The Role
Nex is scaling fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our US TA team through it. You’ll drive how we find, engage, and win top talent across technical and non-technical functions, including GTM, Creative, and G&A, while building a high-performing team and recruiting engine that keeps pace with our growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on speed and ambiguity. You’ll partner closely with business leaders as a trusted advisor on talent strategy and workforce planning. You’ll challenge assumptions and push for data-informed hiring decisions.
You’ll lead and develop the recruiting team, driving execution, performance, and consistent hiring standards. You’ll also lead complex technical, GTM, G&A, and executive searches yourself. The goal is a talent function that moves fast without compromising on quality.
What You'll Do
The role is about 60% hands-on recruiting and 40% people leadership. As we scale, expect the balance to shift toward leadership.
Recruit directly for executive, senior leadership, and hard-to-fill roles across technical, GTM, and G&A functions, from market mapping through closing.
Lead the day-to-day of the US Talent Acquisition team, keeping recruiting priorities, resources, and capacity aligned with changing business needs.
Coach, develop, and grow a team of recruiters. Set goals, drive accountability, and build their business acumen and influencing skills, while creating a team culture of ownership and continuous learning.
Deliver against quarterly and annual hiring targets, with proactive pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Own the talent attraction strategy, using competitive intel, market research, targeted sourcing, and activations to build top-of-funnel pipeline in competitive markets.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations, and hiring approach.
Challenge hiring assumptions and influence decisions on role requirements, leveling, interview process, and candidate selection.
Use data to spot talent trends, benchmark against competitors, measure how well each sourcing channel works, and flag hiring risks and bottlenecks before they affect the business.
What You Bring
8 - 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 - 5 years managing and growing recruiting teams at a company in rapid growth.
A proven track record of leading complex executive, senior-level, and hard-to-fill searches across technical, GTM, Creative, and G&A functions.
Hands-on experience designing sourcing and talent attraction programs from the ground up. You’re fluent in employer brand, recruitment marketing, and modern recruiting tech, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
Comfort with numbers. You use recruiting data to understand what’s working, anticipate hiring demand, and give leadership clear, actionable recommendations.
Strong influence with senior leaders. You build credibility quickly, give candid advice, and aren’t afraid to challenge a hiring decision when it matters.
A solid understanding of US recruiting compliance, and experience partnering with People, Legal, and other stakeholders.
You thrive when things are moving fast: you’re comfortable with shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rolling up your sleeves.

We don't just sell a product; we partner with companies to help them create new experiences and unlock value at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role you will:
• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.

• Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment, including self-sourced pipeline.
• 5-7 years of previous experience in sales in a SaaS organisation.
• Strong product intuition — able to learn a technical product deeply and clearly articulate its value to customers. Genuine curiosity about Voice GenAI.
• A proactive, agile operator who moves fast rather than waiting for leads to come in.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• A hybrid customer- & product-driven mentality that prioritises client satisfaction and scale.
• High fluency in Japanese; working proficiency in English.

An overview of this role
As a Customer Success Architect, you'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor and technical authority to some of GitLab's most complex and high-value Enterprise and Government customers across Japan. In this role, you will be driving and shaping how our largest customers adopt GitLab's intelligent DevSecOps platform to achieve their business goals and realise meaningful, long-term outcomes. You will be working closely with customers after the sale to turn pre-sales command plans into clear success plans, guide them through their customer journey, and drive adoption, utilization, and technical maturity. You will also be directly influencing renewal and expansion decisions through your post-sales engagements with executive-level decision makers in the account.
This is a individual-contributor role for someone who has already led pre or post sales customer engagements in large complex accounts across multiple industry domains to drive quantifiable business outcomes..The individual is comfortable operating with ambiguity, and can credibly advise VP- and C-level stakeholders on business transformation, application modernization, platform strategy, architecture, and organizational DevSecOps transformation. You'll also be shaping playbooks and best practices, and acting as an escalation point for the team's most technically or politically complex situations.
Reporting into the APJ Customer Success organization, you'll own a portfolio of GitLab's most strategic enterprise and Government accounts, act as the executive-level technical liaison for these accounts, and drive cross-functional resolution of their highest-priority issues — coordinating and, where needed, directing the efforts of Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, and Support. You'll bring deep technical expertise in CI/CD, cloud platforms, multi-cloud, hybrid architecture and enterprise DevSecOps practices. You will use that expertise to shape customers' long-term platform strategy, apply best practices, configure GitLab for their environments and stay current with platform capabilities. In your first year, success will look like establishing yourself as the trusted senior advisor across a portfolio of flagship accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, materially improving and increasing platform maturity, leading retention and renewal conversations, increasing customer satisfaction across your portfolio and contributing to the broader CSA team's technical standards and ways of working.
Some examples of our projects:
Turning pre-sales command plans into measurable customer success plans that align technical adoption with business outcomes
Leading and driving the technical strategy behind a large-scale DevSecOps platform consolidation for a regulated Enterprise account or Government, including guiding enterprise customers on GitLab best practices across CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud architecture, TCO, applying compliance and architecture as well as business case presentations to customer executives
Owning end-to-end resolution of a critical, multi-team escalation for a flagship account — driving root cause analysis, coordinating Engineering/Product/Support, and personally briefing customer executives on remediation
What you’ll do
Owns a book of Enterprise and Government customers and drive adoption, retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction through ongoing strategic, business and technical engagement.

Translates ambiguous, high-stakes business outcomes into rigorous Customer Success Plans that are regularly reviewed with customer stakeholders. Provides deep technical guidance on enterprise-scale CI/CD architecture, DevSecOps maturity models, platform consolidation strategy, including advising on complex trade-offs (e.g., multi-cloud vs. hybrid, self-managed vs. GitLab Dedicated, etc).
Owns the full lifecycle of your account portfolio's adoption, retention, and expansion outcomes, with direct accountability for the commercial and technical health of flagship relationships.
Leads end-to-end resolution of critical, cross-functional account escalations, ensuring root causes are identified, follow-up actions are owned, holding internal teams accountable to timelines, driving the root cause analysis and personally managing executive communication and risk.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

LBC Mortgage is hiring an entry-level GEO Specialist!
This is a hands-on, learn-fast role. You don't need years of GEO experience. You need to be obsessed with AI tools, follow a plan, test new ideas every week and track what works. New AI platforms and agents appear every few weeks, and you'll make sure we show up on them.
About the Role
More people now ask AI assistants for recommendations instead of searching Google. We’re looking for a hands-on GEO Specialist to make sure our brand is visible, accurate, and trusted across the platforms these AI engines and map services rely on. You’ll follow a clear strategy, use AI tools like ChatGPT to work efficiently, and take ownership of our listings, community presence, and content.
What You’ll Do
Set up, verify, and maintain our business profiles on key platforms, including Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, LinkedIn, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, Nextdoor, Foursquare, and YellowPages.
Keep our business name, address, and phone number (NAP) identical across every listing, and audit regularly for inconsistencies.
Write clear, conversational business descriptions and profile content that match how people phrase questions to AI assistants.
Participate genuinely in communities such as Reddit and Quora by answering questions, sharing expertise, and representing the brand transparently.
Encourage and manage customer reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, and Trustpilot, and respond to reviews professionally.
Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft content, research questions people ask, and speed up routine work.
Track where and how our brand appears in AI-generated answers and local search results, and report on progress monthly.
Support basic SEO tasks such as updating website content and keywords as directed.
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, or content (or a strong portfolio showing similar work).
Excellent written English and the ability to write naturally for different audiences.
Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity in daily work.
Strong attention to detail, especially with data consistency across platforms.
Familiarity with Reddit and Quora community norms.
Organized, reliable, and able to follow processes while flagging ideas for improvement.
Nice to Have
Experience with Google Business Profile or local SEO.
Basic knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
Interest in how AI search is changing digital marketing.
