We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a Consolidation Manager on the Finance team, you will build and run Mistral's consolidation function from the ground up. The group is setting up a true, recurring IFRS consolidation, and this role owns the transition end-to-end. It is a rare opportunity to design a consolidation framework at a fast-scaling group.
You will consolidate a perimeter of around 30 entities across some 15 countries, in a multi-currency environment. The scope is evolving by nature: new entities, new revenue streams, acquisitions generating goodwill and business-combination accounting, and a complex group structure that will keep consolidation challenging over time.
You will report to the Group Accounting Director and work closely with the IFRS team, delivering reliable consolidated figures to leadership and shareholders.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and run a recurring monthly IFRS consolidation across ~30 entities in ~15 countries.
- Lead the selection, configuration, and rollout of the group's consolidation tool, benchmarking providers and making the method and design choices that will scale.
- Implement and maintain consolidation rules
- Handle multi-currency consolidation and FX differences across the entity perimeter.
- Evolve consolidation rules as the scope changes: new entities, new revenue streams, and new IFRS standards (i.e., IFRS 18).
- Navigate complex and evolving group structures across multiple countries and entities.
- Partner with the IFRS team and the broader Finance organization to deliver reliable consolidated figures each quarter.
- Document methods and choices so the consolidation framework stays auditable and transferable.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Solid IFRS consolidation experience, including business combinations, goodwill, intercompany eliminations and multi-currency translation.
- A background combining an audit firm and in-house consolidation, with the seniority to own the topic end-to-end.
- Comfortable building a consolidation function from scratch, with the appetite to set up rules, choose methods and pick tooling rather than inherit an existing setup.
- Strong enough technical grasp to evaluate and recommend consolidation methods and tools, with the trade-offs clearly in mind.
- Hands-on and detail-oriented, willing to dive into the figures and investigate reconciliation differences.
- Able to operate autonomously in an environment with an evolving scope (new entities, new revenue streams, changing standards).
- Fluent English; French is a plus.

About Us:
Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success.
We're building a different kind of system—in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.
What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.
About the Role:
The role supports and independently delivers key elements of the business continuity and operational resilience programme across Tabby's UAE entities, helping the business understand which services must keep running, how long they can be disrupted before customers are harmed, and whether the firm could recover within that time. The role works closely with first-line owners across the business and supports the firm's response to regulatory expectations on operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the business continuity and operational resilience programme across both UAE entities, in line with Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) expectations and the Group risk framework.
Run the business impact analysis cycle with departments — gathering, challenging and consolidating what each team does, what breaks if it stops, and how quickly.
Support the identification of critical operations and the setting of impact tolerances, working with first-line owners and senior management.
Develop and maintain business continuity and recovery plans, dependency mapping and crisis playbooks, keeping them current, practical and usable.
Coordinate and support the exercise and testing programme, including tabletop exercises, and document outcomes, lessons learned and follow-up actions.
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of business continuity and operational resilience policies, standards and methodologies.
Contribute to resilience reporting for senior management, risk committees and the regulator, including maturity and self-assessment positions.
Support third-party and technology dependency work where it affects the resilience of critical operations.
Provide practical support to first-line owners on business impact analyses, recovery objectives, continuity planning and remediation actions.
Act as a point of contact for internal audit and support regulatory or external reviews relating to business continuity and operational resilience.
Support ERM governance and tooling, including use and administration of GRC tools, maintenance of documentation, committee materials, action trackers and audit-ready evidence.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

You will serve as a key partner to Finance, business leaders, and the executive leadership team, translating operating performance into clear financial insights and helping drive fast, informed decisions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned, results-oriented finance leader with strong business judgment, high integrity, and a track record of building scalable processes in complex, high-growth environments. You should be equally comfortable operating strategically and going deep into the details, with the ability to identify what needs to be built and raise the overall standard of Corporate FP&A.

Establish and continuously improve Corporate FP&A operating rhythms, including close-to-insight timelines, clear ownership, metric definitions, and reporting processes designed to support the company’s next phase of growth.
Lead the modernization of Finance processes, forecasting methodologies, and planning frameworks through systems, workflow automation, structured data, and AI to improve accuracy, scalability, and the quality of forward-looking insights as the business evolves.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with business and functional leaders, serving as a trusted partner on financial performance, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making.
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Corporate FP&A team, and support strategic initiatives such as M&A diligence and integration as needed.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
10+ years of experience across FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or related disciplines, including meaningful experience at a leading technology company and ideally complementary experience in investment banking or buy-side investing. Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or the broader technology sector is strongly preferred.
Corporate FP&A leadership experience, ideally in a public-company, newly public, or public-company-readiness environment, with exposure to quarterly close, executive reporting, Board reporting, and other rigorous financial operating cadences.
Meaningful experience owning a consolidated P&L, company-wide forecast, and Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasting processes.
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build models from scratch, pressure-test assumptions, identify root causes, and translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.
Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience preparing and presenting decision-ready materials to senior leadership and the Board, and influencing significant company decisions.
Proven ability to serve as a trusted business partner across functions and geographies, with strong business judgment and a track record of building effective cross-functional relationships.

The
Data Center Capacity & Inventory Engineer
owns a single, accurate, and always-current view of the organization's entire data center estate worldwide. The role exists because the biggest infrastructure decisions — where to place workloads, when to expand or consolidate, and how to plan a move — are only as reliable as the underlying data on power, cooling, racks, and space.
That information is typically fragmented across sites, spreadsheets, and providers. This role consolidates it into one authoritative source of truth, keeps it current, and turns it into capacity forecasts, utilization reporting, and move/migration analysis the business depends on. It is accountable for the inventory and operational data of every facility the organization uses — owned, colocation, and edge.
Scope & Context
Global portfolio:
every data center facility across all regions — company-owned and on-premises sites, colocation and wholesale space, and edge or remote equipment rooms.
Physical assets:
racks and cabinets; power (utility feeds, UPS, generators, PDUs, circuits); cooling (CRAC/CRAH, containment, chilled water); floor, cage, and suite space; structured cabling; and environmental monitoring.
Data domains:
inventory, capacity and utilization, contracts and commitments (colo agreements, power and space reservations), and a history of physical changes.
Organizational placement:
reports into infrastructure/IT leadership and partners with networking, cloud, security, procurement, and finance.
Key stakeholders:
site and facilities teams, colocation providers, infrastructure engineering, capacity planning, finance (cost allocation), and the business units requesting space or moves.
Key Responsibilities
Define and enforce how every site records and reports its power, cooling, rack, and space configuration, so data is comparable across the portfolio.
Participate in the the space, power, and cooling analysis behind data center moves, migrations, and consolidations: what fits where, target-site readiness, and the sequencing of each move.
Supply the accurate capacity and utilization data that drives resourcing and planning decisions
Manage capacity risk proactively: identify sites approaching power, cooling, or space limits before they constrain the business.
Uphold resilience, safety, and compliance standards across facilities, including redundancy targets (for example N+1) and disaster-recovery posture.
Inventory, Data & Capacity Management (Core Mandate)
This is the primary purpose of the role: a single, trusted, global source of truth for every data center, kept accurate and current.
Maintain the global inventory and data for all facilities
A complete register of every data center and equipment room, with location, provider, and contracted commitments.
Space:
floor area, cage and suite allocation, rack and cabinet counts, rack-unit (RU) inventory and occupancy, and remaining white space.
Power:
utility feeds and redundancy, UPS and generator capacity, PDU and circuit inventory, provisioned vs. actual draw (kW) per rack, row, and room, and PUE where measured.
Cooling:
cooling capacity and type, containment, redundancy (N, N+1), temperature and humidity envelopes, and thermal headroom.
Racks & assets:
rack elevations, cabinet layouts, and the physical assets each contains, mapped to their power and connectivity.
Turn that data into decisions
Track utilization and remaining headroom for space, power, and cooling at rack, row, room, and site level.
Forecast capacity, flag sites approaching their limits, and recommend expansion, consolidation, or reallocation.
Provide the analysis behind every move and migration — what a target site can support and how a move should be staged.
Produce regular reporting and dashboards for leadership, finance, and planning.
Own the tooling and data quality
Define data standards, naming conventions, and an audit cadence that keep the inventory accurate.
Run periodic physical audits and reconciliations against the recorded data.
Requirements
Proven experience managing data center infrastructure at multi-site or global scale, ideally across a mix of owned and colocation facilities.
Deep, practical understanding of data center power, cooling, and physical space — circuits, PDUs, UPS and generators, redundancy concepts (N, N+1, 2N), cooling systems, and containment.
A demonstrated track record of keeping accurate inventory and capacity data current across many sites.
Experience planning and executing data center moves, migrations, consolidations, or build-outs.
Colocation and vendor management experience — contracts, SLAs, capacity commitments, and cost control.
Strong data and reporting skills: able to turn raw facility data into clear capacity forecasts and dashboards, with advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort using BI or reporting tools.
Experience coordinating work across multiple regions, time zones, and stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
Data center certifications such as Uptime Institute (ATD/ATS), BICSI DCDC, or EPI CDCP/CDCS/CDCE.
Familiarity with specific DCIM platforms (for example Nlyte, Sunbird, Device42, or Hyperview).
Knowledge of relevant standards — Uptime Institute Tier topology, ANSI/TIA-942, and ASHRAE thermal guidelines.
Exposure to hybrid environments (on-premises, colocation, edge, and public cloud) and how physical capacity relates to workload placement.
Awareness of data center sustainability and energy-efficiency practice, including PUE and power reporting.
Benefits
Full Remote
Comfortable working on EST time zone
Contractor
Working equipment provided by the company

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THIS ROLE?
We’re building the foundational infrastructure that will define how the world thinks about and deploys AI, and we want the sharpest, most driven, and most curious people to help us do it. As the head of the Data Foundation pillar of our Analytics and Data Insights team, you’ll lead the team that makes Cohere’s data trustworthy, governed, and available: the warehouse every analytics surface runs on, the pipelines that keep it fresh, the access model that keeps it secure, and the agentic analytics layer that lets anyone at Cohere (and their agents) ask questions of governed data directly.
Your team owns the full data lifecycle. You’ll run ingestion into BigQuery from internal and external data sources, orchestrate it in Airflow and Cloud Run, model the data warehouse in dbt, and serve the results through Looker, export APIs, and customer-facing analytics surfaces. Everything is provisioned as code in Terraform, and governance is part of the design: VPC service controls, IAM patterns, and documented access paths that let people and agents move fast without putting data at risk.
This role is both highly visible and highly impactful, and you’ll inherit a solid structure on which to build the rest of the stack: a Terraform-provisioned warehouse framework, dbt modeling conventions, an alerting and incident-response practice, and documentation patterns to keep everything discoverable. The roadmap is set with big bets in flight: scaling that framework across the company, standing up an internal analytics agent with a real eval harness, and consolidating institutional knowledge into a self-correcting and self-maintaining system that keeps context centralized, current, and documented, rather than dispersed and in people’s heads.
Responsibilities
As the head of the Data Foundation pillar, you will:
- Build and lead the team. Hire and grow a team of data and infrastructure engineers; set the technical bar; develop strong talent and raise team performance, building leadership capability beneath you.
- Set the roadmap from company strategy. Own and sequence the Data Foundation roadmap: the warehouse buildout, the agentic analytics program, data governance, and the platform work that unblocks our other pillars. You’ll make the trade-offs and carry the cross-functional impact that comes with them.
- Own the data platform end to end. Ingestion (managed connectors and an open-source connector framework), orchestration on Airflow and Cloud Run, warehouse modeling in BigQuery with dbt (raw, core, mart layers), and serving through Looker, export APIs, and semantic layers. All of it provisioned as code in Terraform.
- Own data governance. Define how humans, service accounts, and agents get access to governed data: VPC service controls, IAM patterns, documented onboarding paths, audit logs, and sensitive requests (including legal holds) handled to deadline.
- Operate for reliability. Run the alerting and anomaly-detection framework, own data freshness SLAs, lead incident response and postmortems, and turn every incident into a durable standard so the same class of failure doesn’t recur.
- Lead the agentic analytics program. Wire the semantic layer into an internal analytics agent, build the eval harness that measures its accuracy, and make the eval-driven call on where AI earns its way into production. Apply the same discipline to automating data engineering work itself.
- Set the standard for analytics across the company. The medallion framework, naming conventions, and testing patterns your team maintains become the way other teams ship analytics data. You’ll onboard new domains onto it and keep the docs accurate to how the systems actually work.
- Partner across the org. Work with the North product and engineering teams on the analytics surfaces that ship in the product (including a customer-facing analytics export), with Business Insights on marts for the business, with Security on data governance, and with Legal on compliance-critical data requests.
QUALIFICATIONS
You may be a good fit, if you have:
- 10+ years of experience across data engineering, data infrastructure, or analytics platform work, with a strong management track record leading data platform or infrastructure teams
- Serious hands-on history in data engineering or infrastructure before management. You can still read a Terraform plan, a dbt DAG, or an Airflow scheduler log and ask the question that matters
- Production experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar), workflow orchestration (Airflow or similar), and infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar)
- Depth in data modeling: you think in fact and dimension tables, raw/core/mart separation, and semantic layers, and you have opinions on where tests and contracts belong
- A record of setting a team’s roadmap from company or function strategy and delivering outcomes that span teams, with the cross-functional partnerships to match
- Operational excellence you can point to: alerting you trust, SLAs you meet, incidents you run to ground and write up so they teach
- Exposure to data security and governance: IAM, access management, VPC service controls or equivalent, audit and compliance workflows
- Genuine excitement about AI: you follow the research, have opinions, and are energized by building the data foundation an AI company (and its AI agents) runs on
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, leading a multi-workstream roadmap, and working directly with executives on priorities
If some of the above doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply!

About the Team
Netlify is a product-led growth company, and Revenue Operations owns the systems, data, and infrastructure that turn that growth into revenue. With a large volume of people discovering and signing up for Netlify every day, Marketing Operations is critical to understanding those users, connecting activity across our systems, and creating scalable ways to engage them throughout their journey.
As Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll own the operational foundation behind that work. You’ll connect HubSpot, Salesforce, product data, and analytics, build the systems and lifecycle infrastructure that turn signals into action, and give Marketing and our GTM partners trusted visibility into performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll translate the Marketing Operations vision into a roadmap and independently drive it forward while partnering closely with Growth, RevOps, Data, Product, and other GTM teams.
What You’ll Do
Execute on the Marketing Operations roadmap, translating broader Marketing and GTM priorities into scalable systems, processes, and programs.
Own our marketing automation platform end to end, including workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, forms, lists, email operations, data hygiene, deliverability, governance, and documentation.
Build and maintain the connection between marketing automation, Salesforce, product data, and analytics so we can understand and engage users throughout the customer journey.
Establish reliable attribution and measurement across marketing and product-led journeys, including UTM governance and connections between campaigns, signups, activation, conversion, and revenue.
Build reporting and self-service dashboards that give Marketing and GTM partners a trusted view of performance and support weekly, monthly, and executive-level decision-making.
Partner with Growth to operationalize lifecycle programs across email, in-product experiences, and sales-assist triggers, turning customer and product signals into scalable journeys from signup through activation and conversion.
Build experimentation infrastructure that allows marketers to launch, measure, and learn from tests without requiring engineering support for every experiment.
Own the operational health of the MarTech stack, including integrations, data flows, governance, vendor relationships, and periodic assessments of what we should keep, retire, consolidate, or integrate.
Establish scalable practices for high-volume email operations, including audience management, domain and inbox health, deliverability, and safeguards that protect the customer experience.
Turn large and sometimes ambiguous datasets into actionable recommendations, identifying points of friction or drop-off and partnering with Marketing, Growth, Product, Data, and RevOps on opportunities to improve conversion.
Own the Marketing Operations portion of the broader Marketing budget and evaluate technology investments based on business value, scalability, and ROI.
Explore emerging capabilities in AI-enabled marketing operations and AI visibility measurement, helping the team establish useful workflows and baselines as the space develops.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a closely related discipline, with experience operating independently in a complex B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment.
Deep experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce, including lifecycle stages, campaign architecture, attribution, lead or account routing, and data governance.
Experience working with high-volume customer or prospect datasets and designing segmentation, lifecycle, and operational approaches that remain reliable at scale.
Significant experience operating high-volume email programs, with a practical understanding of deliverability, domain and inbox reputation, audience management, warming strategies, and the risks that emerge at large sending volumes.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, question the quality of the underlying data, and turn findings into recommendations.
Experience building or operating lifecycle, nurture, or in-product engagement programs tied to measurable activation or conversion outcomes.
Systems thinking and experience designing integrations across marketing automation, CRM, product, analytics, and data systems.
Experience building measurement and experimentation infrastructure that enables other teams to operate and learn independently.
Strong GTM fluency and an understanding of how Marketing Operations, Growth, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success connect to customer experience and revenue.
Comfort using AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate your work while applying judgment to validate outputs and determine where automation is (and isn’t) appropriate.
Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude and experience with emerging AEO or AI-visibility tooling is helpful.
Experience working with contractors, agencies, or distributed partners is helpful but not required.
Familiarity with developer tools, web platforms, or another high-volume PLG business is useful, but we value relevant operating experience over category-specific expertise.
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You enjoy building the foundation, not just operating what someone else has already built. You’re energized by taking an imperfect system and creating something scalable, measurable, and trusted.
You’re comfortable moving between architecture and execution. You can define how a system should work and then get into the details yourself when necessary to make it work.
You thrive with significant autonomy. Given a goal and context, you investigate the problem, weigh tradeoffs, make a recommendation, and drive the work forward without needing a detailed playbook.
You genuinely enjoy data. Large, messy datasets make you curious, and you’re willing to dig until you understand what is happening and what the business should do about it.
You care deeply about operational quality. Data integrity, attribution, documentation, audience segmentation, and email deliverability aren’t afterthoughts—they’re part of building a trustworthy growth engine.
You balance speed with judgment. You know when to move quickly, when a shortcut creates unacceptable downstream risk, and when to challenge an approach that won’t scale.
You see AI as a way to amplify good judgment and increase leverage rather than a substitute for understanding the work.
You communicate clearly in an async, distributed environment and can build alignment across Marketing, Growth, Product, Sales, RevOps, and Data without relying on organizational authority.
