ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the Role
We're hiring a Product Manager for Supabase Realtime https://supabase.com/docs/guides/realtime. You'll own the surface area developers use to build live, collaborative and event-driven apps on Supabase: Broadcast https://supabase.com/docs/guides/realtime/broadcast, Presence https://supabase.com/docs/guides/realtime/presence, Postgres Changes https://supabase.com/docs/guides/realtime/postgres-changes, and the capabilities we build next.
You'll work closely with the Realtime Engineering team and with partners across Product Management, Design and GTM.
This role is ideal for someone who's excited about building tools for millions of developers and who has a passion for the types of user experiences unlocked by simple, scalable real-time channels. You should have a nuanced understanding of full-stack application development, including existing and emerging real-time and sync patterns.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- You'll collaborate with customers of all sizes and expertise levels: from an indie developer adding live updates to a side project, to startups building collaborative SaaS, to enterprise teams streaming live data to dashboards.
- You'll own the problem statements and solution rationale behind the Realtime roadmap. This means working with Engineering and Design to shape how Supabase crafts the developer experience for the problems you’ve prioritized solving.
- You'll shape how Realtime evolves to enable future application experiences, including its role in AI apps and alongside other Supabase products.
- You'll own Realtime packaging and pricing, working with Pricing, Finance and Billing.
- You'll use data to understand how Supabase developers are using Realtime features: where they succeed, where they get stuck, and what to tackle first.
- You'll keep Engineering, Design and GTM aligned. You'll own the plan of record for what's coming, why, and in what order.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of Product Management experience on developer tools, or are an ex-founder with equivalent depth. You're comfortable commenting on an architecture doc, following a design discussion, and advocating for the user when trade-offs are required.
- Have owned an app development platform, feature or framework where real-time was core to the developer experience.
- Get your own answers from data. You know what you care about in terms of product instrumentation and are comfortable querying and cleaning your own findings.
- Are comfortable with Postgres and familiar with logical replication.
- Work async by default. Supabase is fully remote. You make decisions in writing and move work forward without meetings.
STRONG SIGNAL
- You have an existing audience among developers, through social media, open source or developer advocacy.
- Worked on a sync engine, local-first or live-query product.
- Worked with gaming, AR or collaborative-tool customers.
- Shipped something using Supabase.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ YOUR MISSION ⭐️
Taking care of our clients is at the heart of our business. Our User Care Experts are on the frontline to answer our members (via chat, email and phone), solve their problems and offer an amazing customer experience.
- Helping our members - Your first mission will be to deal with our members' requests in a meaningful, delightful and timely manner. Your goal is to be transparent, accurate, clear and helpful to our members. After all, we are dealing with a crucial subject — their health — and we are committed to offering them exceptional service.
- Improving Alan - As a User Care Expert, you’ll also have the opportunity to work on projects next to answering our members. The focus of these projects depends on your interest and background. We expect you to help us implement better processes and tools, and to contribute to improving our product. This will involve analysing what you see, identifying areas for improvement and making suggestions on what we can do better.
- Grow and learn - At Alan, we are dedicated to learn as much as we can. It's not every day that you can join a fast-growing company, tackling an obsolete sector by putting the member at the heart of it all. You will become an expert in healthcare and insurance, and help new members of the great healthcare team.
- Pioneering - The 🇧🇪 care team today is still relatively small. However, we have bold ambitions and will grow quickly. You will be involved in building, nurturing and enhancing our care team on a daily basis.
⭐️ JOIN THE 🇧🇪 CARE TEAM ⭐️
You will be a good fit for the role if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience in: a customer-support role; or education; or communication
- Are bilingual English + Dutch
- Have a passion for caring for members, and solving their problems
- Love written communication
- Are comfortable with computers and technology in general
- Have a very empathetic mindset
- Are motivated and entrepreneurial
- Have an enthusiasm for teamwork, learning and teaching
- Bonus points if you know how the Belgian healthcare system works — we will teach you if you don’t. 😉
Everything else you know is a plus! We want our team to be made up of a diversity of experiences and backgrounds.

Join Twilio as a Program Manager, Carrier Operations & Governance — a tech-forward business analyst and program manager within a brand-new function built from the ground up to reshape how Twilio manages, governs, and optimizes its global telecom carrier and wholesale supplier ecosystem.
About the job
This isn't a role that inherits an existing playbook — it's a role that writes one. Twilio is building a highly visible, cross-functional operations & governance team dedicated to optimizing its telecom carrier and wholesale supplier ecosystem. Reporting into leadership that maintains regular cadences with Twilio's CEO, CFO, CRO, and Audit Committee, you will serve as the primary owner of critical end-to-end improvements spanning multiple areas of the business, and build internal operating models that unlock new levels of operational maturity and rigor.
In this role, you will bring together, understand, and implement the policies, processes, systems, tools, and controls necessary to build a world-class operating environment. You will own the creation and stand-up of the team operating model, cadences, and runbooks while taking direct ownership of the team's internal Run-the-Business (RTB) engine.
If you thrive in high-visibility environments, love designing systems from first principles, and want to own program execution end-to-end, this opportunity is built for you.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead program execution across four core pillars:
Cross-Functional Governance & Leadership
Drive Visible Governance Programs:
Serve as the core Program Manager for a highly visible, cross-functional governance initiative spanning multiple areas of the business - including building and operationalizing programs from diagnosis, design, implementation, and change management
Maintain Executive Visibility:
Package and present operational narratives, risks, and performance metrics to cross-functional leadership, feeding into C-suite and Audit Committee reviews.
Implement Core Infrastructure:
Lead end-to-end process improvements across carrier operations — understanding, synthesizing, and deploying cohesive policies, workflows, systems/tools, and data-driven controls.
Operating Model, Enablement & Team Infrastructure
Build Team Foundations:
Design and stand up the new Carrier Operations & Governance operating model, operational cadences, and internal team structures.
Author Runbooks & Standards:
Author, maintain, and roll out standard operational runbooks, supply policies, and Rules of Engagement (ROEs) for internal stakeholders and carrier partners.
Design Enablement & Change Management:
Design and create comprehensive enablement programs, training materials, and frameworks to accelerate organizational transformation — actively shifting teams from relationship- and assumption-driven decision-making to a rigorously governed, data-informed operating model.
Insights & Reporting
Business Intelligence:
Leverage quantitative research, machine learning models, performance monitoring, and scalable data foundations that enable fast, economically sound insights.
Data & Reporting Quality:
Execute analytical requests from IRSG, Legal, Finance, and GTM stakeholders, delivering accurate data pulls, ad-hoc analyses, and structured summaries. Perform data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting pipelines.
Design Enablement & Change Management:
Design and create comprehensive enablement programs, training materials, and frameworks to accelerate organizational transformation — actively shifting teams from relationship- and assumption-driven decision-making to a rigorously governed, data-informed operating model.
Drive Team RTB Engine:
Own and manage the day-to-day Run-the-Business (RTB) cadence at the team level, ensuring operational momentum and accountability.
Facilitate Operational Rhythms:
Facilitate regular operational forums, including team OKR tracking, and deal approval workflows.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As we scale our product surface area, we’re looking for Product Managers who are excited to own a variety of high-impact products, and drive outsized outcomes in hard-to-solve and ambiguous problem spaces. This is a role designed for builders who thrive in ambiguity, love solving complex user and workflow problems, and take full ownership of outcomes - from defining the problem space to shipping, scaling, and driving real customer and business impact.
As a Product Manager, you will be accountable for setting the vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution of one or more core product areas. This is not a “manage the roadmap” role—it’s a “make it successful” role. You’ll develop a deep understanding of users, their day-to-day workflows, and the broader ecosystem they operate in. You’ll identify the highest-leverage problems to solve and turn messy, real-world complexity into simple, scalable experiences. You will hold the standard on quality, and not rest until your product is creating the level of impact in the field that you expect.
You’ll work closely with design, engineering, customer-facing teams, and other product managers. You will lead product discovery, define clear requirements, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and push products from 0→1 and from 1→scale with urgency and clarity. This is a highly cross-functional and user-centered role—ideal for someone who loves building foundational experiences that make complex work feel effortless.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the success of one or more core product areas, focusing on outcomes and real-world impact - not just outputs, timelines, or feature delivery.
- Define and drive product vision and strategy by synthesizing user needs, workflow complexity, and business priorities into a clear, scalable roadmap.
- Lead product discovery through user interviews, workflow mapping, usability testing, shadowing, and qualitative/quantitative research.
- Translate ambiguous, messy problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and intuitive experiences.
- Build, launch, and iterate on new capabilities from 0→1 and from 1→scale, ensuring fast learning cycles and high-quality execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with design and engineering to translate product vision into intuitive user experiences that are technically feasible and built to scale.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to ensure strong product adoption, clarity of value, and real customer impact.
- Set a high bar for execution, usability, and coherence across the platform.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, workflow-heavy products, or operationally complex environments.
- Proven ability to take ambiguous product ideas from concept to launch and from prototype to real-world usage, with thoughtful prioritization of the highest-impact problems.
- Strong user instincts: You care deeply about how products feel, flow, and fit into people’s daily work and can uncover user needs through strong product discovery practices.
- Technical fluency: Able to break down how complex systems work under the hood, distill technical needs and constraints, and partner with engineering to make smart tradeoffs.
- Excellent communication skills: able to clearly articulate product decisions, tradeoffs, and priorities to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative leader: demonstrated ability to lead across design, engineering, CX, and go-to-market teams to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum.
- Bias to action: energized by moving fast, testing ideas, learning from feedback, and iterating.
- Ownership mindset: accountable for outcomes, comfortable operating in low-structure environments, and eager to lead end-to-end.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

Teleport Cloud takes our traditionally open-source and enterprise access plane and provides a SaaS option for our customers to adopt.
As such, our team is building our production and software as a service infrastructure from scratch. We tackle the hard problems that allow our customers to trust us for secure and reliable access to their infrastructure.
Excellent security is table stakes; a security breach can compromise our customers' infrastructure. We must also balance security with maintaining productivity and building a compelling product offering for our customers.
Most of the code you will write will be written in Go. We strongly encourage you to explore our GitHub Repo https://github.com/gravitational to get a taste of what we are building.

HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout.
1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements.
2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager or a Lead Engineer. They will walk you through the coding challenge and answer your questions.
3. Coding challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager or Lead Engineer, you join a Slack channel and complete a coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/sre/challenge.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution.
4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.

- Foster an inclusive, high-accountability culture grounded in customer empathy, strong collaboration, speed, and continuous improvement.
- Identify practical ways for the team to use AI to improve preparation, documentation, solutioning, and customer-facing work while maintaining quality and good judgment.

- Strong operating judgment: able to prioritize limited resources, inspect pipeline health, make trade-offs, and drive execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders by translating technical complexity into business value.
- Track record of building repeatable processes, assets, and team rituals that elevate performance beyond individual contributions.
- Experience building AI-assisted workflows for solutions, sales, or customer-facing teams.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp already serves thousands of organizations in industries where financial operations work differently: construction companies that manage spend by job and cost code, nonprofits that report by fund and grant, and public-sector organizations accountable for every taxpayer dollar.
We are hiring a Lead Product Marketing Manager, Verticals to turn those differences into a durable growth advantage.
You will own Ramp's vertical GTM operating model, beginning with Construction / A&E and Nonprofits / Public Sector. You will decide where Ramp should invest, become the resident expert on how finance works in those markets, influence the product roadmap, and build the cross-product narratives and motions that help Ramp win.
This is not a content-only, campaign-only, or sales-enablement role. You will own the full vertical business read: market choice, ICP, product readiness, positioning, pipeline, win rate, activation, adoption, attach, campaign performance, and the next product or GTM intervention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set the vertical portfolio strategy. Build the business cases, opportunity sizing, segmentation, and priority order that determine where Ramp invests and where it does not.
- Own the vertical business number. Define the scorecard for each priority vertical: pipeline, win rate, attach, workflow adoption, product activation, channel performance, and customer proof.
- Become the market expert. Understand the financial workflows, buying dynamics, regulatory requirements, technology ecosystems, and competitive landscape of each priority industry.
- Influence the product roadmap. Translate market evidence into clear product requirements and help Product distinguish table stakes from differentiators.
- Build industry-specific, cross-product narratives. Package Ramp's cards, expenses, accounts payable, procurement, banking, treasury, travel, and accounting automation around the jobs each vertical needs to get done.
- Own GTM strategy end to end. Define the ICP, audience, positioning, claims, proof, channel strategy, launch plan, sales motion, and adoption plan for each priority vertical.
- Lead market-facing programs. Represent Ramp in the industry through webinars, customer sessions, partner moments, field events, advisory groups, and executive conversations where domain credibility matters.
- Make Sales better at winning. Build workflow-based pitch narratives, sales plays, proof, competitive guidance, and demos that help sellers lead with the customer's industry problem instead of a list of Ramp products.
- Run the operating cadence. Bring Product, Growth, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance into one readout: what is moving, what is stuck, what we learned, and what changes next.
- Build the customer and partner feedback loop. Develop trusted relationships with finance leaders, operators, ERP and implementation partners, associations, and sellers closest to the market.
- Create the verticalization playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking a vertical from market signal to product requirements, GTM package, measurable growth motion, and scaled investment.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 7+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, product marketing, industry marketing, growth, sales strategy, or another strategic GTM function, including significant ownership of product or industry outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience building GTM strategy for a specific industry or workflow-heavy market. You should arrive with a strong point of view on verticalization.
- Deep familiarity with at least one of the following: Construction or A&E software, accounting and ERP workflows, nonprofits, public sector, procurement, accounts payable, or financial operations.
- A record of influencing product strategy using customer, competitive, market, and funnel evidence.
- Experience owning integrated B2B campaigns from audience definition and brief through execution, measurement, and iteration.
- Strong data literacy. You can interpret pipeline, conversion, win rate, attach, adoption, and channel performance and turn the findings into a decision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a business case for executives, a product narrative for the market, and a sales play that works in a customer meeting.
- Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Communications, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, and improve it quickly.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a vertical SaaS company serving construction, accounting, nonprofits, government, or another operationally complex industry.
- Direct experience with construction ERPs or accounting platforms such as Sage, Trimble, Acumatica, Deltek, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Intacct.
- Experience marketing a multi-product platform rather than a single point solution.
- Existing relationships with finance leaders, industry operators, implementation partners, associations, or technology partners in a priority vertical.
- Experience building a new PMM or industry-marketing function from the ground up.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Beneficial Deployments
Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences — focusing on raising the floor for those who need it most.
About the Role
We're looking for an Applied AI Architect to join our Beneficial Deployments, Life Sciences team, focused on helping scientists everywhere get the most from Claude, especially Claude Science. You'll run enablements, workshops and hackathons, build demos that show what frontier models can do for the field, and grow a community of scientists building with Claude. You'll also scale scientific enablement inside Anthropic, so our Applied AI and customer teams can support scientists without you in the room.
Responsibilities
Be the DRI for scientific enablement: decide what to run, build the materials, deliver them, and measure whether research teams reach daily use of Claude.
Lead our programs for activating scientists at scale, such as
LSVP
and Claude for Researchers: set the goals, design the program and run it.
Build demos, notebooks and tutorials that show scientists what frontier models can do in their own work, and be an active voice where scientists share tools online (X, LinkedIn, etc.).
Scale scientific enablement inside Anthropic: train our Applied AI and Customer Success teams, and build playbooks they can run without you.
Build and lead a scientist community around Claude, and be its ambassador (and support ambassador programs), from small meetups to large conferences.
Be the voice of scientists inside Anthropic: turn what you hear into concrete asks and see them through to launch, and partner with Marketing and Comms so campaigns and content reach the scientific community.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have
Deep hands-on expertise with AI tools for science such as Claude Science: you know where they shine and where they break.
Real credibility as a scientist: hands-on experience doing science in academic labs, biotechs, pharma or research institutes, ideally as a user of the kind of tools you'll help scientists adopt. Experience building or running programs for scientific communities is a plus.
A track record of helping many scientific teams adopt a new tool through demos, trainings, workshops or hackathons.
Up to date on AI for science, such as agentic analysis and AI co-scientists, and able to explain it to working scientists.
Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs: you can prototype a working demo. You don't need to write production code.
Clear written and spoken communication: talks, tutorials and docs that scientists find useful.
A track record of taking programs or products from idea to results: you set the direction, did the work and were accountable for the outcome, often with no playbook.
Comfort operating in ambiguity: you bring clarity to fuzzy problems, wear multiple hats and do whatever it takes to further the mission.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$275,000
—
$315,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Provider Sales VP, you’ll be embedded in Provider Partnerships and report directly to the SVP of Provider.
You will own Garner's provider segment at its most senior level, as a quota-carrying seller responsible for the marquee health-system and enterprise relationships that define this category for us. You will help set the segment's go-to-market approach, from sub-segments to pursue, to lead generation, to closing strategy. This is a seat for someone who has built a selling book from limited infrastructure before and wants to do it again with a genuinely differentiated product and dataset behind them.
What you will do
Own the provider segment end to end, from go-to-market strategy through close, carrying an individual quota against your assigned budget.
Land and expand marquee health-system and enterprise logos, opening executive-level doors up to health-system CEO.
Run a data-driven sales motion at the most senior level: connect Garner's data to a buyer's top strategic priorities.
Lead complex, committee-driven negotiations to close, holding momentum and goodwill across long cycles and multiple veto-holding approvers.
Establish the repeatable playbook the segment adopts: messaging, target-account strategy, and objection handling grounded in healthcare economics and provider risk.
Partner with Product, Sales leadership, and Account Management, and build the feedback loop that turns market signal into roadmap and pricing change.
Build full fluency across Garner's product suite and match the right product angle to each buyer.
What we're looking for
8 or more years in fast paced selling environment carrying and consistently exceeding individual quote
Experience owning a new-market motion end to end: building a segment from limited infrastructure and landing marquee logos
Experience selling into into hospitals, health systems, or other healthcare provider organizations is preferred; if not, experience selling in other complex B2B SaaS environments
A track record of closing through multi-stakeholder, committee-driven buying processes, where clinical, analytics, finance, legal, and administrative approvers each hold an effective veto.
Command of the room with senior buyers up to the CEO: you build trust fast, go head to head on strategy, and secure buy-in for a high-consideration purchase.
Data fluency built by repeatedly entering new or ambiguous markets and learning the methodology deeply.
Repeatable plays for reviving stalled pipeline, applied across a book rather than one deal at a time.
Comfort selling while product, pricing, and positioning are still evolving.
The instinct to build an internal operating rhythm: who to pull in when, plus a feedback loop into product and pricing.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Compensation Transparency:
The total compensation range (inclusive of base and commission) for this position is $325,000 - $385,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Senior Commercial Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic high growth accounts and existing customers with 501-2,500 employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex multi-product platform opportunities, expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business and secure new logos to add to our customer base.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines. You will engage and multi-thread with CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, IAM teams, DevOps and platform teams, engineering leaders, security architects, finance, procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
The Senior Commercial Account Executive role also requires experience selling to financial-services organizations headquartered in or operating from New York City. You will bring sector fluency and demonstrated experience and understanding of how to navigate and win within complex financial institutions.
This is a remote, field-based opportunity. Candidates must be based in the New York metro area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, including travel to New York City as required.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations and high growth companies spanning 501-2,500 employees, with 2+ years of substantial cybersecurity sales experience.
- A consistent record of exceeding $1.5M+ annual quotas, including experience carrying quotas in the $1.5M-$3M+ range and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Multiple years of elite sales performance and company recognition, such as President’s Club or equivalent top-performer awards.
- Demonstrated success selling multi-product platforms and broader solution transformations, rather than only transactional or standalone point products.
- Experience selling identity, Zero Trust, cloud security, endpoint security, privileged access, developer security, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.
- Established, credible relationships with enterprise CISOs, CIOs, senior security and IT leaders, IAM leaders, and identity/security architects within the territory or relevant named-account segment.
- Proven ability to engage IAM, IT security, DevOps, platform engineering, and engineering leaders and connect their technical priorities to an executive business case.
- A record of winning net-new strategic logos and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year platform agreements.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with C-suite leaders and deeply technical audiences.
- Rigorous account planning, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
Bonus points for:
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access management, credential security, machine identities, agentic AI security, SaaS governance, device trust, or secrets management.
- Experience competing and winning against major enterprise identity and cybersecurity platform providers.
- Proficiency with MEDDPPICC, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and AI-enabled sales tools.
- Experience developing opportunities through channel partners, cloud alliances, systems integrators, or technology partners.
What you can expect:
Own and grow a strategic commercial territory
- Develop and execute sophisticated account and territory plans across your customer and prospect book.
- Create new executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, identity leaders, security architects, and other senior technology buyers to accelerate access and credibility.
- Identify whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, and compelling events across identity security, AI adoption, privileged access, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
- Build and maintain the pipeline coverage, account engagement, and deal velocity required to consistently achieve or exceed a significant annual quota.
Sell the full platform story
- Elevate conversations from an individual point-product need to a strategic Unified Access vision spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
- Connect 1Password’s capabilities to measurable outcomes, including reducing credential and access risk, eliminating standing privilege, governing SaaS and shadow AI, protecting developer and machine workflows, strengthening device trust, and improving auditability.
- Land with the customer’s most urgent use case, then build an executive-backed roadmap for adoption and expansion across Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Credential Broker, Device Trust, and Privileged Access.
- Translate complex identity, access, cloud, endpoint, developer, and AI-security concepts into clear business value for executive and deeply technical audiences.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Orchestrate 4-6+ month sales cycles involving security, IAM, IT, DevOps, platform engineering, application engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
- Build consensus across large buying groups and establish clear business, technical, economic, and decision criteria.
- Lead executive presentations, discovery sessions, workshops, business-value assessments, commercial negotiations, and close plans.
- Create and maintain mutual action plans and apply MEDDPPICC or a comparable enterprise qualification methodology with discipline.
- Structure and negotiate complex, multi-year, multi-product agreements with material ARR and platform expansion potential.
Expand strategic customer relationships
- Build broad, durable relationships throughout customer organizations rather than relying on a single champion.
- Uncover business and security priorities beyond the initial use case and turn them into platform expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, product specialists, and services teams to create adoption and expansion plans tied to measurable outcomes.
Operate as one team
- Collaborate closely with BDR, Solutions Engineering, Channels, Alliances, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Deal Desk.
- Co-sell with strategic partners, cloud alliances, channel teams, and systems integrators where they can expand reach or accelerate a decision.
- Represent 1Password at executive briefings, customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data, next steps, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce.
- Use AI and modern selling tools thoughtfully to improve research, preparation, coaching, and execution while creating more time for customer engagement.
New York financial-services expertise:
- Significant experience selling complex cybersecurity platforms to major banks, capital-markets firms, insurers, asset managers, fintech companies, or other financial institutions headquartered in or operating from New York City.
- Ability to build a network of CISO, CIO, CTO, security, identity, infrastructure, cloud, engineering, architecture, risk, and procurement leaders within New York financial-services accounts, relationships you can confidently activate to open strategic conversations.
- Strong familiarity with financial-services buying cycles, including security and architecture review, third-party risk management, regulatory and compliance requirements, procurement, legal review, testing, implementation planning, and executive approval.
- Working knowledge of the technology stacks and infrastructure common to large financial institutions, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments, identity and privileged-access systems, endpoint controls, developer platforms, legacy infrastructure, and highly regulated production environments.
- A demonstrated record of mapping complex stakeholder groups, building internal consensus, navigating incumbents and competitive dynamics, and winning large, multi-year cybersecurity agreements within New York financial-services accounts.
How you work:
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You hunt daily for new opportunities and consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
- You leverage AI daily to expedite your administrative work and identify strategic opportunities across your book.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.

About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted.
As a Enterprise Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic target accounts and existing customers with 2,501+ employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 100 and Global 2000 organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex multi-million-dollar platform opportunities, and expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business.
The Enterprise Account Executive role also requires experience selling to financial-services organizations headquartered in or operating from New York City. You will bring an active network, sector fluency, and a demonstrated understanding of how to navigate and win within complex financial institutions.
Expectations of this role
This is a field-based sales role. That means you are expected to be regularly engaged in customer-facing activities, including in-person meetings, events, and other travel as required to effectively support your territory. Territory locations that are preferable for this role are:
Candidates must be based in the New York metro area , Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Boston or Washington DC area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, including travel to New York City as required.
Your primary work location will be your home office, but your role requires a lot of mobility and flexibility. Travel within your assigned territory, and occasionally outside of it, will be a part of your job, and you are responsible for managing your schedule in a way that works for the company and you.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of successful enterprise cybersecurity sales experience, including substantial experience selling to Fortune 100 or Global 2000 organizations.
- A consistent record of exceeding $2M+ annual quotas, including experience carrying quotas in the $2M–$5M+ range and closing complex, multi-million-dollar opportunities.
- Multiple years of elite sales performance and company recognition, such as President’s Club or equivalent top-performer awards.
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise platforms and multi-product transformations, not only transactional or stand-alone point products.
- Experience selling Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with a strong understanding of identity security, AI and Machine identity risks, Zero Trust, cloud security, developer security, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.
NEW YORK FINANCIAL-SERVICES EXPERTISE
- Significant experience selling complex cybersecurity platforms to major banks, capital-markets firms, insurers, asset managers, fintech companies, or other financial institutions headquartered in or operating from New York City.
- An active, credible network of CISO, CIO, CTO, security, identity, infrastructure, cloud, engineering, architecture, risk, and procurement leaders within New York financial-services accounts, relationships you can confidently activate to open strategic conversations.
- Deep familiarity with financial-services buying cycles, including security and architecture review, third-party risk management, regulatory and compliance requirements, procurement, legal review, testing, implementation planning, and executive approval.
What you can expect:
OWN AND GROW A STRATEGIC ENTERPRISE TERRITORY
- Develop and execute sophisticated account and territory plans for a focused portfolio of high-value prospects and customers.
- Create new executive relationships while using your established network among CISOs, CIOs, identity leaders, security architects, and other senior technology buyers to accelerate access and credibility.
- Identify whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, and compelling events across identity security, AI adoption, privileged access, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
- Build and maintain the pipeline coverage, account engagement, and deal velocity required to consistently achieve or exceed a significant annual quota.
SELL THE FULL PLATFORM STORY
- Elevate conversations from an individual point-product need to a strategic Unified Access vision spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
- Connect 1Password’s capabilities to measurable outcomes, including reducing credential and access risk, eliminating standing privilege, governing SaaS and shadow AI, protecting developer and machine workflows, strengthening device trust, and improving auditability.
- Land with the customer’s most urgent use case, then build an executive-backed roadmap for adoption and expansion across Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Credential Broker, Device Trust, and Privileged Access.
- Translate complex identity, access, cloud, endpoint, developer, and AI-security concepts into clear business value for executive and deeply technical audiences.
LEAD COMPLEX, MULTI-STAKEHOLDER SALES CYCLES
- Orchestrate 6–12+ month enterprise sales cycles involving security, IAM, IT, DevOps, platform engineering, application engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
Bonus points for:
- Experience competing and winning against major enterprise identity and cybersecurity platform providers.
- Deep knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access management, credential security, machine identities, agentic AI security, SaaS governance, device trust, or secrets management.
- Proficiency with MEDDPPICC, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and AI-enabled sales tools.
- Experience developing opportunities through channel partners, cloud alliances, systems integrators, or technology partners.
How you work:
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.

We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will own the full commercial relationship and customer’s success across a book of 100 to 200 corporate accounts - the builders, founders, and product teams at companies up to 250 employees who are defining what AI-native experiences look, feel, and sound like. Your job is to make sure every one of them is getting real value, expanding into new products, and renewing with conviction.
This is a high-volume, high-impact role. You won't succeed by managing accounts one at a time - you'll build the systems, playbooks, and scaled motions that let you drive meaningful outcomes across a diverse book. If you love the challenge of figuring out how to operate at scale without losing the quality of the customer relationship, this role was built for you.
On the ground, you'll be in the product with customers - advising on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, integrations, and using data and logs to spot friction before customers do. You're the person who connects what's working technically to what's growing commercially and partnering closely with high growth accounts to help them achieve value.
Success of the customer and commercial ownership go hand in hand and are at the core of this role. You own NRR across your managed book of business, you drive cross-sell into ElevenLabs’ expanding product suite, and you lead renewals end to end. The best AMs at ElevenLabs don’t just retain customers, they grow with them.
COMPENSATION
This role offers a competitive on target earnings (OTE) structure with a split of 70% base and 30% variable. Variable compensation is weighted 100% net revenue retention (NRR) with an emphasis on product cross sell. Cross-sell performance counts toward NRR, so strong expansion compounds across both components. Quota is set on managed ARR, giving you clear ownership over a defined book of business. The plan includes accelerators for above target NRR performance and is designed to reward account managers who grow with their customers, not just retain them. Variable compensation is paid on a quarterly basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products - you know what good looks like in a technical, fast-moving customer environment
- A track record of owning commercial outcomes: quota, renewals, cross-sell, and the full expansion motion from identifying the opportunity to closing it
- Comfortable managing a high-volume book of business with a systems mindset - you build playbooks and repeatable motions, not just individual relationships
- Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs; you can hold a technical conversation with a developer or engineering team and earn their trust
- Experience using product usage data to stay ahead of your accounts - spotting health signals, identifying expansion opportunities, and getting in front of risk before it becomes churn
- Strong communicator who can move fluidly between a founder, a technical lead, and a procurement team in the same week
Preferred
- Experience in the voice AI, audio AI, or conversational AI space
- Experience selling or expanding into multiple products within a platform
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in ET, CT, MT, or PT timezones is required. There is a preference for candidates to be based in New York City or San Francisco, with the option to work out of our offices in these cities.
