At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 30,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
At Linear, we are committed to quality. Security is an essential part of that quality — not a layer that we add later, but something we build in from the start. We have a foundational security program we're proud of but, as Linear evolves our product and scales into enterprise, there's meaningful work ahead: staying ahead of vulnerabilities as our attack surface grows, responding fast and cleanly when incidents happen, and hardening our product and infrastructure. As Security Engineer at Linear, you'll be operating in a high-autonomy role with real scope, doing hands-on security work across the product and infrastructure we build.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company. This role is open to candidates based in North America. You can work from anywhere within this region. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you’ll do
Depending on your experience / skillset and our broader priorities, you could:
- Operate, automate, and extend vulnerability management end-to-end: triage, prioritize, and drive remediation across product, infrastructure, and dependencies, and keep the program’s SLAs meaningful rather than theoretical
- Run our bug bounty program: triage incoming reports, validate severity, work with engineering on fixes, and keep researcher relationships professional and responsive
- Lead product security testing: threat model new features (including AI/agent-facing surfaces), review designs and code for security-relevant risk, and do hands-on testing (manual and tool-assisted) rather than relying solely on scanners
- Be a primary responder for security incidents: lead investigation and containment, drive postmortems, and turn lessons into concrete hardening work
- Own meaningful chunks of our cloud/infra security posture on GCP/k8s/Postgres: harden configurations, close gaps surfaced by audits or scanning, and partner with infra engineering on secure defaults
- Build and maintain security tooling and automation, including using AI/LLM tooling to speed up triage, code review, and repetitive investigation work, so the program scales without linear headcount growth
- Partner with the GRC/Trust function: feed real findings into the risk register and control evidence, and help make sure compliance requirements reflect actual engineering practice
What we’re looking for
- A generalist, senior-level security engineer (5+ years across security engineering, with real depth in at least two of: vulnerability management, product/appsec testing, incident response, and cloud security). We need breadth, rather than a narrow specialist in any one of these.
- Hands-on and technical: you can read and reason about code (we use a lot of TypeScript), you’re comfortable in cloud environments (GCP a plus), and you can go deep on a finding rather than just filing a ticket for someone else to fix. You’re comfortable using AI coding/security tools as force multipliers (Linear Agent, Claude, Codex, etc).
- Calm under pressure: you can lead an incident from first alert through postmortem without needing to be told what to do next
- A builder: you’d rather write a script or ship a tool than repeat a manual process a third time
- A pragmatic risk-reducer: you optimize for actually reducing risk, not for checking a box or maximizing findings count
- Autonomy-oriented: comfortable setting your own priorities, working with significant independence, and knowing when to escalate
- A clear communicator: able to explain a technical finding to a non-technical stakeholder and write it up so it’s actually actionable
Our tech
This is a hands-on security engineering role. You'll be running tools, reading/writing code, building detections, working in our cloud environment, and partnering closely with the engineers who build our product. Our stack is fronted by Cloudflare and runs on Google Cloud with k8s, Postgres, and Node.
For day-to-day work, we use:
- Linear, GitHub, Slack, and Google Workspace for collaboration
- Claude and ChatGPT for general & engineering-specific AI tasks
- Vanta for compliance automation and evidence collection
Our security-specific tooling includes:
- GitHub Advanced Security
- RunReveal
- SentinelOne
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Remote-first with no required commute

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE:
A developer is getting ready to launch their first subscription app. A growth team wants to improve its paywalls. A founder has heard about Daily Payouts and wants to understand whether it could help. They all reach out to RevenueCat, and they all deserve a useful conversation. You’re that conversation.
As a Product Expert, your job is to understand what someone is trying to accomplish, explain and demo the relevant parts of RevenueCat, and help them take a sensible next step. Sometimes that means helping them get started themselves. Sometimes it means bringing in an Account Executive, a Sales Engineer, Support, or someone else.
This is a new role at the intersection of inbound sales, product education, and helping developers get started. You’ll own the inbound conversations that don’t go directly to our Account Executives or Sales Engineers, and help us build a great experience for the people behind them.
You might be early in your career, building apps on the side, or looking to turn your product knowledge into a more customer-facing job. You don’t need to have held this exact role before. You do need to know RevenueCat well, enjoy talking to people, and have good judgment about what would actually help them.
We’re initially hiring one person in EMEA and one in the Americas. You’ll initially report to our Sales Engineering lead and learn alongside teammates who have been handling these conversations for years. You’ll also help shape how the Product Expert team works as it grows.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Make a great first impression. Respond to inbound interest, run useful discovery conversations, and understand the app, the people building it, their goals, and what they need from us.
- Turn product knowledge into practical guidance. Give clear demos, answer questions, and connect the relevant parts of RevenueCat to someone’s situation. Help them understand the product, its limits, and what getting started involves.
- Help straightforward adoption move forward. Guide people through the next steps they can take themselves, share useful resources, and follow up so a good conversation turns into progress.
- Recognize the right next step. Bring qualified commercial opportunities to an Account Executive and involve a Sales Engineer for deeper technical discovery, complex migrations, or solution design. Connect support questions and people who aren’t ready yet with the appropriate team or follow-up. Understand (and tell people) when RevenueCat is not right for them.
- Make handoffs easy for the customer. Keep clear notes on goals, requirements, open questions, and next steps. Stay responsible for follow-through until the next owner has picked up the conversation, so the customer doesn’t have to start over.
- Help us improve the experience. Share recurring questions and feedback with the team. Turn what you learn into better demos, resources, and playbooks, and help us see where conversations or handoffs get stuck.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of RevenueCat. You can show how you’ve used the product and explain it in your own words. We care about what you understand and can demonstrate, whether you learned it at work or through your own projects.
- Curiosity about the app business. You want to understand how developers build products, make money, and grow, and how RevenueCat can help.
- Clear, friendly communication. You listen carefully, ask useful questions, write concise follow-ups, and explain the same idea differently to a developer, founder, or growth lead.
- Technical common sense. You’re comfortable discussing SDKs, APIs, subscriptions, and paywalls at a practical level. You can recognize when a question needs an engineer and bring them in with useful context.
- Commercial common sense. You can spot a promising opportunity, understand why timing and fit matter, and recommend a useful next step without making every conversation a pitch.
- Ownership and follow-through. You can manage several conversations, keep your notes and commitments straight, and make sure people hear back from you.
- The ability to work remotely and keep learning. You communicate proactively, ask for help when you need it, and can work hours that meaningfully overlap with customers and teammates in your region.
We’re more interested in your product knowledge, judgment, and helpfulness than a particular degree, job title, or number of years on your résumé.
Ideally, you:
- Have built or shipped an app using RevenueCat, including a side project or Shipaton entry.
- Have helped people through support, community participation, teaching, demos, or another customer-facing role.
- Have experience with developer tools, subscriptions, or a product with both self-service and sales-assisted customers.
- Enjoy improving a process or creating a resource that makes the next person’s job easier.
What success looks like:
Within the first month, you’ll:
- Deepen your RevenueCat knowledge, shadow customer conversations, and learn how Sales, Support, and other parts of the business work together.
- Start handling conversations with support from the team and learn when to bring in a specialist.
- Host one of our bi-weekly demo stream, for a live audience of customers and prospects.
Within the first three months, you’ll:
- Independently run the inbound discovery conversations and demos in your coverage area.
- Help people get started and make well-qualified handoffs with clear context and next steps.
- Build a reliable follow-up rhythm and agree with the team how we’ll measure response quality, opportunity progression, and adoption.
Within the first six months, you’ll:
- Be a trusted source of product guidance for prospects and teammates.
- Show how your work helps people move from interest to a useful next step, and use feedback and data to improve the experience.
- Contribute reusable guidance that helps the team handle common questions and situations more effectively.
Within the first twelve months, you’ll:
- Have helped establish how the Product Expert team runs discovery, demos, follow-up, and handoffs.
- Help new teammates get up to speed and bring customer insight into how we improve the product and our processes.
- Be building deeper expertise around your interests and strengths, with a foundation that could lead toward Sales Engineering, Account Executive, or Customer Success work over time.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Head of IT to build and own the systems that enable everyone at Modal to work effectively and securely.
You’ll own our employee technology environment end-to-end, including identity and access, devices, internal systems, SaaS applications, and day-to-day IT operations. You’ll work closely with Security and Engineering to build an environment that is secure by default, easy to operate, and scales with the company.
This is initially a hands-on role. You’ll build systems, automate workflows, and solve problems directly. As Modal grows, you’ll define how the IT function should scale and eventually build a team around it.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
Identity & Access
- Own employee identity and access across internal systems and SaaS applications
- Build scalable onboarding, offboarding, and access lifecycle workflows
- Improve SSO, MFA, least privilege, and access management in partnership with Security
Devices & Endpoints
- Own the lifecycle and security of employee devices
- Build and maintain device management, configuration, patching, and endpoint security
- Automate provisioning and make onboarding as close to zero-touch as possible
Internal Systems & Automation
- Own and improve the SaaS applications and internal systems we depend on
- Build integrations and automate workflows across identity, HR, finance, and other business systems
- Evaluate and deploy new internal capabilities, including AI tools and integrations
- Use APIs, scripting, and internal tooling to solve problems that don’t fit neatly into off-the-shelf products
IT Operations
- Own employee support, hardware, asset management, procurement, and relevant vendor relationships
- Build reliable, maintainable processes rather than scale through manual work
- Identify recurring problems and solve them at the system level

This is a global role working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions to identify opportunities.
Responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Role Overview
This is a global Web3 growth and ecosystem role, based in Hong Kong and operating across markets. We are looking for a globally minded operations professional who is deeply involved in the on-chain ecosystem, understands diverse on-chain user communities, and can independently plan and execute campaigns across regions.
You will work around X Layer and OKX Wallet to connect ecosystem projects, communities, and users worldwide; bring high-quality applications to real users; and turn campaign participation into sustained on-chain usage and ecosystem growth.
This focuses respectively on public blockchain ecosystem partnerships and operations and global Wallet user growth and campaign operations. Both require strong ecosystem knowledge, cross-market user insight, and end-to-end campaign execution capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Ecosystem Research and Opportunity Identification
: Continuously track leading public blockchains and sectors such as DeFi, on-chain trading, and consumer applications across global markets. Identify projects with product value, an established user base, and growth potential, and develop actionable partnership and operational plans.
Ecosystem Partnerships and Development
: Build and maintain relationships with project teams, communities, and ecosystem partners across regions. Drive globally scalable co-marketing campaigns, application promotion, and user education, while continuously tracking post-launch activity and growth.
Global User Insights and Operations

Campaign Planning and Execution
: Independently lead global and regional ecosystem co-marketing campaigns, on-chain quests, trading campaigns, community incentive programs, AMAs, and online/offline events. Own target-setting, campaign mechanics, budget planning, resource coordination, launch execution, and post-campaign analysis.
Growth and Data Analysis:
Define metrics around qualified new users, first on-chain interactions, activity, retention, and partner-project growth. Evaluate performance using on-chain and product data, and continuously optimize participation requirements, incentive mechanisms, and operational investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and regional teams to turn user feedback into product and operational improvements, ensuring a seamless connection between campaigns and the product experience.
What We Look For In You
Experience in Web3 ecosystem operations, user growth, community operations, or campaign operations. Able to provide complete case studies of projects personally led, with verifiable results.
Long-term, hands-on participation in the on-chain ecosystem. Proficient in using wallets, DEXs, cross-chain bridges, and mainstream DApps; understands core concepts such as token approvals, gas fees, slippage, and liquidity; and can independently conduct product-experience and user-journey analysis.
Familiarity with on-chain users and their communities. Understands behavioral differences among trading-focused, DeFi-focused, and task-driven users, and can distinguish short-term, incentive-driven participation from needs that support sustained usage.
Understanding of public blockchain ecosystem-building dynamics, including project onboarding, application distribution, user acquisition, liquidity, and communities. Able to design partnership proposals that create value for both project teams and users.
Proven experience independently planning and executing campaigns. Able to clearly articulate campaign objectives, target audience, mechanics, budget, execution process, and final outcomes, and propose improvements based on post-campaign reviews.
Strong data mindset, with the ability to analyze operational conversion funnels, user retention, and campaign costs. Accountable for genuine user growth and business outcomes.
Strong communication, project-management, and execution skills; able to drive projects in a fast-paced, globally distributed, cross-functional environment. Professional English communication and copywriting skills are required to work effectively with international projects, communities, and internal stakeholders. Additional language capabilities and experience operating across multiple markets are advantageous.
Preferred Global Experience
Deep involvement in on-chain ecosystems such as RWA and Meme, with an understanding of user personas, community culture, asset issuance, and trading mechanics across different sectors. Relevant project operations or growth experience is preferred.
Ongoing attention to and hands-on experience with emerging protocols such as Tapeout. Able to analyze product mechanics, user participation journeys, and growth opportunities, and translate these into concrete partnership or campaign proposals.
Experience in Meme community operations, trend-based campaign planning, or on-chain trading campaigns. Able to manage communication timing and drive community participation and user conversion.
Experience in user education, ecosystem partnerships, or campaign planning for RWA projects. Able to translate complex product mechanisms into clear, easy-to-understand content and participation flows.
An active global network of on-chain users, project teams, trading communities, or content creators, with the ability to independently drive cross-market partnerships and produce verifiable growth results.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Help Scout, you’ll own a named book of 80–100 accounts, representing around $4M in recurring revenue. You’ll be the trusted partner for the people who rely on Help Scout every day, from day-to-day users to the executives who sponsor the relationship.
Your first priority is building a strong relationship rhythm across your book: regular check-ins, executive business reviews, and a clear understanding of what each customer is trying to achieve. You’ll connect those goals to the best of what Help Scout offers, and you’ll be the first to notice when something starts to slip.
You won’t carry an expansion quota. When you spot an opportunity to grow an account, you’ll partner with our expansion team and hand it off warm, so you can stay focused on retention and long-term value. You’ll also be the customer’s voice inside Help Scout, bringing what you learn to Product, onboarding, and the rest of the team.
- Own a book of 80–100 accounts end-to-end. From onboarding handoff through adoption and renewal, you’re accountable for the health and retention of every account.
- Build multi-threaded relationships. You’ll work across levels in each customer, including executives and decision makers, and align on the business outcomes that matter to them.
- Catch risk early. You’ll watch for signals like dropping usage or slowing communication, escalate early, and bring in the right internal partners to turn things around.
- Lead executive business reviews and regular check-ins that drive adoption, surface underused features, and strengthen product alignment.
- Own renewals and retention. Your success is measured on net dollar retention for your book.
- Surface expansion opportunities and partner with our expansion team to close them.
- Bring the voice of the customer inside. Share what you learn with Product and cross-functional teams to help shape the roadmap, onboarding, and how we work.
- Design your own workflows. You’ll have freedom to use AI tools to stay organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across a large book.
- Raise the bar for the team. You’ll share what works, document your learnings, and help shape how Customer Success grows at Help Scout.
ABOUT YOU
- You have 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS, with time spent in SMB, mid-market, strategic, or enterprise segments.
- You’ve owned a large book of business. At some point in your career, you’ve managed 50+ accounts and kept a consistent cadence with all of them.
- Retention is your track record. You can talk about your renewal rates, retention, or NDR, and what you did to move them.
- You love the relationship side of the work. You enjoy being a strategic advisor, aligning with executives on business goals, and working with internal teams to get customers where they need to go. Closing deals isn’t what gets you up in the morning.
- You never solve problems alone. When an account shows signs of risk, you raise it early, pull in the right people, and keep the customer informed.
- You’re not afraid of difficult conversations. You can handle tough renewal or recovery conversations with confidence and care.
- You’re a strong cross-functional partner. You know how to work alongside Product, Support, and Sales, and you’ve handed off expansion opportunities to account executives or account managers before.
- You thrive while things are still being built. You’re comfortable shaping processes as we go and don’t need a playbook for everything.
- You’re excited about how AI can transform your work. You look for ways to reduce manual overhead and spend your time where it matters most.
- Technical aptitude. You’re comfortable learning and navigating complex software, and you want to become an expert in our product.
ABOUT THE PROCESS
1. Recruiter Chat - You'll meet with Nahuel on the Recruiting team to chat through compensation, benefits, timeline, and company culture.
2. Value Add - You'll meet with Annika, Customer Enablement Lead, to talk more about the role and your experience in more detail.
3. Project - We’ll give you a take-home project (we’ll pay for your time), then you’ll share it back to the team.
4. Team Chat - You’ll meet with two members of our Customer Success team to learn more about how we work and the customers we serve.
5. Final Chat - You’ll chat with our VP of Customers.
6. References - We’ll ask you for three references. Ideally, we’d like two of them to be managers, but we can be flexible.

Metabase is the easiest way for people to get insights from their data, from tiny startups who get up and running quickly to major corporations with tens of thousands of users. That's why people love us.
We bring data tools with the elegance and simplicity of consumer products to the crufty world of enterprise business intelligence. We provide an opinionated open source starting point for how companies should measure, analyze and share their data, which is used by tens of thousands of companies.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Security Engineer with deep expertise in source code analysis and offensive product security research. You’ll dig into complex software architectures, trace how code behaves at runtime, uncover subtle vulnerabilities, and address the systemic flaws behind them.
Embedded in our core engineering team, you’ll help shape security decisions from early design through release and adoption. This is a hands-on engineering and research role: you’ll combine your security expertise with frontier AI tools to find vulnerabilities, develop fixes, and make Metabase secure by default across its product, dependencies, and runtime.
Things you’ll do
Partner with engineers throughout feature development, bringing security expertise to design, implementation, release, and adoption.
Build security-focused features, lead security improvements across the codebase, and implement fixes that address root causes.
Use and evaluate advanced AI tools to scale code analysis, vulnerability research, and secure engineering practices.
Conduct offensive research into Metabase, develop proofs of concept, and validate vulnerabilities.
Assess findings based on exploitability and real-world impact, define clear remediation criteria, and verify that fixes are effective.
Turn individual findings into broader improvements that prevent entire classes of vulnerabilities.
What you bring
A demonstrated track record of finding and exploiting application vulnerabilities through source code analysis and hands-on research.
The ability to independently navigate unfamiliar codebases, understand complex architectures, and reason about runtime behavior and trust boundaries.
Experience with application security challenges, including authentication, authorization, injection, and unsafe handling of untrusted data.
Sound judgment about exploitability and real-world impact, and the ability to communicate findings and remediation options clearly.
Strong software engineering skills, including the ability to implement durable security fixes. Experience in Clojure, or a strong desire to learn.
A thoughtful approach to AI-assisted security work, using these tools to extend your expertise while independently validating their output.
Ownership and curiosity: you pursue difficult questions, collaborate closely with engineers, and follow findings through to resolution.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $160K–$225K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
Benefits
We offer meaningful equity and a comprehensive US benefits package, including fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days, flexible and unlimited paid time off including sick time, and an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
We're a global team (50% outside the US), fully distributed (from Thailand to California), who get things done asynchronously, with plenty of uninterrupted time, supporting each other to do the best work of our careers. We offer flexibility (define your own schedule and work from wherever you want), autonomy, and an environment that fosters growth, learning, and development. We're relentlessly user-focused and believe in building long-term value, not short-term hacks. And we raised a $30M Series B to take our approach to the next level for years to come.
For U.S. applicants: Metabase participates in the federal E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of newly hired U.S. based employees. E-Verify is not used as a tool to pre-screen candidates and is only initiated upon hire.
