About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Sales Development Manager for Enterprise at Anthropic, you will lead the team that opens our most strategic customer relationships. You'll build and manage a team of 6-10 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who generate high-value pipeline inside complex enterprise organizations through account-based prospecting, multi-threaded outreach, and rigorous qualification.
Enterprise buying is long and involves many stakeholders. The work here is less about volume and more about depth: knowing an account well enough to reach the right people with the right message, and staying with it long enough to turn early conversations into real opportunities. You'll bring a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and organizational dynamics, and you'll coach your team to develop strategic accounts over time.
You'll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and with leaders across Sales, Revenue Operations, Strategy, and Marketing. You'll also develop the next generation of Anthropic's enterprise sellers, helping BDRs grow into Account Executive roles while they help the world's largest organizations adopt safe, frontier AI.
Key responsibilities
Build, lead, and scale a team of BDRs focused on the Enterprise segment
Drive strategic pipeline generation through account-based prospecting and targeted outbound campaigns to Global 2000 accounts
Coach your team on partnering with Enterprise Account Executives to develop account plans, coordinate multi-threaded outreach, and ensure high-quality opportunity handoffs
Establish and track KPIs focused on opportunity quality, deal size, and strategic account penetration
Coach and model for your team on enterprise prospecting, stakeholder mapping, and complex qualification
Build a deep understanding of enterprise buying processes, and coach the team on navigating procurement, legal, and security requirements
Own pipeline reviews with sales leadership covering enterprise pipeline health, account penetration, and competitive positioning
Build strong relationships with cross-functional leaders and partners across Sales, Revenue Operations, Strategy, and Marketing
Coach and mentor BDRs on strategic prospecting, executive engagement, and career development toward Account Executive roles
Minimum qualifications
Experience managing BDR, SDR, or new business Account Executive teams in an enterprise-focused sales organization
A track record of building teams that prospect successfully into complex enterprise organizations
Experience with account-based selling strategies, including account planning, stakeholder mapping, and multi-threaded outreach
Hands-on proficiency with a CRM and sales engagement tooling (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar), and the analytical skills to design prospecting systems and measure pipeline quality
Demonstrated ability to coach representatives on navigating complex organizational structures and multi-stakeholder deals
Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
An understanding of Anthropic’s products, ecosystem, and hands on building experience with LLMs
Excitement about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
Personal closing experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, ideally in a management role
Experience managing teams that prospect into Fortune 500 or Global 2000 accounts
A track record of developing BDRs who move successfully into enterprise Account Executive roles
Experience building enterprise prospecting playbooks where none existed
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, or other AI prospecting tools, and with sales tools such as Apollo and HubSpot
Experience in API-first, consumption-based, or platform business models
Background in AI or machine learning, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms
Familiarity with enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Lead to define and build the commercial opportunity for our emerging agentic products. You’ll identify where this technology solves meaningful customer problems, build relationships with enterprise buyers, and turn early interest into commercial deployments.
This role combines hands-on enterprise selling with product and GTM development. Working closely with our CTO, product, and engineering teams, you’ll help determine what we sell, who we sell it to, and how we package it. You should be comfortable taking an emerging capability to customers, learning quickly, and helping shape the offering as you build the business.
We’re building this effort with a small, focused team that works directly with customers, prototypes quickly, and turns promising technology into products people will use. Joining this team means helping define a new product category, its customer experience, and the business around it. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how businesses participate in the agent economy and bring that vision to market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop the enterprise sales and GTM strategy for our agentic products, identifying priority industries, buyers, use cases, and routes to market.
- Bring an established network of enterprise relationships and build new connections with decision-makers across commerce, services, and/or relevant regulated industries.
- Own the sales process from customer discovery and qualification through pilots, negotiation, and commercial agreements.
- Work directly with prospective customers to understand their workflows, business priorities, and requirements for deploying AI agents.
- Partner with product and engineering to translate customer needs into product requirements, demonstrations, and commercially compelling offerings.
- Help define positioning, packaging, pricing, and pilot structures, testing assumptions through customer conversations and actual deals.
- Build a repeatable approach to moving customers from early experimentation into production and broader adoption.
- Establish pipeline discipline, communicate market feedback, and help the team prioritize opportunities with the strongest commercial potential.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 12+ years of Enterprise Sales experience, with a track record of closing complex agreements and building trusted executive relationships.
- Meaningful startup experience, including building a new sales motion, launching an offering, or winning early enterprise customers.
- An established network of buyers in enterprise commerce, retail, services, or regulated industries.
- Experience selling technical products and translating emerging technology into clear business value.
- Direct involvement in shaping product positioning, packaging, pricing, or GTM strategy alongside product and engineering teams.
- Strong customer discovery skills and the judgment to distinguish a repeatable market opportunity from a one-off request.
- A hands-on approach: you’re comfortable prospecting, running discovery, developing proposals, and closing deals yourself.
- Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and a product that will evolve through customer engagement.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling AI agents, commerce platforms, payments, trust and security products, or enterprise workflow software.
- Familiarity with customer journeys such as shopping, returns and refunds, reservations, ticketing, or insurance servicing.
- Experience navigating enterprise procurement, security reviews, and requirements for controlled or regulated workflows.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

Checkout.com http://Checkout.com will grow you faster than you expect - the deals, the pace, and the people demand it. If you've ever felt a role never let you show what you're truly capable of, this is the opposite problem: meaningful deals with some of the UK's and the world's biggest brands, real autonomy, and no ceiling on what you can take on.
You'll join the Solutions team in London and own the technical side of deals from first conversation to go-live. Pre-sale, you're front and centre: positioning the platform, building demos and POCs, winning over the merchant's engineers and architects while your Account Executive drives the commercial thread. Once the deal is ready, the weight shifts: our Implementation Engineers lead the build and you stay close, so your designs survive contact with reality.
You'll work on a modern, fast-moving platform with docs that answer your questions, alongside one of the strongest commercial teams in payments.
People who do well here are curious by default: they pull threads, teach themselves what the job needs next, and act before anyone asks. If that's how you work, you'll like it here.
What you will be doing:
- Support the commercial team to position Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's products, solutions, and services - and win deals. You'll be a key partner to Account Executives on product, payments, regulation, and tech.
- Understand merchant requirements and technical needs, map them to our APIs and products, create solution designs and internal documentation.
- Run demos, build "show-me" payment flows, create POCs, customise and create presentations.
- Provide thought leadership on all aspects of Payment Performance - Acceptance Rate, Fraud Prevention, Tokenisation, Payment Methods, and others.
- Lead all technical interactions with merchants - chats, calls, meetings, and workshops - from first contact through go-live, partnering with our Implementation Engineers during integration.
- Support the BID management team with RFP and RFI responses.
- Enable internal functions, commercial and tech, with market and merchant feedback on product capabilities. Champion product change and improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry standards, solutions, and tech.
- Be an expert on Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's platform and products.
About You:
If the list below looks like you, apply.
Experience
- 2+ years as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Consultant, Implementation Engineer, or TAM. At a PSP or payments company is a bonus.
- Merchant-side counts too: checkout engineering, an in-house payments team, a payments product role.
- Experience in a technical, client-facing role.
Payments and technical skills
We need real depth in one of the two areas below and the appetite to close the gap on the other. If payments is your strength, this job will make you more technical, you'll need to want that. Strong coder lighter on payments: payments can be taught, you'll have time.
Payments:
- Understanding of the end-to-end payment flow and the industry's rules, regulations, and schemes.
- Experience with 3DS, Network Tokenisation, Apple/Google Pay, APMs, Open Banking, or fraud-risk engines.
Tech:
- You can code and you're comfortable with web technologies - payments run on the web. At least one front-end (JavaScript, React, Angular) or back-end (Java, .NET, Python, Node) language.
- Familiar with API-based integration (REST/JSON, Postman); can reproduce, isolate, and explain issues using logs, API responses, and tests.
How you work
- Clear written and verbal English; equally at home with developers and product teams as with payments, finance, and C-level stakeholders.
- Commercially minded: you talk revenue, volume, and pricing, not just APIs, and push deals forward without being asked.
- Highly organised; able to prioritise shifting workloads.
Nice to have:
- Previous exposure to RFI/RFP processes.
- Familiarity with PSD2/PSD3/PSR, FCA, ISO-8583.
- An additional language.
- Former engineering, developer, or product manager background.
- Prior roles in the e-commerce industry.

AI is changing what security teams can do. Claude can find and help fix vulnerabilities in code at a pace that wasn't possible a year ago, and we want defenders to have that advantage first.
As Manager, Cybersecurity Sales Specialists, you'll build and lead the team of cybersecurity specialists who sell to security teams across our Americas business units, including financial services, healthcare and life sciences, and technology. Your team partners with the Account Executives in each industry to lead the security strategy and the security deal with CISOs.
You'll help shape how Anthropic sells security: how your team covers the business units, how it works with the Account Executive and Applied AI organizations, and how what we learn from customers shapes what we build. The work matters to our mission: a safe transition through transformative AI depends on the people who defend critical systems being able to use it well, and this team is how we get it into their hands.
Responsibilities
Hire, onboard and develop a high-performing team of cybersecurity sales specialists
Own your team's forecast, pipeline health and results across the business units you cover
Set your team's coverage model, and agree on clear rules of engagement with the sales leaders who own each industry and with Applied AI leadership on discovery, proofs of concept and architecture
Build a pipeline engine with the Account Executives, across their existing accounts and through outbound to security leaders, events and partners
Coach your team through complex deals that lead with the customer's problem (finding and fixing vulnerabilities, application security, security operations, and deploying AI agents securely), and act as executive sponsor with CISOs on the most important ones
Make security reviews, verification for security use cases, and procurement a repeatable path rather than a deal-by-deal effort
Scale enablement so Account Executives across every business unit can spot and qualify security opportunities
Bring what your team hears from security customers to sales leadership and to our product, safeguards and marketing teams, and turn it into input on the roadmap
Run a healthy team: clear expectations, regular feedback, and performance and development conversations
Minimum Qualifications
Experience building and leading a cybersecurity sales team that carried a number, whether direct, specialist or overlay, including hiring, coaching and managing performance
Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals where the security organization was the buyer or the deciding approver, and of coaching others to do the same
Fluency in how security teams work, built by selling directly to CISOs, application security leads and security engineers
Depth in at least one security domain, such as application security, vulnerability management, security operations, cloud, data, identity or endpoint security
History of building a business before there was an established approach, through outbound and partners rather than inherited accounts
Ability to lead through influence as well as authority, so that Account Executives and their leaders bring your team in because it helps them win
Consultative approach to selling and coaching: understanding the problem before proposing anything, and being honest about what a product can't do
Commitment to making AI systems safe and beneficial
Preferred Qualifications
Background selling security in one of the industries we cover, and an understanding of how security is bought and regulated there
Experience managing managers and individual contributors, or scaling a sales team through fast growth
Experience leading teams selling AI, developer or data platform products to technical buyers
Time spent as a security practitioner or sales engineer before moving into sales leadership
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$450,000
—
$550,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains.

Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world.
We bring together a team of like-minded people and IT professionals who specialize in creating and developing globally impactful social discovery products. Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.
We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).
We are looking for
Head of Sales
.
Your main tasks will be:
Bring on influencers and models: find them, negotiate, agree terms, launch.
Get to agencies and open up their model pools.
Find and integrate partnerships, both technology and promo automation.
Run the flow of promo material from our internal team for every model: what's needed, how much, by when.
Own the pipeline and the forecast. Revenue and cash flow for the direction sit with you.
Set priorities and grow volume partner by partner.
Develop the line-up: new SKUs, work on content cost.
Rase creator’s monetization on the platform.
We expect from you:
You've negotiated and closed with talent and agencies yourself: terms, rev share, exclusivity.
Your own network inside agencies and among top creators. Not a list you'd have to build from zero.
You understand creator-platform economics: rev-share models, creator LTV, the unit economics of onboarding a partner.
You build a pipeline, forecast against it, and report on the direction without being chased.
You work with Revenue, ARPPU and partner retention as numbers you act on.
You can run promo production from the client side: brief the internal team, accept the work, hold the deadlines.
Working knowledge of AI tools for creators, photo and video generation.
Superset or an equivalent for dashboards. Excel at pivot-table and modelling level.
English C1.
You build long relationships rather than closing a deal and walking away.
You read what motivates different creators. Some want money, some want reach, some want to be handled carefully. You can tell which is which.
You're comfortable sitting between the partner outside and production inside.
You find your own channels. The market is closed and there won't be much coming to you.
You stay calm when something goes wrong and keep both the partner and the team.
Discipline in reporting: forecast, actual, and an honest explanation of the gap.
