ABOUT THE ROLE
The Compute & Infrastructure Accounting team supports accounting and financial reporting for OpenAI’s rapidly evolving cloud computing, data center, server, equipment, colocation, software and data, and other AI infrastructure arrangements. We’re seeking a hands-on Contract Accountant to support recurring close and day-to-day operational accounting for these costs.
The contractor will translate contract terms, pricing, delivery, usage, invoices, and operational data into accurate accruals, true-ups, journal-entry support, reconciliations, and variance explanations. This role works closely with Compute & Infrastructure Accounting, Technical Accounting, Procurement, Strategic Finance, Data Engineering, and external vendors to resolve exceptions and keep accounting outputs timely, complete, and audit-ready. The contractor will use approved AI tools to reduce manual effort, strengthen analysis, improve documentation, and create scalable operating leverage.
This role does not make final accounting conclusions or approve journals, payments, vendors, contracts, or access; it does not negotiate contracts or commit company funds. Success is measured by accurate and timely close deliverables, well-supported reconciliations, prompt exception resolution, dependable cross-functional communication, and adherence to established controls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Close and Operational Accounting
- Prepare and support assigned month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accruals, true-ups, journal entries, reconciliations, rollforwards, balance-sheet substantiation, and flux or variance analysis.
- Prepare journal-entry support and submissions, including account and cost-center coding; monitor approval, posting, and rejection status and coordinate timely follow-up with authorized employees.
- Perform vendor- and contract-level reconciliations, monitor actuals against accruals, resolve differences, and support recurring management reporting.
- Support lease, fixed-asset, construction-in-progress, and related infrastructure accounting as assigned, including data capture, schedule maintenance, modifications, and period-end entries.
Contract, Invoice, and Data Validation
- Maintain complete and accurate contract and pricing records across new agreements, amendments, credits, delivery or drawdown changes, extensions, and terminations.
- Translate commercial terms into accounting inputs and operating workflows and ensure relevant changes are reflected in recurring accounting processes.
- Validate vendor invoices and operational data against rates, usage, commitments, delivery, resource attributes, and accounting mappings.
- Investigate exceptions, document root causes and resolutions, track open items and bottlenecks, and coordinate follow-up through completion.
Controls, Audit, and Issue Resolution
- Follow established accounting policies, standard operating procedures, close calendars, review requirements, and approval workflows.
- Execute control procedures over source data and workpapers, including completeness and accuracy checks, evidence retention, and reviewer-ready documentation.
- Respond to audit and control requests by assembling tie-outs, schedules, explanations, and source evidence.
- Use company information only through approved systems and devices, follow least-privilege and security requirements, and promptly escalate suspected data, security, or access issues.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Compute & Infrastructure Accounting, Technical Accounting, Procurement, Strategic Finance, Finance Systems, Data, Engineering, and external vendors to resolve accounting and operational blockers.
- Communicate requirements, status, outstanding items, and accounting implications clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Escalate unusual contracts, accounting judgments, control exceptions, or access requests with clear context and recommended next steps.
Process Discipline and Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring data-quality issues, process delays, and control gaps, and surface trends and recommended improvements to the appropriate team lead.
- Write clear requirements, test system or process changes, and validate downstream accounting outputs before operational use.
- Improve recurring workflows through standardization, documentation, automation, and tooling; maintain clear procedures and handoffs.
- Use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to reduce manual effort, strengthen analysis and documentation, and support scalable and agentic workflows while following data-security and review requirements.
- Help maintain consistent execution as systems, accounting requirements, and workflows evolve.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Progressive experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or a related finance function, including hands-on operational accounting.
- Strong month-end and quarter-end close experience involving accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and workpaper preparation.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls, with the judgment to recognize and escalate matters requiring technical accounting review.
- Experience interpreting contracts, invoices, and large operational datasets and translating them into accurate accounting outcomes.
- Advanced spreadsheet and data-analysis skills and experience using an ERP or comparable finance system.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to reduce manual effort, strengthen analysis, improve documentation, and create scalable operating leverage.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, clear documentation habits, and the ability to independently manage high-volume, deadline-driven work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across Finance, Procurement, Engineering, external vendors, and time zones.
PREFERRED
- Operational accounting experience in a technology, cloud-computing, or infrastructure environment.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and lease-accounting, fixed-asset, or similar finance systems.
- CPA, CA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Exposure to cloud and compute costs, lease accounting, fixed assets, construction in progress, or related infrastructure arrangements.
- Familiarity with SQL, GitHub, issue-tracking tools, or similar technical tools used to investigate data and process issues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Motion Designer to own motion graphics and GTM video output across Perplexity's social channels. Video is one of our most important channels for telling the Perplexity story, and we want someone whose primary focus is producing a steady stream of high-quality, on-brand motion work that performs.
This is a video-production-first role. You'll spend most of your time concepting, animating, and shipping GTM materials for social — fast, polished, and distinctly Perplexity. In a secondary capacity, you'll help define our motion principles and contribute to broader creative technologist work as our motion practice matures.
You'll report into the Brand/Creative Studio team and work closely with Brand, Growth, Comms, and the Producer to keep the pipeline moving.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the creation of motion graphics and video content for our social channels — concepting, storyboarding, animating, and delivering GTM materials end-to-end
- Make video production your primary focus: a consistent, high-volume output of polished, on-brand motion work
- Bring ideas to life across 2D and (where relevant) 3D, from styleframes and animatics to final delivery
- Partner with Brand and Growth to turn launches and campaigns into motion that lands on social
- Contribute to Perplexity's motion principles, systems, and templates so motion scales consistently across the team (secondary focus)
- Contribute to broader creative technologist explorations — new tools, techniques, and AI-assisted workflows (secondary focus)
- Collaborate with the Producer on scoping, scheduling, and delivering work on time
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Senior-level experience in motion graphics and animation, with video production as your core craft
- A strong portfolio of expressive motion work — especially social, campaign, and GTM content that demonstrates range and polish
- Deep command of animation fundamentals: timing, spacing, composition, visual rhythm, and design sensibility
- Expert proficiency in After Effects and the broader Adobe Creative Suite; comfort in Figma
- Ability to work fast, manage multiple deliverables, and iterate quickly in a high-output environment
- A strong sense of when motion adds clarity or emotion — and when a still is the better choice
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience developing motion principles, systems, or toolkits that scale across a team
- Comfort across 2D and 3D, plus compositing, post-production, and optimization for different social platforms
- Creative technologist instincts — building or experimenting with tools and AI-assisted motion workflows
- Graphic design fluency (layout, hierarchy, type) sufficient to build and adapt assets directly

PAYOR INTELLIGENCE SR. ANALYST
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We're seeking a Payor Intelligence Analyst with deep knowledge of the U.S. payor landscape and a talent for turning fragmented, conflicting information into durable logic. Understanding how payors actually relate to one another, which entities own which plans, who delegates what, and which policy applies when, is work our entire product depends on. You'll build and own payor intelligence at Tennr as a zero-to-one function.
The payor landscape is a massive, constantly shifting dataset: parent organizations, subsidiaries, TPAs, PBMs, Medicaid MCOs, Medicare Advantage plans, delegated UM vendors, acquisitions, and rebrands. Your job is to make it legible, building the taxonomies, hierarchies, and governance that let our models and teams reason correctly about it, and translating that reality into product requirements alongside engineering, clinical, and operations.
If you've developed deep payer expertise inside a large organization, this is the rare seat with clear ownership and impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and own payor entity mapping: the hierarchies, families, subsidiaries, TPAs, PBMs, and delegated relationships that define how coverage and authorization actually flow.
- Source, interpret, and govern medical policies, coverage criteria, government guidance, and fee schedules, establishing effective dating, provenance, and version control.
- Design the delegated-relationship logic behind prior authorization, determining which entity owns the decision for a given plan, product, and service.
- Identify and track the clinical content sources our policies depend on, such as InterQual and NCCN, and own what we need to contract for and when.
- Map prospect and customer payor data back to Tennr's payor model, turning a recurring manual effort into a repeatable system.
- Embrace a founder's mindset, proactively driving projects from conception to completion, and contributing significantly to our company's growth and success.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years working across the U.S. payor landscape, with real breadth across Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and MCOs, and commercial lines of business.
- Fluency in payor structure: payor families, subsidiaries, TPAs, PBMs, delegated entities, regional versus national plans, and self-funded versus fully insured arrangements.
- Experience researching and interpreting payor policies, government guidance, fee schedules, or clinical guidelines, including reconciling sources that disagree with each other.
- A track record of building taxonomies, frameworks, databases, or mapping systems that other people rely on, not just answering questions as they come in.
- Exceptional analytical and pattern-recognition skills, with the investigative instinct to work productively from ambiguous and incomplete information.
- Self-directed ownership of a domain end to end, without predefined process or constant validation.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex payor concepts to a diverse audience.
- Familiarity with SQL or comparable data tooling is a plus.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won't just talk about things, you'll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we're not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you'll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office (travel to office on quarterly basis)
BENEFITS
- Remote Flexibility
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

- Experience with AI tooling at both the user level and infrastructure level (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as well as LLM infrastructure such as model proxies and LLM routing layers (e.g. LiteLLM) and the ability to speak credibly to how enterprises evaluate and adopt them
- Startup-speed execution, ownership mindset, and a player-coach attitude
Bonus tacos if you have
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Success at both high-growth startups and larger software vendors
- Direct experience deploying or supporting AI coding agents in customer environments (e.g. Claude Code, Devin, or similar autonomous/semi-autonomous dev tools)
- Background in CI/CD, DevOps, or developer-platform products
- Experience in platform engineering or developer platform teams
- Kubernetes, AWS, or related certifications

As our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) portfolio continues to grow, we are strengthening our project delivery team and looking for an experienced Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of utility-scale BESS projects — from contract award and project planning through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and final handover.
This is a head-office–based role with selective site presence, designed for a Project Manager who can maintain the full project picture: contract, scope, schedule, cost, risk, client and overall delivery.
What You Will Own
- Take end-to-end accountability for BESS projects, from project kick-off through commissioning and final handover
- Define and drive the project execution strategy, programme, budget, milestones and key deliverables
- Ensure compliance with EPC contractual obligations, technical requirements and agreed project milestones

- Manage project changes, variations and claims in coordination with Commercial, Engineering and Construction teams
- Lead project progress meetings, reviews and reporting with clients, internal stakeholders and senior management
- Maintain effective oversight of construction progress through targeted and purposeful site visits, without being responsible for day-to-day site supervision
- Drive projects toward safe, timely and commercially successful completion
Who We’re Looking For
- Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or another relevant discipline
- Proven experience in Project Management within EPC, energy, renewable energy or major infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of the interaction between engineering, procurement, construction, contracts, cost and schedule
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple internal and external interfaces

- Confident client-facing communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Structured, accountable and proactive approach, with the ability to maintain control of multiple priorities
- Previous experience in BESS, renewable energy, substations or complex electrical infrastructure will be considered a strong advantage

- Interest in long-term involvement and professional growth within a rapidly expanding energy-storage portfolio
Why Join KIEFER TEK
- Take ownership of strategic utility-scale BESS projects shaping the future of energy in Greece
- Head-office–based role with selective travel and meaningful project visibility

- Work with advanced energy-storage technologies and large-scale energy infrastructure
- Join a growing BESS portfolio with opportunities for increased responsibility and long-term career development
