TuxCare
offers a portfolio of security solutions for Linux and open-source software aimed at enterprise organizations. With TuxCare, enterprises can automate live vulnerability patching, minimize downtime, keep their applications secure and compliant, and get support from a team that knows Linux security best – covering the most popular Linux distributions, end-of-life systems, programming languages, and much more.
We’re looking for a Head of Direct Sales to lead TuxCare’s direct sales organization across North America and EMEA. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead a distributed team responsible for new customer acquisition, growth within existing accounts, and renewals.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role. Our solutions, including SecureChain and Extended Lifecycle Support for RHEL-based Linux alternatives (ELS for RLA), call for thoughtful discovery, tailored proposals, and flexible deal structures. You’ll coach the team through live opportunities, help shape complex deals, and build a sales approach grounded in each customer’s security and business needs.
Responsabilties:
Set and execute the direct sales strategy across North America and EMEA, turning revenue goals and territory plans into clear priorities for the team.
Lead, coach, and develop Enterprise Account Executives, Account Executives, account management, renewals, and sales development team members.
Work closely with sales representatives on active deals, helping them uncover customer needs, communicate business value, and develop effective proposals.
Support complex and strategic opportunities, including customer conversations, negotiations, and requests for tailored packaging or terms.
Drive performance across new business, account growth, and renewals while maintaining a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasts.
Review sales results and win/loss trends to identify coaching opportunities and improve the team’s approach.
Build strong relationships with strategic customers and identify opportunities to grow TuxCare’s presence in both regions.
Partner with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance to improve go-to-market execution and resolve customer needs.
Hire, onboard, and develop sales talent across North America and EMEA.
Represent TuxCare at relevant industry events and provide regular performance and forecast updates to the CRO and executive team.
Requirements
Proven experience leading direct sales teams across North America and EMEA, with a strong record of achieving revenue targets.
Required: Direct sales or sales leadership experience in software supply chain security, software composition analysis (SCA), application security, or DevSecOps. Candidates must have sold enterprise solutions in this sector; experience selling general IT or infrastructure software alone does not meet this requirement.
Hands-on experience selling solutions to buyers concerned with software vulnerabilities, end-of-life systems, compliance, or open-source security.
Strong deal-coaching and value-selling skills, including experience with tailored product packaging and dynamic pricing.
The ability to turn technical challenges into a clear business case for both technical and executive stakeholders.
Experience managing new customer acquisition, account growth, and renewal motions.
Strong forecasting, pipeline management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A coaching style that combines support, clear expectations, and accountability.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a comparable enterprise sales qualification methodology.
Willingness to travel as needed.

About the Role
We are an international broker. Our clients fund and withdraw through approximately 60 payment methods across Asia, Africa, LATAM, and the Middle East.
Payments Product is now a standalone function, and we are building the team around it. This is an early core hire.
We are looking for a Payment Integration Manager who will own payment integrations end to end—from the initial technical call with a provider through to stable production.
You will also be the first line of response for every payment incident and the person responsible for deciding whether a new integration is ready to go live.
This is a technical operations role rather than a coordination role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payment Provider Onboarding & Integration
Manage the full onboarding cycle for new payment providers, including:
Initial technical calls
Credentials and sandbox access
Configuration and test design
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Production launch
Post-release stabilisation
Define integration acceptance standards and own the go/no-go decision before launch.
Review provider API documentation and translate it into implementation-ready specifications for engineering, covering edge cases, failure paths, and confirmation model behaviour.
2. Payment Incident Management
Own the first-line response for payment incidents, including:
Failed and stuck transactions
Unconfirmed payments
Payment method-level anomalies
Investigate and drive incidents to resolution rather than simply escalating them.
Diagnose provider-side versus platform-side issues using logs, API responses, and transaction data.
Communicate findings clearly to providers, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
3. Technical Testing & Verification
Perform hands-on verification of payment integrations.
Conduct manual checkout testing across mobile and desktop.
Verify callbacks and API behaviour using Postman or equivalent tools.
Execute SQL queries to investigate transaction data.
Validate asynchronous payment statuses, confirmation models, redirect flows, and failure scenarios.
4. Payment Method & Provider Catalogue
Maintain a comprehensive catalogue of payment methods and providers, documenting:
Supported capabilities
Available integration types
Completed testing
Known failure modes
Build the initial capability inventory of all live payment methods and providers.
Convert ambiguous provider documentation and undocumented operational knowledge into actionable specifications.
5. Payment Performance Analysis
Produce a 90-day breakdown of deposit attempts, categorised by outcome:
Completed transactions
Declined by the provider
Abandoned by the user
Abandoned during redirect
Completed but never confirmed back to the platform
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience
4+ years of experience in payments, PSP integrations, or fintech platforms, with hands-on ownership of integrations rather than coordination alone.
Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, asynchronous payment statuses, callback mechanics, confirmation models, redirect flows, and common failure modes.
Ability to review provider API specifications and identify missing information.
Experience using Postman or equivalent tools for API testing.
Experience performing structured checkout testing across mobile and desktop.
Proven ability to investigate live payment incidents using logs and API responses.
Ability to distinguish provider-side issues from platform-side problems.
Experience translating incomplete or ambiguous technical documentation into clear specifications for engineering.
Strong communication skills and composure during incidents.
Basic knowledge of using AI tools in daily work.
Working proficiency in both English and Russian, as both languages are used daily.
What Success Looks Like in the First Year
First Few Months — Operational Ownership
Take ownership of first-line payment incidents, build the payment method and provider catalogue using documentation and direct investigation, and produce the 90-day deposit attempt analysis.
By Mid-Year — Integration Acceptance Standards
Establish the integration acceptance framework and apply it to a live provider onboarding process, from initial engagement through production launch.
Second Half — Established Processes & Decision-MakingAs the team expands, a Systems Analyst will assume responsibility for formal verification, while the integration acceptance gate remains under your ownership.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date provider catalogue, ensure the integration acceptance gate is fully operational, and take ownership of incident-related decisions.
Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process consists of four stages:
HR Interview: Background, motivation, and overall role alignment.
Technical Interview: Payment integration knowledge, technical tools, hands-on experience, and incident diagnosis.
Product & Problem-Solving Interview: Integration decisions, prioritisation, and practical problem-solving.
Final Interview: Discussion with senior stakeholder.
Benefits
Fixed monthly compensation of [depending on experience]
Fully remote work within GMT to GMT+4, with no relocation required
End-to-end ownership of a provider from first call to production, and the go or no-go decision on every integration
Scope that grows with the business: cards, alternative payment methods, a card programme and new entities
Corporate AI tooling as part of the working process
Location: Remote-Friendly, United States
About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Capacity Deployment Lead within Anthropic's Data Center Operations (DCO) organization, you will support and scale how we bring new compute capacity online across a growing fleet of partner-operated data centers. Deployment runs from construction kickoff to ready for service (RFS). You are engaged during planning and construction, and on-site and hands-on from EFA through infrastructure delivery and receiving, integration QA, power-on and network turn-up, burn-in and validation, and acceptance. You work with hardware vendors and operations partners for completion of each CU (capacity unit) with a structured handover into production operations and the maintenance program. The scope is compute: accelerator systems, racks, and the infrastructure around them - at the sites in service today and the ones coming online behind them.
This is a program and execution role. You will work with the Global Capacity Delivery Program Lead and the broader Data Center Operations organization, to extend its coverage across more sites and platforms as the fleet grows. Expect 50%+ travel: you get eyes on via boots-on-the-ground for each site in preparation for and during delivery, deployment, QA, and close-out, and your authority comes from being there. Working with vendors and partners, you set direction, priorities, and standards for execution, and you prove results with Anthropic-owned data rather than self-reported status. What you learn at one site - what worked, what slipped, what should become standard - becomes the playbook for the next wave. If you have delivered data center hardware at scale, are passionate about HPC data centers, & enjoy working in complex, fast-paced environments, we welcome you to apply.
Responsibilities Include:
Own deployment outcomes for your assigned sites and data-hall waves: CUs and hall ready-for-service dates met, with exceptions closed out, or risk called early enough for leadership to act.
Engage from construction kickoff and confirm deployment readiness ahead of each wave - floor access, power, network, receiving paths, and partner staffing - working the gaps with the site operations partner and facilities counterparts before racks arrive.
Be on site at key points before and during delivery, deployment, QA, and close-out; verify the work with your own eyes rather than from a dashboard, and support the on-site teams with your direct expertise.
Work with partner's site leadership to ensure success through rack delivery and receiving, integration QA, power-on and network turn-up, and burn-in and validation, setting daily priorities and quality gates and confirming results against Anthropic-owned ticket and telemetry data.
Validate the handover gate for each CU and data hall: acceptance criteria met, burn-in complete, documentation delivered, spares positioned, ticketing live, and a structured handover into production operations and the maintenance program.
Turn best practices, optimization, and lessons learned from each deployment into program-wide improvements: procedures, checklists, acceptance standards, and metrics, so the next wave runs faster and cleaner than the last.
Extend the deployment program to new sites and platforms, adapting standards and acceptance criteria as the hardware changes.
Communicate deployment status, dependencies, constraints, and risk to engineering, capacity planning, the team that owns the overall site schedule, and leadership.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years of experience in data center operations or hardware deployment as a manager, technical lead or related role, including accountability for delivery milestones.
Can demonstrate a proven track record leading compute or network hardware deployments at a large scale across multiple sites or data-hall waves, from early floor access through ready for service.
Have managed vendors, OEMs, or contract workforces to measurable outcomes: milestones, quality gates, operational reviews, and corrective action.
Possess hands-on technical depth in server, network, and rack-level hardware, enough to independently verify deployment quality and audit vendor claims.
Have built or substantially improved operational processes.
Are comfortable working with schedule, ticket, and telemetry data to drive decisions.
Can travel heavily and work on site for extended stretches, including during delivery surges and turn-up windows. 50% Travel expected.
Possess a bachelor's degree in relevant domain or equivalent practical experience.
It’s a bonus if you have:
Experience with GPU/accelerator or high-density liquid-cooled infrastructure, including bring-up of liquid-cooled racks.
Experience standing up operations at a new site or data hall, from commissioning handoff through first deployment.
Experience deploying more than one accelerator platform, or introducing a new hardware platform into an existing deployment program.
Experience delivering deployment outcomes inside partner-operated or colocation sites where on-the-floor operations are staffed via third parties.
Familiarity with dense accelerator network cabling, optics, and high-speed interconnect at rack and pod scale.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!

As a Sales Enablement Trainer, Claude Products, you'll teach Anthropic's global sales team how to use our products, both to do their own work better and to position Claude credibly with customers. Anthropic ships quickly, and the surface area of what we build is growing faster than any individual seller can track. The job has two components. The first is enabling our own people to be power users of Claude so the field is the most sophisticated user of the product we sell. The second is enabling them to position it: to run a credible technical conversation with a customer, anticipate the hard questions, and hold their own with a technical buyer.
In this role, you’ll help define what an AI-native sales team looks like. The best person in this role already uses Claude to help them excel in a sales or sales enablement role. You'll be embedded enough with Product and Applied AI to see around the corner and be opinionated enough to say which surfaces to invest enablement resources behind. You'll need enough technical credibility to earn the respect of engineers and enough commercial fluency to earn the respect of sellers.
Key responsibilities
Own product enablement for the global field organization, spanning new launches, existing capabilities, and the product roadmap ahead
Build the programs that make Anthropic sellers genuinely expert users of Claude in their own daily work
Create enablement that equips the field to position our products with technical and business buyers, including demo readiness, objection handling, and competitive framing
Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Applied AI to get early visibility into what is shipping and to shape how it reaches the field
Anticipate which new product surfaces will require enablement investment, and make the case for that investment before launch
Build and maintain the product certification path that credentials sellers on our core products
Create high-quality enablement content including demo scripts, technical talk tracks, solution guides, and competitive positioning material
Establish feedback loops that carry field and customer signal about product gaps back to Product and Product Marketing
Minimum qualifications
Experience in a sales or sales enablement role
Experience building AI automations into sales workflows and tooling
Hands-on, regular use of AI assistants and agentic tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Code) in your own real-world workflows
Working technical knowledge of how LLM products work (e.g., prompting, context, tool use, APIs), enough to demo them live and field technical questions from engineering buyers
Experience writing and presenting technical material for audiences with very different levels of technical depth
Preferred qualifications
Experience bridging sales and technical audiences in a role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical enablement, product marketing, or technical account management
Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, or developer tooling
Experience turning complex, fast-moving technical products into enablement content such as demo scripts, technical talk tracks, solution guides, or training curricula
Experience owning launch readiness for a technical product across a global field organization
Experience partnering with Product or Product Marketing to prepare a field team ahead of launch, not after it
Experience building programs from 0 to 1 in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Field Account Development Executive at Teleport, you will own engagement with the accounts that matter most to our business in your metro. Teleport unifies identity across humans, machines, workloads, and AI agents — replacing fragmented, credential-based access with a hardware-rooted, cryptographic identity layer that scales zero trust across cloud and on-prem environments. You'll work closely with Field Marketing, Partner, Demand Gen, and the Account Executives who carry your accounts to build presence and pipeline in a single city, pairing multi-channel outbound with a heavy in-person motion across meetups, conferences, partner activations, and Teleport-hosted events. Instead of a sequence and a dial target, you'll be given a fixed book, a territory budget, an events calendar, a warm-path map, and the latitude to decide how all of it gets used. This role is ideal for a self-directed relationship builder who wants to become a field seller — someone who treats a city as a territory to be earned rather than a list to be worked.
Expect to be in the field regularly, typically a couple of evenings a week and more during conference weeks. Reaching people has never been easier; earning their trust has never been harder. That harder part is the job, and it happens face to face.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own and quarterback the development of a fixed book of named enterprise and mid-market accounts in your metro, in partnership with the AEs who carry them
- Build and defend a point of view on each account: who the buying committee is, what they care about, where the entry point is, and what the next three touches should be
- Show up. Attend and work the meetups, happy hours, conferences, partner events, and Teleport-hosted events in your territory. Become a known face in your city's infrastructure and security community
- Create reasons to engage that aren't a meeting request — event invitations, gifting, relevant third-party content, community connections, local activations
- Map warm paths into your accounts using our customer, alumni, and employee networks, and drive the referral ask to completion, including directing the AE on when and how to make it
- Run multi-channel outbound (phone, email, LinkedIn) against the buying committee, with real personalization rather than volume
- Work with Field Marketing on which events are worth sponsoring in your metro, and with our Partner team on co-marketing opportunities that reach your 50
- Convert in-person contact into structured next steps: AE meetings, executive conversations, technical deep dives
- Log every touch in Salesforce and Outreach so account progression is visible and creditable
- Present a monthly account review: what you've done across the 50, what worked, what you're doing next, and where you need air support
- Use our intent, buying-committee, and enrichment tooling — including AI-assisted research and account planning — to decide where to spend your week
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Based in your metro. You live in New York City and can be in the field on short notice. This role is not remote-anywhere
- Experienced: 3+ years in a role where you built relationships and pipeline in a defined territory. That could be account development against enterprise or mid-market named accounts, field or event marketing, community or developer relations, partner development, or field sales. What matters is that you've worked named accounts rather than lists, and that you've done it with real people in real rooms
- A field animal: You would rather be at a happy hour with forty engineers than on your ninth call of the morning. You are comfortable walking into a room where you know nobody and leaving with three conversations worth following up
- Self-directed: You are given a goal and a budget, not a playbook. You decide what to build. You bring ideas rather than waiting for a program
- Technically curious: You can hold a credible conversation with platform, infrastructure, and security engineers about the problems they have. You don't need to be an engineer; you do need to be genuinely interested
- Relationship-first: You measure your work in trust built, not touches logged — while still logging the touches
- Tool-fluent: You are fast with modern GTM tooling and AI assistants, and you'd rather build your own leverage than file a request
- Ambitious: You want to be a field seller. This role is the on-ramp
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion’s Tax team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to support our global tax operations. In this role, you’ll run global indirect tax operations and strengthen the systems behind them. As Notion scales across products and jurisdictions, this role exists to make compliance, close, audits, and tax data more accurate, scalable, and audit-ready. You’ll own recurring sales and use tax, VAT/GST, business tax, registrations, notices, reconciliations, and related controls, while building exposure to income tax compliance and reporting. The work is hands-on and cross-functional: you’ll trace differences across billing, tax engines, filings, payments, and the general ledger with Accounting, Revenue, Billing, Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Experience partners.
This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Take ownership of recurring U.S. and global indirect-tax filings, calendars, data packages, notices, registrations, and close support—with accurate, review-ready work.
- Establish a reliable reconciliation and exception workflow across billing, tax engines, filings, payments, and the general ledger, escalating issues clearly and early.
- Use AI-enabled workflows and data tools to investigate variances, quality-check work papers, and improve documentation while preserving human review and controls.
- Make tax operations more scalable and audit-ready by strengthening controls, process documentation, evidence, handoffs, audit support, and SOX walkthrough readiness.
- Become a trusted partner to Accounting, Revenue, Billing, Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Experience—and contribute to income tax compliance and reporting with guidance from experienced teammates.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of public accounting and/or industry tax experience, with a primary focus on indirect tax compliance and operations.
- Hands-on experience with indirect tax compliance or operations, especially U.S. sales and use tax, VAT/GST, business taxes, or other non-income-based taxes; this is the foundation for owning Notion’s recurring global work.
- Experience preparing accurate reconciliations, journal entries, filings, payments, and audit-ready work papers, with the ability to connect activity across source systems and the general ledger.
- Strong operational judgment: you manage recurring deadlines, investigate exceptions, keep documentation organized, escalate issues promptly, and drive assigned work through completion.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with a collaborative approach to working across Finance, Accounting, business teams, and external advisors.
- Curiosity and learning agility, including willingness to build income-tax capability and demonstrated AI fluency—using AI to analyze data, investigate variances, improve documentation, perform quality checks, or automate repeatable workflows while validating outputs and protecting sensitive information.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $155,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
YOUR IMPACT
Help Scout has earned something most software companies never get: genuine trust. More than 10,000 businesses use us, and a remarkable share of them arrived because someone they respect recommended us. That trust is also why customers stay and grow with us once they're in the door.
Growth is how more of the people who show up turn into teams who can't imagine working without Help Scout — and how customers who already love one part of the product find their way into what's next. As Head of Product, Growth & Monetization, you'll be directly accountable for both sides of that story: the core funnel that turns a signup into a paying customer, and the in-app motion that turns a paying customer into an expanding one.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Own the growth roadmap. You'll partner with Design and Engineering, but you’ll own the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Growth team. That starts with sharpening the core funnel: signup, onboarding, trial-to-paid conversion, and the activation moments that turn a trial into a team that can't imagine working without Help Scout.
- Run growth experimentation across the org. Build and run an experimentation practice spanning two swim lanes: new business (signup through trial-to-paid) and expansion (getting existing customers to experience and purchase Agent, Copilot, and Signal products). The expansion lane means designing and running experiments inside product lines you don't own, in partnership with the other product leaders who do.
- Evolve Help Scout's monetization strategy. Own the overarching pricing and packaging framework across the portfolio. Each Head of Product still owns pricing and packaging execution for their own line — your job is the cross-product throughline and the judgment to know when to weigh in.
- Build growth infrastructure other teams can use. Create the growth model, experiment standards, and playbooks that let teams across the company ship growth work with confidence, without routing every decision through you.
- Lead as a player/coach. Do the strategic work yourself today, and hire and manage a team of PMs as the group grows. You're accountable for the group's revenue results, not just its roadmap execution.
- Partner across the customer lifecycle. Work with go-to-market so the growth motion is coherent from first touch through expansion, and spend real time with customers and in the data to keep that motion grounded in what's actually true.
ABOUT YOU
- You've spent 5+ years leading growth in B2B SaaS with a free-trial or freemium motion, and you have a concrete story of moving a product line's revenue or adoption.
- You're hands-on with experimentation. You define your own metrics, design your own tests, and you're honest about when a result is signal versus noise.
- You think in outcomes, not features, and you build systems and playbooks that make everyone around you faster, not just wins that end with you.
- You can design an outcome-based pricing framework and explain its tradeoffs, and you understand the difference between owning strategy and owning someone else's execution.
- You're technically fluent enough to hold an architecture conversation and push back credibly on an engineering estimate, and you understand how AI and agentic product features actually fail, not just how they work when they work.
- You lead through influence as much as authority. Your impact here comes from getting peer product teams to want to run your experiments with you.
- You've directly managed people before. You'll hire and coach a team of PMs as this group grows.
- You're an excellent writer who makes your thinking visible in one-pagers and briefs that move decisions forward, and you're genuinely fluent with AI tools for research synthesis, strategy testing, and rapid prototyping.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
- Chief Product Officer. You report to the CPO and partner closely with them on strategy and monetization.
- Head of Product, Conversations. You partner on expansion experiments and the monetization framework for Inbox and Copilot.
- Head of Product, Intelligence. You partner on expansion experiments and the monetization framework for Agent and Signal.
- Marketing leadership. You align the growth motion with campaigns, messaging, and pricing/packaging changes.
- Sales & Customer Success leadership. You keep the growth motion coherent across the full customer lifecycle, from trial through expansion and renewal.
- Growth PMs. As the group grows, a small team of PMs may report to you.
Note: This role is open to US-based applicants only.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR function across both offices: the EMEA team in Berlin and the US team in New York.
You'll own the pipeline number for both regions, hire and ramp the reps who hit it, and build the outbound playbook they run. The function is early, so this is as much about deciding how we do outbound as it is about managing the people who do it. You'll coach on the phone daily, sit close to the AEs your team feeds, and build the bench that becomes our next generation of closers.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not an oversight one. You'll be in the call reviews, in the sequences, and in the numbers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the qualified pipeline number across EMEA and the US, and the forecast that sits behind it.
- Hire, onboard, and ramp SDRs in Berlin and New York, and build the ramp plan that gets them productive fast.
- Coach the team on cold calling, messaging, and objection handling through daily call reviews and live feedback.
- Own the outbound playbook: targeting, sequencing, and messaging, developed with Sales, Marketing, and GTM Engineering.
- Set targets and hold the team to activity and conversion standards, with clear reporting to leadership.
- Partner with the AE team on handoff quality and meeting-to-opportunity conversion.
- Build the path from SDR to Account Executive, and get people down it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience leading an SDR or BDR team with direct accountability for a pipeline number.
- A track record of team leadership with accountability for collective results, not just individual overachievement.
- You were strong at outbound before you led it, and you can still get on the phone and show someone how.
- Experience managing people across more than one location or time zone.
- Comfortable building where the structure does not exist yet, and turning what works into a repeatable playbook.
- Fluent with the numbers: you manage activity and conversion rates, not just effort.
- Willingness to travel to US as needed.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience standing up an SDR function from scratch, or being the first SDR manager in a company.
- Experience running outbound into both European and US markets.
- Hands-on with outbound tooling such as Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, or n8n.
- Familiarity with the SEO, content marketing, or digital analytics space.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups.
- Regular team events and off-sites.
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside.
- Paid Meal and Uber home when working late.
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin.

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
We're looking for an entrepreneurial Go-to-Market lead to build our pipeline and customer relationships within the Embodied AI group. One of the fundamental problems we’re helping the physical AI community overcome is the sim-to-real gap for visual-spatial understanding. We’re applying our team’s decades of experience encoding the world precisely as it is at Google Maps, Google Earth, and Niantic Labs to build the scalable real-to-sim stack for embodied AI.
Working directly alongside the group's General Manager, you'll map the market, open doors, and close business in step with product development. You'll have significant independence, direct access to the people building the product, and real responsibility for making the business successful.
You're a natural-born seller. A day spent talking to customers gives you energy. You already know people in the robotics ecosystem, and you're always finding reasons to meet more. You earn attention, ask questions that teach us something, and turn interest into commitment. You're as good at listening as you are at making a case. When an opportunity matters, you are relentless, but your desire to win the right business is more powerful than your desire to win any business.
This is not a role for someone who needs inbound leads, a finished playbook, or a fully baked product. You relish building. You take pride in finding the use case, earning the customer's conviction, and getting the deal over the line. The role will not initially carry a sales quota. It will carry clear accountability for qualified pipeline, useful customer learning, and business we can deliver.
What You'll Do
- Map the Market - Build and maintain a comprehensive view of prospects, their use cases, and the right contacts. Track funding, hiring, launches, and deployments, and hold a point of view on who we should pursue, why, and when.
- Open Doors - Build qualified pipeline through your relationships, targeted outreach, introductions, and events. Get into the communities where our customers spend time, and turn the approaches that earn attention into repeatable ones.
- Qualify and Learn - Get immersed in customers' workflows: what they're trying to do, what they've tried, where it breaks, and what that costs them. Establish fit, urgency, and how a buying decision will happen, and bring candid input on product-market alignment back to the General Manager and Product leader.
- Develop Relationships - Be useful to accounts we're not ready to serve yet. Work with Marketing on insights, introductions, content, and events, and know what needs to change in their business or our capabilities for an opportunity to become actionable.
- Close Business - Run opportunities through evaluation, proposal, negotiation, and signature. Agree what an evaluation must prove, who will decide, and what follows success. Prepare colleagues properly and stay engaged through handoff so commitments are delivered.
- Shape the Commercial Model - Help design commercial models for a maturing product, finding simple solutions where the path isn't laid out, and bringing discipline to how early deals are structured.
What You'll Bring
- Relationships that open doors. You already know founders, engineering leaders, or buyers in robotics, embodied AI, or the infrastructure and tooling companies serving them, and you have a track record of building new relationships beyond your existing network.
- Experience personally winning early customers for a technical product. You sourced opportunities and closed business while the use case, buyer, or commercial approach was still being worked out, and you can explain what you did to make it happen.
- Experience shaping the deal itself. You've worked with founders or technical teams to turn a customer problem into a concrete offer covering scope, proof of value, commercial terms, and a path from evaluation to paid adoption, and you've secured commitments of budget and engineering time.
- Evidence that you changed the approach because of what you learned. You can point to customer evidence that changed who your team targeted, what it offered, or how it sold, and explain what happened next.
- Credibility with technical buyers. You've sold to engineering or research teams and can hold a substantive conversation about their workflows, including the roles of simulation, training data, and evaluation in embodied AI, and concepts such as reinforcement learning, imitation learning, and sim-to-real transfer.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- You've turned initial pilots into sustained usage, renewals, or expansion.
- You've helped turn a handful of early wins into a repeatable approach across customers.
- You've partnered with or sold within the NVIDIA robotics ecosystem.
- You've sold into defense or industrial robotics teams.
Competencies
- Painful sense of urgency. You move as if the company's success depends on it, because it does. People love working with you because you make things happen.
- Strategically tenacious. You combine astute judgment about which opportunities matter with dogged determination to win them. When one door shuts on a great opportunity, you make sure another one opens.
- Technically fluent. You speak the language of our customers, and know what the words mean. You get curious when a conversation gets technical, can explain our capabilities accurately, and recognize when a technical counterpart needs to take over.
- Intellectually honest. You know there's one job that underpins every other in a startup: find the truth. You listen closely, ask about actual behavior, and investigate answers that don't add up. You don't mistake compliments for demand or keep a dead opportunity alive to make the pipeline look better.
- Pragmatic in the face of ambiguity. You have a knack for finding simple solutions to complex problems when the path isn't laid out for you. You're not intimidated by designing commercial models or helping to mature a product.
- Ability to close. You build champions, reach decision-makers, and methodically uncover what stands between interest and a purchase. You're a natural negotiator and enjoy delivering win-win outcomes.
- Create value before you consume. You're generous with insights, thoughtful introductions, and practical help, always giving before asking for anything in return. When you ask for a customer's time or budget, you can explain what they stand to gain and hold us to delivering it.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range of $175,500 to $230,000. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and more.
Location & Work Model
This role is based in our San Francisco office, with three days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed - you may be exactly who we're looking for.

One of the fundamental problems facing the physical AI community is the sim-to-real gap in visual-spatial understanding. We're working to close it. We're applying our team's decades of experience encoding the world precisely as it is at Google Maps, Google Earth, and Niantic Labs to build the scalable real-to-sim stack for embodied AI.
This role connects product, engineering, research, and GTM, turning technical capabilities and market insight into the positioning and assets that drive understanding, adoption, and growth. The ideal candidate combines deep technical curiosity with strategic marketing judgment.
You'll be embedded in the robotics and physical AI ecosystem, tracking the conferences, companies, developers, researchers, and platform shifts shaping the market. You'll use that proximity to test our hypotheses, sharpen our positioning, and turn market signals into messaging and proof points that resonate with real buyers. Just as importantly, you'll feed validated demand back into product direction, helping us build toward the strongest opportunities.
This is not a traditional product marketing role, nor is it pure demand generation. It's an opportunity for someone technical enough to understand the real-to-sim stack, strategic enough to synthesize product, market, and customer inputs into sharp messaging aligned with where we can win, and hands-on enough to create the stories, assets, and proof points that establish Niantic Spatial as a leader in physical AI.
What You'll Do
- Define the Market Narrative - Co-develop and continuously sharpen Niantic Spatial's category, positioning, and messaging for embodied AI. Carry this narrative across our website, campaigns, sales materials, and partner communications.
- Build Credible Messaging - Build credible messaging around our embodied AI stack: real-world capture to simulation-ready digital twins, policy training in deployment environments, and the path toward visual-spatial intelligence.
- Turn Capability Into Proof - Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business Development to turn technical capabilities into credible, customer-facing proof that shows how the product works, performs, and fits into real-world workflows.
- Keep the Story Defensible - Ensure every message clearly distinguishes what ships today, what is being validated, and what is on the roadmap, so our story remains accurate and defensible.
- Build the Target-Account List - Build and maintain the target-account list for robotics and physical AI in collaboration with Go-to-Market, using market signals and customer insight to prioritize who we pursue, why, and when.
- Run Competitive Intelligence - Run competitive intelligence and turn it into positioning, enablement, and clear guidance on where Niantic Spatial can win.
- Shape Pricing and Packaging - Shape pricing, packaging, and initial product-led growth motions, turning technical capabilities into clear offerings and activation paths.
- Develop and Execute Campaigns - Develop and execute campaigns that build awareness, generate qualified interest, and establish Niantic Spatial's presence in the market.
- Build Co-Marketing Partnerships - Build co-marketing and case-study partnerships with robotics OEMs, simulation ecosystems, and strategic customers, turning them into customer stories, POVs, talks, and partner content.
What You'll Bring
- You've spent meaningful time in the physical AI space as an engineer-turned-marketer, marketing lead at a robotics or physical AI company, or a deep practitioner in the ecosystem.
- You are comfortable operating in a category that is still taking shape. You can take fragmented market signals, technical nuance, and roadmap reality and turn it into a point of view the market can understand.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, integrated marketing, technical sales, or category creation across robotics, autonomous systems, simulation, or physical AI.
- A track record of defining emerging categories and translating complex technology into a clear narrative: what it is, why it matters, and why the company is positioned to lead.
- The ability to build credibility with both technical buyers and executive stakeholders, turning market insight and product truth into positioning, proof points, and adoption-driving assets.
- Strong judgment and a builder's mindset: willing to challenge assumptions, improve existing embodied AI messaging, and sharpen the company's go-to-market strategy without overclaiming.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating POVs, conference talks, partner content, customer stories, and practical buyer frameworks that shape perception and support real sales conversations.
- Hands-on familiarity with NVIDIA Isaac Sim, with the ability to turn technical workflows into useful, compelling content.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range of $171,000 to $222,000. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and more.
