not afraid of difficult conversations. You can handle tough renewal or recovery conversations with confidence and care.
- You’re a strong cross-functional partner. You know how to work alongside Product, Support, and Sales, and you’ve handed off expansion opportunities to account executives or account managers before.
- You thrive while things are still being built. You’re comfortable shaping processes as we go and don’t need a playbook for everything.
- You’re excited about how AI can transform your work. You look for ways to reduce manual overhead and spend your time where it matters most.
- Technical aptitude. You’re comfortable learning and navigating complex software, and you want to become an expert in our product.
ABOUT THE PROCESS
1. Recruiter Chat - You'll meet with Nahuel on the Recruiting team to chat through compensation, benefits, timeline, and company culture.
2. Value Add - You'll meet with Annika, Customer Enablement Lead, to talk more about the role and your experience in more detail.
3. Project - We’ll give you a take-home project (we’ll pay for your time), then you’ll share it back to the team.
4. Team Chat - You’ll meet with two members of our Customer Success team to learn more about how we work and the customers we serve.
5. Final Chat - You’ll chat with our VP of Customers.
6. References - We’ll ask you for three references. Ideally, we’d like two of them to be managers, but we can be flexible.
COMPENSATION
Each role at Help Scout has a pay range aligned to our salary formula https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/employee-compensation/ and based on national market data. OTE: $139K–$160K

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Satellite Systems, Software Verification Team Lead
- Location: Valencia, Spain
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Reports to: Maite Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Satellite Systems, Software Verification Team Lead to own the final verification of our satellites, the stage where an integrated spacecraft is proven to work.
Once a satellite has been integrated, your team takes over. You’ll lead satellite-level functional and end-to-end checkout, onboard software loading and validation, and RF testing in our anechoic chamber, with a team of 5 technicians across systems, software and RF.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll spend real time with your team at the satellite, troubleshooting, unblocking issues and improving how we test. ICEYE is scaling satellite production fast, so you’ll also build the processes, tools and KPIs that let verification keep pace without compromising quality.
We’re looking for a strong electronics engineer who is comfortable with software and enjoys leading people. Space experience is a plus, not a requirement. If you’ve led hands-on electronics testing in a demanding industry such as aerospace, defence, automotive or power electronics, we’ll help you learn the space-specific parts.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading Satellite Verification
- Own satellite-level verification after integration: functional and end-to-end system checkout
- Prove that all onboard systems (power, avionics, software, RF) perform reliably in full configuration
- Be hands-on: lead troubleshooting, isolate faults, unblock issues and keep momentum
Owning Software in Verification
- Own onboard software loading, validation and checkout during production verification
- Maintain and improve test scripts, test automation and software-supported verification flows
- Work with AIT Engineering on software-related issues, telling software faults apart from hardware faults
Overseeing RF Testing
- Make sure RF testing of the satellite in the anechoic chamber is planned, executed and reported to standard, working with the RF specialists in your team
- Keep RF test benches and chamber setups maintained, calibrated and compliant
Quality, Traceability & Compliance
- Plan, execute and report system-level functional tests and inspections
- Maintain configuration control, build discipline and full traceability
- Ensure compliance with applicable aerospace quality standards such as ECSS
- Identify key non-conformances, escalate critical issues and drive resolution of the most impactful ones, supporting root cause analysis led by AIT Engineering
Building Scalable, Repeatable Processes
- Develop work instructions, test procedures and checklists with AIT Engineering and Quality
- Turn unclear inputs into clear, usable processes and reduce tribal knowledge
- Increase throughput and reduce rework while protecting quality
Leading & Developing the Team
- Lead, coach and grow a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability and pride in the product
- Teach structured fault diagnosis and test best practices
Working Across Teams
- Be the bridge between verification and engineering (systems, software, RF, AIT)
- Collaborate with Quality, Planning, Supply Chain and the two other production teams (Integration/Mechanical & Thermal; Electronics)
- Prepare verification for higher volumes; define and track KPIs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don’t need to tick every box. If you have most of the must-haves and the role excites you, we’d like to hear from you.
Must-haves
- A degree in electronics, telecommunications or electrical engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Hands-on experience testing, validating or verifying complex electronic systems, at unit or system level
- Working software knowledge: scripting (ideally Python), loading and configuring software on hardware, version and configuration control
- Experience leading or coordinating a technical team in a hands-on environment
- Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings and test procedures
- Clear communication with engineers, technicians and stakeholders, in fluent English
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in space, aerospace, defence or another high-reliability industry
- RF test experience (spectrum or network analysers, signal generators, anechoic chambers)
- Familiarity with ECSS, NASA-STD or similar standards (such as DO-178C, ISO 26262 or EN 50128)
- Test automation frameworks (such as TestStand, LabVIEW or pytest)
- Experience scaling a test or production process
- Spanish [move to must-haves if Maite confirms it’s required]
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Every satellite is verified reliably, predictably, and to standard before it ships
- RF, system, and software verification processes are clear, structured, and scalable
- Problems are isolated and solved at the root, not patched
- The team takes full ownership of verification quality and traceability
- Verification keeps pace with ICEYE's growth
WHY THIS ROLE IS INTERESTING
- You own the moment of truth, proving the satellite works end-to-end
- You'll bring RF, systems, and software verification together under one scope
- You'll shape how verification is done, not just follow existing processes
- You'll work at the intersection of engineering and production, where decisions have immediate impact
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Talent Acquisition Interview
- Hiring Manager General Interview
- Technical Interview, including a Technical Challenge
- Peer & Culture Interview
- VP Interview

Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the Role
We are building a brand-new team within our Existing Business function, and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to take full ownership and lead it.
In this role, you will lead a team of Junior Account Managers who each oversee a portfolio of up to 1,000 mid-tier clients. We operate a high-volume, reactive model with a proactive mindset: our smart tools and data triggers surface key insights to prioritize who to contact and why. Your team’s focus is to execute daily outreach, dig out revenue gaps, and proactively drive account expansion and upsells.
Your team will be made up of Junior Account Managers with around 2 years of experience (often coming from fast-paced SDR/BDR or outbound roles where they learned to chase volume and hunt revenue). You are not teaching them from zero, but you will be sharpening people who already know how to work a phone and a pipeline, helping them mature into high-performing account managers.
This is an end-to-end leadership position with complete ownership over outcomes, hiring, tools, and processes. While you own your team's results, you will never be left to figure things out alone: leadership here is hands-on, supportive, and grounded in trust.
What you will be doing
Driving Revenue & Performance Outcomes
Take full accountability for quarterly team KPIs centered on net revenue retention, expansion upsells, and churn reduction.
Establish a high-output rhythm across high-call-volume workflows, ensuring the team effectively leverages data-driven triggers to capture account expansion opportunities.
People Leadership & Team Building
Lead future hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of Junior Account Managers.
Foster a people-first culture by providing tailored coaching, call reviews, dynamic mentoring, and ongoing skill development to elevate early-career reps.
Set transparent performance standards and inspire a growth-oriented, revenue-hunting mindset across the team.
Process, Tools & Continuous Innovation
Own and continuously optimize your team's operational flows, Salesforce execution, and CRM hygiene.
Champion the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools and conversation intelligence to elevate rep efficiency and performance.
Identify operational bottlenecks and trial fresh, creative angles or playbooks to elevate how the team engages clients and fixes inefficiencies.
What you bring
Proven Leadership Track Record: At least 2+ years of experience as the sole direct manager of a team of 6+ direct reports (not co-managing or acting as an intermediate step).
High-Volume & Rhythm Expertise: Background managing AMs or SDRs/BDRs operating at a high call volume across large customer portfolios or lead lists.
People-First Mindset: A strong commitment to investing in your team through active coaching, direct feedback, and structured career development.
Relentless Diligence & Accountability: A proactive problem-solver who follows through, iterates through trial and error, and takes true pride in team outcomes.
Commercial Rigor & Creativity: A strategic thinker who looks beyond standard playbooks to find innovative sales hooks while maintaining a sharp focus on bottom-line revenue impact.
Language Skills: Native level German or Italian, along with professional fluency in English.
Nice to have
Individual Contributor Experience: Prior personal experience as an IC in an SDR, BDR, or outbound Account Management role before stepping into management.
CRM & Tech Stack Mastery: Hands-on experience with Salesforce admin/workflow setup, AI enablement tools, or call intelligence software (e.g., Modjo, Gong).
B2B SaaS / Fintech Background: Previous exposure to fast-growing B2B SaaS or Fintech environments.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
You'll join our GTM Systems team, which owns the systems LangChain's go-to-market actually runs on — Salesforce above all: the account and contact model, territory and routing, the sales process from first touch to closed-won, and the quote-to-cash and provisioning stack behind it.
We design and ship internal product for the GTM organization. AI agents do a growing share of the building: they draft design docs, open changes, and run Salesforce deployments, while humans hold the approval gates. Build capacity — engineers plus the agent bench — sits on this team, and you'll help decide what it works on next.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll own the requirements, prioritization, and quality bar for LangChain's Salesforce-centered GTM systems, turning ambiguous revenue-team needs into shipped process and systems changes that scale.
This is not a ticket queue role. You'll be accountable for a small number of high-leverage GTM systems programs at a time: defining the problem, aligning stakeholders, specifying the solution, and ensuring what ships changes how the revenue org operates.
You'll work across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Support, and Finance in a fast-changing environment where priorities move quickly and influence matters more than reporting lines. The core challenge is operating with authority but not control: aligning teams around tradeoffs as the business changes underneath the plan.
You won't be expected to write production code. You will be expected to write clear enough specifications that engineers and AI coding agents can build from them, and to review the output with enough Salesforce and systems judgment to decide whether it is correct.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area — in office 4 days a week. The people whose processes you're redesigning are in this building, and so are the engineers who build LangGraph.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
Carry multi-quarter programs
- Own the Salesforce sales process from lead to close — routing, qualification, territory assignment, and stage progression — driving each initiative from discovery through UAT, change management, and adoption.
- Be the person stakeholders come to before they file a request, especially when the system was never designed for what the business now needs.
- Own the intake and prioritization model for hundreds of quarterly GTM systems requests, ensuring the team works on the highest-leverage business problems rather than the loudest tickets.
Own what gets specified and what ships
- Run discovery and turn ambiguous asks into BRDs, process flows, data models, and acceptance criteria — with a clear problem statement and ROI justification, precise enough to execute without a second conversation.
- Hold the quality gate: you write the specification, engineers and coding agents write the code, and nothing reaches production without your sign-off.
- Run vendor evaluations when the right answer is buy, integrate, or replace rather than build.
Protect revenue data integrity
- Trace anomalies in revenue fields — Net ARR, initial pipeline, lead source — back to the automation, trigger, or integration that wrote them.
- Own the reconciliation seam between Salesforce, usage-based billing, and cloud-marketplace transactions.
- Identify which design decisions are load-bearing and which are cosmetic, and catch the downstream failure modes before they reach production.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
In your first 6–12 months, you might:
- Redesign the lead-to-opportunity process so routing, qualification, and stage progression are measurable, enforceable, and adopted by the field.
- Create a prioritization model for hundreds of GTM systems requests per quarter, with clear tradeoffs and business rationale.
- Ship a Salesforce change that improves pipeline hygiene, quote-to-cash accuracy, provisioning reliability, or cloud marketplace reconciliation.
- Establish a specification and UAT standard that engineers and AI agents can reliably build against.
- Build enough trust with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Support, and Finance that stakeholders bring you the problem before they prescribe the solution.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
SYSTEMS AND DOMAIN DEPTH
- Domain and tenure — 6–8 years in business systems, sales systems, revenue systems, or GTM systems, with Salesforce as your primary platform throughout.
- Sales process depth — you've partnered with Sales Ops on the things reps feel every day: territory and account coverage, lead qualification and routing, stage gates, and pipeline and forecast hygiene.
- Sales systems / RevOps depth — experience across quote-to-cash, CPQ, territory and lead routing, forecasting, or adjacent revenue processes.
- Technical fluency — you can read a data model, a Flow, and enough Apex to design against what's really there, even though you are not expected to write production code.
PROGRAM LEADERSHIP
- Program ownership — you've been the single accountable owner, at the working level negotiating the commitments yourself, of a program that spanned four or more functions and changed how a revenue org works day to day.
- Release risk — you've delivered a program into a core system on a release process you didn't control, where another team's change could break your release.
- Re-scoping under change — you've re-scoped a program mid-flight because the business changed under it, a sponsor moved, or the original scope no longer matched reality.
- Holding the line — you've turned down a request with executive backing and kept the relationship; you hold the line when something breaks pricing discipline, a legal constraint, or the architecture, and you arrive with the alternative.
JUDGMENT AND COMMUNICATION
- One tradeoff, two audiences — you write for the reader in front of you, not the one you find easiest: the VP gets the page, the engineer gets the spec.
- Maximum agency — you find the friction and start the project. You don't wait for a ticket.
- AI judgment — you give an agent the same brief you'd give a new engineer, and you check its work the same way.
- Architecture judgment — you know which design calls are load-bearing and which are cosmetic: why a usage event belongs on its own object rather than a field on Account, and how you'd catch that renaming one picklist breaks the provisioning saga before anyone deploys it.
STRONG SIGNALS:
None of these is a screen; any one makes you useful faster.
- You've owned a core Salesforce object domain — Account, Contact, Lead, or Opportunity — through a full redesign.
- You've traced a Salesforce field into a usage record into a provisioning step, and seen what broke downstream when it moved.
- You've worked with cloud marketplace operations — AWS or GCP private offers, co-sell, entitlement mapping, metering, and the failure modes when they break.
- You've worked with usage-based billing systems such as Metronome, Orb, or similar, and CRM↔billing identity reconciliation.
- You have LangChain or LangGraph experience, or you're excited to learn it here from the people who build it.
Annual salary range: $180-200k USD

Location: Valencia
Workplace: OnSite
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Test Engineer
- Location: Valencia
- Reports to: Laboratory Lead and Test Architect
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Onsite
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As our Lab Test Engineer, you’ll plan, run, automate and document the lab’s tests across simulation, signal capture, playback and hardware in the loop, so results are repeatable and trusted. ICEYE is building a space-based RF constellation covering 100 MHz to 30 GHz alongside its SAR fleet, and the Experimentation Lab in Valencia is where we develop, simulate and validate that capability. We simulate the constellation and its emitters end to end, capture real signals from real hardware, and generate and play back signals through a channel simulator for end-to-end runs and algorithm validation.
A lab that only its builders can operate becomes shelfware. Specialists will build the simulation, the capture system and the playback chain, and you’ll turn those into tests that run reliably, on schedule, with traceable results. The role covers the full breadth of the lab: setting up hardware, running campaigns, automating procedures, keeping equipment calibrated and inventoried, and producing evidence that engineers and customers can rely on.
You’ll have an early seat in a new lab, with direct influence on how ICEYE builds and proves this capability.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space.
- Plan and run tests across all three lab missions: end-to-end simulation runs, emitter capture sessions, playback and channel simulator campaigns, flatsat and receiver tests, and algorithm validation.
- Write procedures and automate them: turn manual setups into scripted, repeatable test sequences, and add them to regression so each software or firmware build is checked.
- Set up and maintain the lab: instruments, SDRs, cabling, fixtures, the screened enclosure and emitter bays, network and compute. Track calibration, configuration and inventory so every result records what produced it.
- Manage test data: keep recordings, run outputs and metadata organised, searchable and backed up, with the provenance to reproduce a result.
- Analyse and report: compare results to expectations and to previous runs, flag regressions and anomalies, write concise test reports, and log issues with the evidence needed to fix them.
- Support campaigns in the field and in the air, customer and partner demonstrations, and the reproduction of on-orbit anomalies on the ground.
- Run the lab safely: RF safety, ESD, equipment handling, access control and the handling rules for controlled material.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Hands-on test experience in an electronics, RF, space or comparable hardware lab: test setups, procedures, execution and reporting
- Comfort with lab instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, signal generators, power supplies) and basic RF practice (connectors, attenuators, cable loss)
- Scripting for test automation and data analysis, typically Python
- An organised and rigorous way of working: you write things down, version them, and can reproduce last month’s result
- Clear written English
Nice to haves:
- Satellite AIT, flatsat or hardware-in-the-loop testing
- SDR experience, RF capture or signal analysis
- Test automation frameworks, CI pipelines, instrument control (SCPI/VISA)
- Test data management, databases, dashboards
- Verification under a formal process (ECSS or similar)
- Experience setting up a lab from scratch: equipment selection, layout, safety, calibration programme
- Spanish, for working with local suppliers and facilities
- Eligibility for national security clearance (an advantage)
What success looks like
- 6 months: lab equipment is inventoried, calibrated and configuration-tracked, and capture and playback sessions run from written procedures, with data stored and findable.
- 12 months: core tests are automated and running in regression, test reports are produced routinely, and you’ve supported the first field campaign.
- 24 months: the lab runs as a service. Other teams book and run tests with your procedures, and results arrive with the evidence attached.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Application Screening

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Software Engineer, Simulation and Modeling
- Location: Valencia
- Reports to: Reports to: Laboratory Lead & Test Architect
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Software Engineer, Simulation and Modeling, you’ll build the software world the satellites live in (orbits, emitters, signals, truth and scoring) so the whole team can ask “what if” and get a number back. ICEYE is building a space-based RF constellation covering 100 MHz to 30 GHz alongside its SAR fleet, and the Experimentation Lab in Valencia is where we develop, simulate and validate that capability.
Customers and our own engineers ask questions we currently answer by hand-waving: what revisit a cluster gives over an area, how many emitters we detect in a crowded scene, how geolocation accuracy moves with cluster spacing or timing error, and what a next-generation architecture choice buys. The answers need a simulation framework that models the constellation and the emitters end to end, generates the signals each satellite would see, and scores what comes out against a known truth. It doesn’t exist yet. You’ll build it, and it will become a tool used by engineers, analysts and customer-facing staff.
You’ll work daily with the lab, signal processing and ground segment teams, and you’ll have direct influence on how ICEYE builds and proves this capability.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space.
- Model the constellation: orbit propagation, cluster geometry, attitude and pointing, antenna beams, access and contact windows, with spacing and timing as swept variables.
- Model the emitters and the theatre: emitters as state machines with real antenna patterns, scan behaviour, modes and duty cycles, placed at order-of-battle density. Start from the lab’s real captures and extend synthetically.
- Generate the signals: propagation and link modelling (path loss, delay, Doppler, ionosphere in the low band) and synthetic I/Q per satellite, at a fidelity the RF hardware and the processing chain can consume.
- Own the truth together with the processing team: a truth ledger of every simulated emission, position and time, kept out of reach of the system under test, plus the association and scoring that turn a run into detection rate, false-alarm rate, geolocation accuracy and latency.
- Drive the hardware together with the RF team: provide the geometry and timing the channel simulator and playback hardware need, so a recorded radar can be heard by three simulated satellites with the right delays and Doppler.
- Make it a platform: versioned scenarios, seeded and reproducible runs, provenance on every result, tests, CI, documentation and an interface that non-authors can use.
- Answer real questions: capacity, revisit and performance studies for the payload, product and sales teams, and architecture trades for future generations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Strong software engineering in Python (and ideally a compiled language): clean architecture, version control, testing, code review, packaging
- Experience building a simulation or model of a physical system that others used, and validating it against measurement or real data
- Numerical and scientific computing: NumPy/SciPy or equivalent, vectorisation, performance awareness
- Working knowledge of at least one of orbital mechanics and access computation, RF link budgets and propagation, or signal processing
- Habits that make results reproducible: seeds, configuration management, data provenance
- Clear written and spoken English
Nice to haves:
- Constellation, mission or system-level modeling and simulation (STK, Orekit, GMAT, Basilisk or in-house)
- Radar, EW or emitter modeling; scenario or order-of-battle generation
- TDOA/FDOA/AoA geolocation or estimation theory
- Synthetic I/Q generation, GPU acceleration, or real-time and hardware-in-the-loop interfaces
- Cloud-native deployment, containers, workflow orchestration, and data stores for large runs
- A simulation framework of yours that outlived your involvement in it
- Eligibility for national security clearance (an advantage)
What success looks like:
- 6 months: a first end-to-end scenario (cluster geometry, a handful of emitters, synthetic I/Q per satellite, truth logged, a first score) is used to answer at least one real capacity or performance question.
- 12 months: a reproducible, documented framework runs without you on the team; geometry drives the RF channel simulator; real captures enter scenarios alongside synthetic emitters.
- 24 months: the simulation is part of the end-to-end loop with the flatsat and ground pipeline, runs in regression, and backs performance numbers we put in front of customers.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- RF Test Engineer
- Location: Valencia
- Reports to: Laboratory Lead & Test Architect
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As an RF Test Engineer, you’ll capture real signals from real hardware and build the system that plays them back through a channel simulator. ICEYE is building a space-based RF constellation covering 100 MHz to 30 GHz alongside its SAR fleet, and the Experimentation Lab in Valencia is where we develop, simulate and validate that capability.
Our processing, on the ground today and on board from Gen 2, is only as good as the signals we test it against. Today we have some synthetic I/Q, a few captures and a lot of assumptions. You’ll help us build a library of real emitter signals with known truth, plus a way to replay them as a satellite would hear them, with LEO Doppler, delay, path loss and interference, coherently across several satellites at once.
You’ll be one of the first engineers in the lab, with direct influence on how ICEYE builds and proves this capability.

Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capture real emissions: bring emitters into the lab (marine radars, AIS and ADS-B transponders, satcom terminals, partner-supplied equipment), operate them in a controlled, screened setup, and record them at the right bandwidth, dynamic range and timing accuracy. Extend this to field and airborne collection.
- Characterise captures: turn raw recordings into library entries with I/Q in a documented format (SigMF or equivalent), measured parameters (PRI, pulse width, scan, chirp, hopping, modulation), metadata and truth, so someone who wasn’t there can reuse them.
- Build the generate and playback chain: specify, integrate and calibrate the RF record and playback system (SDRs, vector signal generators, arbitrary waveform generators and multi-channel playback), from a single emitter up to a dense scene.
- Build the channel simulator path: apply per-satellite delay, Doppler, Doppler rate, path loss, multipath and interference to recorded and synthetic signals, phase-coherently across channels and driven by geometry from the simulation software.
- Develop test hardware and software: fixtures, RF interconnect, switching, attenuation and calibration paths, plus the Python code that controls and automates your instruments, so every measurement runs as a script.
- Feed the end-to-end loop: inject signals into the flatsat, receivers and processing chain, work with the simulation team so RF stimulus and simulated truth line up in time and frequency, and support algorithm validation campaigns.
- Keep operations lawful and safe: work with the regulator, site safety and partners on screened operation, test identities (MMSI, ICAO address) and RF exposure limits for everything that transmits.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Hands-on RF measurement and signal capture experience with spectrum and real-time signal analysers, vector signal generators, SDRs and oscilloscopes, and the judgement to spot a clipped, aliased or contaminated capture
- Experience building or integrating an RF record and playback, signal generation or hardware-in-the-loop test system
- Solid DSP fundamentals: sampling, I/Q, filtering, channelisation, Doppler and timing effects, and how each shows up in a recording
- Python (or equivalent) for instrument control, automation and analysis, with comfort in SCPI/VISA and SDR APIs
- Calibration discipline: reference planes, path loss and phase characterisation, and an uncertainty you can defend
- Clear written and spoken English
Nice to haves:
- Radar, ELINT, ESM or EW background, especially with pulsed and frequency-agile emitters
- Experience with channel emulators or fading simulators (for example PROPSIM or Vertex) or a home-built equivalent, and satellite or LEO link simulation
- Multi-channel phase-coherent systems, precision timing (GPSDO, PPS, White Rabbit) or TDOA/FDOA test
- GNU Radio, MATLAB, UHD, VITA 49, SigMF
- Microwave work above 18 GHz, anechoic and screened-room operation, EMC test
- Field collection campaigns from masts, vehicles or aircraft
- Eligibility for national security clearance (an advantage)
What success looks like:
- 6 months: your first lab emitters (marine radar, AIS) are captured, characterised and in the library with truth, and a playback path replays a capture into a receiver repeatably.
- 12 months: multi-channel playback runs through a channel simulator driven by simulated geometry, supports at least one algorithm validation campaign, and your first field collection is complete.
- 24 months: the processing teams use the library routinely, and a calibrated, automated stimulus chain is part of the end-to-end lab loop.

About the role
The Senior Client Partner is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth by owning a portfolio of advertisers and/or agencies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering consultative, insight-led solutions that help clients achieve brand and performance outcomes on X. The role blends new business growth and account expansion, campaign strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results.
This is a frontline, growth-oriented role in a reseller market where X owns the territory end to end. The focus is firmly on hunting new business across the SMB and mid-market segment — expanding the long tail, driving new activations, and increasing active clients — rather than purely farming an existing book
What you'll do :-
Revenue & Growth (Core)
Own and grow a book of business; deliver quarterly/annual revenue targets through new spend, renewals, and upsell.
Hunt and win new business across
SMB and mid-market advertisers
, driving new activations and expanding the long tail of active clients.
Build and execute account growth strategies that create win/win outcomes for X and advertisers.
Develop and present consultative sales narratives showing how X advertising solutions connect brands with audiences and deliver outcomes.
Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accuracy, and disciplined account planning to achieve targets.
Client & Agency Partnership
Establish and nurture senior relationships with advertisers and agency stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor.
Lead strategic QBRs, planning sessions, and joint business plans; align on objectives, audience, creative approach, and measurement.
Identify client business challenges and translate them into clear media strategies and platform solutions.
Operate a client-centric model with full agency ownership — no closed verticals — and the freedom to pursue any vertical or client base.
Market Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Stay current on X product updates and the broader digital media landscape; translate market changes into client opportunities.
Collaborate with internal partners (measurement, creative, ops, product, client solutions) to deliver a strong client experience and resolve issues quickly.
What we are looking for :-
5+ years in digital media, platform, or ad-tech sales with a track record of exceeding quota and growing a book of business.
A purely digital recent track record — early-career offline/traditional media experience is fine, but recent experience must be in digital.
Demonstrated hunter mentality — aggressive, new-business-oriented, and comfortable building a book in an open, reseller market.
Strong, relevant network in the West and South India market — existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at brands and/or agencies, and a demonstrated ability to open new doors.
Background from a social media platform, OTT/streaming, or programmatic/publisher environment is strongly preferred (e.g. social platforms, streaming players, DSP/SSP and publisher partners).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (formats, measurement, targeting, brand vs. performance objectives).
Comfortable with data: ability to translate performance signals into insights and clear client recommendations.
Experience selling across both brand and performance objectives (and ideally video ad solutions).
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments; strong collaboration and problem-solving.
What we offer :-
Work with X, a marquee global social platform — standout experience that few in the market can claim, and a strong differentiator for your career.
An open, uncontested market — X owns the territory here, so how you approach, acquire, and grow clients is genuinely up to you.
Real ownership — own your book end to end, with full agency ownership and a client-centric (not verticalized) model.
Territory that scales with you — your remit grows with your caliber, exposure, and the business you can demonstrably manage.
Autonomy and work-life balance — the freedom to own how you work, backed by a supportive, collaborative team.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change. We encourage everyone to strive for more, providing our internal talent with growth opportunities and the ability to learn together.

- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Core Platform builds the foundations every other team at ElevenLabs builds on: how users, workspaces and permissions work across our products. Our systems sit on the path of every request and are relied on by millions of users and by enterprise customers, so correctness, security and safe rollout matter as much as speed.
We are hiring full stack engineers (backend leaning) for two focus areas. Depending on the team you join, your responsibilities might include:
Workspaces & User Management (serving external customers)
- Building and improving the building blocks customers touch directly: API keys, login experience, analytics, admin tooling, workspace security and more
- Working closely with Sales, FDEs and customer teams to turn enterprise and self-serve feedback into the right improvements, and helping large customers with complex organisational structures.
- Shipping customer-facing features end to end, from backend services to the admin and settings UI.
Permissions & Resources (serving ElevenLabs engineering teams)
- Designing and building generic resource and permissioning services that product teams use to build features safely and quickly.
- Solving hard, largely greenfield problems at scale, for example how a customer with a million agents assigns and manages access.
- Working across product teams to understand their needs, and driving adoption with changes that don't require every team to rework their code.
In both teams you will:
- Scope work as part of a large existing system: understand what exists, what could go wrong on rollout, whether a migration is needed, and how downstream teams are affected.
- Roll out changes safely and with minimal disruption to existing users, teams or systems.
- Debug and operate what you build, working from customer reports, logs and code.
- Own features from scoping to completion, with the support of experienced engineers who are happy to mentor.
REQUIREMENTS
We do not require any formal experience, certifications, or degrees. Instead, we are seeking engineers who can show they have solved impressively hard problems, through past projects or GitHub contributions. We do require:
- Expertise in Python.
- A strong background in backend development, with comfort working across the stack where the work needs it.
- Experience with common software and system design patterns and infrastructure, including APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions and data structures.
- Strong test design and security fundamentals.
- Care and attention to detail when changing live, business-critical systems, and the ability to learn a large existing codebase quickly.
- Comfort with ambiguity: working out what should be built, and prioritising among competing signals.
Bonus:
- Experience with authentication, authorization or permissioning (OAuth, SSO/SCIM, RBAC or similar).
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience building internal platforms or services used by other engineering teams.
LOCATION
Our team is based across the UK, EU and US, and this is our main focus. We are flexible for exceptional candidates elsewhere. You can work remotely, or from our offices in Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco and Warsaw.
#LI-Remote
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations.
Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll build the systems that make our marketing fast and agile. The tools and tactics in the age of AI change constantly, but what lasts is the underlying system: clean signal data, a scoring model that routes it, and reusable workflows the team can build on. You’ll own that system, using automation and AI to turn a week of work into an hour.
You’ll own the end-to-end demand generation engine that translates market signals and buyer intent into measurable pipeline and revenue impact. You’ll connect audience intelligence, multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle engagement, and sales activation into scalable, repeatable growth motions. You should be able to pull the data, architect a target list, generate the creative, and ship a multi-channel campaign using AI tools and systems, while ensuring every campaign, data point, and automation strengthens the broader growth engine.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- The Core Growth Motion: Build reusable campaign systems: templates, automations, and workflows to spin up integrated campaigns without rebuilding from scratch each time. Run priority campaigns end to end, from targeting and messaging through multi-channel execution and pipeline accountability.
- Build the Warming Engine: Architect cohort-based nurture journeys (including content-download, post-event, post-onboarding, and always-on nurture programs) that move contacts from first touch through consideration toward sales readiness, rather than sending high-intent accounts directly into cold sales outreach. Improve the new-user onboarding sequence, own the monthly newsletter, and manage the startup program.
- Work at the Intersection of Data, AI, and Marketing: Use signals, scoring, AI tools, and connected workflows to identify who to target, determine the next best action, and execute campaigns efficiently. Get ahead of agent-driven discovery: make content and signals legible to the tools buyers now use to choose vendors.
- Product Fluency and Technical Storytelling: develop a deep understanding of our product, its technical capabilities, use cases, and competitive differentiation. Partner with Product Marketing for relevant, value-driven campaigns.
WHO YOU ARE
- Demand Gen Experience: 3-5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing, running campaigns end to end in B2B tech, ideally toward technical audiences or for open-source products.
- Lifecycle Expertise: hands-on experience building, measuring, and optimizing cohort-based nurtures via email and in-app.
- Builder Mindset: you're not just an operator. You build the workflows instead of relying on an existing machine, pull and shape data yourself to build lists and scoring, and you're fluent in signal and scoring tools.
- Systems-Level Thinking: you execute the task in front of you while understanding how each campaign, workflow, and data point feeds the broader growth engine.
- Technical Workflow Fluency: you're familiar with agentic approaches and think in connected tools and automated workflows, not manual steps.
- Problem Solving: you work from a goal and can identify the steps and systems needed to get there.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
