WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Sales Recruiter you’ll help build the next evolution of our go-to-market organization. You’ll recruit for new and evolving customer-facing roles—including Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers—that bring stronger technical fluency, deeper customer ownership, and fewer handoffs to enterprise selling. You’ll partner with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams to turn an emerging business strategy into clear profiles, thoughtful processes, and exceptional hires.
You will use Notion every day in the same way our customers do, giving you firsthand insight into the workflows and AI transformation behind the roles you are hiring for. You will also help build a new GTM motion at the intersection of AI, workflow design, enterprise transformation, and customer outcomes. The work requires craft, clarity, speed, and strong judgment, balancing business urgency with a high bar for talent density.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Build trusted partnerships with Sales leaders, advising on role definition, search strategy, assessment design, and hiring decisions for new and evolving teams.
- Deliver high-quality hires across the next generation of GTM roles, from sourcing through close, while creating a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience.
- Translate Notion’s product love, AI opportunity, and customer motion into accurate candidate narratives that help the right people self-select in.
- Use talent-market research, mapping, and recruiting data to improve hiring strategy and decision quality.
- Raise the quality and consistency of the hiring system through structured intake, calibration, debriefs, manager coaching, and sourcing strategies that expand representation.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Demonstrated success recruiting across GTM searches, with the judgment to learn and represent evolving role profiles accurately.
- Ability to turn business strategy into clear candidate profiles, search plans, and objective assessment criteria—and to influence senior leaders toward strong decisions.
- Strong sourcing, market-mapping, and closing instincts across various Sales disciplines.
- Operational rigor and comfort using data to diagnose pipeline health, measure impact, and improve the candidate and hiring-manager experience.
- Curiosity, learning agility, and a hands-on approach to AI tools: you use them to think better, improve recruiting workflows, and make your work easier for others to build on.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $136,000 - $170,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a Sales Development Manager to lead the team of SDRs generating pipeline for our North American sales org. You'll own the day-to-day leadership of the team — coaching reps, aligning with AEs and sales leadership, holding a high bar on execution, hiring, and building the systems that make the team consistently productive.
Our market is new and evolves by the day, and our buyers are hyper-technical. Prospecting at Baseten means earning credibility with that audience, and coaching a team to do it at scale. The right person for this role is a coach and a builder — someone who gets energy from developing people, is obsessive about execution, and wants to define what world-class pipeline generation looks like when the product, the buyers, and the sales motion are all AI-native.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs responsible for opening doors with the next wave of Baseten customers.
- Own the team's pipeline generation targets and drive consistent execution against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
- Build and refine outbound strategies, messaging, and frameworks across a wide range of accounts, tuned to a technical audience.
- Run 1:1s, team meetings, training, and pipeline reviews that make reps measurably better week over week.
- Partner with AEs and sales managers on account strategy, lead quality, and handoff processes.
- Analyze pipeline data to identify what's working, diagnose what's not, and change it fast.
- Hire and onboard new SDRs as the team grows, raising the talent bar with each hire.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Recruiting.
- Build with AI — test new tools, automate repetitive work, and make your team faster and sharper than a team twice its size.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2+ years managing an SDR or BDR team at an enterprise-focused tech company, and 4+ years in tech overall.
- Direct experience as an SDR and/or AE — you've done the job you're coaching.
- Technical aptitude and real curiosity about AI infrastructure. You should be able to hold your own in a conversation about inference and want to get deeper.
- A track record of top performance and progression in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
- Strong coaching instincts — you'd rather be in the trenches on calls and messaging with your reps than managing by dashboard.
- Comfort with data and systems. You can pull a report, spot a trend, and turn it into a coaching conversation or a process change.
- Hands-on with AI in your own workflow — you've built, adopted, or experimented your way to a faster prospecting motion, and you can show us.
- A builder's mentality. You own problems and their solutions, and you're at your best in high-change, fast-moving environments.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
About the Role
The Sales Commission Analyst role sits at the intersection of finance, sales operations, and analytics. Owning the accuracy, integrity, and clarity of how Clipboard pays its revenue-generating teams.
You're likely someone with sharp spreadsheet instincts and a low tolerance for unexplained numbers. You're comfortable enough in SQL to pull your own data, fluent in comp plan mechanics, and just as capable of explaining a payout discrepancy in plain English to a rep as you are tracing the formula that caused it. You take ownership of the details because you know one uninvestigated row error erodes trust in the whole system.
You will:
- Calculate and process commission payouts accurately and on time each pay cycle, catching and resolving discrepancies before they land in a paycheck.
- Own the mechanics of our commission plans, the calculations, tiers, and accelerators. Keeping the spreadsheets and systems that run them aligned to plan documentation.
- Query and reconcile data across systems to validate commissionable revenue and investigate payout questions.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to roll out new or updated comp plans, translating plan changes into working, auditable calculations.
- Field and resolve rep-facing commission questions with clear, reliable written communication.
- Build and maintain tools and dashboards that make commission tracking transparent and self-service for reps and managers.
What you bring:
- Spreadsheet mastery. You build and audit complex, multi-tab models without breaking them.
- Working SQL skills, comfortable pulling and reconciling data across sources.
- Comp plan literacy. You can read a plan document and translate it into an accurate calculation.
- Sharp attention to detail; you catch the error before it becomes a payout problem.
- Strong, reliable written communication for explaining numbers to non-analysts.
- Project ownership. You can take a commission cycle or plan rollout from start to finish with minimal oversight.
Experience
- 0-2 years in FP&A, sales operations, commissions/compensation, analytics, or a comparable analytical role.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary
- Insurance benefits and 401k options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Remote-first flexibility

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energized by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritize based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Fluency in Dutch
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €70,000 OTE per year.

We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Clipboard is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help build and run the systems behind our sales organization.
You'll work across Salesforce, data, automation, and internal tools to help our sales team operate more effectively. That might mean building an automation that eliminates a recurring workflow, investigating a messy data problem, redesigning part of our Salesforce setup, or building a new system from the ground up.
We are a small team with an unusual operating model. Much of our execution runs through AI agents that we direct and quality-check, allowing each analyst to operate with the leverage of a much larger team.
This is equal parts builder and operator. You'll own systems end to end, work through ambiguous requests from reps and leadership, and be accountable for making sure the things you build actually work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own live systems. Take ownership of production systems such as account distribution, deal intelligence, competitor tracking, and data sync pipelines. You'll be accountable for their accuracy and reliability.
- Solve ambiguous problems. Work through requests from sales reps, managers, and leadership, figure out what is actually needed, and execute quickly.
- Direct AI agents. Write specs and prompts, supervise AI agents, and rigorously QA their output before it touches production data.
- Build automations and tools. Create scripts, scheduled jobs, Slack bots, and lightweight web apps that turn recurring manual work into scalable systems.
- Analyze and report. Use SQL and other tools to answer important revenue questions and build reporting the organization can trust.
- Guard data quality. Handle merges, deduplication, account mapping, enrichment, and other work required to keep our systems accurate at scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Evidence of building. You've built scripts, automations, tools, systems, or other solutions to real problems.
- AI-native working style. You already use AI to multiply your output and understand where it can fail and how to verify its work.
- High judgment under ambiguity. You can take a loosely defined problem, figure out what matters, and know when to act versus when to ask.
- Strong attention to detail. You're comfortable being the last line of defense before changes affect production systems and large datasets.
- Bias to ownership. When something you own breaks, you don't just fix the immediate issue. You look for the underlying problem and improve the system.
SQL and Python experience are strong pluses, but we're more interested in your curiosity, judgment, and ability to ship than checking every technical box.
NICE TO HAVE
- Salesforce administration or development experience, including flows, SOQL, or data model design.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, analytics, or a similar environment.
- Experience building automations with tools, scripts, APIs, or AI agents.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. Application Review – We'll review your experience and evidence of things you've built, automated, or owned.
2. Take-Home Assessment – A practical, ~2-hour assessment using a fictional company, mock website, and CRM. You'll have 48 hours to complete it, and AI tools are encouraged.
3. Technical Walkthrough – A 30-minute session where you'll demo what you built, explain your decisions, and make a small live change to your system.
4. Manager Interview – A 30-minute conversation focused on communication, ownership, judgment, and how you operate under ambiguity.
5. Final Steps / Offer! – Some candidates may have an executive conversation, followed by references and an offer.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary
- Insurance benefits + 401k options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Remote-first working environment

You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager
At Wolt, we create technology that brings local communities, merchants and customers closer together. What started with restaurant delivery has grown into a broader local commerce platform, helping customers discover and access more of what their cities have to offer.
As our Retail business continues to grow, we’re looking for a
Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager

This role can be based in Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg or Munich .
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll own the acquisition and development of high-value regional Enterprise retail partners in Germany, from identifying and engaging the right prospects through commercial negotiations, signing and initial rollout. You’ll combine strong commercial execution with a strategic view on which partners can have the greatest impact on Wolt’s selection, coverage and long-term growth.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for regional Enterprise retail opportunities, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting and signing.
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of larger regional retailers and multi-location partners across priority verticals such as grocery, convenience, pet, pharmacy and beauty.
Develop a deep understanding of prospective partners’ businesses and create compelling commercial propositions that demonstrate the value of partnering with Wolt.
Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing partner needs with sustainable economics and Wolt’s long-term business objectives.
Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and act as a trusted commercial partner throughout the sales process.
Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Account Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product to structure partnerships and enable successful launches.
Take ownership beyond the signature, ensuring a strong handover and initial rollout so that newly acquired partners can successfully go live and scale.
Use market insights, pipeline data and commercial learnings to identify opportunities, prioritize the highest-impact accounts and continuously improve our regional Enterprise sales approach.
Contribute to sharing best practices and raising the bar for Enterprise sales execution across the wider team.
Our humble expectations
You have significant experience in B2B sales, business development or strategic partnerships, ideally working with Enterprise or other complex, multi-stakeholder customers.
You have a strong track record of independently managing and closing complex commercial opportunities from initial outreach through contract signature.
You’re an excellent negotiator and understand how to build partnerships that create sustainable value for both sides.
You’re comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, both externally and across cross-functional internal teams.
You combine a hands-on, results-oriented sales mindset with strong commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize opportunities based on their strategic impact.
You’re highly structured and comfortable managing multiple opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
You’re comfortable working with data and commercial metrics to evaluate opportunities, build business cases and inform decisions.
You communicate clearly and persuasively and are fluent in German and English.
What we offer
This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in the next phase of Wolt’s Retail growth. You’ll have direct ownership of high-impact regional partnerships and the autonomy to take opportunities from first conversation all the way through to launch.
You’ll work at the intersection of sales, strategy and operations, collaborating with experienced colleagues across Wolt while building relationships with some of the most important retailers in the market. The role offers substantial commercial ownership and exposure while giving you the opportunity to develop further in Enterprise sales and contribute to how we scale our Retail business.
You’ll also join a fast-moving international environment where good ideas can quickly turn into action, with the tools, support and trust to take ownership of your work and make a visible impact.
Next steps
If this sounds like an opportunity you’d be excited about, we’d love to hear from you.
After you apply, our Talent Acquisition team will review your application and get in touch with selected candidates for an initial conversation. The process will typically include interviews with the hiring team and relevant stakeholders, giving you the opportunity to learn more about the role, team and business while we get to know your experience and approach.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render is building a channel partnerships program from the ground up, and we're hiring our first Head of Revenue Partnerships to lead it — reporting to our VP of Revenue. You'll build Render's relationships with development agencies, PE firms, and — over time — systems integrators, to help Render customers who are migrating off competitive platforms, or who are pursuing new builds with Render.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Map partner types — agencies, PE firms, SIs — and determine which are the best fit for Render's product and customer base.
- Build relationships with execs at partner firms to understand their priorities, pricing, and delivery models.
- Develop commercial agreements with partners to co-sell Render alongside their own services, to both existing and net-new customers.
- Develop Render-specific narrative and enablement materials: decks, pilot frameworks, ROI overviews.
- Design co-marketing models with partners — customer dinners, digital campaigns, conferences, and joint events.
- Work with our technology partner team to build a co-sell motion for large & enterprise accounts.
- For partners with a portfolio model, like PE firms, design scaled activation programs — webinars, cohorts, office hours — that drive Render adoption across many portfolio companies at once, without requiring 1:1 touch on every account.
- Drive the creation of new pipeline for both Render and the partner, and own the path from first engagement to partner-qualified referral to closed revenue.
- Set up the operating rhythm of each partnership: regular engagement cadences, co-sell activity, and a clear, repeatable path from first call to referral.
- Partner closely with Render's internal Sales and Delivery/CS leaders to align on how reps and partners work together, keep deal registration and pipeline hygiene clean, and avoid channel conflict with internal teams
- Define and report on success metrics for the channel, evolving from early engagement signals toward pipeline and revenue impact as the program matures.
- Build out a team of partner managers over time, dedicated to each partner type.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, sales, GM/general management, or solutions engineering roles, ideally at a B2B SaaS, Infra or PLG company.
- A generalist with strong seller DNA — someone who is outcomes-obsessed and comfortable being measured on pipeline creation, deal influence, and revenue, not just relationship-building.
- Comfort building a program without a playbook: you can hypothesize, run small experiments, and iterate quickly rather than waiting for a fully-formed process.
- Real experience working with solutions partners, agencies, or SIs — ideally in co-sell, referral, or partner-sourced revenue motions.
- A proven record of getting deals done — willingness to travel, get in front of partners in person, and find creative ways to keep partners engaged and motivated.
- Strong cross-functional operating skills — you'll work daily with Sales, Delivery/CS, Product Marketing, and Legal, and need to build trust and alignment across all of them.
- Comfort operating at the executive level, both with partner leadership and internally at Render.
- A technical enough orientation to credibly engage with developer-focused partners and speak to how AI is changing the questions partners are asking.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building or scaling a channel program at an infrastructure, dev-tools, or other PLG-motion company.
- Familiarity with partner/ecosystem tooling such as Crossbeam, or experience running account mapping and pipeline reviews jointly with external partners.
- Experience navigating the emerging AI SI / AI consulting partner category.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
