We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT THE ROLE: Notion is building the connected AI workspace where teams and agents think together, bringing knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools into one place. Joining Corporate Accounting means helping build the financial foundation for a business shaping how work gets done in the AI era. In this role you’ll be a key player on the Corporate Accounting team, working across global accounting areas with a focus on close activities, related reconciliations, and international statutory reporting. You’ll collaborate with teammates to strengthen the accounting processes that support Notion’s growth into new countries. At Notion, you’ll help build the repeatable operating practices that let a growing global business scale with confidence. This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: - Be a key team player across monthly, quarterly, and annual close: Prepare accurate journal entries and adjustments with clear supporting documentation; support AP and cash reconciliations, including flux analysis and commentary; and complete close work on time. - Help establish reliable, repeatable global accounting processes as Notion expands into new countries. - By your 90th day, contribute meaningfully to close activities and take ownership of clearly defined global reconciliation work. - By your 90th day, organize and track open items, requests, and timelines across international statutory audits, coordinating with Tax and cross-functional partners. - By your 90th day, use Claude thoughtfully to improve reconciliation analysis, audit support, documentation, or quality checks—while applying appropriate data safeguards. - By the end of your first year, become a trusted partner, strengthen controls and accounting processes across your areas, supporting accurate financial statements and statutory filings. - By the end of your first year, raise the bar on documentation and process quality so recurring work is easier to execute, review, and build on. SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING: - Working knowledge of core corporate accounting processes, including close activities, AP, and cash reconciliations; this is central to the role’s day-to-day work. - Foundational knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting, with some familiarity with IFRS. - Experience in public accounting or audit, or in corporate accounting; candidates early in their careers, including new graduates with relevant experience, are welcome. - Ability to organize and track work across multiple international statutory audits with accuracy, clear follow-through, and attention to deadlines. - Curiosity to learn country-specific requirements as Notion expands. - Familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, or a similar ERP is a plus; experience with BlackLine, tax, or close management is also helpful. - Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, including explaining fluctuations and their business drivers. - Ownership, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement mindset: you look for ways to make the work more accurate, scalable, and easier for others to build on. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $125,000 per year. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. Location: USA - New York (dbt) From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven. About Us Fivetran and dbt Labs are coming together with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together we're building the data infrastructure layer that moves, transforms, and adds context to data — from the moment it lands to the point where teams and AI systems depend on it. As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products our customers know and trust. It's a good time to join a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work. About the Role Product Finance covers two things: how our products perform, and what they cost to build, run, and support. This role owns the cost and investment side, as the finance partner to the Product and Customer Support organizations. You'll own the operating expense P&L for both organizations — headcount and hiring plans, vendor and program spend, annual planning, monthly close, and budget-vs-actuals — and work with those leaders on where to spend and what to trade off. You'll also build our view of product investment at the portfolio level: what we spend behind each product line, what it returns, and what that means for how the roadmap gets funded. That includes bringing cost of revenue and unit economics into the picture, so we can talk about product margin rather than just product spend. This is how we'll decide where to invest and where to pull back. You'll build our cost-to-serve view as well — support cost by account and segment, and the economics of deflection and AI-assisted support. Expect close work with Product Managers, Support and Engineering leaders, Pricing, Corporate FP&A, and Accounting, and regular exposure to senior leadership as we scale toward public company readiness. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our New York, NY office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. What You'll Do Serve as the finance business partner to Product and Customer Support leadership — own their budgets, partner on spend decisions, and flag risks, trade-offs, and reallocation opportunities early. Own the annual operating plan for both organizations, including headcount and hiring plans, vendor and program spend, and quarterly reforecasts. Own monthly close, accruals, and variance analysis — budget vs. actuals with clear driver explanations and forward-looking implications. Build the portfolio view of product investment: what we spend behind each product line, what it returns, and what that implies for roadmap funding and resource allocation. Bring cost of revenue and product unit economics into that view, working with the teams that own the underlying cost data. Build cost-to-serve analytics — support cost by account and segment, and the economics of deflection and AI-assisted support. Build business cases for new product investments and major roadmap decisions, including the economics of retiring or consolidating products, and provide Pricing with the unit economics behind packaging and monetization changes. Co-own the Product Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reviews with the product top-line lead, so cost and performance are presented together. Improve how this work gets done — better data models, less manual assembly, and AI applied to recurring analysis. What We're Looking For 4+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, product finance, investment banking, or consulting, including ownership of a model or forecast that others relied on. Experience owning an operating expense budget, or partnering with a non-finance organization on its spend. Strong modeling skills across both driver-based revenue forecasts and operating expense and headcount models. Working knowledge of software and subscription economics — ARR, NRR, ARPA, expansion, gross margin — ideally in a usage-based business. Comfort working directly with large and complex datasets. SQL proficiency strongly preferred. Ability to turn analysis into a clear recommendation and present it to Product, Support, and senior leadership. Interest in how software gets built and what it costs to run. Nice to Have Product or Engineering finance partnership at a software, data infrastructure, or developer tools company. Hands-on product margin, cost of revenue, or cost-to-serve analysis. Experience supporting a Customer Support, Services, or other cost-to-serve organization. Usage-based pricing, packaging, or monetization modeling. Planning and BI tools (Pigment, Looker, Tableau, Sigma) and lightweight automation in Python or SQL. Experience through a period of rapid scaling or IPO preparation. #LI-JG1 #LI-Hybrid The compensation range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the target position and level, and may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role. Location: San Francisco, California Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT SENTRY Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. ABOUT THE ROLE At Sentry, Support is an engineering discipline. Our customers are developers, and they expect answers from people who can read their stack trace, open the SDK source, and tell them what's actually wrong. We're hiring a Senior Manager to lead Support Engineering. You'll run the team that handles everything from a single developer's SDK question to a production incident at one of our largest enterprise customers. You'll also help drive how we use AI in support: what systems are used, how they best help customers, enable the teams, and how we know the answers they give are right and forward looking. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll manage people, set the support strategy, get face to face time with customers, while also getting into tickets when it matters. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL Lead and grow the team - Manage and coach a team of Technical Support Engineers - Set clear expectations for technical depth, response quality, and ownership, and give direct feedback - Design a coverage model that works across time zones, including on-call and escalation paths - Build career paths for Support Engineers who want to go deeper technically, move into management, or move into different teams and practices Own support outcomes - Own and report the team's core metrics: CX, time to resolution, escalation rate, and more - Use support conversations as a signal: find the top drivers of tickets and get them fixed in the product, the docs, internal operations, or the SDKs, not just answered faster Run AI-assisted support - Own the roadmap for our support agents: which request types they handle, what context they need, and when they hand off to a person - Set the quality bar for agent answers and the process for catching incomplete ones - Decide where automation is worth building and where it isn't, based on data Handle escalations and partner across Sentry - Run the escalation process with Engineering: make sure bugs reach the right team with a reproduction and clear impact, and that customers hear back - Be the support lead on high-stakes enterprise issues, working with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Sales - Bring a clear picture of customer pain to Product and Engineering, backed by numbers YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU - Think great support is an engineering problem, not a staffing problem - Want to build the team and the systems at the same time - Can debug a tricky SDK issue yourself and also explain to a VP why their incident took four hours - Would rather fix the cause of 200 tickets than answer them faster - Have strong opinions on where AI helps in support and where it makes things worse, and be willing to discuss this at length. QUALIFICATIONS - 8+ years in technical support, support engineering, or software engineering at a SaaS or developer tools company - 3+ years managing technical support engineers, including hiring and growing a team - Technically credible with senior engineers: comfortable reading code in at least a few of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Ruby, and debugging across frontend, backend, and infrastructure - Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and how observability tools (errors, tracing, logs) fit into them - Hands-on experience running AI or automation in a support org, and a clear view of its failure modes - Track record of using support data to drive product and process changes - Clear, direct written communication with customers, executives, and engineers Bonus - Experience at a developer tools or observability company - Former software engineer - Managed a team spread across multiple time zones - Open source contributor or maintainer The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $160,000 to $180,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at accommodations@sentry.io. Location: United States (Remote) Workplace: Remote About Teleport Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it. Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence. Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world. ABOUT THE ROLE We are adding a Senior Financial Analyst to the Strategic Finance team to expand our FP&A capacity and give us deeper coverage across the business. You will be responsible for corporate FP&A functions, including 3 financial statement forecasting and consolidations, business partnering, and GTM optimizations. You will also help us stress-test the assumptions behind our plans and key metrics. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Corporate FP&A: Own the three-statement financial consolidation (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Sync the long-range plan with the detailed financial operating plan and monthly actuals load. - Monthly close: Participate in and review the monthly close, working with Accounting to make sure the numbers tie out and the story behind them is clear. - Business partnering: Serve as the finance partner to functional areas supporting budget owners with planning, headcount, spend tracking, and decision support to optimize the core metrics they influence. - Board and investor reporting: Build and maintain board decks, investor updates, and other leadership deliverables. - Equity plan forecasting: Forecast equity plan usage and dilution, and support related analysis. - Corporate valuation support: Support valuation work, including model inputs and analysis. - Team coverage: Provide backup and redundancy across the team's workstreams so that no process depends on a single person. - Tools and process improvement: Help implement and optimize FP&A and AI tools, and look for ways to automate and improve how the team works. - Executive partnership: Work directly with senior leadership and budget owners as a trusted, independent finance voice. WHAT YOU WILL BRING - 8+ years of progressive finance experience, most recently with 5+ years in FP&A and 2+ years owning P&L forecasting and executive reporting at a growth-stage SaaS start-up. - 3-statement financial planning, including integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting. - Deep understanding of the SaaS GTM motion, including how pipeline, bookings, and IARR/ARR connect. - Pricing and margin analysis, such as modeling how pricing and packaging changes affect bookings, gross margin, and unit economics. - Lead-to-cash process, including how billing, collections, and revenue recognition flow into ARR, deferred revenue, and cash forecasts. - CFA charterholder, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or Big 4 audit experience is a plus but not required. TECHNICAL SKILLS - Deep working knowledge of standard SaaS metrics (CAC payback, burn multiple, magic number, Rule of 40, net and gross retention), including how to calculate them, what drives them, and how plan assumptions move them. - Advanced financial modeling skills, ideally in Google Sheets as well as Excel. You design driver-based models from scratch, with assumptions you can trace and defend, rather than only updating existing ones. - Hands-on experience pulling and reconciling data across systems (ERP, CRM, planning tools), and a track record of using or testing AI tools to speed up finance work. HOW YOU WORK - You possess a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and professional ethics. - Demonstrated self-initiative: you spot problems and fix them without being asked. - You operate independently, with a continuous improvement mindset. - You communicate clearly with non-finance partners and senior leaders. - You fit Teleport's culture and behaviors, and you do well in a fast-moving startup environment. Why Teleport You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. Location: Remote, Any, United States, AMER From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven. About Us Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites. About the Role We're looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to own the global technical relationship with Snowflake and Databricks. Snowflake and Databricks are two of Fivetran + dbt Labs’ largest platform alliances. This is a global role scoped to those two partners. For each, you will own the technical alliance plan worldwide, the joint technical narrative, and our joint integration and roadmap priorities with each partner to drive cosell revenue. You will also own our technical presence at major milestones such as Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, our two largest partner events. Functionally, the role sits at the intersection of field engineering, product management, partnerships, and partner marketing. Your closest counterparts are the global alliance managers for Snowflake and Databricks, the regional partner sales managers who run the Snowflake and Databricks motions in AMER, EMEA and APJ, the geo partner solutions architects, and product managers across both product lines. You will report to the global head of partner solutions architecture. This is a full-time position, which can be either remote (US) or hybrid depending on location. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. What You’ll Do Own the global technical alliance plans for Snowflake and Databricks. Build each plan with the partner's alliance and product leadership, agree it with our own, and drive it through both field organizations. Own the joint technical narrative and the capability messaging for the combined dbt + Fivetran platform on Snowflake and Databricks, including reference architectures, integration patterns, and the joint value story that partners and sellers use with customers. Build reusable collateral, playbooks and enablement assets for the broader partner solutions architecture team and for the partners delivering on Snowflake and Databricks. Maintain a single, current view of integration state, gaps and opportunities across the combined platform on Snowflake and Databricks, covering ingestion, transformation, Fusion, the semantic layer, catalog and metadata, open table formats, and agent and MCP interfaces, and collaborate with our Product organization to drive the right outcomes. Serve as the primary technical counterpart to the partner engineering and partner product teams at Snowflake and Databricks, and run the standing technical cadence with each. Own our technical presence at Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, including hands-on labs, sessions, demos, and the technical readiness of the team who staff each event. Partner with the regional Partner Solutions Architects and Partnerships organization so global alliance strategy turns into regional execution, and so they can run the motion without you in the room. Travel approximately 30% for alliance planning, technical workshops, executive meetings and partner events, including international travel. Skills We’re Looking For 6+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, partner engineering, technical product management, developer relations, or another customer-facing technical role in data and analytics. Fluency across the modern data stack (ingestion, transformation, orchestration, warehouses and lakehouses, open table formats, semantic layers, catalogs, BI, and the emerging agent and MCP layer) and the ability to explain how the pieces fit. Hands-on knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks, plus strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals, with genuine technical credibility in front of partner engineers. Sound product and strategic judgment and reasoning Strong presentation and facilitation skills for workshops, hands-on labs, keynote-adjacent sessions and large partner technical audiences. Proven ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders Bonus Skills Experience owning a technical alliance, with a track record of shaping what a partner built and how the two products fit together Experience with partner-facing APIs, SDKs, drivers, or integration certification programs Background in product management or technical product marketing alongside a field engineering career Familiarity with cloud marketplace motions and co-sell programs OTE (On Target Earning) $209,748 — $262,185.60 USD Perks and Benefits 100% employer-paid medical insurance * Generous paid time away from work, including paid vacation or flexible/unlimited vacation depending on role and country, plus paid sick time, inclusive parental leave, paid holidays, including a year-end Global Week of Rest, and volunteer days off.
