ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken’s Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, 2D and 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design, turning growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, holding the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Senior Performance Video Creative, you concept, produce and ship paid video for Kraken and Krak. You ideate, generate, edit and ship, and you treat gen AI as a core production method rather than a novelty. You take a project from idea to a finished, approved, multi-market asset set, and you bring a real feel for what people stop on, share and screenshot.
You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and speed leadership: you set the bar for paid video on the team, work with AI-enabled processes, collaborate closely with other Krakenites in and outside the team, and are the person others come to with video questions.
- Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
- Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You know what wins where, and you build to each platform’s specs and native feel.
- Concept and cut performance video so campaigns ship as complete cross-format sets.
- Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video, and know when AI is the fastest route to a great ad and when it isn’t. Keep your tooling current as the models change, and build repeatable workflows the rest of the team can reuse.
- Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts that nobody asked for, including experimental ones alongside BAU work, and build the winners into creative pillars we can keep using.
- Version and localize video at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements. In a typical month you’ll have roughly a dozen workstreams in flight at once, most spanning several formats and several markets.
- Build creative with testing in mind. Performance Marketing owns test design, cadence and readouts. You own the creative response: reading the results, forming a point of view on why a variant won, and turning that into the next round of hooks, concepts and cuts.
- Flex into AI-assisted paid static when a campaign calls for it, working from the team’s brand baselines.
- Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
- Hold a high craft bar on your own work and keep your files clean enough for other people to build on.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in performance video creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category.
- A portfolio submitted with your application. Paid video above all, with the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you’re able to share it. Include two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with a short note on what was tooling and what was you, and one concept you tested where you can talk us through what the data said and what you changed.
- Real video skills, from concept to finished, sound-designed cut.
- High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling, with shipped work to show for it.
- Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You can explain why the same idea needs a different build on each one.
- Experience inside a structured creative testing program. You’re fluent in the metrics your creative moves (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS), you can tell a real winner from low performers, and can translate test results into a creative decision.
- Fluency in internet and meme culture, with comedic instincts and a feel for what’s about to feel dated.
- Speed without sloppiness. Comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
- Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, with work that survives risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements.
- A solid copywriting instinct for scripts and on-screen text. Plain language, value first, no hype and no jargon.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
As Senior Product Manager, User Acquisition, you'll explore an important extension of how RevenueCat helps developers grow: helping them not just monetize the users they have, but acquire more of the right users in the first place.
RevenueCat already has several footholds in user acquisition, including our Apple Ads integration and integrations across the attribution and MMP ecosystem. But we're still early in defining what a broader RevenueCat user acquisition product should become. You'll be the first dedicated product hire focused on this space, reporting directly to our product lead for Ads, with significant latitude to shape both the strategy and the products we build.
This is a genuine zero-to-one role. You won't inherit a predetermined roadmap. Your job will be to deeply understand how app developers acquire users today, identify where RevenueCat has an opportunity to solve problems meaningfully better, and turn those insights into products we can test, ship, and scale.
You'll bring real expertise in mobile performance marketing and user acquisition to that process. The opportunity could eventually span attribution and measurement, products built on top of existing acquisition channels, new ways to optimize spend using downstream monetization data, partnerships, advertising infrastructure, or things we haven't considered yet. We have hypotheses, but we're hiring you in part because we want your perspective on which ones are worth pursuing.
RevenueCat has some unusual advantages to build from: relationships with a large ecosystem of app developers, deep visibility into subscription and monetization outcomes, infrastructure already embedded in apps, and a growing advertising business. The challenge is figuring out how those assets can translate into something uniquely valuable for developers trying to grow.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have 5+ years of experience owning meaningful product or growth decisions end-to-end. Your title may have been Product Manager, founder, growth leader, or something else — what's important is that you've been accountable for deciding what to build and whether it worked.
- You have deep, hands-on experience with mobile user acquisition—either directly managing and optimizing acquisition for mobile apps, or building products and infrastructure used by mobile acquisition teams. You understand how app developers actually acquire users, measure performance, and make decisions about where to spend their next dollar.
- You understand the modern mobile acquisition stack, including MMPs and attribution, Apple Ads, Meta and Google advertising products, conversion APIs, and related measurement infrastructure.
- You can reason clearly about attribution, performance-marketing economics, and privacy. You understand concepts such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, optimization signals, ATT, SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit, consent management, and how downstream behavior should influence acquisition decisions.
- You thrive in zero-to-one environments. You can take a large, ambiguous opportunity, identify the most important unanswered questions, narrow it into product bets, and find pragmatic ways to test those bets before making large investments.
- You are sufficiently technical to work closely with engineering on integrations, APIs, SDKs, data flows, identity, attribution, and other technical product decisions.
- You communicate clearly across different audiences and media, particularly in writing.
IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL:
- Spend significant time with developers understanding how they acquire users today, how they evaluate acquisition performance, and where the process is painful, expensive, fragmented, or opaque.
- Build a deep understanding of RevenueCat's existing acquisition-related products, integrations, data, customer research, and technical capabilities.
- Build strong working relationships with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and other product teams whose work intersects with user acquisition.
- Develop a clear picture of the acquisition ecosystem, the problems RevenueCat is particularly well positioned to solve, and the biggest assumptions we still need to test.
- Begin forming your own point of view on where RevenueCat could create differentiated value in user acquisition.
WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Have narrowed the broad user acquisition opportunity into a small number of concrete product hypotheses, grounded in customer research, market understanding, and RevenueCat's unique advantages.
- Have a clear recommendation for where we should focus first — and why.
- Begin validating that direction through prototypes, design partners, technical exploration, lightweight product experiments, or an initial shippable bet.
- Establish a learning agenda that makes the biggest risks and unanswered questions explicit, and gives us a fast path to increasing or decreasing our conviction.
- Align senior stakeholders around what we're testing, what we're not pursuing yet, and what evidence would cause us to change direction.
WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Have shipped our first substantive user acquisition product bet, or generated enough evidence to decisively change or stop it before making a larger investment.
- Have real evidence from the market about where RevenueCat can — and cannot — create differentiated value.
- Be independently driving product discovery, prioritization, and execution for the user acquisition area.
- Have developed an evidence-backed point of view on the most promising opportunities in the space and what capabilities RevenueCat would need to pursue them.
- Have turned a broad strategic opportunity into an increasingly focused product direction.
WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Have established a clear strategic direction for RevenueCat in user acquisition, supported by customer behavior and product evidence rather than thesis alone.
- Have shipped meaningful products or experiments that either created measurable value for developers or materially changed our understanding of the opportunity—including changing or killing bets when the evidence didn’t support them.
- Have a credible longer-term roadmap for turning the strongest early signals into a meaningful RevenueCat product area.
- Be the primary IC product owner for User Acquisition and the internal domain expert on how app developers acquire, measure, and optimize users.
- Have helped define how RevenueCat's monetization data, developer footprint, and advertising capabilities can work together to create a differentiated position in app growth.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's Accounting Channel is seeing exponential growth, and as an early member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to help scale the go-to-market engine and strategy that fuels a key growth driver for the company. At Ramp, we are looking for candidates with a proven track record of acquiring and building net new relationships with accounting and advisory partners, enabling and onboarding their team members, and achieving consistent quota attainment and overachievement through closing client referrals.

- Drive revenue for Ramp through generating client referrals from accounting firms

- Hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key accounting partners
- Work cross-functionally across marketing, growth, direct sales, and product & engineering to drive co-marketing opportunities, onboard new clients and inform our product roadmap
- Become an expert in Ramp's product, features, and workflows
- Build new (and improve existing) workflows and sales motions to contribute to our team's continued success
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in Partnerships, Full-Cycle Sales, or a high-volume pipeline generation role
- Comfortable running a high volume of partner meetings each week and switching between activating new partners and growing existing ones
- Strong discovery skills, with a knack for identifying pain points and consultative selling
- History as a top performer, regularly exceeding targets and quotas
- Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent listening skills
- Bias for action and strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who can build relationships across the company
- Experience with and affinity for AI tooling that empowers your work

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an Associate GTM Recruiter who is competitive, curious, and hungry to become exceptional at recruiting. At Constructor, we hire builders: people who take real ownership of their work, spot what needs fixing, and fix it without waiting to be asked. You'll bring that same mindset to how we hire.
Most of your time will go to sourcing and outreach: finding great people for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams and getting them excited to talk to us. You'll also own a smaller funnel of candidates from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing offers. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career (or coming from an SDR/BDR seat) who wants real exposure, real responsibility, and a path to growing into a full-cycle recruiter.
ABOUT US
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
ABOUT THE POSITION
You'll support hiring for Constructor's GTM teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You'll work closely with the Talent team and GTM leaders, learn the craft of recruiting hands-on, and take on more ownership as you grow.
What you'll do:
- Keep our pipeline in Ashby accurate and moving: advance candidates through stages, keep the data clean, and call out anything that's stuck
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates in multiple time zones
- Give every candidate clear, timely communication and a great experience, even when volume is high
- Spot friction in the hiring process early and suggest a fix, rather than waiting for someone else to catch it
- Use AI every day to draft outreach, summarize interview notes, and speed up research. We build AI products, and we use them too
- Help source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools like Claude and Juicebox, and our own hiring data
REQUIREMENTS
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or another candidate- or client-facing role. SDR/BDR experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable doing a high volume of outreach and following up until you get a response
- Highly organized, catching what's off before it becomes a problem
- Strong written communication, from candidate emails to hiring manager updates
- Trustworthy with sensitive compensation and candidate information
- Low ego and high curiosity. You want to learn the craft of recruiting, not just follow a checklist
- Able to work with candidates and hiring managers across time zones (North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
BENEFITS
🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year
💰 A competitive compensation package including stock options

🧑🎓 Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year
