Build and maintain the safety governance report pack using AI/automation tools, independently and on a regular cadence
Check safety data quality and flag inconsistencies in how incidents are classified and counted
Run root-cause analysis on safety trends and recurring findings, and propose practical process improvements
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
3+ years in safety operations, trust & safety quality assurance or process excellence

Verification and reporting.
Verify that safety processes and product features work as described. Verify the integrity of safety metrics: review against the approved methodology and independently re-sample incidents with direct access to the underlying data. Return gaps to control owners for remediation, and deliver findings to the senior management through a set reporting cycle. Design the methodology and format for the verification and reporting

Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, delivery or another business with offline safety risks
Hands-on experience designing or managing an incident taxonomy

Sensor Tower’s digital intelligence platform provides unparalleled insight into market trends, advertising, competitor’s strategies, and consumer/user audience across mobile, web, and gaming. Sensor Tower’s insights are trusted by more than 2,500 enterprises worldwide across tech, retail/commerce, entertainment/media, gaming, consumer packaged goods and finance.
Our mobile gaming portfolio includes AppMagic and Playliner, which help game developers and publishers understand the mobile games market and how top games run their LiveOps.
We’re looking for an AI Engineer to build LLM-powered prototypes for our gaming analytics products. You’ll turn product ideas into working prototypes on real data, find out quickly which ones are worth building, and then take the successful ones all the way to production together with our engineering teams.
What you’ll do
- Build AI prototypes for game analytics, with a focus on multimodal data: screenshots, images and gameplay video. For example, recognizing LiveOps events from in-game screenshots or extracting what changed in a game update.
- Choose and use the right models for each task (mainly Claude), balancing quality, speed and cost.
- Build data pipelines with our Data Engineer to run models on large volumes of game data.
- Measure quality so we know what works and what doesn’t.
- Build retrieval and multi-step pipelines.
- Turn the best prototypes into real product features together with our engineers.
Our tech stack
Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, OpenCV, PostgreSQL, S3, Kubernetes, TypeScript, React
What we’re looking for
- Strong Python (TypeScript is a plus).
- Experience with multimodal models: screenshots, images or video.
- Hands-on experience building products on top of LLM APIs, not just chatbots.
- Understanding of RAG and vector search, and when they’re not needed.
- You measure results and can show how well your solution works.
- You can work independently and explain your decisions clearly.
- Ability to pass technical interview both in Russian & English.
What we’d be particularly excited about
- Interest in or experience with mobile games, LiveOps or market analytics.
- Hands on experience in building AI projects
- Experience with LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks, and an opinion on when they’re worth using.

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
This role partners directly with enterprise customers building and deploying conversational agents on the ElevenLabs Agents Platform. The focus is hands-on execution - advising on agent design, personas, conversation flows, tool integrations, and voice customization to deliver clear business outcomes in production environments.
You will guide customers through best practices for deploying and scaling agents across web, mobile, and telephony, and for integrating agents with existing data sources and systems. You will analyze agent performance data and conversational logs to identify friction points and optimization opportunities that improve accuracy, user experience, and reliability at scale.
In parallel, you will own expansion outcomes across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts. Success is measured by net revenue retention and sustained multi-product adoption. You will identify expansion opportunities, drive cross-sell through deeper agent usage, and partner with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to convert technical success into durable revenue growth and long-term customer commitment.
What you bring
- 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in Brazil
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents
- Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and comfort and knowledge of navigating SDKs
- Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities
- Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organization
- Strong understanding of the LATAM market landscape and cultural nuances
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment
