We bring AI into our work thoughtfully, improving repeatable workflows while staying accountable for the accuracy, confidentiality, and controls behind every output, creating space to focus on judgement, strategic partnership, and meaningful business outcomes.
What you can expect:
- Partner with Product Analytics and Data Science team members and product partners to define questions, success metrics, and measurement plans.

- Support data quality and telemetry validation, helping ensure product data is reliable and well understood.
What we're looking for:
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
- Basic familiarity with machine learning or advanced statistical methods.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Python or R for analysis.
- Familiarity with product analytics or BI tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or Hex.
- Coursework or experience in statistics, experimentation, or A/B testing.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first. The way we bring those values to life every day is guided by our 1Password Behaviors for Success https://1password.com/blog/how-to-interview-with-confidence-at-1password.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE OPPORTUNITY
Docker is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to serve as the technical visionary and architect for how software gets built, verified, and trusted.
Every day, millions of developers pull images, install dependencies, and ship builds to production. Each of those steps is a place where something can go wrong, or be made to go wrong. Compromised base images, malicious packages, tampered build steps, unsigned artifacts moving through pipelines nobody is watching. The industry calls this the software supply chain, and it has become one of the most consequential unsolved problems in software engineering.
This role sits in Docker and Ecosystems, the group that owns Docker’s most well known products and our emerging content and SDLC business. You will own the technical strategy for secure software delivery across all of it, defining what verifiable, tamper-resistant software delivery looks like at Docker's scale, then driving the architecture that makes it real for every developer and every enterprise customer using our products.
You will set multi-year technical direction, make architectural decisions that shape Docker's product portfolio, and work directly with the SVP of Engineering and executive team on strategy. You will not manage people. You will change what the industry considers table stakes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
TECHNICAL VISION AND STRATEGY
- Lead multi-year technical vision for build security and supply chain across Docker Desktop, Hub, Hardened Images, Verified Publishing, and monetization platforms.
- Define and sequence "trusted by default" architecture for 20M developers.
- Partner with the SVP of Engineering to convert commercial strategy into multi-year technical roadmaps.
- Establish company-wide architectural principles and security standards.
- Identify high-leverage platform investments that enhance security across all Docker products.
- Proactively position architecture ahead of evolving supply chain threats and regulatory demands.
BUILD SECURITY ARCHITECTURE
Architect systems to detect and prevent build-process threats like compromised dependencies, malicious steps, tampered artifacts, and untrusted images.
- Design provenance and attestation infrastructure ensuring Docker artifacts carry verifiable build history.
- Define artifact signing, verification, and policy enforcement across local workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Architect SBOM generation, dependency analysis, and vulnerability intelligence for complete software visibility.
- Align with and help shape emerging supply chain security standards.
- Ensure security controls remain fast and unobtrusive so developers keep them enabled.
SDLC AND DEVELOPER WORKFLOW INTEGRATION
- Architect how Docker's security capabilities integrate across the full software development lifecycle, from local development through CI/CD to production deployment
- Design the interfaces and contracts that let Docker's tooling embed into the pipelines, registries, and platforms customers already run, rather than asking them to rebuild around us
- Define the developer experience for security tooling, where the secure path is the fast path and the default path
- Architect policy and enforcement models that satisfy enterprise security and compliance requirements without fragmenting the developer workflow
- Drive convergence of security capabilities across Docker products, replacing product-specific implementations with shared platform primitives
TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE AND INFLUENCE
- Work with leaders across engineering to drive strategy and execution
- Mentor and develop Staff and Principal engineers, raising the technical bar across the organization
- Represent Docker's security architecture externally through blog posts, conference talks, standards bodies, and technical community engagement
- Participate in executive-level discussions, providing architectural perspective on business decisions
- Take part in on-call rotation for your team, respond to incidents, debug production issues, and drive continuous improvement of system reliability

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, and Seattle.
We are looking for a Prototype Researcher to join Runway Labs — our research and exploration team pushing the frontier of AI video and General World Models. You’ll imagine, design, and build experimental experiences that make emerging AI capabilities tangible and communicate a compelling vision for where the technology is heading.
This role combines creative thinking, hands-on prototyping, and storytelling. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter with strong creative judgment, technical fluency, and a portfolio that shows both what you can build and how well you can communicate an idea.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop original concepts that explore the possibilities of emerging AI systems, from interactive video and world models to agentic experiences.
- Design and build working prototypes that turn research capabilities into engaging, understandable experiences.
- Shape each project’s story: what it explores, why it matters, and what it suggests about the future.
- Package explorations into polished demos, films, and interactive experiences that communicate our research and vision.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to understand new capabilities and identify compelling ways to demonstrate them.
- Move quickly through experimentation, using prototypes to test ideas and refine both the experience and its narrative.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- A portfolio of original projects that demonstrates creative thinking, design craft, technical execution, and strong storytelling.
- The ability to take an idea from an early concept to a working prototype and a compelling presentation.
- Hands-on experience building interactive experiences with code, with the judgment to choose the right tools for each experiment.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, with an eye for detail and an instinct for making complex ideas accessible.
- Genuine curiosity about AI video, world models, agentic systems, and emerging generative media.
- Comfort working in ambiguous research environments, defining your own direction, and learning new tools as the work evolves.
- The ability to explain the purpose and potential of your work clearly, through writing, visuals, demos, or film.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Business Lead, you will be commercially responsible for the success of a new product at Ramp. The mandate is to do whatever it takes to grow the business. - Own the plan and results: Set goals, measure progress, and take action when the things are off track.
- Drive cross-functional execution: Align stakeholders from different teams around clear priorities and goals.
- Own feedback loops: Work with customers and turn feedback into product and go-to-market changes.
- Build for scale: Identify resource needs, create repeatable processes, and transition mature work to the appropriate long-term teams.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5–10+ years in highly analytical, business‑driving roles
- A self-starter who will run through walls to get things done
- Exceptional analytical skills and command of data
- A systems thinker who understands how to build things that scale
- Strong communication skills and a team player
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO

Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
THE ROLE
Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale.
You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses.
YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently.
- First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires.
- First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service.
- First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Deep expertise in data, compliance, and product—this is where you'll spend most of your time.
- Strong ability to navigate U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including familiarity with data controller vs. processor distinctions and how they shape vendor and product decisions.
- Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance
- Experience supporting customer security questionnaires and partnering effectively with security, sales, product, and engineering teams
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and the legal, privacy, and customer requirements associated with it, even if you haven't directly owned a certification process
- Understanding of intellectual property law, especially related to brand, content, and software
- Understanding of commercial contracts—you'll become the go-to person for these at Kit.
- Clear communicator and trusted advisor—able to simplify complexity and help others make informed decisions
Experiences
- Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or serving a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm that's well-known for their work with startups (e.g., Fenwick & West, Cooley)
- J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
- Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
Traits
- Strategic thinker who sees legal as a lever, not a blocker
- Deeply curious and business-oriented—you start by understanding the goals, then explore the smartest paths to get there.
- Collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively
- Deep belief that creator success is our success—you consider both Kit and our customers in every recommendation
- A "how might we" problem-solver who finds creative, business-aligned paths through legal challenges
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Needing a team of in-house peers or co-counsel to pressure-test every decision—you'll be our sole in-house legal expert, with outside counsel available as needed
- A strongly risk-averse or "no-before-yes" mindset—we need you to help us move, not just stop us from tripping
- Thinking in a legal vacuum—if you're not factoring in our goals, numbers, or creators, your advice won't land
- Struggling with speed or ownership—if you prefer long timelines or wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right environment. We move quickly and expect people to take initiative, spot problems, and drive solutions.

SENIOR PEOPLE & TALENT OPERATIONS PARTNER
⚡ This one's moving fast. We've already received a lot of interest. Applications and assessments close October 18, with interviews happening over the two weeks after that. Apply quickly to avoid disappointment!
📍 Where do we hire from? Almost everywhere. Check that your country appears on this page https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bzBZ38P6zt02s96S9OsF8MnM1tq1JccB-g75gcnKpPw/edit?usp=sharing. For this role, you'll have at least 4 hours daily overlap with your UK-based manager.
Hi there, I'm Olive Turon, Head of People & Culture at TestGorilla. I'm excited to share more about the Senior People & Talent Operations Partner role and our team.
ABOUT TESTGORILLA
At TestGorilla, we're on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. To democratize opportunity, we're building the world's leading skills-based talent discovery platform - one that replaces reliance on resumes with scientific validation of what people can truly do.
Founded as a 100% remote company in 2020, our global team is united by high standards, a lot of heart, and a relentless drive to conquer new technological frontiers. We're all AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness.
After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we're now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you'll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Senior People & Talent Operations Partner, you'll own People Ops as a product: the systems, compliance, and self-serve workflows that let most of People & Culture run itself day to day, plus the tooling behind how we hire. You'll join a lean, two-person team, working directly with me, with proper and lasting ownership from day one.
Payroll, compliance, and HR systems across every (35, currently!) country we operate in are foundational elements of this role. Just as critically, you'll build and own the AI/automation and self-serve layer that keeps our People function lean, bringing a product mindset to everything you touch. Let’s face it: we’re a scale-up, so you’ll also need to be happy wearing other People hats when the moment requires.
We're looking for someone autonomous, opinionated and candid, who'll tell me when I've got it wrong. You'll be dealing with real people and real problems, so you'll need to stay empathic but boundaried, structured and organized even when the pace picks up.
I’m biased, but I think it’s a dream job: this is an HR role in an HRTech company changing the world of work for the better, we’ll have immense amounts of fun, there’s plenty of uncharted territory for you to make your own, and I’m committed to helping you to do the best work of your life.
A quick check: if you've never built objectively clever automations (not just used one someone else built), please don't apply. Automation is just that central to the job.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Designing, building and maintaining a smart, automated and AI-enabled people journey - from pre-boarding to off-boarding - that frees up capacity for bespoke, white-glove treatment where it matters
- Being the technical owner and orchestrator of our HR tech stack: evaluating and enhancing it, ensuring these tools are not siloed but unified and integrated.
- Owning the non-Finance side of payroll, invoicing, contract administration, and compliance end to end, across every country we operate in.
- Owning data privacy and recordkeeping, and the day-to-day relationship with our EOR vendor.
- Owning configuration and troubleshooting of our hiring tooling, so hiring managers can run their own searches independently.
- Owning the documentation that makes self-serve actually work in practice, ensuring that it’s structured in a way that is easily accessible to both humans and P&C AI agents.
- Working with me to maintain a clean line between what's self-serve and what needs a person. We do not aspire to automate our entire People journey here.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Has built and owned sophisticated automations (Zapier, n8n, Make.com http://Make.com, and the like) as a core part of an integrated HR tech stack, not just used AI tools day to day. Arguably the most important thing on this list.
- Has managed payroll, compliance, or HR operations across multiple countries, ideally through an Employer of Record or a mix of EOR and direct entities.
- Has deep, hands-on HRIS experience. HiBob experience is a big plus, and so is experience assessing or migrating HR systems.
- Brings a product mindset: builds for the people who use them (employees and managers), listens to their feedback, and iterates rather than building in isolation.
- Thrives in a high-autonomy, async-first, remote-only environment, and has worked in these kinds of teams and working cultures before.
- Marries operational rigor with genuine empathy and a real interest in people. You'll be dealing directly with team members, sometimes on sensitive matters.
- Is opinionated and candid, with excellent feedback and stakeholder management skills.
Most people in this role will have acquired these skills over five years of relevant experience. That being said, we care far more about what you've owned, your impact and how you've progressed, than the exact number of years.
We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone, even if your experience doesn't exactly match the description. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement - let's buck that trend!
BONUS SKILLS
While these skills aren't a requirement, we'd be very interested to hear from you if you have any of the following:
- Experience with an ATS or hiring platform such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Experience with an EOR provider such as Remote, Deel, or Oyster.
- HRIS implementation or migration project experience.
- Experience supporting a team through organizational change.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Please note: In this role, you'll be hired as an Individual Contractor.
- Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world.
- Competitive compensation: €56,520 - €70,650 base pay + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs). This role doesn't carry a bonus component.
- Remote & flexible work: Work from almost anywhere*. Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life.
*Check out the countries we currently hire from here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bzBZ38P6zt02s96S9OsF8MnM1tq1JccB-g75gcnKpPw/edit?usp=sharing.
- Remote work budget: €1,000 available each year, or up to €2,000 from day 1 if you're buying a laptop!
- Growth & development: Invest in yourself and your career with a 3.5% L&D budget per year and clear growth opportunities.
- Parent/Caregiver support: We provide a caregiver-friendly work environment with paid 8-16 week parental leave and tailored return-to-work approaches.
- Work-life balance: Our unlimited and flexible time off policy empowers you to take the time you need to recharge and maintain your well-being.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your goal will be to build DACH into n8n's most predictable Enterprise sales region - developing a team of high-performing Enterprise AEs, instilling forecast and pipeline discipline, and creating a repeatable operating model that wins complex, multi-stakeholder deals
To make that happen, you'll be hands-on in coaching, deal inspection, and team development day-to-day, while staying close enough to strategic deals and customer executives to raise the bar on how we qualify, forecast, and win.
What you’ll be doing
DEVELOPING A HIGH-PERFORMING, PREDICTABLE DACH TEAM
- Coach and develop a team of Enterprise AEs through structured 1:1s, field coaching, and deal reviews – raising both the floor and the ceiling on individual performance
- Build a rigorous forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes DACH's numbers predictable quarter over quarter, not dependent on late-quarter heroics
- Create a repeatable operating model – clear playbooks, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC-based deal inspection, and coaching rhythms – DACH's execution shouldn’t rely on you personally driving every strategic deal
- Hire, onboard, and scale the team over time, establishing career paths and succession plans as the region grows
SETTING THE STRATEGY FOR THE DACH TERRITORY
- Prioritize and run the DACH Enterprise territory with focus – balancing new logo pursuits with expansion plays where community signals are strong
- Set the strategy for the team's most complex enterprise cycles, from discovery to close, staying close enough to coach without taking the pen
- Elevate sales methodology adoption (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC), ensuring meticulous qualification, mutual action plans, and disciplined inspection of technical + business wins
BUILDING A STRATEGIC, MULTI-THREADED SELLING MOTION
- Build a strategic selling culture that shifts the team from “running opportunities” to multi-threaded, value-led enterprise execution
- Orchestrate executive engagement across DACH accounts – aligning economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators to keep momentum and unblock deals
- Run high-quality deal reviews and QBRs that sharpen strategy, elevate coaching moments, and improve win rates, cycle time, and forecast accuracy
PARTNERING ACROSS THE BUSINESS
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Product) to refine messaging for technical buyers, strengthen the enterprise playbook, and remove friction in the sales process
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVES
- 🏆 Enterprise sales leadership: 5+ years in frontline sales management, leading ICs through complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals
- 🔎 MEDDIC/MEDDPICC mastery: Deep, practical command of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and a track record coaching teams to adopt it with real inspection
- 📈 Forecast & pipeline rigor: Track record running a disciplined forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes revenue predictable, not reactive
- 🧠 Strategic deal management: You’re fluent in qualification, mutual action plans, champion building, and executive alignment in longer-cycle deals
- 🎙️ Executive presence: You confidently engage senior stakeholders, run tight meetings, and set a high bar for clarity, urgency, and outcomes
- 🧑🏫 Coaching & talent development: You level up AEs through structured coaching, field observation, and actionable feedback
- 🧩 Multi-stakeholder navigation: You’re skilled at aligning technical and economic buyers, de-escalating conflict, and maintaining deal momentum
- 🇩🇪 DE location: You’re based in Germany and happy being on-site with customers
- 🔧 Technical-buyer credibility: Experience selling into technical stakeholders and navigating evaluation-heavy sales motions
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🖥️ Open-source / PLG experience: You understand how community and bottoms-up adoption influence enterprise outcomes and how to partner with that motion
- 🌉 Developer / infra SaaS background: Experience in DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops, data, infrastructure, or adjacent categories
- 💡 Scrappy startup mindset: You’ve scaled in environments where playbooks are evolving and you enjoy building structure without slowing teams down
- 📊 Operational excellence: Strong instincts for clean forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and turning data into coaching and better execution
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken’s Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, 2D and 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design, turning growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, holding the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Senior Performance Video Creative, you concept, produce and ship paid video for Kraken and Krak. You ideate, generate, edit and ship, and you treat gen AI as a core production method rather than a novelty. You take a project from idea to a finished, approved, multi-market asset set, and you bring a real feel for what people stop on, share and screenshot.
You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and speed leadership: you set the bar for paid video on the team, work with AI-enabled processes, collaborate closely with other Krakenites in and outside the team, and are the person others come to with video questions.
- Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
- Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You know what wins where, and you build to each platform’s specs and native feel.
- Concept and cut performance video so campaigns ship as complete cross-format sets.
- Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video, and know when AI is the fastest route to a great ad and when it isn’t. Keep your tooling current as the models change, and build repeatable workflows the rest of the team can reuse.
- Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts that nobody asked for, including experimental ones alongside BAU work, and build the winners into creative pillars we can keep using.
- Version and localize video at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements. In a typical month you’ll have roughly a dozen workstreams in flight at once, most spanning several formats and several markets.
- Build creative with testing in mind. Performance Marketing owns test design, cadence and readouts. You own the creative response: reading the results, forming a point of view on why a variant won, and turning that into the next round of hooks, concepts and cuts.
- Flex into AI-assisted paid static when a campaign calls for it, working from the team’s brand baselines.
- Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
- Hold a high craft bar on your own work and keep your files clean enough for other people to build on.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in performance video creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category.
- A portfolio submitted with your application. Paid video above all, with the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you’re able to share it. Include two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with a short note on what was tooling and what was you, and one concept you tested where you can talk us through what the data said and what you changed.
- Real video skills, from concept to finished, sound-designed cut.
- High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling, with shipped work to show for it.
- Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You can explain why the same idea needs a different build on each one.
- Experience inside a structured creative testing program. You’re fluent in the metrics your creative moves (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS), you can tell a real winner from low performers, and can translate test results into a creative decision.
- Fluency in internet and meme culture, with comedic instincts and a feel for what’s about to feel dated.
- Speed without sloppiness. Comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
- Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, with work that survives risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements.
- A solid copywriting instinct for scripts and on-screen text. Plain language, value first, no hype and no jargon.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.
