Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Staff Program Manager to own the Services Business Process Automation (BPA) function — the digital backbone of our Services organisation. BPA runs the Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) platform, the Business Intelligence and reporting layer, and the integration of our business applications with customer IT/OT ecosystems — all operating within the corporate IT governance framework.
This is a strategic, hands-on ownership role. You will define and own the BPA program and roadmap, lead cross-functional platform deployments end to end, and connect corporate digitalization strategy to on-the-ground Services execution. You will work closely with Services leadership, product and corporate IT, and external technology partners.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Define, own, and continuously evolve the BPA roadmap: SLM platform strategy, BI architecture, process-automation priorities, and customer IT/OT integration.
- Translate corporate digitalization objectives and Services business priorities into a structured, time-phased program with clear milestones and resource plans.
- Lead cross-functional software deployments and platform integrations from requirement scouting to hypercare, applying Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and structured PMO practices.
- Own the program-governance framework — risks, dependencies, change control, escalation, and steering-committee reporting — and track schedule, budget, adoption, data quality, and SLA impact.
- Champion the Services Lean First KPI framework and ensure BI reporting reflects real operational progress across the whole Services organisation.
- Manage vendor relationships, program budgets, and build-vs-buy-vs-integrate decisions for new BPA tools and platforms.
- Act as the strategic interface between Services leadership, product leadership, and corporate IT — simplifying complex technical realities into clear business narratives for executives.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 8–12+ years in digital/IT program management, with a track record of leading large-scale CRM, SLM, or ERP deployments.
- Proven success managing complex cross-functional programs in mechatronics, industrial automation, robotics, field service, or advanced manufacturing.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program-management certification; Agile (SAFe, Scrum Master, or Kanban) is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of CRM and SLM platforms, BI architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience holding full budget accountability for digitalization programs.
- Elite stakeholder communication — able to build consensus across diverse functional and executive stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Exposure to humanoid robotics, cobots, or other advanced-technology industries.
- Familiarity with service benchmarks in relevant industries.
- Experience introducing BI as a shared intelligence layer across a multi-team organisation.
- PMO tooling proficiency (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
JOB SUMMARY
As a Support Automation Engineer on the Post Sales Systems team, you will design, build, and maintain the automation and AI systems that power ClickUp's post-sales support organization. You'll be responsible for translating business workflows in Zendesk and related CX platforms into scalable, intelligent automations that reduce manual effort, improve customer experience, and free up our support team to focus on high-value interactions.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering rigor and customer empathy. You'll partner closely with the Support and Success organizations, GTM Systems Leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to automate away toil, surface insights through AI, and build systems that adapt to how support teams actually work. The kind of person who thrives here moves fast, takes full ownership of what they build, and is genuinely excited about applying AI to real operational problems. This role is a direct contributor to GTMSOE's broader mission of operational excellence across the GTM org.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AI-POWERED AUTOMATION DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
- Design and build automations in Zendesk that reduce repetitive support work: ticket routing, field population, note summarization, escalation logic, and customer outreach workflows.
- Develop AI-driven workflows using Zendesk AI, custom LLM integrations, and ClickUp Super Agents to automate tasks like ticket summarization, sentiment analysis, knowledge base matching, and response suggestions.
- Architect low-code/no-code automation solutions using Workato, Zapier, and similar integration platforms to connect Zendesk with Salesforce, ClickUp, Maven chatbot, and other tools.
- Own the full lifecycle of an automation: discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization based on usage and feedback.
CX SYSTEMS INTEGRATION & DATA FLOW
- Ensure seamless data flow between Zendesk, Salesforce, ClickUp, Chili Piper, Maven AGI chatbot, and other tools in the support tech stack.
- Design integration patterns that keep data clean, up-to-date, and accessible to downstream systems without creating maintenance nightmares.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and data pipelines that surface support health, automation impact, and team productivity metrics.
- Partner with the Support org to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities where AI and automation can deliver measurable value.
AI CAPABILITY EXPANSION
- Experiment with emerging AI/LLM capabilities (agents, RAG, fine-tuning) and determine which are production-ready for support workflows.
- Build reusable AI templates and patterns that other CX Systems team members can leverage, promoting consistency and reducing duplication.
- Collaborate with the broader GTM Systems Engineering team to share learnings and align on AI strategy across post-sales, sales, and finance domains.
- Log AI/automation work in the team's AI Excellence registry to promote transparency and cross-team learning.
RELIABILITY & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Monitor automation health, error rates, and SLAs; proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact support operations.
- Gather feedback from support teams and stakeholders; iterate on existing automations to improve accuracy, reduce false positives, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Maintain documentation and runbooks so that support and CX teams understand how automations work and when to escalate issues.
- Help simplify and modernize existing architecture in Zendesk and connecting systems to improve long-term maintainability.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Work closely with GTM Support teammates and leadership on intake, prioritization, and task execution.
- Partner with the Support and Success organizations and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Contribute to the GTM Systems Engineering operating model: maintain task hygiene and communicate proactively on large initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
- 3–5+ years in systems administration, business systems engineering, or customer support platform work.
- Demonstrated experience building automations or integrations that have shipped to production and delivered measurable business value.
- Hands-on experience with CX platforms, particularly Zendesk at an admin level or higher.
- Experience in a high-velocity, collaborative environment where you wear multiple hats and adapt quickly.
- Optional but valued: experience with ClickUp, Maven/chatbots, GTM systems, or support-focused SaaS operations.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical
- Zendesk expertise: Hands-on experience with automations, triggers, business rules, and configuration (admin-level proficiency or higher).
- Integration & API work: Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms (Retool, Workato, Zapier, or similar low-code tools).
- AI & LLMs: Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), MCP, and how to safely integrate AI into production workflows. You don't need to be an ML engineer, but you should understand when and how to apply AI to solve real problems.
- Data & scripting: Comfortable working with JSON, SQL, or light scripting (Python, JavaScript) to build data pipelines and transform data between systems.
- Salesforce integration: Understanding of Zendesk-to-Salesforce sync workflows, object relationships, and common integration patterns.
Operational & Mindset
- Ownership: You take full responsibility for the systems you build—reliability, documentation, and continuous improvement included. You don't hand off and walk away.
- Velocity: You move fast, iterate, and ship. You embrace "done is better than perfect" when appropriate, but never at the expense of reliability or customer trust.
- AI & Automation mindset: You're excited about LLMs and AI agents, not intimidated. You experiment, learn quickly, and know when to apply new tools and when to stick with what works.
- Collaboration: You're a skilled communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You ask clarifying questions, challenge assumptions respectfully, and build trust with the teams you support.
- Growth: You're customer-centric and measure success not just by automation coverage, but by the real impact on support efficiency and quality.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK WITH
- Zendesk: Primary CX platform—automations, triggers, custom fields, custom apps, and reporting.
- ClickUp Super Agents: AI-powered automation and task orchestration within the ClickUp ecosystem.
- Salesforce: Zendesk-to-Salesforce integration, data sync, field mapping, and cross-system workflows.
- Integration stack: Workato, Zapier, and possibly Retool for custom apps and workflow orchestration.
- Maven chatbot & AI tools: In-app support, ticket automation, and AI-driven customer interactions.
- Data & reporting: ClickUp, Salesforce dashboards, and custom data pipelines for support metrics and insights.

We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior In-House Repair Technician the deepest hands-on repair capability in our Services Repair Centre. You will perform complex repair, rework, and full overhaul/restore on parts, sub-systems, and full robots, and deliver approved upgrades to existing units. You will also be our forensic-analysis specialist, determining root cause and supporting warranty decisions in both directions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform complex repair, rework, and full overhaul/restore on parts (SRUs), sub-systems, and full robots.
- Deliver approved upgrades to existing robots and parts.
- Lead physical troubleshooting and forensic analysis when Remote Services cannot localise a fault, determining root cause and supporting warranty determination (supplier claims, proof a fault was not caused by Humanoid…).
- Act as a flying doctor at customer sites for the most difficult on-site interventions.
- Partner with Product Services Engineering and the Training team to author clear, low-skill work instructions.
- Mentor Associate and Advanced technicians and contribute to the skills matrix and the unified career path across In-House, Remote, and Field roles.
- Own refurbishment throughput and quality for the most complex part families, and certify work to specification.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
With over 180,000 business customers, Enterprise Password Manager is 1Password's core product. It is rapidly evolving into a complete credentials security platform for humans, machines, and AI agents.
This is a Senior Staff PMM role. Individual contributor with broad organizational visibility. You’ll report to the Director of Product Marketing and own EPM end-to-end: messaging, positioning, competitive strategy, and launch execution.
You will shape how the market understands credentials security as 1Password grows.
How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
Experience and Domain Expertise
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing, with direct experience in password management, enterprise vaulting, credentials security, or identity security.
- Working knowledge of broad cybersecurity concepts.
- You've repositioned a mature enterprise product. You know the difference between a messaging refresh and actually shifting how the market thinks about something.
- You can market to enterprise IT and security buyers: the admin managing rollout, the CISO approving the spend, and the security engineer evaluating the technical depth.
- A track record of winning in competitive markets by displacing incumbents, not just differentiating in an open field.
Technical Depth
- You understand how credentials work beyond passwords: API keys, certificates, machine secrets, passkeys, and what it takes to issue credentials to AI agents.
- Working knowledge of enterprise IT: MDM, SSO, directory services, and where password management fits in the IAM stack.
AI-Forward, Not AI-Dependent
- You use AI to go faster, not to think less. You know what to hand off and what to own, and you can tell good output from output that still needs work.
- You want AI to free up time for the work only a good product marketer can do: strategy, judgment, and narrative.
- You own the ideas you bring. Walk into a room with a recommendation and you can defend it. Candidates who produce content but can’t explain the thinking behind it won’t fit here.
Strategic Storytelling and Senior-Level Communication
- You write for multiple audiences without diluting the message. An IT admin and a CISO aren't reading the same document for the same reason. You know how to serve both.
- Strong narrative instincts: open with the problem, build to the solution, and land in a way that makes the reader feel the product was built for their situation.
- You’ve shaped category narratives, not just contributed to them.
Bonus points for:
- Security certifications (CISSP, Security+, or similar).
- Experience developing thought leadership in a fast-moving category. 1Password has a team that produces content. This role provides the point of view.
- You've repositioned an established product category. There's a real difference between entering a space and redefining it.
What you can expect:
Own EPM Product Marketing
- Own messaging, positioning, and launch strategy for the Enterprise Password Manager.
- Define how 1Password talks about credentials security for employees, service accounts, and AI agents.
- Tell the story clearly to analysts, IT buyers, security leaders, and sellers. The narrative has to work for practitioners and executives.
- Connect EPM’s story to the Unified Access platform narrative.
Build Competitive Intelligence and Category Positioning
- Own positioning and market leadership claims for EPM.
- Partner with Solutions Marketing on competitive differentiation. Know the competitive set cold: where they’re strong, where they’re not, and how to win against each.
- Track where the credentials security market is moving and keep 1Password’s messaging ahead of it.
Enable the Field with Tools That Actually Get Used
- Produce discovery decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and technical briefs that sellers and SEs reach for because they work.
- Take complex concepts like passkeys, machine credential lifecycle, AI agent authentication, and zero-knowledge architecture and make them usable in a customer conversation.
- Surface win/loss signals from the field and turn them into repeatable GTM motions, not one-off documents.
Influence EPM Product Strategy
- Bring the market's perspective to Product: customer evidence, analyst intelligence, competitive signals, field feedback.
- Make the market case early, before decisions are locked.
Why join us:
- The credentials security market is being reshaped by machine identities and AI agents. You'll own how 1Password tells that story.
- You'll work across product strategy, competitive positioning, and field execution. The work is visible at the executive level.
- 1Password is remote-first and has been since day one. We hire for judgment, not proximity.
- The company is growing and there's room to shape how PMM works here, not just execute what's already been defined.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $180,000 USD and $261,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $152,000 CAD and $220,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.

Hi, I'm Manu, Engineering Manager at
Customer.io
. We're looking for experienced backend engineers who want to build and own the infrastructure that powers one of the most data-intensive platforms in marketing automation — systems that process millions of events per second, orchestrate complex workflows at scale, and keep everything running reliably for thousands of customers worldwide.
You'll work on the Platform team, tackling hard distributed systems problems: designing for fault tolerance, scaling services under real production pressure, and building the foundational layers that every other team at
Customer.io
depends on. This isn't just maintenance work — you'll shape the architecture of systems that need to be both highly available and constantly evolving.
If you're someone who gets energized by the intersection of scale, reliability, and developer experience — and wants ownership over infrastructure that truly matters — we'd love to talk.
What you'll bring:
Deep experience with distributed systems and large-scale backend architecture
Strong instincts around reliability, observability, and fault tolerance
Comfort reasoning about performance, capacity, and trade-offs at scale
Experience with event-driven systems, message queues, or data pipelines is a plus
A collaborative mindset — you raise the team around you
About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies - from scrappy startups to global brands - use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. Under the hood: Go, React, Ember and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What We Value
Ownership
You drive technical direction across systems and teams. You move with urgency, build with empathy, and think long-term. You’ve led large-scale infrastructure initiatives and know what it takes to get them over the line.
Engineers with customer focus
You think about how infrastructure unlocks customer value. You care about developer experience, system design, and how your work shapes the customer experience.
A healthy disregard for “the way things are done”
You bring rigor and creativity. Best practices matter, but never more than forward motion.
What You’ll Do
Design and evolve distributed systems in Go to handle billions of daily events and messages and store and index petabytes of data
Lead architectural decisions around performance, reliability, and real-time event processing
Improve service-to-service communication through better APIs, messaging systems, and event-driven patterns
Work across teams to uncover bottlenecks and system issues, and lead initiatives to resolve them for a smoother customer experience
Tackle high-throughput challenges across data pipelines, queues, and scheduling infrastructure
Able to debug production systems at scale using effective instrumentation, and resolve issues quickly and confidently
Participate in an on-call rotation as required, supporting the reliability of the systems you build
Share knowledge and raise the bar through sharing your progress publicly with short videos, thoughtful writing, and mentorship
Leverage AI tools to prototype, move faster, and make better decisions
What we're looking for
Significant experience (typically 10+ years) building scalable, distributed systems in Go (or similar statically typed languages)
Deep experience with databases - relational (MySQL, Postgres) and non-relational (DynamoDB, BigTable) - and how to make them fast
Comfort working in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP)
Familiarity with APIs, observability, and operating production systems
A bias for action over perfection, and pride in owning technical decisions
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Nick Guardino, Senior Director of Marketing Ops at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a GTM AI Engineer to help take our AI agents from scrappy prototypes to production-grade systems our GTM teams can depend on.
Over the last 3.5 months, our GTM AI team has built 11 agents now running in production, serving 120 active users and roughly 25,000 tool calls a day — all through custom CLIs that work, but weren't built to scale. We believe businesses can run leaner and go further when they deploy AI agents well, and we're figuring out that motion in real time. This role owns the scale and reliability layer so the rest of the team can keep building.
What we value
Craft over quick wins
— energized by making things robust, not just making them work.
A point of view
— we want someone who asks "why did you build it that way?" and has a specific answer for what to do instead.
Comfortable being wrong
— you try things fast, and you course-correct just as fast.
AI-native by default
— you'd rather direct Claude to write and QA code than write it by hand.
What you'll do
Alpha-to-production ownership
— take newly built agents from working v1 to production-ready: write evals, harden prompts and tool definitions, and refactor prototype scaffolding into clean, production-quality code.
Observability & stability
— instrument tracing, logging, and monitoring across the agent fleet so we catch regressions before our 120+ GTM users do.
Deployment & infrastructure
— stand up and maintain the pipelines that get agents into users' hands without surprises, owning environment parity and release hygiene on our GCP stack.
Database administration
— own how agents read from and write to our databases, safely and at scale.
Fleet maintenance
— monitor agent behavior in production, triage issues, and ship the steady stream of improvements that make an agent indispensable rather than just useful.
Partner closely with the GTM AI team
— free up our agent builders to stay in their zero-to-one wheelhouse while you own scale and reliability.
Bring an outside point of view
— tell us what we built wrong, and back it up with a plan to fix it.
What we're looking for
4+ years in software engineering, platform/infrastructure engineering, or a similarly technical role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
Comfort working in the terminal daily, with a real GitHub PR-and-deploy workflow.
Cloud hosting experience — Kubernetes, VMs, or equivalent; Google Cloud experience strongly preferred.
Experience with how agents interact with and edit databases, including some hands-on database administration.
Familiarity with LLM-based application development: prompt engineering, tool/function calling, evals, and modern agent frameworks.
Ability to prompt AI tools correctly, review their output critically, and direct them to QA their own work — this is an AI-native role, not a hand-coding one.
Scrappy enough to iterate fast, disciplined enough to think about consistency once something needs to scale.
A point of view, and the willingness to ask "why did you build it that way?"
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is
$140,000–$170,000 USD
(or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we’re committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family
. We also offer
16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO
, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of our largest enterprise customers, taking it over from the Solutions Architect (SA) at deal close. Your focus is continuity: customers renew the annual TAM engagement because their technical outcomes improve each year. This role requires travel to customer offices 4 to 8 times a year.
What you'll do
Own the post-sales technical relationship and the annual TAM renewal for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, running a weekly check-in, monthly review, quarterly business review (QBR), and annual roadmap workshop for each
Lead incident follow-through when an escalation or a pattern of incidents emerges: run the post-mortem, find the architectural root cause, own the remediation roadmap, and respond to priority 1 and 2 escalations within 4 business hours
Deliver proactive architectural reviews, technical risk mapping, cost and usage optimization, and pre-launch readiness assessments
Scope hands-on engineering work for Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and audits for Professional Services, and track their outcomes into the customer's technical roadmap, without shipping production code yourself
Relay customer technical needs to Product, Engineering, and Support, and hold those teams to the commitments you have made to your customers
What you need
5+ years in customer-facing technical roles at a platform, infrastructure, or developer tools company, such as technical account management, solutions architecture, developer success engineering, or support engineering
Owned customer relationships at the $1M+ annual contract value (ACV) tier, including QBRs, roadmap workshops, and renewals
Architected, debugged, and optimized production systems on Next.js and Vercel, including App Router, incremental static regeneration (ISR) and caching, Fluid Compute, and the AI SDK
Led technical outcomes across Engineering, Product, and Support without formal authority, and written the incident summaries, post-mortems, and executive readouts that came out of them
Bonus if you
Carried a TAM portfolio at a hyperscaler, infrastructure platform, or developer tools company, such as AWS, Cloudflare, Datadog, or GitHub
Built AI agents with the Vercel AI SDK or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
Led cloud financial operations (FinOps) or cost-optimization engagements, or ran an annual roadmap workshop or Well-Architected Review for an enterprise customer
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $163,000-$204,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. As a Senior Product Designer in Airalo’s User Experience division, you will shape consumer product experiences across native mobile and web for millions of people around the world. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on leading design from problem framing through delivery, partnering closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the Airalo Product Design Guild - our community for craft, critique, design systems, research-led decision-making, accessibility, experimentation, AI, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

You can own ambiguous problems.
You do not need every answer before you start. You ask good questions, define the path forward, make smart trade-offs, and keep momentum without waiting to be told what to do.
You care about outcomes, not just output.
You use research, data, customer feedback, and product strategy to make decisions that improve the user experience and support business goals.
You communicate with confidence and humility.
You can explain design decisions clearly to designers, engineers, product managers, and senior stakeholders without becoming defensive.
You raise the bar for the design community.
You give thoughtful feedback, invite critique early, mentor others, and contribute to a Product Design Guild where designers learn and improve together.
You are curious about AI and new ways of working.
You actively explore how AI and emerging tools can improve design workflows, speed up learning, and help teams make better decisions.
This isn't for you if…
You only want to design screens.
This role requires shaping problems, influencing direction, collaborating across disciplines, and staying involved from discovery through delivery.
You need certainty or close direction to make progress.
Senior designers at Airalo are expected to move through ambiguity, create momentum, and make thoughtful decisions independently.
You avoid feedback or critique.
Our design culture depends on sharing unfinished work, challenging ideas respectfully, and changing direction when the evidence points elsewhere.
You optimize for perfection over impact.
We care deeply about quality, but we also need to make pragmatic decisions, learn quickly, and ship improvements.
You are not interested in customers or the community.
Speaking to customers, learning from them, and contributing to the Product Design Guild are central to how we build better products.

We're hiring a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to join our Data Engineering team based in London.
As the Data Platform Team, we strive to create the world’s leading, commercially scalable, safe, and advanced humanoid robots that seamlessly integrate into daily life and amplify human capacity.
We’re looking for experienced Engineers to help build our data platform from the ground up. You’ll have the opportunity to define its architecture, make key decisions, and shape how we handle and process petabyte-scale data in the near future.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build the Capability Factory - an internal platform designed for everyone from software engineers to non-technical operators, enabling the entire organization to teach HMND robots new skills at scale, from raw data all the way to deployed capabilities.
- Curate, preprocess, and manage large-scale datasets for humanoid robot training - a corpus of robot telemetry growing toward petabyte scale.
- Design and operate highly scalable data pipelines and the compute infrastructure that powers them, ensuring reliability and throughput as data volume and team demands grow.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of training data across multiple concurrent projects and robot platforms.
- Collaborate with machine learning teams to shape the Capability Factory, streamline MLOps, and build the evaluation workflows that close the loop between training runs and real-world robot performance.
- Build data warehouse solutions and BI dashboards that give stakeholders across the organization clear visibility into data collection, model progress, and operational health.
- Establish and uphold best practices for data management - versioning, access control, security, and compliance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning and delivering complex systems end-to-end, not just contributing to them.
- Strong backend engineering - designing and operating production-grade APIs and services: clean data modeling, reliable error handling, performance under load.
- Data engineering at PB+ scale - building and maintaining pipelines that move, transform, and validate large volumes of data reliably; understanding of batch and streaming processing patterns, data quality, and schema evolution.
- Workflow orchestration at scale - designing and operating multi-step automated pipelines with retries, observability, and graceful failure handling.
- Distributed systems fundamentals - you understand how things break at scale: eventual consistency, idempotency, backpressure, job scheduling, and failure modes in distributed compute and storage.
- Cloud infrastructure fluency - you have shipped and operated real systems on a major cloud provider; you think about cost, reliability, and security as first-class concerns, not afterthoughts.
- Container orchestration - deploying and operating workloads on Kubernetes at a level where you can debug scheduling issues, design resource allocation, and reason about cluster health without guidance.
- Full-stack range - comfortable building both the backend and the frontend of an internal product; you can own a feature from database schema to UI without handing off.
- Production ownership mindset - you've been on-call, triaged incidents under pressure, and improved systems after postmortems. You take reliability personally.
Nice to Have
- ML infrastructure or MLOps experience - understanding of how training jobs run, how model artifacts are managed, and what makes an evaluation pipeline trustworthy; you've worked alongside or directly supported ML researchers.
- Distributed compute frameworks - experience with large-scale parallel data processing, whether for data transformation, model training, or evaluation.
- Domain knowledge in robotics or embodied AI - familiarity with robot data formats, sensor telemetry, or the sim-to-real evaluation loop is a significant head start.
- BI and data warehouse experience - building data models and dashboards that translate raw operational data into decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Dual-cloud or multi-cloud storage - experience reasoning about cost, latency, and consistency tradeoffs across storage providers.
- Frontend product sense - beyond just shipping features, you have opinions about what makes an internal tool actually usable by non-engineers.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We're hiring our first paralegal to join Tennr's legal team. You'll work directly with our two attorneys across the full range of legal work at a high-growth health-tech company, with a heavy emphasis on commercial contracts.
Today, our attorneys handle everything: drafting, negotiating, and reviewing customer and vendor agreements, building and maintaining compliance programs, advising product and business development teams, and managing corporate governance. We need someone who can manage the operational side of our legal function, take on contract drafting and review review, and help us build the internal resources and scalable processes that a high-growth company like us needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll be embedded in the work from day one. You'll review and draft contracts, manage deal flow, maintain our contract repository, and create the templates, playbooks, and guides that help our internal teams work with Legal more effectively. As you build fluency in our business and contracts, you'll take on increasing responsibility for managing the contract lifecycle end to end, serving as a first point of contact for routine contracting matters and escalating to the attorneys as needed. A more detailed description of your anticipated responsibilities is below.
Contract Drafting, Contract Management, and Legal Operations
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS subscription agreements, order forms, BAAs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements
- Serve as the first point of escalation for routine contracting questions from Sales and Business Development, routing complex or novel issues to the attorneys
- Maintain and organize Tennr's contract repository across SpotDraft, DocuSign, and Salesforce, including managing contract workflows end-to-end and tracking active contract obligations.
- Support the procurement process and maintain visibility into vendor agreements and compliance requirements
- Assist with corporate governance tasks as needed, including maintaining corporate records and supporting board-related processes
Cross-Functional Enablement
- Develop and maintain internal legal resources: contract playbooks, FAQ documents, written guidelines for teams
- Create internal reference materials such as ambassador program documentation, product-specific walkthroughs, and compliance guides
- Attend or distill notes from cross-functional meetings to identify emerging legal needs and areas where teams could benefit from additional guidance or resources
- Support compliance tracking by helping build and maintain team-specific compliance calendars and audit documentation
Compliance Support
- Assist with compliance monitoring and documentation, helping to build and maintain records supporting Tennr's compliance programs, including HIPAA-related obligations
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, contracts specialist, or in a similar role within an in-house legal department or law firm, ideally supporting a technology or healthcare company
- Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (SaaS, technology, or services agreements); you understand how provisions interact, not just how to check them against a list
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams (active deal flow, repository maintenance, internal projects) with minimal supervision
- Excellent legal writing skills for both contract markup and clear, usable internal documents and guidelines
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools (SpotDraft, Ironclad, Agiloft, or similar) or demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
- A proactive mindset: you notice when a recurring question should become a written resource, when a process could be improved, or when a team needs support before they ask for it
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and the role will evolve
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working in healthcare, health-tech, or a similarly regulated industry
- Familiarity with HIPAA, BAA requirements, or healthcare data privacy
- Experience with AI-assisted legal tools or contract review automation (e.g., building or configuring playbooks in AI-powered review platforms, designing automated intake or review workflows)
- Interest in or experience with process design and workflow automation for legal operations: building systems that reduce manual work and let a small team scale
- Experience building self-service legal resources, internal knowledge bases, or intake workflows
- Familiarity with Salesforce and DocuSign from an administrative or configuration perspective
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week.
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Solutions Consultant at Tennr, your job is to walk into the messiest patient intake and authorization workflows in healthcare and prove, with evidence, not slides, that Tennr can fix them.
You get brought in once a deal is qualified and own the technical evaluation from first demo through signature. That means running discovery to uncover the real operational pain, translating it into a business case, and then building and delivering a proof of concept that makes the answer obvious. You'll partner closely with an Account Executive, but the evaluation is yours to win.
This is not a feature-demo role. The best SCs at Tennr understand the customer's business well enough to tell them something they didn't know about themselves — and then show them exactly how Tennr fixes it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run structured discovery to identify operational pain points across referral intake, prior authorization, and patient processing workflows — and quantify what they're costing the organization.
- Deliver product demonstrations that are built around the prospect's specific problems, not generic feature walkthroughs.
- Architect and build tailored Proof of Concepts using Tennr's agentic patient orchestration platform, scoped to what will move the deal.
- Build current/future state process maps that make the before-and-after undeniable.
- Own deal strategy in partnership with the AE — know where the deal stands, who the stakeholders are, and what needs to happen to close.
- Become a genuine expert in the healthcare verticals you cover (DME, infusion, specialty pharmacy, home health) — understand the workflows, the payer dynamics, and the economics well enough to be credible in a room full of operators.
- Translate Tennr's technical capabilities into business outcomes for non-technical buyers (operations leaders, CFOs, clinical directors).
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-7 years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a technical customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Technically hands-on — you've configured complex software platforms, worked with APIs, or built demo/sandbox environments without engineering doing it for you. You know how data moves through a system.
- Security and compliance fluency — you can read a SOC 2, interpret technical controls (encryption, access management, network segmentation), and respond to vendor security assessments without needing someone to translate for you.
- CS degree or equivalent technical foundation strongly preferred — not because we need you to write production code, but because it signals you can figure things out when the documentation runs out.
- Healthcare experience preferred — DME, infusion, specialty pharmacy, or any provider-side operations background is a significant plus.
- Comfortable presenting to and building credibility with both operational buyers and technical stakeholders (IT, security, compliance).
- Startup experience is a plus — you build process as you go and don't wait to be told what to do.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.

Our SMB (Small and Medium Business) Sales Team is responsible for landing and expanding 1Password customers. As an SMB Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a territory that includes target-accounts and an existing book of business that has companies of up to 1,000 employees. Your primary focus will be on hunting new business opportunities, building sales pipeline, and driving growth within the SMB sector. You will also be responsible for upselling into the existing account base, leveraging our Extended Access Management Identity.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional skills in building and managing their own pipeline, engaging in multi-threaded relationships, and demonstrating expertise in account planning, territory management, and value-based selling.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to work from 1Password's Austin office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from the office up to 5 days based on business needs.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in identity & security or privilege access management, with a focus on SMB or Mid Market accounts OR a top performing BDR with outbound experience and success ready to step up
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Experience up-selling & cross-selling to both new customers and across your book of business
- Proficiency in strategic account planning, territory management, and value-based selling.
- Strong business acumen, communication & presentation skills to C-Suite
- Meticulous operating-rigor when it comes to pipeline management, forecasting and pacing to target
- Ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Preferable proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Linkedin Sales Navigator & Outreach
What you can expect:
- Sales:
- Own your territory and build and Maintain Pipeline: Develop a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintain a high level of outbound activity, including calls, emails, and meetings.
- Develop and close new business opportunities within your territory.

- Value-Based Selling:
- Implement value-based selling strategies to align our solutions with client needs and objectives.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of client pain points and position our offerings as strategic solutions.

- Confidently present to C-suite executives, articulating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Experience working with Mutual Action Plans to drive an agreed-upon outcome.

USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $68,000 USD and $95,000 USD, and is commission-eligible. This role is also immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
That said, 1Password is not for everyone.
To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.

We move fast, and our scope keeps growing and changing. We expect a strong getting-things-done attitude and hands-on. Own your issues end-to-end, stay close to the detail, and close them.
Key responsibilities:
Full order management, expedite / de-expedite and drive OTIF ≥ 97 % for your category (e.g., passive components, PCBs, semiconductors, mechanicals, plastics, raw materials, radio modules).
Manage shortages and escalations end-to-end; keep production running across our sites and stakeholders informed.
Own the day-to-day cost of your category — recommend solutions that optimise cost without compromising quality or delivery.
Visit suppliers and production sites as needed — including urgent cases and primary/quality inspections — to understand the process and strengthen good results and cooperation.
Uphold integrity in all supplier dealings — transparent, fair and free of conflicts of interest.
Drive process improvements and digitalisation within your scope.
What we expect:
8+ years as Commodity Buyer / Operational Buyer / Procurement Specialist in a manufacturing environment — ideally supplying components to in-house production.
Solid command of the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process and a confident user of an ERP system + Excel
English at B2 level for daily work with international stakeholders across our manufacturing locations.
Ability to manage several projects and priorities at the same time, identifying problems and driving them to a result.
Strong getting-things-done attitude: ownership, sense of urgency, hands-on involvement, structured problem-solving, and flexibility for a growing and changing scope.
Willingness to travel to suppliers and production sites as required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or similar); a technical degree is a plus.
Hands-on SAP experience — a strong plus as we evaluate it for our procurement landscape.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Master’s degree in finance, engineering, or supply-chain / foreign-economic-activity.

SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Department overview:
At PlayStation, Data Science plays a critical role in shaping how we invest in, retain, and delight our global player base. The
CLV team
focuses on understanding player behaviour and driving more effective engagement across the player lifecycle — from acquisition and onboarding through to retention, monetisation, and long-term value.
As a
Data Scientist
, you will develop models and insights that help drive more personalised player experiences and inform commercial and product decisions at scale. You will work in cross-functional teams to translate player behaviour into actionable strategies that drive measurable improvements in player engagement and value.
This role is ideal for an individual who is comfortable owning problems end-to-end — from framing and modelling through to delivering impact — and partnering with stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making.
What you’ll be doing:
Own the development and delivery of machine learning models for use cases such as churn prediction, purchase propensity, store recommendations, customer lifetime value.
Translate business problems into modelling approaches, selecting appropriate methods and features to deliver measurable impact.
Work with large-scale behavioural and transactional data to uncover patterns and opportunities for player growth and engagement.
Collaborate within cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and commercial stakeholders, to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Partner with stakeholders across commercial, finance, and lifecycle teams to support decision-making with data-driven insights.
Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop and expand your understanding of more advanced modelling approaches (e.g. deep learning and sequence-based methods) as part of solving increasingly complex problems.
What we are looking for:
You're curious, analytical, and a strong problem-solver, with a structured approach to tackling business problems. You bring strong foundations in modelling and data manipulation, and are motivated by applying these to impactful, commercial problems.
Experience building predictive models (e.g. churn, propensity, segmentation, or value modelling) in a commercial setting.
Ability to independently take a problem from definition through to solution and delivery, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
Proficiency in Python and SQL, and familiarity with common data science and ML libraries.
Solid understanding of machine learning techniques (e.g. regression, tree-based models, clustering) and when to apply them, including how to refine and tune them for real-world problems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Awareness of modern machine learning approaches (e.g. embeddings, sequence models, deep learning) and interest in applying them to real-world problems.
Experience working with large datasets to generate actionable insights.
A strong academic background, typically a Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative or technical field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with production environments, MLOps, or data pipelines.
Experience working with large-scale data using PySpark or equivalent distributed data processing tools.
Experience in gaming, e-commerce, or subscription-based products.
Benefits:
Discretionary bonus opportunity
Private Medical Insurance
Dental Scheme
25 days holiday per year
On Site Gym
Subsidised Café
Free soft drinks
On site bar
Access to cycle garage and showers
