ОБЗОР ПОЗИЦИИ И ПРОДУКТА: Мы строим Customer Intelligence & Personalization Platform для экосистемы бизнесов в Армении на основе Golden Record (единый профиль клиента). Вам предстоит спроектировать слой между сырыми данными core banking системы и витринами платформы. Главный вызов — реверс-инжиниринг слабо документированного источника, восстановление бизнес-смысла данных и создание осознанной модели для Customer 360, сегментации и скоринга. Мы используем AI-native подход и ожидаем того же от кандидата (применение AI для разбора legacy, написания SQL и документации). Задачи: • Исследовать core banking систему, legacy- и внешние источники, восстанавливать их семантику; • Идти от целевой витрины к источнику: определять таблицы и логику сбора атрибутов; • Разделять случаи, когда одинаковые данные получены разными путями, фиксировать правила выбора; • Описывать модель данных и метаданные (сущности, связи, grain, ключи, историчность); • Формировать требования к витринам для сегментации, scoring и рекомендаций; • Писать SQL-исследования, прототипы трансформаций и проверять гипотезы; • Выяснять смысл данных напрямую у сотрудников банка. Требования: • Сильный SQL (оконные функции, сложные join-цепочки, анализ качества и распределений); • Опыт реверс-инжиниринга плохо документированных источников; • Опыт работы с банковскими / fintech-данными (Core banking, ArmSoft, legacy системы) и построения Customer 360; • Понимание data modelling (сущности, grain, ключи, историчность, master entities); • Уверенное владение Python на уровне исследования данных; • Владение Git, Linux, опыт работы в закрытых Dev/UAT-контурах; • Использование AI-инструментов для анализа схем и написания кода; • Проактивность и самостоятельность в доведении задач от «сырья» до целевой витрины (отлично подойдет бэкграунд дата-инженера с опытом работы с сырыми источниками).
